Best Flooring Contractors in Arizona

Excellent customer service and quality!   We moved into our fixer-upper in the spring of last year knowing we would have a lot of work ahead of us.  After repeated trial and error with poor customer service experience with other contractors and home remodeling companies, we found Flooring America (actually my husband's intuition led us to them).  Dale was kind, respectful and VERY knowledgeable about all of the flooring options, brands, and styles.  Their showroom is vast and we picked out a few different carpet and wood-look tile options for various rooms in our home. Dale himself came out the very next day to take measurements with samples in hand...(and some additional samples as well).  We settled on a particular color for the carpet in our family room, however,  after a re-painting snafu of our walls (not Dale's fault), the color of the carpet that we picked and subsequently had installed did not match well at all with the new wall color. With some hesitation, I called Dale to find out if I had any options given my mistake in picking paint colors, and surprisingly, he said we were in luck and had purchased a carpet with a satisfaction guarantee, that stated we could change the carpet out for another color in the same carpet line/brand.  WOW!  We were not expecting that and are so pleased with the new color carpet that they quickly re-installed, with no hassles!!  Because of their amazing customer service, fair prices and high quality selection, we immediately thought of them for our next project a few months later. Since Dale kept all of our measurements for the entire home as well as the samples we had selected previously, we ordered from these wonderful folks again and within 2 weeks of ordering (and only 1 and 1/2 days of install). I have beautiful new floors in my home office. Compared to the experiences I have had at other places like AZ tile, we have found Flooring America of Chandler to have superior customer service, a wider selection and better prices.  I highly recommend that you consider this wonderful family owned, local business for your next home project.    Keep up the great work!!

I've only had one buying experience with Floor Depot so far, but they treated me well, so I will likely return for future flooring needs.  They worked with me to get the best possible price, which beat all competition hands down.  Would definitely recommend!

If you are looking for a company that will do a great job for you, you have found it. Vine was terrific and did everything he could to give us a great experience and truly a fantastic job.  Any concern we had during the job was taken care of. Vine's entire focus was to see that our granite turned out beautiful. We just love the look of it and the service could not have been better. Not impressed.  I went to this store based upon the positive reviews given recently.  When I walked in, two men were at the counter talking.  I assumed one was a customer, shame on me.  I was half-heartedly greeted by the man behind the counter and asked what I needed. Hah! I need my house cleaned, the winning lottery numbers, etc.  I asked about a specific type of porcelain tile and was incorrectly corrected by both!  The explanation I was given was more like a back pedal combined with a condescending tone.  Jeff needed to Google the term.  Then I was told that the ONLY porcelain tile he had on hand was tile that appeared to be wooden planks and that I was welcome to look while he finished his conversation with his "boy".   As I looked through the 15 or so samples I had to listen to the nauseating details of the Shaw rep's European river cruise, the changing of the guard at Shaw due to retirements, and other useless information.  It appeared that Jeff was far more interested in chit chatting with the Shaw rep than he was selling tile.  Needless to say, I won't be returning- ever.  

Oh!  And ladies, don't even think about going in for estimated pricing without your husband!  Assuming all women HAVE husbands...how caveman-esque thinking.

So, I've been waiting 10 days for you to Address my concerns and you have not. I was the last one to contact you and tell you all the things I was not satisfied with and it has been 10 days and you have done nothing nor have you contacted me. You have the money over or almost $6000 that was not your money and you have kept it and I am told that if you have cash the checks that have my name on them that it is fraudulent. You also have access to my house. So that was a poor excuse to give the insurance company because you have a lock box and you have a set of my keys.

After my review the owner of the business, Brian, reached out. It seems there was some confusion as who was going to contact who. I was impressed in talking with Brian and learning more about him. My take away is that he is honest, empathic, and a hard working business owner. Since I had no work done I cannot speak to their craftmanship.
I will give 5 stars for the integrity and communication on the part of the owner.

Stopped in to check out the place. I was greeted by Kelly right away. Also got to speak with Nick. They really know thier stuff! I highly recommend them!

I was helped out by Marty in the office who was extremely helpful. I knew he cared to know about our remodeling project  as he took the time to get to know my husband and I and our vision what we had in mind. 3 days after our conversation Mike came out to talk to us further about our project. It took about a week to get the proposal and I'm glad I waited as I previously had 2 other quotes in hand from other companies. They were decently priced, not the cheapest, but definitely the best in communication and really understood what we wanted. Although, not fully complete as of yet as i keep adding things, it's honestly just a fun process to go through with these great guys.

I needed a new contractor to do some renovations on our new home so we turned to Yelp and and found shepherd contracting. We used Thomas and his team when my new home needed some updating. The communication was above and beyond. We love our new bathrooms and will post updated photos soon!

Alfredo and his team always do excellent high-quality work. We've had them rebuild the gables on our house, rebuild a covered patio on our casita, and replace several sections of warped and worn-out siding. Everything has turned out great and we're very pleased. We'll be happy to hire Alfredo's team to do more work for us in the future!

They gave me a really fast quote and their installer was supposed to come out to confirm the measurements.  After my prompting the installer scheduled to come out this past Saturday but he never showed up.  I texted him and no response.  Dont do business with this company, very poor service.

Had a very good experience with Maria while finding a high quality remnant carpet piece for our great room.  The price was great and Maria later even chased down a missing small piece of carpet out for binding and did that late on a Saturday afternoon.  Will shop there again.

We used Olympic to remove old carpet and install French oak in three bedrooms to  match the rest of the flooring.  They were phenominal to work with-  they answered all my questions (I had a lot) we had unexpected issues when the carpet was removed (water on the concrete slab) so they worked with us on our new timelines.  The work was phenominal and I couldnt be happier.

Now 8 months later we had a pipe leak in the kitchen  and needed to repair/replace wood.  Rafal and his team came out to our house several times to come up  with the best solution.

I would use them again and recommend them in a heartbeat-  from the scheduler  to the owner and installers- a great experience

When I first read the reviews for I clean carpets I thought that maybe Robert had a large contingency of family and friends going on here and saying the most amazing compliments to him. After having him to my home to clean an area rug I found out why everyone is raving. Not only does he do an excellent job cleaning, go above and beyond fighting stains, but he truly delivers the customer service portion that is missing in most of today's service industry. Robert called me back and quoted me within the same business day that I left him a message, even though his voice mail said he was booked until January 20thm Rob found a way to fit my cleaning in. I cannot recommend I clean carpets enough. Quality, safety, professionalism, and customer service, all at a very reasonable price.

I had a water leak under the floor in my bathroom resulting in the entire bathroom having to be ripped out. Shower, tub, floor drywall, etc. Patterson homes did an incredible job of putting it all back together and I have to give special kudos to Spencer who is so great to work with. Any time I needed to get a hold of him I would text and he would respond right away. He was totally on top of all the contractors that had to come and go for various parts of the repair/renovation. I really appreciate all the effort he put into getting this bathroom repairedand it's now better than it was before.

What a nightmare of a experience. DO NOT USE.  They use subcontractors that dont care about the customer experience.  This company customer service is non-existent.  No way to talk to a manager unless you leave several voice mail.  Even than I did not get a call back most of the time.  Took twice as long as they stated to complete the vinyl plank portion of my job.  The vinyl subcontractor caused $1500 worth of damage to my home, had to finally file a claim with Expess Flooring Insurance carrier (EMC) to coverage the damages they caused. EMC  paid out for plumbing damage,  damage to the walls and for the destroyed trim the sub was not suppose to remove. I have pictures of damages and emails with operation manager from Express Flooring.  I will admit the carpet contactor did a great job and was quick,  polite and wonderful to work with.
