The staff here is very kind and knowledgeable about their products. They have a wonderful selection of flooring, unfortunately everything is a tad pricey for my budget every tile we looked at was over 2.00

Let me start by saying that I did not purchase my flooring from Floor Depot. Rather, after working with me for about 2 weeks; providing me sample boards to take home, ordering a sample board for me that he didn't have, and helping me carry countless heavy sample boards to my car, Travis recommended I purchase the flooring I wanted elsewhere as he thought I could get a better price at another store. Talk about honesty! Talk about exceptional customer service! The price he did quote me for my 2nd choice flooring (Provenza) was unbeatable. I absolutely recommend Floor Depot. I doubt you'll find a better price elsewhere and if there is a better price elsewhere, you can trust Travis to steer you in the right direction. Support local business and honest sales- it's a rarity these days!

We had a small built in wine fridge project at our house and were having trouble sourcing the granite to match our existing kitchen counters, let alone the small slab. I was referred to Royal Granite from a family friend and they were terrific. Veny made some great suggestions for the space and we are extremely happy!

Russ is easily one of the best handymen in the Entire valley.  Not only is he a pleasure to work with he is incredibly capable and diligent.  He's done projects on two homes for me and will definitely work on more.  I'm very glad to have found him and you will definitely be pleased with his service. Cesar and his dad make the dynamic duo. They were professional, always in constant communication and hard workers. They got it done so quickly and efficiently and stayed within our budget. Will definitely have then do our bathroom when we are ready. Highly recommend.

Jeff was customer service at it's best, laid back but totally responsive and helpful through the ordering, and to the completion of the project.
Any material needs that arose were quickly met. Even in route to pick up materials I called to add additional items and when I arrived they were ready. Totally new to laminate flooring and the installation process, I had a few questions and concerns, Jeff answered all questions.
Great service..Highly Recommend.

We have used AZ Carpet Restoration for years in our business and our home.  Their crews are quick, efficient and professional and go above and beyond our expectations.  Unfortunately, we were treated to a holiday electrical fire in our store last year.  Thanks  to Russ's son-in-law who pitched in on New Year's Eve - we re-opened New Year's Day.  I highly recommend AZCR and even give them the keys to my home or business to complete jobs.

Quick and efficient. We needed our entire 2nd floor carpet replaced under a tight deadline. Brian and team were efficient, professional, and great to work with. The carpet looks amazing and they finished in one day.

Just completed a full master bath remodel with K&B. Very pleased with the results. Tyson and crew did an excellent job. Workers were efficient, professional and clean. Including wearing masks when appropriate. They were flexible and helpful in both functional and design recommendations. Pricing was clear and competitive. I highly recommend adding K&B to your contact list if you're in the market for any remodeling project, big or small.

I needed a new contractor to do some renovations on our new home so we turned to Yelp and and found shepherd contracting. We used Thomas and his team when my new home needed some updating. The communication was above and beyond. We love our new bathrooms and will post updated photos soon!

I had an outdoor patio wall commissioned through them and it came out spectacular! They put up the wall quickly and efficiently, and I was really impressed with the work! Will be returning to finish patio floor and likely much more!

They gave me a really fast quote and their installer was supposed to come out to confirm the measurements.  After my prompting the installer scheduled to come out this past Saturday but he never showed up.  I texted him and no response.  Dont do business with this company, very poor service.

The sales staff is great here and the purchasing process was easy to get great value.  However, the installation was a total pain and very very poorly managed by the PM Gabriel.  They over ran their schedule by double, charged costs that were not part of the original quote, never returned my phone calls, and were impossible to get a hold of.  I was lied to by the PM numerous times on completion dates, work to be done, and any return phone calls I was promised for status updates.  I would recommend buying tile here but NEVER have them manage the install.

