OMG. What a great experience. This family owned business is the best. From my first entry into the store. Inventory of product choices is great. Staff is very friendly not pushy. One stop shopping. Very professional. Great job Brian/ project manager, Jacob and Chad. They are really top notch installers. We are very satisfied. Will never return to lumber liquidators.

I've only had one buying experience with Floor Depot so far, but they treated me well, so I will likely return for future flooring needs.  They worked with me to get the best possible price, which beat all competition hands down.  Would definitely recommend!

Russ was great! Hardworking, efficient, solution-minded. He helped us stabilize a wobbly loft bed and bolt it to a wall. He was fast and easy to communicate with. The visit, quite, project all done in less than 24 hrs. He wore a mask and was very courteous.

Cesar and his dad make the dynamic duo. They were professional, always in constant communication and hard workers. They got it done so quickly and efficiently and stayed within our budget. Will definitely have then do our bathroom when we are ready. Highly recommend.

Hands down, Q is one of the best out there - he's honest, hardworking, knowledgeable and very trustworthy. I referred him to my family members as well. Easy to communicate with and no project is too big or too small from electric, plumbing to installing tvs, I would highly recommend him to everyone.

We seen the company ad on TV Az sonoran living.. We scheduled for carpet cleaning they did an amazing job. We are very impressed with the cleaning and the customer service. Mark who came out was very nice and pleasant. We will definitely use this company again.

After my review the owner of the business, Brian, reached out. It seems there was some confusion as who was going to contact who. I was impressed in talking with Brian and learning more about him. My take away is that he is honest, empathic, and a hard working business owner. Since I had no work done I cannot speak to their craftmanship.

Builders flooring and design recently remodeled our home in Queen Creek and we loved it! Nik and Kathryn were helpful and response throughout the entire process.

They put in new flooring and cabinets, along with new baseboards, and everything looks great!

Moving from Chicago I had high expectations for quality of work and speed. Mike/K&B certainly exceeded my expectations. Additionally, Mike's team was always on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and clean. They even worked on my home (paint, electrical, demo, etc.) while I was still living in Chicago. I can confidently say I will always call Mike/K&B WHENEVER I have home repair need.

I needed a new contractor to do some renovations on our new home so we turned to Yelp and and found shepherd contracting. We used Thomas and his team when my new home needed some updating. The communication was above and beyond. We love our new bathrooms and will post updated photos soon!

Alfredo and his team always do excellent high-quality work. We've had them rebuild the gables on our house, rebuild a covered patio on our casita, and replace several sections of warped and worn-out siding. Everything has turned out great and we're very pleased. We'll be happy to hire Alfredo's team to do more work for us in the future!

Now we bought a piece a of granite from another company and hired Apache Tile Outlet to pick it up and fabercate it for us and install it as well.   Well first i had to locate the granite and arrange for its delivery.  Then after it was installed i was accused of not paying them and a check bounced and they never recieved payment.  After arguing with Shane the manager come to find out the installer was paid in full and was playing games.  Then my extra granite is now missing and never returned  and the broke the piece that was installed.  I am now been fighting with them since November of 2022 and still not fixed or my granite brought to me.   I am filing compliants with the ROC as well as with in the court system to get my money back for the granite and what it has cost me to get it done right.  DO NOT USE THEM IT WILL BE A HEADACHE.  Also will regret it as well.

Pro Floors did a excellent job.  Good service, honest, and suburb job.  We worked with Mike and he could not have be nicer.  We love our hardwood floors and will use them again!

Olympic Harwood Flooring has exceeding my expectations. The owner Rafal is friendly and very helpful. He came out to measure our space and provided us a quote within 24hrs. Our hardwood floors were installed on time they even finished the job early. His crew showed up on time every day which was amazing! I am so thankful for their hard work and their awesome product. I was excited to have my tile floors professionally cleaned, and one company stood WAY out, and I was excited to try "I Clean Carpets". Scheduling with Rob was fast and easy, and you couldn't ask for a better communicator. Rob does a great job of giving you an idea of arrival time, and even will update you with a text or call on actual arrival time.

Once Rob gets to your location, he is a whirlwind of activity. He quickly gets his gear set up and explains the process. Rob's attention to detail was outstanding, and you can tell he is a consummate professional. I never knew 'wall bumpers' existed, but Rob placed them throughout the house, so that when the tubing from the cleaner was moved, it didn't imprint anything on the walls. Pretty cool, right?

Rob got my floors so clean, I almost don't want to let anyone walk in the house. My dog is still mad that he has to wear baby socks- but hey- I am not messing up these floors!

In short, you cannot go wrong with Rob, and "I Clean Carpet'. Rob knows his business, and takes better care of your floor than you do- so do yourself a favor and make that appointment today, you will be very happy you did!

The lady who owned my house before I did left a receipt and other info behind from Handyman Connection so I thought I'd give them a call. Tim was able to help me change out some locks and did a great job and was  very knowledgeable and friendly. I have a long list of work that needs to be done on my house and I'm glad to make connections in the area with a handyman service I can trust. Thank you!

This review is coming from someone who has a lot of experience with GCs and what to expect in terms of the bare minimum. Patterson Homes is the worst "legitimate" company I have come across. No site supervision. Unprofessional project managers. Unwilling to admit to errors or to correct errors without forcing the situation. Inexperienced staff. Blames the customer at every possible opportunity. Lies.

Ruined my beautiful "phoenix brown" concrete floors - had to pull teeth to get them to salvage the floors to whatever degree possible. They left me with concrete floors that now show the aggregate as the finished surface due to the fact they had to grind the surface down in an attempt to repair their error (which they never will admit to). What happened to my pristine hard-troweled concrete floors you ask? Well, they decided to paint dark brown stripes on top of every single crack they found. Blame me for it. No, sir, I asked for you to fill the CRACKS not to fill and stain the cracks with dark brown overlapping at least 1" on either side of the crack leaving me with a brown zebra, camouflaged floor. They told me this is how it is done. wrong. I have never seen it done that way EVER and this isn't my first rodeo. It was insulting to me and the historical house. They have no understanding for maintaining historical features within a home. INSULTING. run far away. On top of all this, they expected me to pay the invoice addressed to the wrong person as well as with an added fee they tried to slip in there on top of what I previously agreed upon in less than 30 days or else they would send me to collections. Insanity. Oh. And they would not allow me to speak with the Owner during this whole nightmare, as I was told he wouldn't say anything different than the awful project manager I was stuck with. Really? You don't think a good conversation with the owner of the company might prevent a bad yelp review from happening in the future....

Whole process was seamless. Consultant, installers both followed through and did an excellent job.
