Working with Semper Solaris was a pleasure. Dennis walked us through all our options for the system. He made everything very understandable and let us know what to expect every step of the way. As a techie who is HVAC savvy, I was impressed when Dave the sales representative arrived at my house to do his estimate. He spent 3 hours taking measurements, crawling in the attic, and running tests. He was the only Rep out of the 3 estimates I received to take this much time and effort. Then he took all his data back to the office and crunched the numbers before returning with his estimate which was significantly higher than his competition. He recommended higher end equipment with a 10 year warranty on parts and labor.  We set an appointment for the following week and when the installers arrived, they went right to work putting down heavy runners to protect my carpet, and got straight to work removing my old equipment. The house was just beginning to cool down as my wife returned from work. The installers were both friendly and knowledgeable, and it was a joy having them in my house. Dave also made sure that I got the forms for the rebates from my electric company. They were terrific!

I just want to thank Sam and his co-worker for the great job of installing the bird guard around our new solar system. Sam showed me the material used and how it is attached to the solar system. He also showed me before and after pictures of a bird nest they had to remove before installing the bird guard. They cleaned up everything before leaving. I would recommend Solar Restore. I am always terrified when working with contractors and spending so much money. I set an appointment for Nergy Solutions to come to my home and talk to me about going solar (in Arizona, it's the only smart move)

The sales guy was excellent and had all the answers I needed. Then they assigned my installation a Project Manager. SHE WAS AMAZING! Answered my questions, kept me informed about everything, gave instructions in writing and in text messages.  My installers were on-time and worked fast (2 day install, I had a lot of panels installed)

They arranged financing at a fantastic rate, my accountant is ready to file for the government paybacks, and I got a rebate check from Nergy Solutions as well, as agreed in my sale.

I was able to turn on my system myself once approved by the city and by APS, and they provided an app and a website that allows me to  monitor my system and how much is being produced.

I didn't have to do a thing other than start making payments after I flipped a couple switches.  I can't wait to see my utility bills.

Honestly, I can't imagine an easier process.

If you are looking at solar options, this company will shoot you straight. I sat with multiple different solar reps before making the decision to move forward. Although the rates were relative across all of the companies, Cheetah spent the most time explaining everything and answering my questions. I didn't feel pressured when I said I needed to chat with my wife before making the decision to move forward, they simply scheduled a follow-up and called me to answer any more questions that I had and confirm my YES TO SOLAR!

I talked to Shane on the phone and he got me set up with an appointment within 5 mins! Next thing you know they were at my house. This company has been helping save money and time, and i value both of those things!

DONT USE PURSOLAR.  I PAID THE OVER $30,000 when they said they were done. They weren't actually done and when the electric company came out to install the meters the electric company said the job wasn't done and left. That was 10 days after. PurSolar said they were done. Now I have to wait another two weeks for the electric company to come out. This has costed me a lot of extra money to wait for APS. If Pur solar did their job right the first time this wouldn't of happened. APS doesn't even care either!

Horrible Company paid cash for my panels 7 years ago. After I paid then I was informed you track how your panels are doing with your high speed internet which I do not have. So they gave me an envoy unit to plug in to track. Panels have a 25 year warranty. They used to come pick my unit up every 6 months check it and give it back. 1 1/2 years ago they had a guy call me that can't even talk english very well. Said we don't have usage for you. I explained we have an envoy unit. He didn't even know what it is. I had to explain. Then he says I have to bring it all the way to PHX. 160 miles round trip. When they use to pick it up. They don't want to accommodate people up North anymore. So my husband took it to him. No one ever calls me back. Find an email oh your unit doesn't work you will need to buy a new one. I said how much oh $500. Wow I am saving alot of money on my electricity paying 18k for my panels then saying I have to spend $500 more. I don't believe them that it's not working. They never returned my item. Then they hooked me up with someone from envoy talked to him last year. He said he was going to try and get me one with waving the cost. He said let them hold on to your old one so I can get you a new one. Over a year later NO one has done anything! My next step is to file with the BBB and contact Gary Lezack 3 on your side

Recently had D & Rs fix some intermittent electrical problems that have been plaguing my rig. Ron demonstrated outstanding technical expertise and truly fair pricing. A month later they did a 2000 watt inverter and battery installation on my rv. He had the best pricing on the hardware and batteries that I have been able to research anywhere. They removed my two flooded cell house batteries and mount and custom fabricated a very sturdy battery mount for the 4 replacement batteries. They fabricated a platform in one of my compartments for the inverter and all new high capacity cables and performed an outstanding professional custom installation of the remote and monitor systems. I did not think capable technicians like this still existed.

They need to train their door to door sales people what the NO SOLICITING sign means. It means the residence does NOT want to be disturbed. It is considered trespassing in Glendale, AZ and the company can get fined. Follow the law! The sign is there for a reason!!

This company is a DISGRACE and their customer service is HORRENDOUS...stay as far away as you can. My solar system had to be completely redone because of their incompetence(by a company that actually knew what they were doing)...don't believe a word they tell you!

Does an honest reputable solar company exist in the valley?  So far I have yet to find one and would love to hear about one that can actually service and repair solar systems.  Because this one certainly is not that company.  They are so so so poor at customer service that I lack the heart and energy to go into each and every time that they have failed to follow up, failed to return phone calls, failed to fix the problem, fail to fix the problem they just fixed and then give one lame excuse and reason they can muster to avoid dealing with frustrated customers.  The fact they make extra money on 'trip charges' only motivates them more to come repeatedly.  The last 'reason' i got today was "oh that's because they need to fix it in the morning because of expansion and contraction". Then why did they come last time in the afternoon when they know this? I've been dealing with the company since late March and if I knew of a single option I'd run from them screaming but unfortunately they have a cornerstone on this market. I'm not sure if the woman I speak to every time (Cathy) has any skin in the game, at least enough to care about the company's future, but in my experience she holds the key to it's success or failure since she is the intermediary of every transaction and only serves to further the customer's aggravation and frustration. If I ever need service again I'll trash my system before I call these people back.

In a single word:  unconscionable.

Run as fast as you can from Sunrun.  
Monthly bills from them keep going up!    
You will lose money with solar.  I've had it for over a year and calculated my cost and it's much less than with solar.
I've also even reduced my electric consumption.
Have an attorney read your contract before signing.
Run!!! Run!!!! Run!!!!!!

Run from this company, they will lie, cheat and steal your money, that's what they're great at nothing else. Run Run Run and fast from them for your mental well being !!
