Best Flooring Contractors in Arizona

I needed two shower remodels in a rental property.  John D. at Flooring America in Chandler helped me find tile that blended nicely with the rest of the surfaces that I was not replacing.  The tile looks expensive but the price was very reasonable.   John has a lot of experience and far better intuition about design than I do. Both showers look fabulous.  The installer was also very experienced with an eye for detail and quality.  I also replaced carpet in two rooms.   Again, John helped me find a great product at a great price.   Working with John and his team was super easy with great communication. I have this team on speed dial now, for any future work. Oh, and the showroom is huge with so many great options at all different price ranges!

I highly recommend working with Travis and Nicole! I had some existing tile in a house we just bought that they helped me find the exact product from the manufacturer. Even setup a meeting for me with manufacturer rep to verify the color would match and then held that color lot aside for me. We bought our carpet from them as well which came out perfect. They recommended an installer Jon that did a great job! Travis and Nicole did exactly what they said they would do through the whole process and their following up was excellent! Their pricing was far better then any other place in town. Go see them you won't be disappointed!

We decided to update our kitchen countertops so we started the process of finding the right company for us. After 3 or 4 estimates/sales pitches we decided to go with ARG. Veny was the "man" for us. He got us with his knowledge and how easy he was to work with. He had great ideas to expand our countertop space and helped us find the right granite. When the day came for install they were right on time n promptly changed our kitchen. We love it! Do yourself a favor and call and talk with Veny. This place rocks!!

Called this "supposed" business owner for some handyman assistance. He claimed he spoke five languages so I assumed he was a great communicator. Unfortunately, that couldn't have been further from the truth. He asked me how 6 PM to 7 PM worked for me and I said fine. He then asked where I lived and I said Casas Adobes. OK, great I will spend an hour cleaning up before he comes over. Later, I looked up his location and it said Phoenix. I'm in Tucson so not sure why he said he would come over between 6 PM and 7 PM. I assumed he might have a worker here or that perhaps he was working in Tucson. I texted him twice with Radio silence as his reply. Is he coming? Is he not coming? Based on his previous reviews it's apparent that his lack of professionalism and communication lacks average standards.  Operating a small business encompasses more than just doing the work. The majority of owning a small business is interacting with people. I would say he gets 2 F's, 1 for a communication fail and 1 for being a flake. Buyer beware unless you don't care about common human decency.

Cesar and his dad make the dynamic duo. They were professional, always in constant communication and hard workers. They got it done so quickly and efficiently and stayed within our budget. Will definitely have then do our bathroom when we are ready. Highly recommend.

I was sent to Jeff by a friend of ours and I am so glad that I followed his advice. Jeff listened to our wants and concerns and helped us pick out our floors. They are now installed and they are amazing! I am completely over the moon about the entire experience. There was NO over promising and under delivering. It was all straightforward with no surprises. Jeff gave us the info to a fantastic installer, who again went above and beyond!

This company is the worst company I have ever used.  It took them 8 months to finally finish the job I was told it was going to take 2 to 3 months to do. The people on the job site were unprofessional and did very poor work & wasted time by having tomistakes they made over & over again or painted 2 to 3 times to get it right advised the owner and he kept trying to make excuses for them untill I showed him pictures and videos of this and still after this he tried to push blame on us his sight manger tried to do short cuts and say we wouldn't notice but  know I hv this on video too saying this... They got grout on my classic car that was parked in my driveway and said he was not responsible for damage and took off Penny's of job to try to satisfy us for damage that costs thousands to fix and said the contract we sign has not responsible for damage ... worker made a large hole in wall with a crowbar  that to be used on a car not house renovations. They moved a piece of furniture and broke it .. and again owner comes up with excuses.... I wish I could give them negative stars..

We hired Az Remodeling Pros to install new porcelain flooring and kitchen. The work was quite extensive as it required removal of walls, new plumbing lines, and a lot of electrical work.

The team was hard working, timely, knowledgeable, and professional. We now have the home of our dreams and the chef's kitchen that is the centerpiece of family time.

I used this company to remodel my house kitchen and bathrooms. They did a superb job on time with a very reasonable price. I dealt with Tyson one of the company's principals and he was great to deal with and was very responsive to all my questions as the work progressed.

I needed a new contractor to do some renovations on our new home so we turned to Yelp and and found shepherd contracting. We used Thomas and his team when my new home needed some updating. The communication was above and beyond. We love our new bathrooms and will post updated photos soon!

I had an outdoor patio wall commissioned through them and it came out spectacular! They put up the wall quickly and efficiently, and I was really impressed with the work! Will be returning to finish patio floor and likely much more!

