Excellent customer service and quality!   We moved into our fixer-upper in the spring of last year knowing we would have a lot of work ahead of us.  After repeated trial and error with poor customer service experience with other contractors and home remodeling companies, we found Flooring America (actually my husband's intuition led us to them).  Dale was kind, respectful and VERY knowledgeable about all of the flooring options, brands, and styles.  Their showroom is vast and we picked out a few different carpet and wood-look tile options for various rooms in our home. Dale himself came out the very next day to take measurements with samples in hand...(and some additional samples as well).  We settled on a particular color for the carpet in our family room, however,  after a re-painting snafu of our walls (not Dale's fault), the color of the carpet that we picked and subsequently had installed did not match well at all with the new wall color. With some hesitation, I called Dale to find out if I had any options given my mistake in picking paint colors, and surprisingly, he said we were in luck and had purchased a carpet with a satisfaction guarantee, that stated we could change the carpet out for another color in the same carpet line/brand.  WOW!  We were not expecting that and are so pleased with the new color carpet that they quickly re-installed, with no hassles!!  Because of their amazing customer service, fair prices and high quality selection, we immediately thought of them for our next project a few months later. Since Dale kept all of our measurements for the entire home as well as the samples we had selected previously, we ordered from these wonderful folks again and within 2 weeks of ordering (and only 1 and 1/2 days of install). I have beautiful new floors in my home office. Compared to the experiences I have had at other places like AZ tile, we have found Flooring America of Chandler to have superior customer service, a wider selection and better prices.  I highly recommend that you consider this wonderful family owned, local business for your next home project.    Keep up the great work!!

I learned about Floor Depot thru our realtor. We were pretty clueless on wood flooring and the differences between laminate, engineered and real wood. We stopped by on a Sat and the owner, Travis, was there. We asked him to give us a brief overview of the different types of woods. In terms very easy for us to understand he completely filled us in. When we decided on a wood, we price shopped (who wouldn't) NOONE could beat Travis's price on the flooring. The material came in on schedule with NO bumps and our installer was able to start on time. Their customer service is FANTASTIC as well. Travis kept me informed of the status of order and even followed up after it was picked up. I would HIGHLY recommend Travis and Kelly at Floor Depot for ANY of your flooring needs (they also carry carpet and tile). It felt great supporting a local Arizona company.

Vine was terrific and did everything he could to give us a great experience and truly a fantastic job.  Any concern we had during the job was taken care of. Had to get an outdoor shower built to accommodate us near the swimming pool. we had a water line already at the spot so we just needed someone to build something presentable and forest/nature looking. looked around and found that Russ has had great experience with wood so we decided to contact him. Very fast respond time and was willing to drive out to Manteca to meet us. Anyways, we are really happy and impressed with the quality of the work and his service. He's a very energetic man and doesn't waste time getting things done. Great pricing and great service. Thank you soooo much Russ. Definitely going to request you again in the future.

Cesar and his dad make the dynamic duo. They were professional, always in constant communication and hard workers. They got it done so quickly and efficiently and stayed within our budget. Will definitely have then do our bathroom when we are ready. Highly recommend.

I used them because my insurance (USAA) referred them for water damage in my kitchen, and has worked with them for 35 years. I was so happy with their work - they finished quickly, they were friendly, responsive, wanted to make sure I was happy, and then cleaned up after themselves. My house looked better after the work than it did before the water leak!

Used Az remodel Pros to redo the entire master bathroom! Loved Brian, Izzy, Carlos and team. There's a lot going on In the world so finding good people that care is important. The team was great and make you feel like family. We plan on using them again for other projects like our kitchen and stairs. Can't say enough goodness about this company you will be in good hands! After my post Tyson reached out. My quote was sent to the wrong email address. He also explained there was some turnover in the office which most likely resulted in the lack of follow up. I needed a new contractor to do some renovations on our new home so we turned to Yelp and and found shepherd contracting. We used Thomas and his team when my new home needed some updating. The communication was above and beyond. We love our new bathrooms and will post updated photos soon!

Alfredo and his team always do excellent high-quality work. We've had them rebuild the gables on our house, rebuild a covered patio on our casita, and replace several sections of warped and worn-out siding. Everything has turned out great and we're very pleased. We'll be happy to hire Alfredo's team to do more work for us in the future!

Recently renovated our small condo with granite countertops. After looking around we found Apache Tile and I couldn't believe how reasonable their pricing was! Ben was so helpful in making sure we found slabs that were not only beautiful.. but also met our price range. The installers had a tough job with our HUGE mirror in the bathroom as the old backsplash was interfering. However, they were able to take the mirror down, install, and put the mirror back up WITHOUT breaking it - let alone without a single scratch!  (Didn't even know that was possible!) Overall, very happy with the result. Thank you Ben & crew for making this process easy and affordable!

Olympic Hardwood installed 3000 sq ft of engineered hardwood in our 1950's era home. The work they did was nothing short of amazing. Regina and Rafal spent quite a bit of time assisting us in picking the perfect flooring before we committed. We received a detailed estimate before work began, and when the work was finished there were no surprises in the cost. Work began on the dot the day it was scheduled, and proceeded right on time in spite of an entire week of rain. Their craftsmen were meticulous, not to mention polite and all-around great guys. The flooring has transformed our house! We really did our homework interviewing various flooring companies in the Phoenix area, and could not be happier that we chose Olympic for the job.

I had I Clean Carpets come to clean the carpets in my rental property. They got out stains that I thought would never come out. They do very good work and I will be using them for carpet cleaning jobs in the future.

This review is coming from someone who has a lot of experience with GCs and what to expect in terms of the bare minimum. Patterson Homes is the worst "legitimate" company I have come across. No site supervision. Unprofessional project managers. Unwilling to admit to errors or to correct errors without forcing the situation. Inexperienced staff. Blames the customer at every possible opportunity. Lies.

Ruined my beautiful "phoenix brown" concrete floors - had to pull teeth to get them to salvage the floors to whatever degree possible. They left me with concrete floors that now show the aggregate as the finished surface due to the fact they had to grind the surface down in an attempt to repair their error (which they never will admit to). What happened to my pristine hard-troweled concrete floors you ask? Well, they decided to paint dark brown stripes on top of every single crack they found. Blame me for it. No, sir, I asked for you to fill the CRACKS not to fill and stain the cracks with dark brown overlapping at least 1" on either side of the crack leaving me with a brown zebra, camouflaged floor. They told me this is how it is done. wrong. I have never seen it done that way EVER and this isn't my first rodeo. It was insulting to me and the historical house. They have no understanding for maintaining historical features within a home. INSULTING. run far away. On top of all this, they expected me to pay the invoice addressed to the wrong person as well as with an added fee they tried to slip in there on top of what I previously agreed upon in less than 30 days or else they would send me to collections. Insanity. Oh. And they would not allow me to speak with the Owner during this whole nightmare, as I was told he wouldn't say anything different than the awful project manager I was stuck with. Really? You don't think a good conversation with the owner of the company might prevent a bad yelp review from happening in the future....

Carpet already needs to be stretched and it has ripples everywhere and it has only been a short while. Quality is terrible.
