I hired HM Flooring after meeting with several flooring contractors and was not disappointed. The quality of the LVP and carpet I selected from their large selection is top-notch. The installation crew was on time, hard-working and very pleasant. They cleaned up every day and moved all my furniture before and after. Alicia and Jose in the office went out of their way to make sure everything was done correctly and in a timely manner, and both were quite patient with me and my million questions. I couldn't be happier with the finished product; the floors are absolutely beautiful!!

After getting my floors measured for flooring installation I had to call back three times to find out where my quote was. Was informed that it would be taken care of that day. One week after appointment, still have not seen a quote. Called Empire today and they came out this afternoon measured and presented there flooring. We signed on to have them reflow two rooms and a closet. Thanks Empire for great service.

When we first started shopping around for flooring, we were uncertain of the size of project for the house as we didn't know if we wanted to change out all the flooring in the house. We visited Paradise Tile and met Cosimo. He and his son run the store. One thing you notice immediately is that he is very attentive with all his customers. Cosimo provided us with a lot of information about what materials were currently being used and showed us plenty of samples. We originally wanted to go with either hardwood or engineered hardwood for part of the house because we liked the look and feel. However Cosimo recommended to us that we should go with luxury vinyl plank floors due to the climate in Phoenix. He explained the LVP flooring he used was of high quality and looked like wood and not vinyl. We left the store with a lot to contemplate.

We ended up calling Cosimo a few weeks later with more questions about the flooring and also about redoing the bathrooms with tile. Cosimo was very patient and made the time to answer all our questions even though he was busy. We asked Cosimo to come out to measure for an estimate, We told him what materials we preferred and asked Cosimo to bring samples to the house so we could see what the materials looked like in the house.

After further deliberation, we ended up deciding not to change all the flooring in the house and advised Cosimo of our decision. Even though the job was smaller than we first spoke to Cosimo about, this was not a problem for him. He returned on a Sunday to remeasure and to provide us with an updated quote. We decided to go with Cosimo's recommendation of LVP. We wanted a bull nose cut tile for the bathroom and picked the tile we wanted  Cosimo checked availability and scheduled the installation.

Cosimo sent two teams to the house to install the LVP and bathroom tile. Benito led the team for the installation of LVP and Danny worked on the demolition of the bathroom and tile install. Cosimo showed up on the first day of the install to ensure Benito and Danny understood what we wanted and provided them with instructions. Unfortunately we ran into an issue with the tile we selected. The company discontinued the bull nose cut. Cosimo offered us alternatives but we were set on having bull nose tile in the bathrooms and told Cosimo this is what we wanted. Cosimo came up with a solution to satisfy our needs. The following day, Cosimo and Danny invited Danny's father, who has been in the tile install business longer than Cosimo, cut and shaped each piece of tile to make the bull nose. He spent all day under the AZ summer sun cutting the tile and produced outstanding results to satisfy our needs.

The installation of the LVP and bathroom tile were finished on time and the work was completed with detail and quality. Cosimo came back to the house during the middle of the work and also on the last day of the job to check on the quality of workmanship. Cosimo saw some things we did not and had Benito and Danny correct the issues.

Overall, Benito is an expert at LVP installation and his craftsman skills for mitering corners of the baseboard really show. Benito brought his assistant Marissa and the two worked well together. Danny was careful with the the tile install and completed the work the way we wanted even though it created more work for him. Cosimo delivered a quality product, on time, as promised and within the quote he gave us. He stands behind his word as well as his work product. He did not disappoint and we would recommend him to anyone.

These guys came through and remodeled my  garage new epoxy flooring and a wall of cabinets i love how it came out. This is the second time 1st house they installed a new garage door i will continue to use this company thanks again guys

We recently had our cement floors stained and wanted to install wallbase in lieu of baseboards. We contacted several places (including one that gave an outlandish estimate without even measuring or looking through our whole home) Misty was really down to earth. She was great with communication and did a quick and thorough estimate. Robert installed our wall base and worked non-stop all day, was meticulous, and professional. He was also just a really nice guy. We LOVE the results and would absolutely hire them again.

Recently discovered that our 2nd story terrace was badly rotted in the floor. Called a few contractors but many did not want to tackle this job involving installing a new subfloor.
Well Sammy from Floor Coverings Intl, did, and they did a great job! Put in 3/4" exterior plywood screwed & glued to the framework, then screwed and glued 1/2" backboard to that, then 2 coats of RedGuard, then thinset cement & beautiful tiles. We like the border tiles too!

This is a quality operation. Everything they did was high quality.