They gave me a really fast quote and their installer was supposed to come out to confirm the measurements.  After my prompting the installer scheduled to come out this past Saturday but he never showed up.  I texted him and no response.  Dont do business with this company, very poor service.

This started out so good, but they dropped the ball. Manager Jim Pollack was great. Super nice, really informed, and found the perfect carpet for us. The problem is with installation. They didn't finish the job on the first day and now, to weeks later, we still don't have our last closet done. Installation manager Gabriel is a terrible communicator. He doesn't return calls and no-showed to finish the job two days in a row. Absolutely ruined what had been a good experience.

Olympic Harwood Flooring has exceeding my expectations. The owner Rafal is friendly and very helpful. He came out to measure our space and provided us a quote within 24hrs. Our hardwood floors were installed on time they even finished the job early. His crew showed up on time every day which was amazing! I am so thankful for their hard work and their awesome product. I have already referred multiple friends and family members. Thankyou!!!

I called Robert on Friday afternoon and he was out in Saturday morning. He called while en route with an ETA and arrived promptly on time.

After assessing the situation he promptly began to work setting up protective guards to keep the wall corners and furnishings from getting damaged from the hoses. Robert spent an hour and a half cleaning two sectional sofas, and he kept me apprised of his progress along the way.

Upon finishing Robert mentioned that he guarantees his work and if I had any issues after the sofas had dried to call him and he would come back out at no charge.

Before leaving he gave me a bottle of deodorizer and a bottle of enzyme cleaner at no charge.

Highly recommended. Prompt, professional and courteous.

Update 06/12/21:
Shortly after this review, I received a message from someone with the title of business manager stating they wanted to help make sure we were "well taken care of from here on out". We received a call this morning stating that the installer would be here between 8 - 10am to finish the job. At 11:30 am still no one showed up, no phone call saying they were running late, so we called and asked for the installation manager to call us back, as no one had an answer to what was going on. 12 pm still no phone call, so we called again, this time we supposedly spoke with a manager who "guaranteed" they would be here between 1 - 1:30 pm today. We asked that they call before they come so we knew for sure they were on their way and that we would be home, as after wasting 5 days stuck at home waiting for these jokers to finish a 2 - 3 day job we had errands that had to be run. No problem they will be there. Rushing back at 12:45 to make sure we didn't miss anyone.  It is now 1:31 pm, no call, non one has shown up. So much for the business manager making sure we were going to be taken care of. So much for another guarantee from this company who have a lot words and excuses, but zero execution. We asked the manager why we always have to be the one to call, why don't you call and tell us there is a delay, of which there was no answer other than sorry. It is my opinion based on this experience this company does not value their customers time or hard earned money they spent trusting them to honor their commitments.

I knew this was going to be a bad idea when the salesmen who came to give us bid was a piece of work. He talked down the competition, told my wife she had outdated taste, argued with her over the size of the floor board. At one point I told them they could leave if they didn't show my wife the options she was looking for. Unfortunately, they did have the style she liked. I told her this company was going to be a problem, because the management was either clueless they had someone like this working for them or they were just like him. My wife said not worry she would deal with them.

They said the install would take two days, but maybe run over to do final touches a few hours on day 3. A large crew showed up, and I thought wow, that is impressive, but they ended up leaving two floor people - bummer.  On the second day the two sat in the garage for the last two hours of the day and did not work. I went out to ask if something was wrong, but they kept communicating with someone on the phone and ended up saying they would be back the next day to finish. On day three the person who must have been the foreman said that some of the work wasn't on the contract, my wife pulled out the contract and said no, it says it right here. Then she started to point out the issues with the flooring. I could see he was aggravated at the work that had been done, and took a part a large area of the floor, spending hours re-installing it correctly. On a positive note, this gentlemen was amazing - pin point accuracy and corrected all of the previous days errors. When he finished he said that he could not complete the two door/carpet transitions area's because they didn't have the items required to do it, so we would get a call to have that scheduled.

My wife then returned a call to an unpleasant office staff member who made a number of excuses for this job now going into day 4 without even asking how the job went so far (apparently this company employees people who do not know how to treat customers, and don't really care once you've signed the contract ). Anyway they stated they would be out the next day (day four) to finish the transition and that  we would get a call between 6:30 - 9am. My wife continued to call and finally around noon found out they scheduled the wrong date, and supposedly they will be out tomorrow (day 5) - not even as much as an apology. Correct, the job is not complete yet. I have my doubts they will show up on a Saturday, and mostly because this company has yet to do much of anything they said on time.

If its not resolved tomorrow next stop BBB.
