Recently I had new flooring put in my house.  I had wood porcelain wood tile put in and I love it.. Dale was really good.   He helped me a lot.  I was not sure what I wanted.  He showed me many choices.   He was very professional.   And the guys that installed my flooring did a great job! Very professional and clean..   They went above and beyond too!
I was very happy I chose Flooring America to do my home...  I would highly recommend them..Thank you for doing a great job.

Floor Depot provides excellent customer service and the best prices. Recently, I needed to find an exact match to existing tile in my home. I worked with Travis, the owner of Floor Depot, and he was extremely helpful. He knew the tile I was looking for by name and after getting a bit more info said he would look for a local supplier. He called me back the same day to let me know he had found the tile I needed. He even arranged for us to down to the supplier so that we could double check to make sure the tile they had would be a match by comparing it to an extra we had. Once we knew how many square feet we needed, he double checked to make sure we everything, including the dyelot, was correct.

My husband and I called almost a dozen tile distributors in the valley looking for this tile. While a few did have the tile we needed, no one provided the same level of customer service that Floor Depot did. Additionally, No one else came even close to matching the great deal he gave us on the price and delivery cost. So, if you need flooring definitely call Floor Depot.

Highly recommend! Russ was amazing! I put in a request on a Sunday. To my surprise I received a response immediately. I had a TV mount that had gone wrong and was causing quite a bit of damage. Russ was quick to come out, fix the wall and mount, and hung a chandelier in my kitchen. He also noticed my front door was incorrectly installed and took the initiative to fix it so it no longer sticks. I cannot thank him enough!

Cesar and his dad make the dynamic duo. They were professional, always in constant communication and hard workers. They got it done so quickly and efficiently and stayed within our budget. Will definitely have then do our bathroom when we are ready. Highly recommend.

I was sent to Jeff by a friend of ours and I am so glad that I followed his advice. Jeff listened to our wants and concerns and helped us pick out our floors. Hands down, Q is one of the best out there - he's honest, hardworking, knowledgeable and very trustworthy. I referred him to my family members as well. Easy to communicate with and no project is too big or too small from electric, plumbing to installing tvs, I would highly recommend him to everyone.

AZ Carpet Restoration is coming to my house tomorrow - AGAIN - and I can't wait.  I realized that so many times those of us who love our vendors don't tell anybody.  Well, this one deserves a shout out - my home's carpet will be gorgeous and clean in 18 hours!  And they clean our stores, my neighbor and a couple of my close friends carpets.  Used others years ago, no comparison.  The staff is awesome from the minute you call to the group that rings your doorbell - as I said - happy feet - my carpets will be gorgeous in less than 18 hours!

After my review the owner of the business, Brian, reached out. It seems there was some confusion as who was going to contact who. I was impressed in talking with Brian and learning more about him. My take away is that he is honest, empathic, and a hard working business owner. Since I had no work done I cannot speak to their craftmanship.
I will give 5 stars for the integrity and communication on the part of the owner.

We used Kitchen and Bath Remodeling for a bathroom remodel.  Mike P. and his crew were amazing.  We removed a small shower and separate tub and had Kitchen and Bath Remodeling create one large shower with a bench and three showerheads.  The process was seamless from demo, to plumbing, to tiling, and all the finishing touches.  They had a crew repaint the bathroom ceiling and touch up other areas that were needed.  The tile crew was very clean, polite, and courteous and did a great job.  They worked long hours just to get the job done quickly.  I'm so pleased with how the bathroom remodel turned out and would recommend Kitchen and Bath Remodeling without hesitation.  Thanks for turning my drab shower into a spa-like retreat!

I needed a new contractor to do some renovations on our new home so we turned to Yelp and and found shepherd contracting. We used Thomas and his team when my new home needed some updating. The communication was above and beyond. We love our new bathrooms and will post updated photos soon!

Alfredo and his team always do excellent high-quality work. We've had them rebuild the gables on our house, rebuild a covered patio on our casita, and replace several sections of warped and worn-out siding. Everything has turned out great and we're very pleased. We'll be happy to hire Alfredo's team to do more work for us in the future!

They gave me a really fast quote and their installer was supposed to come out to confirm the measurements.  After my prompting the installer scheduled to come out this past Saturday but he never showed up.  I texted him and no response.  Dont do business with this company, very poor service.

Pro Floors did a excellent job.  Good service, honest, and suburb job.  We worked with Mike and he could not have be nicer.  We love our hardwood floors and will use them again!

