If you're thinking about going Solar + Energy Storage, these are your guys! They are nothing short of a reputable, professional, 1st class organization.
I have friends that have worked with them in CA and they are extremely happy post install. Their customer service is great all the way through.
I'm excited to to get my project going in AZ with them!

As a techie who is HVAC savvy, I was impressed when Dave the sales representative arrived at my house to do his estimate. He spent 3 hours taking measurements, crawling in the attic, and running tests. He was the only Rep out of the 3 estimates I received to take this much time and effort. Then he took all his data back to the office and crunched the numbers before returning with his estimate which was significantly higher than his competition. He recommended higher end equipment with a 10 year warranty on parts and labor. We set an appointment for the following week and when the installers arrived, they went right to work putting down heavy runners to protect my carpet, and got straight to work removing my old equipment. The house was just beginning to cool down as my wife returned from work. The installers were both friendly and knowledgeable, and it was a joy having them in my house. Dave also made sure that I got the forms for the rebates from my electric company. They were terrific!

Loved that they showed up wearing masks and practiced the 6 foot social distancing. Even while discussing different parts of the work order and inspecting some of the work, Tyler and his crew kept their distance, and made everyone feel comfortable while doing it ... thanks job well done.

We decided to go with N-ergy Solutions because the sales rep, Summer, was so helpful and friendly. The process did take some time but we were told it would so it was expected. Everyone showed up when they said they'd be here and everything was completed sooner than expected. There was one panel that wasn't operating correctly but Nate came out to troubleshoot and had us up and running that same day. Very nice people from start to finish! Definitely recommend.

I'm having an incredible experience with Cheetah Solar. They have a wonderful program that explains the whole process. Cheetah assigns a customer service specialist that keeps you in the loop with everything and to make sure that everything runs smoothly. If I have any questions or concerns they respond immediately! I can't wait for the end result!

They seem to be out of business, so perhaps the review is a moot point. However, the slick presentation of the salesperson (who is no longer with the company) did not result in a good overall experience for me. I was promised that electricity purchased from APS would be at a flat rate of .09 per kWh, and I would sell electricity back to APS at a flat rate of .12 per kWh. I knew it was probably BS at the time, and I repeatedly asked if that was accurate. They assured me it was. And...no. I'm on a standard time-of-use plan.
I consider this purchase to have been a major financial blunder on my part. I bought the whole package, when I should have just bought solar directly with competitive quotes from multiple vendors. I should have also first addressed the root cause of my high electric bill - inefficient, old air conditioners. Now I've got to pay this huge loan off, and I am replacing the AC units on top of that.
Getting the ducts sealed was great, but it's kinda dumb that they don't CLEAN the ducts before sealing them. The Nest thermostats will not be compatible with my new AC units. Two of the Philips HUE bulbs have failed, and should be under warranty but I don't have a receipt that lists the date I purchased them. Extra attic insulation is great, but that's an easy project I could have done myself.

Came out for an emergency situation and had it fixed within a couple hours whereas no one else would answer our calls.

I live up in central Arizona and met Corey at a home show a few years back. They had no problem coming up here and installing the solar system for us. We thought everything was good but a few months back I actually looked up at my ceiling and noticed a bolt sticking out, I called Corey and he said that they ALWAYS stand by their work. He committed to me that he himself would drive up here and take a look and if it was their problem he would fix things. It's been months and he has never called back. It seems that his company will only stand by their work if it's done locally. If you live anywhere outside of Phoenix don't use this company

Recently had D & Rs fix some intermittent electrical problems that have been plaguing my rig. Ron demonstrated outstanding technical expertise and truly fair pricing. A month later they did a 2000 watt inverter and battery installation on my rv. He had the best pricing on the hardware and batteries that I have been able to research anywhere. They removed my two flooded cell house batteries and mount and custom fabricated a very sturdy battery mount for the 4 replacement batteries. They fabricated a platform in one of my compartments for the inverter and all new high capacity cables and performed an outstanding professional custom installation of the remote and monitor systems. I did not think capable technicians like this still existed.

We had a great overall experience working with Pep Solar. We had some hiccups in the beginning, but they got everything squared away and back on track quickly. Things can happen and what we appreciated was the communication and responsiveness. That's very important to us. We had two Tesla batteries installed. The guys that came out to work on the project were great! Very professional, on time and friendly. The job took longer than expected as we have an older home that has been remodeled but they showed up everyday and did a wonderful job. They showed up for every inspection and stayed until they were sure everything was up and running. We also had a great experience with working with everyone in the office. They were very responsive to our questions and needs and were very easy to work with. I would recommend them to any family or friends looking to get solar or do a project. We are very satisfied.

We were installing a new metal roof but before we could out solar panels for the pool needed to be removed. That is the only part of the project that went good.
Excuse after Excuse and than four months of no contact they finally finished in November. I with held final payment just like they withheld communication and install for four months. Plan was to make them wait as long as I had to. They called, emailed and texted me daily, sometimes all three. My only downside was the first payment was on file so they just charged the final payment to the same card.
Do Not have anything to do with this company.
When you are only after the Greenbacks you will lie, cheat and destroy, it's a pity for their employees who just have a job to do. An attorney cost money which I do not have so I am using my right to free speech.

The system was installed, after long delays on May 2021. It stopped generating power by the end of July. Requests for information from the company have been ignored. They and their subcontractors simply do not communicate at all with customers. I've called several times and received promises of callbacks with followup information, but have yet to receive any. APS bills are through the roof and Sunrun is continuing to bill although the system is producing no electricity. The best outcome would be to have them remove their non-functioning installation from my house, repair the roof, and refund payments for the months when no power was generated. The frustration of dealing with this company is literally making us sick. I am sufficiently frustrated that I am filing a consumer complaint with the Arizona Attorney General's office. Appalling business ethics as well as non-existent customer service.
