Working with Semper Solaris was a pleasure. Dennis walked us through all our options for the system. He made everything very understandable and let us know what to expect every step of the way. The rest of the Semper Solaris team also communicated very well and kept us updated on the project. They handled all the paperwork and made the entire process very simple.Thank you Dennis and the Semper Solaris team!

As a techie who is HVAC savvy, I was impressed when Dave the sales representative arrived at my house to do his estimate. He spent 3 hours taking measurements, crawling in the attic, and running tests. He was the only Rep out of the 3 estimates I received to take this much time and effort. Then he took all his data back to the office and crunched the numbers before returning with his estimate which was significantly higher than his competition. He recommended higher end equipment with a 10 year warranty on parts and labor. We set an appointment for the following week and when the installers arrived, they went right to work putting down heavy runners to protect my carpet, and got straight to work removing my old equipment. The house was just beginning to cool down as my wife returned from work. The installers were both friendly and knowledgeable, and it was a joy having them in my house. Dave also made sure that I got the forms for the rebates from my electric company. They were terrific!

Had a solar system installed and wanted to make sure I didn't have any issues with Pigeon's nesting. Solar Restore was very prompt in scheduling my appointment and the Installer SAM gave me a call to let me know when he would be at my house the morning of. He was able to show me pictures of the installation before he left. He was very professional, as an afterthought, I inquired about Ridge wire which prevents the birds from landing on the house. He was able to give me a quote and do the installation at the same time he was at my house which save me time in having another service call. Very Satisfied with his service and pleasure working with Solar Restore!!!

I am always terrified when working with contractors and spending so much money. I set an appointment for Nergy Solutions to come to my home and talk to me about going solar (in Arizona, it's the only smart move)
The sales guy was excellent and had all the answers I needed. Then they assigned my installation a Project Manager. SHE WAS AMAZING! Answered my questions, kept me informed about everything, gave instructions in writing and in text messages. My installers were on-time and worked fast (2 day install, I had a lot of panels installed)
They arranged financing at a fantastic rate, my accountant is ready to file for the government paybacks, and I got a rebate check from Nergy Solutions as well, as agreed in my sale.
I was able to turn on my system myself once approved by the city and by APS, and they provided an app and a website that allows me to monitor my system and how much is being produced.
I didn't have to do a thing other than start making payments after I flipped a couple switches. I can't wait to see my utility bills.
Honestly, I can't imagine an easier process.

Cheetah Solar did a phenomenal job through and through. From the consultation, to signing and paperwork, the install process, and lastly the truthful and honest savings that solar provides, the experience was unparalleled.
If you are looking at solar options, this company will shoot you straight. I sat with multiple different solar reps before making the decision to move forward. Although the rates were relative across all of the companies, Cheetah spent the most time explaining everything and answering my questions. I didn't feel pressured when I said I needed to chat with my wife before making the decision to move forward, they simply scheduled a follow-up and called me to answer any more questions that I had and confirm my YES TO SOLAR!
Thanks Cheetah, you guys rock!

Horrible Company paid cash for my panels 7 years ago. After I paid then I was informed you track how your panels are doing with your high speed internet which I do not have. So they gave me an envoy unit to plug in to track. Panels have a 25 year warranty. They used to come pick my unit up every 6 months check it and give it back. 1 1/2 years ago they had a guy call me that can't even talk english very well. Said we don't have usage for you. I explained we have an envoy unit. He didn't even know what it is. I had to explain. Then he says I have to bring it all the way to PHX. 160 miles round trip. When they use to pick it up. They don't want to accommodate people up North anymore. So my husband took it to him. No one ever calls me back. Find an email oh your unit doesn't work you will need to buy a new one. I said how much oh $500. Wow I am saving alot of money on my electricity paying 18k for my panels then saying I have to spend $500 more. I don't believe them that it's not working. They never returned my item. Then they hooked me up with someone from envoy talked to him last year. He said he was going to try and get me one with waving the cost. He said let them hold on to your old one so I can get you a new one. Over a year later NO one has done anything! My next step is to file with the BBB and contact Gary Lezack 3 on your side

I have a 2015 teardrop trailer and had D&R do numerous modifications: install an access door, upgrade my 12-volt battery to 2-6volt batteries, install a battery cutoff switch, create a diamond-plate storage compartment on the tongue and build a custom cabinet for storage and to house my microwave. They know what they are doing and made improvements to my plans. I was very pleased with their workmanship and their pricing.

Wasted 6 months working with PepSolar only for them to show up the day of my install and say they couldn't install on the roof I have...which is standard clay tile all over AZ. Then they told me it would be an additional $8,000 charge for roof work! In addition to the $48,000. Run!

Do not do business with this company. The product is good, but the service department is terrible. This problem could perhaps be solved by firing the smug and arrogant service manager (Tempe, Arizona) who may at one time been a good pool boy, but who I believe as a person and businessman is an arrogant, uncooperative pr*&k. Here's the story. I noticed a leak in the vacuum breaker valve in my Heliocol installation, so I had Heliocol come out to fix it. It cost $75 for the visit and $75 for the half hour of work. Problem number one is that the "work" was simply to unscrew the valve and wrap its threads with plumber tape. So I paid $150 for a piece of plumber's tape which took about 2 minutes to fix. If the service manager had suggested that I look at the threads beforehand to see if that was the source of the leak before scheduling a service trip, that would have been greatly appreciated and would have saved me $150, but of course, he is not in the business of helping customers.
The second part of the story is as follows: About 4-5 days after the plumber's tape fix, I noticed that my pool cleaner worked fine when solar was not enabled, but as soon as the solar water panels were engaged, the pool vacuum line suction decreased so much that the cleaner stopped its operation and the cleaner just sat still in the pool and stopped vibrating and moving. I called Heliocol's service department and spoke to the worthless service manager. I have to confess that I secretly hoped to get a free analysis trip out of the call because this new malfunction occurred so close in time to the plumber's tape visit. Instead, his focus was to blame the pool equipment and disavow any responsibility for the malfunction, and he may very well turn out to be correct about that. Time will tell. But I sure did not want him to do his Pontius Pilate routine on me which is what happened. After all, the pool and its equipment with the add-on solar panels comprise a system, where one malfunction might show up in another part of the system. I hoped he would come up with some troubleshooting suggestions which did not occur. What a loser! Anyhow, this morning I spoke with my pool installer and he made some helpful suggestions to attack the problem (unlike Heliocol) before a service guy comes out.

Terrible about communicating with customer. Sales rep Chad Lewis added two Initiatives to our solar panel purchase. A 1000$ Homedepot card and a critter guard for the panels. He has not returned any calls, text messages or emails regarding this. Sent emails to his manager and still no one responds. His not recommend this Compton anyone wanting to purchase panels.