First of all let me start of by saying. The owner is amazing. She is professional, courteous and really easy to work with. She took our call on a Sunday and set us up for an appointment the following Tuesday.
  When she came to our house on Tuesday. She showed up with a mask and practiced social distancing. She brought in various carpet samples and let us feel the different in fabric and feel of each one. She was not pushy or using sales tactics most people use. She allowed us to make our own choice and decision on all our flooring. The whole process was fantastic from start to finish.
 Her installers showed up with a mask and were really profesional and courteous also. They made sure everything was perfect before leaving even vacuumed each room. The install is perfect. If you need anything related to flooring or the many more amazing home projects and services they offer. PLEASE PLEASE CONTACT THEM. You will not be disappointed.

Scott came and measured on Wednesday at 11am and brought carpet samples. As promised, his crews were on-site at 8am the next day!! They knocked all new carpet in my 1400sqft 2-story home in 1 day! Installers were courteous, clean and professional. Pricing was very competitive. If you're looking for a quick turn around and great service, look no further.

Mike was AMAZING. Our project took a couple days and Mike was always on time and followed through with everything. He was very precise with his cuts and did the job properly. Our patio came out amazing and we will be using him in the future when we retile our entire house.

From the start Floor Source bent over backwards for us.  When we had some difficulties in what we chose (we changed our mind), they helped us correct it the best they could (we still paid for the carpet and will keep it, but they adjusted labor and padding).  They scheduled us and kept us updated on installation.  On the day of install for the laminate, they sent Tony.  He was fast, efficient, and friendly.  But the most important part.... he did an immaculate install!  The next day the guys came for the carpet (sorry, can't remember the names).  They were just as good as Tony!  Fast, efficient and did an absolutely amazing job!  We still have the left over carpet piece and our son will put it in his house.  Already spoke to them and they will be using floor source to get padding and install.  Floor Source is going to send a person to their place for measuring.  Service ALL THE WAY AROUND!  Thank you Floor Source!!

Shamus and Travis are magicians at working on repairing anything stone. We have limestone floors that need a lot of attention and they perform miracles on the floor as well as our quartz countertops.

We had DustSharkz remove about 800 sqft of tile. Price was very fair. They did the work as advertised. Floors were clean, dustless and ready for new tile. Staff are very professional and courteous. They came in and knocked the job out in an afternoon. We were considering doing the job ourself but thought twice about the work involved. So glad we called DustSharkz. I highly recommend using their service.

Matthew is wonderful. And his two coworkers are also wonderful. They were professional on time. Every time they said they were coming and left the place clean. I am amazed at the speed in which they remove tile and how little dust there is. They have perfected the process. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs tile work removed. I have had them to two different projects since I first contacted them and if I ever needed anyone else to do tile removal, they would be the ones I would call.

Needed to upgrade my kitchen ASAP! Gathered 5 different quotes, decided to go with this company as owner was very well spoken and professional over the phone. Pricing was EXCEPTIONAL. Communication was awesome had answers to all of my questions and was on time each time which is a huge plus for me! The entire process was a breeze! My kitchen looks AMAZING. I wanted to replace the carpet in my master bedroom before an upcoming visit from some family members.  I contacted a couple of the big companies, and was told it would be at least two months before I could get new carpet installed.  That's when I thought I would check out Yelp, and found out about J&B Carpet--and it turned out that their store is only about a couple of miles from my house!  So I went to check it out and met Vikki the owner.  She listened to what I was looking for, showed me a few samples, then she and her mother came by my house that same afternoon to measure my room and give me a quote.  I picked out the type of carpet I wanted, and one week later I had the new carpet in my bedroom, which looks great.  I couldn't believe how quick and easy and pleasant the whole process was!  Please, support this small family-owned business the next time you want to get carpet installed!

I truly cannot thank Denis and Adriatic Flooring enough for their hard work, expertise - as they literally transformed our home! They did a phenomenal job replacing our tile and carpeting with a beautiful luxury vinyl. They also replaced our old baseboards and they look fabulous! Denis & his crew were spot on time every single day, they were incredibly friendly and respectful throughout the entire project, and they did a remarkable job. I honestly couldn't be happier!

Also, the company I ordered the baseboards through shorted us on the number of boards we ordered, and I was afraid we wouldn't be able to find more due to the recent shortages. But Denis took the time to quickly find another company who had them in stock... and for a much better cost! Seriously, I am so happy with the end result of our floors and baseboards - everything looks perfect! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, Denis, Denis' dad and crew!! You guys are the best!

Eric did a great job: high quality, on time, and within budget.  Our garage floor had to be recoated due to some demolition work, and we were a bit nervous about Eric because he came recommended by the demolition guys, with whose work we were less than satisfied... But he quickly changed our impression: he showed up on time, promptly returned calls, and delivered on everything he promised. He even came back after he had finished his job to help us move some stuff back into our garage -- and he did this outside his work hours. The floor looks great! We strongly recommend Eric and First Class Coatings.
