Flooring America/Chandler easily gets a 5 star rating from us.  We have never had carpet or flooring installed and were a bit overwhelmed thinking about it, but Dale and his team made the process of getting new carpet and tile for about 2,000 square feet very pleasant.  
The number of flooring options available is overwhelming, but after visiting the store they asked me a number of questions that made it easier to narrow down my choices.  I found that it's not all about how the flooring looks, but what also works best for our lifestyle. Dale came out to measure and give us an estimate and gave us pricing with different options on the spot and there was no pressure.  Once we decided, an appointment was quickly set up for the install.  Workers showed up on time every single day which was critical for me since I had to leave to take my child to school.  They kept me appraised of the progress the whole way and finished a little sooner than expected.  The workers made it as comfortable as possible during the tear-out/install and very attentive to the fact that I had children (i.e. putting the stove back at night in case my toddler needed something cooked).  
I LOVE my new floors and the quality of product and work is amazing!  The customer service was top-notch.  I wish every business cared about their customers this much!

I highly recommend working with Travis and Nicole! I had some existing tile in a house we just bought that they helped me find the exact product from the manufacturer. Even setup a meeting for me with manufacturer rep to verify the color would match and then held that color lot aside for me. We bought our carpet from them as well which came out perfect. They recommended an installer Jon that did a great job! Travis and Nicole did exactly what they said they would do through the whole process and their following up was excellent! Their pricing was far better then any other place in town. Go see them you won't be disappointed!

I have worked with Alex and Veny several times over the last year on several different projects.  They do amazing work.  AZ Royal Granite is the only fabricator that I recommend for miter cuts and waterfall edges.

Russ gets the job done at a very cheap price compared to other Handymen.  I got quotes for $350, $450 and $520 to install a cabinet hood range fan.  Russ finished the job on the same day in about an hour and only charged me $250. He cleaned up after the job and is very friendly.  Why waste your money? Call Russ if you want someone who is reliable and affordable.

Cesar and his dad make the dynamic duo. They were professional, always in constant communication and hard workers. They got it done so quickly and efficiently and stayed within our budget. Will definitely have then do our bathroom when we are ready. Highly recommend.

I couldn't be happier with the floor selection and quality of their products. Jeff is very honest and professional . He is always there in case more material is needed. I very highly recommend his business and advice. Jeff also connected me with a very professional floor installation company; they both communicate to give excellence in service.

Q is literally the best handy man ever. Ever since the first day I hired him, he has tackled all of the crazy random jobs I've thrown at him quickly and professionally. I don't even feel right calling him a handy man as he is way more than that! On top all of that, he's super sweet. I will miss him and all of his amazing work when he leaves California. Damn you Arizona for stealing Q from us!!

When my apartment lease was up, I wanted to get the carpets cleaned to make sure I got all of my deposit back. The carpets were not bad, but a touch up wouldn't hurt. Anyways, I found Arizona Carpet & Restoration online and decided to give them a try. Whoever took my call was very nice and helpful, but there wasn't an opening in the schedule when I needed it. I understand, because it was short notice, but it would've been nice to get it done same day. They sent someone out a few days later, and he was friendly and punctual (a big plus for me - tardiness is a pet peeve). I had some questions about a few mystery stains, and the man answered them knowledgeably and was able to get the stains out. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Brian and crew have been great to work with and very helpful along the way. Even worked with us on getting some complicated insurance process. Will provide more updates as we continue and complete the project but so far we are very pleased.

Beyond happy with my finished bathrooms. The tile floors and showers are beautiful. Nik guided us through the whole process and his team was very helpful and professional. They asked us questions about options we didn't know we had so we were able to get better than what we had imagined. We're very grateful we chose to work with this team! 10/10 recommend.

I was helped out by Marty in the office who was extremely helpful. I knew he cared to know about our remodeling project  as he took the time to get to know my husband and I and our vision what we had in mind. 3 days after our conversation Mike came out to talk to us further about our project. It took about a week to get the proposal and I'm glad I waited as I previously had 2 other quotes in hand from other companies. They were decently priced, not the cheapest, but definitely the best in communication and really understood what we wanted. Although, not fully complete as of yet as i keep adding things, it's honestly just a fun process to go through with these great guys.

