Beyond Stone was great to work with from start to finish on sealing my travertine pavers. They took the time to understand my needs and answer my zillion questions. They were always prompt with their responses and forthright. We were able to negotiate a price and payment plan i was comfortable with. Their technicians arrived right on time and performed outstanding work,  keeping me informed throughout the process and making sure that all my expectations were met. I highly recommend them.

Contacted Adis to level the floors in 3 bedrooms I want to lay vinyl plank in.  Levels floors for vinyl are very important, even more so because I'm using rigid vinyl planks. I considered doing it myself but Adis pointed out the floors have high and low spots so some of areas needed to be ground down while others needed to be filled in. He showed up on a Friday and him and two of his crew spent the morning working on my floors. They finished up early afternoon and I'm incredibly pleased with the outcome. We jags just cleaned the house so I was Concerned about dust but when you hire this company you get professional-grade service and equipment. Dust control was exceptional. Adis spent some extra time after completing the job pouring out like things to think about around my newly purchased home. I would not hesitate at all to hire Adis and his team for future work.

There was carpet in my home that was over 10 years old and had lots of pet stains and wear. I spoke with a number of carpet companies and even had Brandi Carpet come out and measure my home a year ago....Justin was the sales person and did a great job at the time! I put the job on hold for a year because I was still undecided and the job seemed overwhelming. I finally made the decision to go for it and met with Justin and Chris (owner). Both were very helpful in helping me pick out a good quality and reasonable carpet. I finally decided on carpet and had it installed over the last 3 days.

The price was very fair. Chris was able to get me an upgraded carpet for just a little more than what I originally was going to pay. He gave me an Angie's List discount, which included an upgraded pad, and got the manufacturer to additionally discount the carpet. The installation crew was great! Steve, Nick and Brice were awesome!! They efficiently removed the old carpet and did a fantastic job installing the new carpet. Steve, the man in charge, was very personable and answered all my questions. His team really prides itself on quality work. He even recarpeted a dog ramp for our dog at the end of the job!

I would definitely use Brandi Carpet again and will recommend them to my family and friends.

Fantastic Service!! Jon was absolutely wonderful. He came to our house, did an evaluation on our floors, gave us a quote, and within a week we had our new. floors. It's refreshing to know there are still business professionals out there like Kyle. You could not have someone in your home who is more communicative, honest, dependable, trustworthy, and skilled. We entrusted Kyle unmonitored access to our home to install hard wood flooring of our upstairs hallway and loft. The process was stress free and fast! From initial to quote to installation, the entire job was completed in less than three weeks. Also of note, Kyle is who actually does the work! So many times you hire a company and never see the same "professional" once installation begins, which is not the case with Kyle. Kyle's the one that shows up, on time and actually completes the project. We cannot recommend Kyle and Illustrious Hardwoods enough!

I have to say these guys did an amazing job. The price was very fair and the craftsmanship was great. I purchased the flooring before even calling them and they didn't have a problem with it at all. They did demo and installed the flooring in less than three days. I wasn't even home while they worked and they did everything I asked of them and nothing was disturbed. I would definitely use them again. They even lined me up with a tile person to do another job in my home and he did an amazing job as well. These guys are amazing. Give them a call.

Outstanding job and extremely impressed with this company. What I really liked is they have their own company workers that do the work and not subcontracting or picking up extra help as the job requires. They are very busy and had to wait a few months before they came out the the entire bathroom shower renovation was superb. Just moved to Phoenix and needed a rug for my living room.  Stephen was an incredible help in helping me choose colors and order the correct size.  As a customer, I love having my questions answered and shown all my choices of products without feeling pressured to buy.  Baker Brothers treats the buyer with respect and has an incredible selection of flooring of all types.  I will definitely return to this clean, well-organized store with fabulous employees.   I am excited for my new rug to arrive next week.

We were overwhelmingly impressed with Shane, the Armor-Kote crew and the results of their great work. Shane was super responsive and answered all of our questions.  He also adjusted his team's schedule to fit us in a few days before our moving truck arrived.

Mike Fasano made re-carpeting our master bedroom and closets SO easy! From first meeting, you can tell he is professional, knowledgeable and very good at what he does. I told himwhat I did and didn't want and he brought out the best matches so I could easily decide one one right away. He also had sample swatches of two different grades of the carpet I liked FedEx'd to me right away to help decide. I checked into prices offered by the big stores (Lowe's and Home Depot.) When all the extra charges were added on, like moving the bed, carpet take away and even the padding!, they couldn't match Mike's price. Part of Mike's added appeal was having someone I knew could be reached on the phone IF there was a problem. And the fact that the installers were guys who Mike had worked with for years and years was a plus. With the bigger stores, you get whoever is the sub-of-the-month that you may not see again. Mike cares about what he does and that shows.

Andrew and Valley Tile Removal are my hero.  Thanks to hours of HGTV and DIY Network I decided I was perfectly capable of replacing the flooring in my house.  All was going well until I found a hump in the concrete slab.  The guys at Home Depot convinced me that I could take care of it with a rental grinder with a concrete blade.  Well 2 hours later I still had a hump and my ENTIRE house upstairs and down was covered in concrete dust.  I contacted Andrew via Yelp and he quoted me a great price.  He arrived on time and made short work of the hump and even touched up a few other places.  Most importantly (especially to my wife) there was less dust AFTER Andrew was done then before he started.  Overall a great company/owner to work with.

Big thank you to Anthony for doing such a great job at my house. I had Anthony reseal a concrete BBQ countertop, seal some pavers in my backyard, & epoxy my garage. A+ job all around and very happy with the result. Anthony is honest, upfront, pays close attention to detail, & keeps you informed throughout the process. I highly recommend Anthony for any concrete job you need done!

The labor was well done. However I was not impressed with Jeff they say no price changes on their contract. And then they messed up on my estimate and didn't measure and notice a certain amount of Tile and wanted to charge me an extra $1200 last minute for a mistake he made during the estimate. So my tile was completed about 85% of the way. I had to get someone else to finish the job. So when you get an estimate be aware that you may not change the price but they sure can charge an extra amount to install the entire tile! He was a nice guy but messed up and didn't bother to make things right.

Same complaint as others. Charming woman comes out and promises an estimate on a roof repair. I request it again two days later, and now, over one week later - still no response. The polite response instead of "I'll get it out to you tomorrow" would have been "I'm sorry, we cannot take on your project at this time." It's called etiquette.

I read your response below and see you agree to inform possible clients that you cannot take on new clients, but you came to our house, climbed our roof, took pictures of our damage and reviewed them with my husband.  As you left you promised your estimate within a day. Days later, more storms damaged more roofs, so I understand why you couldn't accept more roofing contracts, but we we're already your possible client and you totally blew us off. Your reply didn't address an acceptable excuse for your unprofessional behavior. Don't put it on me.