We used Olympic to remove old carpet and install French oak in three bedrooms to  match the rest of the flooring.  They were phenominal to work with-  they answered all my questions (I had a lot) we had unexpected issues when the carpet was removed (water on the concrete slab) so they worked with us on our new timelines.  The work was phenominal and I couldnt be happier.

Now 8 months later we had a pipe leak in the kitchen  and needed to repair/replace wood.  Rafal and his team came out to our house several times to come up  with the best solution.

I would use them again and recommend them in a heartbeat-  from the scheduler  to the owner and installers- a great experience

It is very unusual to meet someone who is professional, courteous, hard working and takes pride in their work. Rob is one such person.  He came to clean our carpet both in the office and at the house and did such a great job for a very reasonable price that we ended up asking him to clean and seal our tiles too.  
I wish other businesses would emulate his work ethics.  Highly recommended !!!!

We had bathroom and kitchen remodeled by this company. Lets begin with bathroom, our bathroom is small about 25 square feet, we wanted to do partial remodel which only include replacing countertop, tiling the tub area, putting vinyl plank on the floor and replacing wall and paint. Since this is our only bathroom, Allen said remodel would take about week-week and half, he said that everything would be accessible like toilet, shower on 4 day of remodel, he said his guy would work 7-9 hours. That was all not true. The remodel took 3 weeks, their guy worked slow and only 5 hours max or less most days, we were without toilet and shower for week and half. The quality of his work was horrible specially tile, culk and grout (pics posted). I had to make him regrout. He was telling me he is blind and cannot see how to culk properly. So this is the kind of people they send you for $8300 remodel. So after he was done, they sent a plumber to install the faucet. Their plumber was even dumber he could not figure out how to install a faucet, I pretty much had to tell him what to do. Later when they connected the toilet the supply line was leaking, that plumber started putting on like 6 supply lines and they were all leaking and he didnt know why. He told me i need to get a new toilet. He started screwing with a fill valve, broke the fill valve, water exploded all over our newly renovated bathroom. I had to yell them to send us someone who knows what they are doing. So finally on week 3 they had to send their best carpenter and plumber to fix what others did. So after the bathroom was done I asked Allen for at least $1000 discount from everything that happened (good contractor would agree on that). He was hesitant at first, said things like that happen (yeah if I was paying $1000 and not $8300). He agreed for only 500 discount on bathroom and 500 on future work, who knows how much he will add to future work to compensate for that.

So we decided to use them again for kitchen which required less work, just countertops, plumbing and flooring, price was $5300 kitchen was completed in a week. Kitchen came out ok, but there were few hiccups, their counter top guy cut the granite for a sink that did not match and they had order another one which took 3 days and they blamed work on one another, counter top guy Dorin said that he doesnt install the support brackets for counter top and they said thats his job. So after the kitchen was done I asked Allen to fix minor damages that were done to drywall from demo. Allen replied that he would charge additional $350 to fix the drywall, they state in contract that repairs are not included after demo, so that basically says we can damage the drywall anyway we like and you will pay extra to fix. I used a 6 dollar can of spackling paste to fix the damages which took me 20 min and if they did the same thing I would of been satisfied, especially after we had a bad experience with bath, but they decided to scam you at the end.

I would stay away from this company for any remodeling needs.

I cannot state how happy my house is with the work that was done to our home by Patterson Homes and there staff. It all started with a flood where we had to replace the drywall and carpets. I was out on vacation and my roommates let me know. I had remembered a recommendation from a friend for patterson homes and then got in contact with Chance McKelvie who was the project manager. He was amazing through the whole processes, he was quick to act and settled my mind when I was away from home. He made sure to keep both me and my household know what was happening every step of the way. My roommate a let me know how kind and helpful Chance and his whole staff were. When I got home it was all handled and it was better then when I left it. We liked the company so much we commissioned them for additional work such as our tile. That also was better than expected. We will continue using this company and as she definitely go above and beyond and make you feel cared about. We highly recommend the company and suggest you ask for Chance because he is amazing!

Mike Fierro out of Tucson AZ is AMAZING. Our initial installer did a terrible job on the edging/transition/trim work and Mike came out and reworked the whole job. He was professional, friendly, got it done quickly and we are SO HAPPY with the work. Thank you, Express Flooring, for sending him and thank you Mike for saving the day!!
