Semper Solaris Solar Panel
Working with Semper Solaris was a pleasure. Dennis walked us through all our options for the system. He made everything very understandable and let us know what to expect every step of the way. The rest of the Semper Solaris team also communicated very well and kept us updated on the project. They handled all the paperwork and made the entire process very simple.Thank you Dennis and the Semper Solaris team!

Intelligent Design Air Conditioning & Heating Solar Panel
As a techie who is HVAC savvy, I was impressed when Dave the sales representative arrived at my house to do his estimate. He spent 3 hours taking measurements, crawling in the attic, and running tests. He was the only Rep out of the 3 estimates I received to take this much time and effort. Then he took all his data back to the office and crunched the numbers before returning with his estimate which was significantly higher than his competition. He recommended higher end equipment with a 10 year warranty on parts and labor.  We set an appointment for the following week and when the installers arrived, they went right to work putting down heavy runners to protect my carpet, and got straight to work removing my old equipment. The house was just beginning to cool down as my wife returned from work. The installers were both friendly and knowledgeable, and it was a joy having them in my house. Dave also made sure that I got the forms for the rebates from my electric company. They were terrific!

Solar Restore Solar Panel
I was having trouble with pigeons nesting under my solar panels, really glad I eventually found this company. Tyler was very professional to deal with, carefully explained the different services he provided and their prices, and did excellent work getting rid of the birds, setting up barriers to prevent them from returning, and cleaning the panels. Would definitely recommend.

Nergy Solutions Solar Panel
We decided to go with N-ergy Solutions because the sales rep, Summer, was so helpful and friendly. The process did take some time but we were told it would so it was expected. Everyone showed up when they said they'd be here and everything was completed sooner than expected. There was one panel that wasn't operating correctly but Nate came out to troubleshoot and had us up and running that same day. Very nice people from start to finish! Definitely recommend.

Custom Home Services Solar Panel
They seem to be out of business, so perhaps the review is a moot point.  However, the slick presentation of the salesperson (who is no longer with the company) did not result in a good overall experience for me.  I was promised that electricity purchased from APS would be at a flat rate of .09 per kWh, and I would sell electricity back to APS at a flat rate of .12 per kWh.  I knew it was probably BS at the time, and I repeatedly asked if that was accurate.  They assured me it was.  And...no.  I'm on a standard time-of-use plan.

I consider this purchase to have been a major financial blunder on my part.  I bought the whole package, when I should have just bought solar directly with competitive quotes from multiple vendors.  I should have also first addressed the root cause of my high electric bill - inefficient, old air conditioners.  Now I've got to pay this huge loan off, and I am replacing the AC units on top of that.

Getting the ducts sealed was great, but it's kinda dumb that they don't CLEAN the ducts before sealing them.  The Nest thermostats will not be compatible with my new AC units.  Two of the Philips HUE bulbs have failed, and should be under warranty but I don't have a receipt that lists the date I purchased them.  Extra attic insulation is great, but that's an easy project I could have done myself.

Pur Solar & Electrical - Cottonwood Solar Panel
Great company--say what they do and do what they say. Very professional and polite electricians. We did a service panel upgrade along with some circuitry. So far, the work is excellent. We are going to contract with them to a a full ground-based solar upgrade.

Great company to work for just make sure that before you get your sign on bonus they have a chat with you about what you need to do for that they didn't do that with me and I got cheated out of my $500 sign on bonus which I was very furious about they don't pay you drive time or overtime the staffing is amazing they're great people they pay for your schooling which is great but as far as working for them I don't think I would recommend it or make sure you have tons of solar experience before you do

