I had luxury vinyl plank flooring installed in 700 sq. feet of my home, over the concrete slab.  The results are breathtaking.  Jake's work was top notch, and his team was competent.  He communicated well and made it his goal to please the customer.  His installation skills set this company apart as a great choice for your flooring needs.  They took on the job of adding baseboards with less than 24 hours notice.  Had the slab been leveled more consistently, there would not have been a need for caulking to camouflage an uneven section. The process was transparent and I felt I was kept in the loop during the entire process.  Brian was my salesman and he visited my home several times during installation.

Alex and Veny are the absolute best to work with!  They fit you in the schedule very fast, they keep you up to date on the schedule and communicate extremely well.  They do wonderful work and I am looking forward to working with them again!  Very professional.  I would highly recommend them for you bathroom remodeling, glass, and countertop needs!  My bathroom is beautiful!

We got a chandelier and ceiling fan from my father in law and they needed to be installed in our house.  Russ came over and quoted a fair price and arrived the next day on time to do the work.  He was expert and thorough and did a great job.  No short cuts allowed.  Great work. I'm having him back to build a shed and possibly move some doors and other things we need done.  It is really nice to find someone you can trust. As you can tell I definitely recommend Russ Handyman.

Cesar and his dad make the dynamic duo. They were professional, always in constant communication and hard workers. They got it done so quickly and efficiently and stayed within our budget. Will definitely have then do our bathroom when we are ready. Highly recommend.

Got my flooring here for my remodel. I just ordered more of it for a repair 4 years later and 4 years later Jeff's service is still the same. Amazing! He is profession, reliable, helpful, great to work with...just fantastic service.

Q is literally the best handy man ever. Ever since the first day I hired him, he has tackled all of the crazy random jobs I've thrown at him quickly and professionally. I don't even feel right calling him a handy man as he is way more than that! On top all of that, he's super sweet. I will miss him and all of his amazing work when he leaves California. Damn you Arizona for stealing Q from us!!

So, I've been waiting 10 days for you to Address my concerns and you have not. I was the last one to contact you and tell you all the things I was not satisfied with and it has been 10 days and you have done nothing nor have you contacted me. You have the money over or almost $6000 that was not your money and you have kept it and I am told that if you have cash the checks that have my name on them that it is fraudulent. You also have access to my house. So that was a poor excuse to give the insurance company because you have a lock box and you have a set of my keys.

We hired Az Remodeling Pros to install new porcelain flooring and kitchen. The work was quite extensive as it required removal of walls, new plumbing lines, and a lot of electrical work.

The team was hard working, timely, knowledgeable, and professional. We now have the home of our dreams and the chef's kitchen that is the centerpiece of family time.

Nik and Katheryn were very helpful and answered all of my questions for our second kitchen remodel. I'm super happy with our new tile, cabinets, and countertops. We will continue to use Builders' Flooring to remodel each of our rental properties.

We recently decided to upgrade and remodel portions of our home including replacement of most of the floor.  Kitchen & Bath Remodeling was recommended to us by Joey at A World of Tile on Speedway in Tucson.  Tyson from Kitchen & Bath Remodeling called us right away to schedule an initial meeting and plan the project.  The project required removing approximately 1600 square feet of old tile and underlying thinset which took about a week of very nasty and dusty work.  But Diego and Lester were up to the task and did a great job of removing the old tile.  Then for the next two weeks Diego and Lester laid the new wood-look planks of porcelain tile.  Tyson and his crew of Diego and Lester were very professional and highly skilled.  We are very happy with their work and the new floor is beautiful !  Needless to say we highly recommend Kitchen & Bath Remodeling...an excellent company.

I needed a new contractor to do some renovations on our new home so we turned to Yelp and and found shepherd contracting. We used Thomas and his team when my new home needed some updating. The communication was above and beyond. We love our new bathrooms and will post updated photos soon!

I had an outdoor patio wall commissioned through them and it came out spectacular! They put up the wall quickly and efficiently, and I was really impressed with the work! Will be returning to finish patio floor and likely much more!

This is the second time using Apache tile on one of my rentals.  Quote was not the cheapest but I didnt need to baby sit the project.  Had to call the installer a couple times to make sure they are on track.  Happy with the overall process.

This started out so good, but they dropped the ball. Manager Jim Pollack was great. Super nice, really informed, and found the perfect carpet for us. The problem is with installation. They didn't finish the job on the first day and now, to weeks later, we still don't have our last closet done. Installation manager Gabriel is a terrible communicator. He doesn't return calls and no-showed to finish the job two days in a row. Absolutely ruined what had been a good experience.

I had lived with my dated, glued down, engineered wood floors for 10+ years and had hated them from the day I purchased my house. When I finally decided to replace them, I took my time, shopped around, selected a couple of hardwood flooring options, interviewed a few different installers and got bids to do the work. Then I went to Olympic Hardwood Flooring's showroom and I hit the lottery.
I first met Kelly, she is terrific, lovely, kind and was helpful and patient as I looked at all of their flooring options, and they have A LOT to choose from. Rafal helped narrow down my selections and let me take samples home. Once I made my decision, Rafal presented an estimate to complete the job that was both competitive and detailed. He patiently answered all my questions and concerns before I gave him my deposit to begin the project. Rafal and Kelly kept me informed of ordering, delivery and installation dates and adhered to the schedule throughout the entire project.
I was blessed to have Buddha install my flooring, he was absolutely fantastic. His work is impeccable, flawless and detailed; he arrived on time, cleaned up after himself and was an absolute pleasure to work with. In the span of six days, he removed and replaced the hardwood flooring in the living room and removed old carpet in the primary and guest bedrooms and replaced it with the same oak flooring. Even when unexpected, extra floor prep work was required the work was still completed on time, per the schedule and within budget.
To say I am thrilled with the outcome is an understatement...I'm ecstatic!! My house has been transformed into a home. My expectations were not only met, but exceeded anything I could have ever hoped for. I would highly, HIGHLY recommend Olympic Hardwood Flooring, everyone there is terrific and it was the best decision I ever made!!