I needed a new contractor to do some renovations on our new home so we turned to Yelp and and found shepherd contracting. We used Thomas and his team when my new home needed some updating. The communication was above and beyond. We love our new bathrooms and will post updated photos soon!

Alfredo and his team always do excellent high-quality work. We've had them rebuild the gables on our house, rebuild a covered patio on our casita, and replace several sections of warped and worn-out siding. Everything has turned out great and we're very pleased. We'll be happy to hire Alfredo's team to do more work for us in the future!

I had granite done by Apache tile for my townhome, which I was preparing to sell. This company was wonderful to work with and got everything done in the time frame they promised. There was a discrepancy in the measurements between the drawing my husband brought in, and the correct measurements as done by their installer ahead of time. Ben really worked hard to make it work for us at a small additional price, as my husband had not calculated the need for an island piece (which required a whole additional sheet of granite). We ended up getting a bathroom counter done too, and the customer service was exceptional throughout this process. The installation was perfect, and on time and the black galaxy looks awesome!

This started out so good, but they dropped the ball. Manager Jim Pollack was great. Super nice, really informed, and found the perfect carpet for us. The problem is with installation. They didn't finish the job on the first day and now, to weeks later, we still don't have our last closet done. Installation manager Gabriel is a terrible communicator. He doesn't return calls and no-showed to finish the job two days in a row. Absolutely ruined what had been a good experience.

I have nothing but excellent feedback for Rafal and his staff.  I could not be more satisfied from the first visit to the completion of the two wood floors in the master bedroom and the great room. Rafal explained all of the options and discussed the job in detail. Communication was great and the job was scheduled at my requested days and times. The price was very competitive and the workmanship and quality of the products were outstanding. I would highly recommend Olympic flooring to anyone who is interested in wood flooring. Wood is all they do and they are highly specialized and very professional.

This was the absolute worst experience and service I have ever received. I went with Rob's company because there are so many amazing reviews. BUT MAKE SURE TO READ THE 1 STAR REVIEWS. Everything that people are saying is true. I made an appointment for Rob to clean one room in my apartment as I was moving out the next day. It was set for 2-4pm. 4pm rolls around and I call him to ask if he's still coming. He didn't answer but then texted me saying he accidentally texted the wrong number earlier so that's why I didn't hear from him. He said he'd be there in a bit. That's ok I understand things happen. He didn't show up until 6pm. As he's looking at my apartment- he realizes its going to be difficult to get the hoses down to his van. I'm on the third floor, which is evident from information provided when I made the appointment. He said he doesn't have a portable cleaner but he can refer me to someone that has one. Not ideal, I have to move out tomorrow, but I asked for the referral. He then decided he could throw the tubes down the front of the building 3 stories down onto the sidewalk of a busy street. I wasn't comfortable with this so I told him he could go home, I'd rather have someone else do the job but he insisted his service would clean the carpets much better than a portable service. At this point I just want things to get done after waiting for 4 hours already- so i told him that's fine. He does the job and he leaves about an hour later.

The next morning rolls around. We walk into my apartment and there is an OVERWHELMING smell of pet urine that was barely noticeable before. The carpet is soaking wet and there are stains still present. I called rob and my call was declined, he texted me & said he was driving and asked what I needed. Refer to the screenshots. I'm thankful that Rob was willing to come back and fix it, but it was my last day of my lease and I was at work, so it can't be done.

I spent $100 on this service and am sure I will have my deposit from my apartment withheld for it smelling so bad.  I'm positive the low rated reviews on here are all true. Definitely will be doing extensive research before hiring anyone else for anything ever again.

You get what you pay for.  Not the cheapest remodeler, but the job was done correctly and completed on time, making it worth every penny.  The service is top notch, from the initial visit by Jonathan, to the quote by Allen, to the scheduling by Shelly, to the actual work done by Tony.  I was kept in the loop the entire time, and Shelly called or emailed anytime they needed a clarification.  Thank you all for the terrific work!

Amazing customer service and highly skilled at remodeling services. Great company and great people who work here-definitely will recommend to anyone in need of remodeling services!

I needed the carpet quick and I got it but had I known the poor quality I never would have used this business.
They do respond to your complaint - but they do nothing to make you happy.