D & R's Family Rv Solar Panel
I took my toy hauler to D&R's Family RV on 06-24-2016 because my slide out was rubbing on my linoleum floor. I told the owner Ron on the phone when I was scheduling my appointment that I would like rollers installed under my slide out so it doesn't touch the linoleum floor and damage it anymore. When I dropped my toy hauler off Ron was not there and I was told by the technician to pull my trailer in their yard. I explained to the technician I wanted rollers due to the rubbing issue. The technician looked at the slide and said it would need 3 rollers and he would look at the alignment first. I was called and told the RV was ready to be picked up. When I went to pick up the RV I noticed there was no rollers and was told that they placed carpet under the slide out edge and it works as it should. I paid the bill and took it home and called a linoleum repair professional to repair the floor. When I opened the slide the carpet that was installed rolled out half way and I noticed my linoleum had been ripped a additional 6 inches. I was told there is too much friction on the floor and it would do the same thing.
The next day 06-26-2016 I took the RV back and told them I came to them because I was looking for a solution not a band aide. I again said I think installing the rollers are the only way to go and if they could apply the $162.16 towards the cost of installing rollers. The technician then said he would have to speak to the owner Ron reference the issue first. I then said I will wait for Ron then and I was told he was in Jackrabbit AZ getting permits for his new home. The technician then told me to leave the RV and he would see what Ron says. I was called by the technician and he said Ron was still in Jackrabbit AZ and he was not sure when he would return but I could leave my RV and Ron would look at it when he returned. I asked when would Ron return and I was told he was not be certain it could be 1 to 3 days he was not sure and Ron did not tell him.
I was called again and told that there was nothing they could do and they would suggest my upgrading the floor in front of my slide out. I then again asked about the rollers and I then was told they didn't have the equipment to remove the slide out. I then explained that I could have replaced the flooring prior to bring the RV to them although I wanted the slide out modified because I didn't like the design and I felt it would do the same thing to the next floor installed. I then requested a refund because I had the same issue as when I took it to them although I did have a 3 inch rip of carpet under my slide and my floor was in worse shape now.
The technician then said he would again need to speak to Ron about a refund. I was called by the technician and told that Ron said he was not willing to refund my money that he felt they had adjusted my slide out and I just needed to replace my floor.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. I don't believe they are professional nor believe they performed any work on my RV. I gave them the option to repair the RV proper and I was told they didn't have the equipment. They should have never accepted the job if they didn't have the equipment.

Kayo Energy Solar Panel
Okay so I don't post about services like solar until after install is complete and things are running house they should. I got to know Kayo at the Scottsdale home fair where I met Sean who talked to me about the benefits of solar and the current incentives. I did some research and had him come out to give me an idea of what kind of system would work for my townhouse. We got to know each other and he took his time to answer my questions and make sure I knew what every step of this process would look like. I did get a few other quotes and Sean went above and beyond to be competitive with them. He again took his time and was very patient with me through that part of the process. We got paperwork signed and the process underway. They took care of everything including the HOA paperwork. Then the long wait for the permit came and Sean kept in touch every few weeks to keep me in the loop. Once the permit came through they were out to get the install moving within the week. It took two days to get it done and the guys were all great while they were here. They even made sure to lock up when they left on day two as I was out of town. They also patched a few spots on my roof for me which I appreciated.

Then came the inspections which they also handled and a few weeks after install just a few days after APS installed the new meter and have us the green light Ahmed was out to get the system fired up. He's a cool guy to talk to and he answered all my questions about the inverter and the app.

Overall I'm very happy with Kayo. They have some fantastic employees (which does how week they take care of them), are customer centered, and they give back to energy initiatives with every install. I'm looking forward to seeing how my new system tackles my energy bills in the future.

I'd highly recommend Kayo for all your solar energy needs.

PEP Solar Solar Panel
I called a week ago to set up having a charger installed for my Tesla.  I was given an appointment on Tuesday at 2pm with Dallas.  It was a phone appointment, so I made sure I was available to answer his call.  I needed my car charger as the local super chargers are quite a distance away.  Dallas never called.  Now two days later, Dallas decides to call!  Acted like he was calling on schedule.  When I asked about the Tuesday appointment he said he left a voicemail.  Which he absolutely did not.  So to sum up my experience, they wasted nearly a week of my time.  I called another electrician who came when he said and got the job done.  Steer clean of PEP Solar.

Heliocol West Solar Panel
Wow, I'm amazed by the negative reviews!

We decided to go with Heliocol West since they were recommended by our pool company, Lakeside Pools. Michael Chung came over and gave us a quote and we signed up with him. Gave him a 50% deposit and the rest was due after the solar panels were installed.

As soon as the pool was finished we called to schedule and we had solar panels within a week. There was a small leak that we noticed the first weekend, but they sent someone over on the Monday and it took 5 minutes to fix.

We are absolutely delighted with the system so far. We've been in the pool every day and the panels warm it up by about 8-10 degrees every day. The water got to 87 this afternoon from an overnight low of 79.

The guy who came to fix the leak told us about a "liquid solar cover" for the pool and we are using that as well. It's amazing! Pool stays about an extra 6 degrees warmer overnight with that.

Hopefully we will continue to be delighted with our Heliocol system. I would certainly recommend them. If anything should change, I'll be sure to update my review.