I had lived with my dated, glued down, engineered wood floors for 10+ years and had hated them from the day I purchased my house. When I finally decided to replace them, I took my time, shopped around, selected a couple of hardwood flooring options, interviewed a few different installers and got bids to do the work. Then I went to Olympic Hardwood Flooring's showroom and I hit the lottery.
I first met Kelly, she is terrific, lovely, kind and was helpful and patient as I looked at all of their flooring options, and they have A LOT to choose from. Rafal helped narrow down my selections and let me take samples home. Once I made my decision, Rafal presented an estimate to complete the job that was both competitive and detailed. He patiently answered all my questions and concerns before I gave him my deposit to begin the project. Rafal and Kelly kept me informed of ordering, delivery and installation dates and adhered to the schedule throughout the entire project.
I was blessed to have Buddha install my flooring, he was absolutely fantastic. His work is impeccable, flawless and detailed; he arrived on time, cleaned up after himself and was an absolute pleasure to work with. In the span of six days, he removed and replaced the hardwood flooring in the living room and removed old carpet in the primary and guest bedrooms and replaced it with the same oak flooring. Even when unexpected, extra floor prep work was required the work was still completed on time, per the schedule and within budget.
To say I am thrilled with the outcome is an understatement...I'm ecstatic!! My house has been transformed into a home. My expectations were not only met, but exceeded anything I could have ever hoped for. I would highly, HIGHLY recommend Olympic Hardwood Flooring, everyone there is terrific and it was the best decision I ever made!!

My rating is heavily based on communication with the owner, Rob.  We recently bought a house that the had dogs and cats.  Because our kids are allergic to dogs and cats, we decided to give Rob  a call and see if he could come out and clean the house before moving in.  Over the phone, we could tell he was genuinely caring about his customers and very accommodating.  Because of our tight schedule, we changed the appointment twice but never once did he complain and he tried his best to fit us into his schedule.  When he found out he couldn't come out himself, he sent his partner, Alex and his son to clean our Peoria home, and both of them were very courteous and professional.  Since the house was pretty clean, I really can't compare before and after but my kids haven't been sneezing and coughing so I'm guessing the cleaning did work.  :)   Rob is fantastic with pricing and as mentioned, very very accommodating to his customers, and very quick to get back to you about any feedback you leave.  No wonder he gets all 5 stars!  :)

I had some woodpecker damage to my stucco on my home thats a rental property.
After having the damage fixed twice by a stucco company, I reached out to the Handyman connection to hang some woodpecker deterrents (ie hanging cds on fishing line). I was told that this wasnt a problem and they would be happy to do the job.  Small job, should have been quick easy, and fast money for them.

Handyman connection made the appt. and I scheduled it with my tenant to make sure they were home so no time was lost and the job got done.  

One the handyman showed up, he appeared confused since he thought he was there to repair stucco.  Um, what part of deterrent didnt they understand??  So he walked away from the job not understanding what was to be done.

I followed up with the handyman connection today. Girl read back the notes in the system to me and she was confused also as to why this wasnt done. She then says, let me call you back...10 min later the call comes in and Im now told "this isnt a job we would take"...you have to be kidding me! After all of this back and forth and now this?

You get an F and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone!

We had Patterson Homes come in a do a remodel of the front area of our home. We changed an existing office into a mother-in-law suite. We had them add a bathroom and push the home out 4 feet. Overall we are very happy with the project and really like how it turned out. Our main points of contact were Darren and Radu and both were easy to get a response from.

My experience with Express Flooring has been horrible. Their product & services are not at all what they advertise. Their selling tactics are manipulative & deceptive, and Customer Service is the worst. For medical reasons we had to replace the carpeting in our home with a hard surface flooring that would accommodate a wheelchair for my father. The Express Flooring sales Rep/design consultant we spoke to was Cory Hoffman. After meeting with him and explaining our needs, he recommended we go with luxury vinyl plank flooring assuring us it was high quality, durable, waterproof, and long lasting. I asked him about the 2-sets of curved stairs we had in the sunken dining room, and if they would be an issue. He assured us it would not. I let him know we were wanting next day installation and was told all we needed to do was inform the scheduler of that. We signed the contract, and everything went downhill from there. When the scheduler called, we were informed that next-day Installation was not available. Then, during install, it was determined they were unable to do the stairs as promised. We ended up getting 6 months of the run around and resolving the problem ourselves by permanently squaring off the stairs for the correct stair nose to fit. We thought everything was good, until three months later when the floor planks started lifting and peeling. I've brought this to their attention and filed a repair request 3 months ago and am still struggling to get a solution. Upon researching, I found that the flooring they installed does not meet residential wear standards and was of extremely low quality. Trying to speak with someone who can help me is nearly impossible. My calls & voice messages are ignored. When I do get a call back, I get excuses and the run around. We are now over a year since the contract was signed and still don't have a resolution to this issue.
