At the recommendation of a friend of ours who had recently used Cosimo and his crew, we contracted with him to have flooring, carpet and baseboards installed in our new home. He was very knowledgeable about all things flooring and did an exceptional job helping my wife and I narrow our focus, which was critical due to our budgetary constraints. His installers were punctual, very professional and completed the project ahead of schedule. Cosimo and his team exceeded all of our expectations. I couldn't possibly recommend him enough to anyone needing flooring. In fact, I am hoping to have him do my bathrooms next.

Steven came with his crew and did the most amazing job! From the top it was their professionalism that impressed, but as the day went on it was apparent that the workmanship would be equally impressive. Rain was not in the forecast, but as luck would have it, we had a downpour this evening. Concerned at what it may have done, but confident Quick Response will handle it! We will be checking them out for cabinets next!

We just had carpet installed in our master bedroom by Beck's and they did an AMAZING job. It looks fantastic and the carpet is great quality. They got me scheduled for a free estimate very quickly, beat the price of big companies with higher quality product, and installed within a week. The installers were quick and efficient and did a flawless job! We are so impressed and pleased with their professionalism and customer service!

Guy came out to quote me, was fairly friendly but ultimately wanted to charge me what I considered to be an exorbitant amount.

Store room was a ghost town on a Saturday which didn't bode well for me either. I asked him to pick tile samples back up and that was ignored.
Wouldn't be my pick.

Second update.

Now the owner is harassing me because he apparently can't read. My update is accurate. This place tried to rip me off. Now adding insult to injury by harassing me. Unprofessional, greedy, SO glad I dodged the bullet of working with them. My recommendation? Avoid at all costs! Rip off!!!

He installed porcelain tile on our front porch AND installed a tile backsplash in our kitchen. He is easy to work with, is very knowledgeable, and his prices are good. Workmanship is wonderful.  Yes, we would hire him again!

From the start Floor Source bent over backwards for us.  When we had some difficulties in what we chose (we changed our mind), they helped us correct it the best they could (we still paid for the carpet and will keep it, but they adjusted labor and padding).  They scheduled us and kept us updated on installation.  On the day of install for the laminate, they sent Tony.  He was fast, efficient, and friendly.  But the most important part.... he did an immaculate install!  The next day the guys came for the carpet (sorry, can't remember the names).  They were just as good as Tony!  Fast, efficient and did an absolutely amazing job!  We still have the left over carpet piece and our son will put it in his house.  Already spoke to them and they will be using floor source to get padding and install.  Floor Source is going to send a person to their place for measuring.  Service ALL THE WAY AROUND!  Thank you Floor Source!!

Seamus is the best in the business at any kind of repair and restoration.  Don't hesitate calling Seamus for any kind of service having to do with stone.  If anyone can do anything to rectify a situation having to do with stone, this is your guy!

Rich and Enrique and Rene and the full team are outstanding. Everything from the quote to the follow through to the actual tile and floor removal -  by far the best company I've worked with! My friends and family laughed when I told them I was getting dust free tile removal. I was shocked! Amazed! Literally not one drop of dust on anything when they left for the day. If you're having any work done - I highly encourage you to get a quote - they're bid came in lower than others and a 1400 sq foot job was done in a matter of hours to perfection. Matt & crew just completed a dustless travertine floor removal for us (1400+ sq ft).  They completed the whole job in a little less than 3 days, which is amazing!  They worked so incredibly hard -- tile removal is not for wimps!  

Matt responded very quickly to our initial communications through Yelp.  He answered all of our (many) questions with great patience.  Matt showed honesty and integrity when he came to measure for our official estimate, and we ended up  having less square footage to demo than we originally thought, which saved us some money.

They showed up every single day on time. They were courteous, friendly, and respectful of us and our home. They cleaned up after themselves thoroughly every day before leaving.  They were able to remove our stone floors around existing cabinetry without causing any damage. The whole process was quite clean, and we consider the money spent for their services to be well worth the investment.

We would recommend them to family & friends without hesitation!

We had a great experience with Gainey, and Bruce.  The quote was accurate with nothing hidden and Bruce under promised and over delivered on time frame, which is rare. We knew our demo was going to be rough and he warned us the whole process could be up to ten days so the 5 days it actually took, minus a morning if finishing touches, was an awesome surprise. His guys were so meticulous which totally helped keep the dust to a  minimum and I can't find one flaw with their work. They weren't the lowest cost but far from the highest. And I really feel there is no way the job could have been done better. The communication was also great and that's super important. We would for sure use Gainey for anything we need, floor wise

Needed to upgrade my kitchen ASAP! Gathered 5 different quotes, decided to go with this company as owner was very well spoken and professional over the phone. Pricing was EXCEPTIONAL. Communication was awesome had answers to all of my questions and was on time each time which is a huge plus for me! The entire process was a breeze! My kitchen looks AMAZING. I will definitely be coming back for all other upgrades!!

Had a wonderful experience with J&B Carpets. Originally started off looking at Home Depot and Lowes but had lots of concerns. Stumbled upon J&B Carpets when I did a google search for other options... so happy I did. The customer service was stellar - they actually care! Scheduling and installation was great. I wasn't able to be home during the install, but Vicki personally made sure everything went smooth. I made it home when things were wrapping up. The guys doing the install were very nice and professional, not to mention they did a great job. Don't think things could have gone any better. Thank you J&B!!

I recently had flooring replaced by Denis and Egor.  I am very pleased with the entire process from their initial response time, fair pricing, recommendations and advice, quality of work and ease of payment.  They were timely, professional and responsive.  I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for flooring work.

Eric did a great job: high quality, on time, and within budget.  Our garage floor had to be recoated due to some demolition work, and we were a bit nervous about Eric because he came recommended by the demolition guys, with whose work we were less than satisfied... But he quickly changed our impression: he showed up on time, promptly returned calls, and delivered on everything he promised. He even came back after he had finished his job to help us move some stuff back into our garage -- and he did this outside his work hours. The floor looks great! We strongly recommend Eric and First Class Coatings.

Alex and his crew did 2 bathrooms for us.  Main and Master.  Both turned out just beautiful (IMHO).  Alex communicated with me promptly throughout the entire process.  He showed up when he said he was going to and worked hard to get the job completed as promised.  I would recommend him and his crew to anyone!
