Semper Solaris Solar Panel
Working with Semper Solaris was a pleasure. Dennis walked us through all our options for the system. He made everything very understandable and let us know what to expect every step of the way. The rest of the Semper Solaris team also communicated very well and kept us updated on the project. They handled all the paperwork and made the entire process very simple.Thank you Dennis and the Semper Solaris team!

Intelligent Design Air Conditioning & Heating Solar Panel
As a techie who is HVAC savvy, I was impressed when Dave the sales representative arrived at my house to do his estimate. He spent 3 hours taking measurements, crawling in the attic, and running tests. He was the only Rep out of the 3 estimates I received to take this much time and effort. Then he took all his data back to the office and crunched the numbers before returning with his estimate which was significantly higher than his competition. He recommended higher end equipment with a 10 year warranty on parts and labor.  We set an appointment for the following week and when the installers arrived, they went right to work putting down heavy runners to protect my carpet, and got straight to work removing my old equipment. The house was just beginning to cool down as my wife returned from work. The installers were both friendly and knowledgeable, and it was a joy having them in my house. Dave also made sure that I got the forms for the rebates from my electric company. They were terrific!

I just want to thank Sam and his co-worker for the great job of installing the bird guard around our new solar system. Sam showed me the material used and how it is attached to the solar system. He also showed me before and after pictures of a bird nest they had to remove before installing the bird guard. They cleaned up everything before leaving. I would recommend Solar Restore. Thanks again Sam.

Nergy Solutions Solar Panel
I am always terrified when working with contractors and spending so much money. I set an appointment for Nergy Solutions to come to my home and talk to me about going solar (in Arizona, it's the only smart move)

The sales guy was excellent and had all the answers I needed. Then they assigned my installation a Project Manager. SHE WAS AMAZING! Answered my questions, kept me informed about everything, gave instructions in writing and in text messages.  My installers were on-time and worked fast (2 day install, I had a lot of panels installed)

They arranged financing at a fantastic rate, my accountant is ready to file for the government paybacks, and I got a rebate check from Nergy Solutions as well, as agreed in my sale.

I was able to turn on my system myself once approved by the city and by APS, and they provided an app and a website that allows me to  monitor my system and how much is being produced.

I didn't have to do a thing other than start making payments after I flipped a couple switches.  I can't wait to see my utility bills.

Honestly, I can't imagine an easier process.

Cheetah Solar Solar Panel
Cheetah's people were all courteous, friendly, helpful and patient with an old lady who had dumb questions. Although the process seemed to take forever, waiting for permits and inspections, etc., if I had any concerns, I was soon reassured. I have not had solar long enough to know of any savings, but I'm confident I will. I spoke to 3 solar companies and this one was the most informative and helpful which is why I chose them.

Custom Home Services Solar Panel
They seem to be out of business, so perhaps the review is a moot point.  However, the slick presentation of the salesperson (who is no longer with the company) did not result in a good overall experience for me.  I was promised that electricity purchased from APS would be at a flat rate of .09 per kWh, and I would sell electricity back to APS at a flat rate of .12 per kWh.  I knew it was probably BS at the time, and I repeatedly asked if that was accurate.  They assured me it was.  And...no.  I'm on a standard time-of-use plan.

I consider this purchase to have been a major financial blunder on my part.  I bought the whole package, when I should have just bought solar directly with competitive quotes from multiple vendors.  I should have also first addressed the root cause of my high electric bill - inefficient, old air conditioners.  Now I've got to pay this huge loan off, and I am replacing the AC units on top of that.

Getting the ducts sealed was great, but it's kinda dumb that they don't CLEAN the ducts before sealing them.  The Nest thermostats will not be compatible with my new AC units.  Two of the Philips HUE bulbs have failed, and should be under warranty but I don't have a receipt that lists the date I purchased them.  Extra attic insulation is great, but that's an easy project I could have done myself.

Pur Solar & Electrical - Cottonwood Solar Panel
DONT USE PURSOLAR.  I PAID THE OVER $30,000 when they said they were done. They weren't actually done and when the electric company came out to install the meters the electric company said the job wasn't done and left. That was 10 days after. PurSolar said they were done. Now I have to wait another two weeks for the electric company to come out. This has costed me a lot of extra money to wait for APS. If Pur solar did their job right the first time this wouldn't of happened. APS doesn't even care either!