This guy is a super find!  I found him on Yelp and am so happy to recommend him to anyone.  Great customer service and a spectacular job!  My carpets look brand new after 8 years old.  Rob provided me with a pet stain remover that works great. He also cleaned a couple of throw rugs at no extra charge. I am recommending him to everyone on my block!!

Dave from HC was literally the best handyman I've ever used! He was VERY professional, reasonably priced, and did an amazing job! He installed cabinet hardware for me, 2 faucets and fixed several drywall patches for me. Very impressed and will use HC and Dave again for all of my future projects!

Work began 3/2018 remodeling kitchen, master bath, flooring in 4 rooms. No exaggeration something went wrong every step. 1st superintendent quit weeks into the project. He was a big reason we hired this company We hoped it was just sour grapes but came to find near half the company left at the same time to form their own company. He was replaced by Darren who gave lip service to being the best and having no problem picking up the project. Smooth talker, good salesman, horrible project manager. Was almost never there! Only time we'd see him was damage control after we complained enough. Reached out to the owner twice & NEVER a response. He sent our concerns to the same employee we were expressing concerns over, just making things more uncomfortable. CARELESS! So with that I'll list just some of the endless problems: 1.Explicitly asked for and bid clearly stated kitchen & bath cabinets were to be all plywood construction...much of the boxes and all shelves are particle board. When questioned we got doubletalked to make it sound like we got what we asked for. 2. Signed bid said cabinets lacquered for anti-scuff & scratch. They scratch easily and the paint color transfers when wiped in some areas. Refused to do much but say the bid shouldn't say anything about scratch resistance...well it does! 3. ALL the cheap particle board shelving they put in all cabinets is chipped and there's a giant hole in one of the cabinets 4. Plumber (Dion) tightened new oil rubbed bronze tub faucet with rough tool that chewed up the finish and left without saying anything. They did replace it after enough complaints, but their billing and bookkeeping is so bad that I've no way to know they didn't double charge me for this. They couldn't/wouldn't itemize or logically explain any billing, and left things in invoices they never did. 5. Same plumber, sent to install touch activated faucet. Installed as a regular manual faucet and neglected to install electronics.Left again without saying anything. And he took the electronics with him! Then we mention they say woops, but we don't have the parts anymore, don't know where they went?? Eventually they pulled parts from a local supplier. Work but aren't an exact fit for the model.6. All 3 sinks installed leaked within 2 months...asked for a different plumber but they refused to send anyone else. 7. ALL grout used to tile master bed, bath floor, shower had to be re-dyed because the color was splotchy and just OFF. They finally go back to fix, which takes multiple attempts because if we don't point out every spot they aren't going to catch it. Still not great in a few areas 8. They DO NOT clean up after themselves! Brand-new cabinets were so filthy it took days to clean the dust and pencil marks left! They did drywall after cabinets and didn't cover so drywall dust everywhere. They didn't cover much of anything and were ok letting the dust get all over house. Front yard full of grout because they just dumped buckets wherever. Wood glue left all over kitchen floor. Didn't mask cabinets and got paint overspray on walls and left it. Cut wood in yard without covering and left a bunch of sawdust in the gravel. Cigarette butts left all over front yard. Old rusty tools and other trash left. 9.They DO NOT know how to install & grout beveled edge tile backsplash. Took 3 attempts to do acceptably, and only redid because we persisted. First 2 were so poorly done it's insane we had to point out in the first place. 10. Installed the WRONG carpet pad. We ordered high-quality carpet and wanted the quality pad to match. For comfort & the extended warranty through the same manufacturer. They installed cheap Home Depot pad. Tried to doubletalk & say it's equivalent and still have the same warranty (false) and refused to fix. Then said "I didn't know" (say this a lot) but even if he didn't, why wouldn't he ask instead of install whatever he wants? Stood our ground and eventually they changed after a lengthy standoff. We had to walk stairs with no carpet and tack strips exposed for a while... unacceptable! 11. Not only neglected to pull permits, but actively confirmed multiple times they were absolutely not required for the scope of the project...Wrong! Came to find after all was done they ARE required. This is likely to cause a mess of future issues for me. Response was essentially that permits are a money grab for the city and they never get them because it's not necessary and it's what they always do so it's ok. Licensed contractor fine with doing unpermitted work. 12. Took 2 months over projected completion date. And the only reason it's "done" is we won't have anyone from this company stepping foot in our house ever again!

Had them install carpet less than 3 years ago. Supposed to have 25 year wear and lifetime installation warranties.  We had them restretch puckers/wrinkles at 1 year-tech noted premature wear. Now less than 3 years years, needs stretched again and they want to charge us?  I also wanted to show them the wear but they won't come over. Not happy with their service