Southface Solar Electric Solar Panel
Recently I had a solar energy system installed on my home in Scottsdale AZ.  I had debated whether to proceed with this investment for a number of years.  As I was planned to purchase my system, my greatest concern was whether the payback period justified the upfront cash outlay.  Over the years, I interviewed a number of solar contractors as to the optimum size and costs to satisfy my needs.  Over this  period,  I kept going back to Southface Solar Electric Company because I felt that they had an interest in me and were not just trying to sell me a solar system, .  They patiently answered all my questions and developed any number of different options based on various Kwh output and projected my return on investment. Southface offered the highest quality equipment available at a very competitive price .  Once I had finally decided to pull the trigger, they designed the entire system, submitted all of the needed documentation, worked closely with me to insure that my installation was completed on time and followed to insure it was operating to my sanctification.  .All of their personnel that I came in contact with were extremely professional.   I have no hesitation in recommending Southface to anyone interested in having a quality organization,, capable of providing first rate service, install your solar system.

D & R's Family Rv Solar Panel
We keep coming back! This is our 3rd time.

This is our 3rd time working with D&R Family RV. I guess when you keep getting top-notch service  from friendly folks, you want more. The previous year, Shane at D&R put in our entire solar system and other maintenance. We were impressed with how many things they are able to do.

Located in an industrial part of Glendale AZ across the street from the Police Dept, we felt very safe living and working in their gated compound, parked under a huge carport (RVport?) with 50amp service for 3 nights while Shane, and Ron the owner, whittled down our list of repairs and upgrades that I sent them in advance.

In addition to adding 17% more solar capacity to the roof, D&R installed Guardian Plates for our superslide floor that was starting to go bad, did some sticky refrigerator repair making our icemaker work for the first time since we bought our used coach, finding a propane leak that was giving us warnings, and replacing the 12 year old TV with a modern Smart TV. All with an eye on quality, and making it look great. They also cleaned out the outdated electronics wiring mess and got our antenna and cable working!

Shane is a great guy and cares about taking care of you. He has so much pride in his work, and it shows. Ron, the owner, has been customizing RVs since the 80s and was a pioneer in RV solar going back to the 90s. We met Ron after he was the Solar keynote speaker at an Escapees rally, and he did a couple of customizations to our then 5th Wheel. Ron knows more about complicated gas/electric refrigerators than the last 4 RV repair center "experts" who never quite got it right and left us with a constant "Ck LP" warning that was haunting through boondocking. Ron isolated the issue quickly.

If you're wanting to upgrade your rig with complete solar, or replace your entertainment system, or almost anything related to your RV (except for diesel or oil change stuff), you must make an appointment with D&R Family RV.

Kayo Energy Solar Panel
I was expecting my electric bill to be cut in half and that has NOT been happening. My electric bills have not changed much since they installed the glass on my roof. I have reached out to technicians and they came and made some update and adjustments but still no change. I compare my monthly bills to what i was paying last year and it is not much different. I have reached out to see what else we can do to fix the issue and no one has contacted me since. Last year in July I paid roughly $496 in electric with no solar, this year with not much change in our lifestyle we pay $126 per month to pay off solar plus an additional $324 for going over what my solar is producing, how does this make any sense. I literally saved $46 with solar!!!! That's insane. Till this day I have not heard anything back from anyone else regarding my concern. I highly recommend not getting solar at this point. I mean for what???

PEP Solar Solar Panel
My solar system was purchased and installed by a competitor of PEP Solar. The original vendor of our solar system jerked us around for more than 7 months when trying to get them to remove and reinstall our system to allow us to repair our roof due to issues unrelated to the solar installation. The original installer finally responded with a quote that was extremely high. I approached numerous solar companies trying to get assistance and finally found PEP Solar. Not only did PEP Solar respond immediately but their quote was half of all competing bids.

During my search for help I checked with the BBB and Registrar of Contractors and discovered PEP Solar has been in business for years and has a great track record.

if I could give PEP Solar 10 Stars I would. First off, since they did not sell or install the system they insisted I notify the original company to let them know the removal and reinstallation would be completed by PEP Solar. They then worked with our roofer to ensure we had our solar system removed and reinstalled on dates as promised. Their team was professional and wasted no time in completing their work. I doubt I'll need more work on my solar system but if I do I will NOT be using the original company who designed and installed it but I WILL use PEP Solar if the need arises. Bottom line, if you're planning on installing a solar system give these guys a shot.

Heliocol West Solar Panel
We had our solar system installed in February 2017. There was an issue with the existing artificial turf not being put back in place properly after the installation. Bruno was reaching out to the company that did the turf installation as the turf was just installed prior to the solar installation. This process took over a month to get resolved, however, Bruno made sure I was reimbursed for the charges to fix the turf (I thought it was ludacris that I had to pay the turf guys myself). It's now June and the system is leaking water all down my roof. I called to get someone out to fix it and I was told by Cathy that it would be a week to get someone out and in the meantime I should shut the system off. Ok, so now I won't have use of my pool until the system is fixed as the system is ran through my variable speed pump that also runs my filtration, ozone, sanitizer and water feature. Why would any company not have enough technicians to service their product sooner than a week out. I certainly hope they have everything they need to fix it when they get here next week!!! I will post an update after the issue is resolved.
