Best Flooring Contractors in Arizona

Recently I purchased carpeting which was installed and the carpet is beautiful.  When the installers were leaving,  they told me I would need to reinstall the bottom track guides for the closet doors.  I did not see why there should be a problem  with the guides.  I found the track hardware in both closets on the shelf.  The two closets each have 8 feet double doors, currently suspended from the top door track and rest on the carpet.  The doors are very hard to even move.

I received a call from a Flooring America representative to schedule an inspection of the carpet installation.  At which time, I explained the problem with the closet doors.  When the representative came out for the inspection I had the hardware in my hand.  I was told a couple times a year they have this track guide problem.  I was told the installers would be called and would come out and correct the problem.  That was three weeks ago,  I have heard nothing from the installers or had any follow up from this company.

I selected this company for purchasing and installing the carpet based on the good reviews.  It is one thing to leave a job incomplete, but to make no effort to correct the problem...not good business.  I will find someone to complete the job that can get it done right.   Buyer beware.

Floor Depot provides excellent customer service and the best prices. Recently, I needed to find an exact match to existing tile in my home. I worked with Travis, the owner of Floor Depot, and he was extremely helpful. He knew the tile I was looking for by name and after getting a bit more info said he would look for a local supplier. He called me back the same day to let me know he had found the tile I needed. He even arranged for us to down to the supplier so that we could double check to make sure the tile they had would be a match by comparing it to an extra we had. Once we knew how many square feet we needed, he double checked to make sure we everything, including the dyelot, was correct.

My husband and I called almost a dozen tile distributors in the valley looking for this tile. While a few did have the tile we needed, no one provided the same level of customer service that Floor Depot did. Additionally, No one else came even close to matching the great deal he gave us on the price and delivery cost. So, if you need flooring definitely call Floor Depot.

Alex is so easy to work with, it feels more like working with family.  He takes care of you, helps you with decisions and creates the most beautiful pieces.  Always professional.  AZ Royal Granite has a superb selection of stone.  We have used them in 3 of our homes.  He has worked along side with our cabinet maker to create 2 stunning tables in our home.  They are like art pieces in our home. Wouldn't go with anyone else, ever!

I needed an emergency handy man. Russ returned my request immediately and was able to help me finish all projects in a timely and efficient manner. He is very reliable and is meticulous in his work. Would definitely recommend him to anyone!!!

I emailed Jeff Frye, the owner of this family owned business about having him come to my house for a consultation. I explained that I had purchased carpeting from him five years ago and now wanted to make a change. I also included that I needed the flooring redone in essentially my entire house (kitchen, master bedroom, and living areas) which is essentially about 3,000 square feet. I reminded him where I live as he is in my neighborhood and our children attended the same school. He replied and said he is out of the store for about two weeks and does not do in-home consultations. He said I could go into the showroom and look at samples...that his son Tanner was there "but he does not really know anything about flooring." WOW! I replied back to his email and indicated I was hoping to get more personalized service from a family owned business. I said I could essentially look at flooring samples at any other store that sells flooring and wondered what set his business aside from the larger companies. Guess what....I received NO reply. Not even a response with some other solutions. Not a list of referrals to other folks who could perhaps provide an in-home consultation. Nothing. Maybe I'm too old school. Maybe I believe in the "old fashioned way" of doing business and actually serving the customer. Maybe Jeff's business is soooooo busy that he doesn't have the time or the desire to provide service for a relatively little job like my 3,000 square foot house. Maybe having return customers is not important to him. Maybe he doesn't realize the importance of excellent customer service that drives business in platforms such as Yelp, FB and Next Door. Or maybe he simply doesn't give a rip.

So, I've been waiting 10 days for you to Address my concerns and you have not. I was the last one to contact you and tell you all the things I was not satisfied with and it has been 10 days and you have done nothing nor have you contacted me. You have the money over or almost $6000 that was not your money and you have kept it and I am told that if you have cash the checks that have my name on them that it is fraudulent. You also have access to my house. So that was a poor excuse to give the insurance company because you have a lock box and you have a set of my keys.

Used Az remodel Pros to redo the entire master bathroom! Loved Brian, Izzy, Carlos and team. There's a lot going on In the world so finding good people that care is important. The team was great and make you feel like family. We plan on using them again for other projects like our kitchen and stairs. Can't say enough goodness about this company you will be in good hands! We loved what Builders Flooring & Design did for us in our kitchen! We bought some granite, and wanted it cut to fit our existing counter tops. We had a company come to cut the granite, but in the middle of the job we realized they made it so our sink was not centered with the cabinets or the window- it looked horrible. They also cut part of the granite off that was suppose to stay bull nosed. We told them what we wanted, I think they even wrote it down, and then they decided to do whatever they wanted. We let them go.

They took measurements, listened to us, and then helped us figure out what our best option would be to save the remaining granite we had, and fix the un-centered sink.  I was so frustrated about the expense of the lost granite, and really appreciated Nik's calm demeanor and willingness to help us. They got to work right away, did everything we asked them to do, and the kitchen granite looks absolutely amazing. I highly recommend Builders Flooring & Design to anyone who wants the job done right and in a timely manner. Thank you so much!

I had an excellent experience with K& B remodeling. They were easy to schedule and plan the job with. I had carpet removed and they tiled my master bedroom and closet. They did a fantastic job in record time. They even picked up the tile for me. The price was competitive and extremely reasonable. I will definitely use them again for any future remodeling jobs. My job was completed within a week of first contacting them and they did excellent work. I would recommend them for any remodel job. They seem to be able to accommodate any request I had. I will  have them come and do epoxy on my garage floor and install cabinets next time.

I needed a new contractor to do some renovations on our new home so we turned to Yelp and and found shepherd contracting. We used Thomas and his team when my new home needed some updating. The communication was above and beyond. We love our new bathrooms and will post updated photos soon!

Alfredo and his team always do excellent high-quality work. We've had them rebuild the gables on our house, rebuild a covered patio on our casita, and replace several sections of warped and worn-out siding. Everything has turned out great and we're very pleased. We'll be happy to hire Alfredo's team to do more work for us in the future!

I just got off the phone with Shane's dad and told him I was almost in tears...with joy that is. My countertops far exceeded my expectations. Our remodel took a down turn when the original one we chose (two months ago) turned out to be out of stock at another store we were doing business with. After checking yelp my daughter found Apache Tile Outlet. Shane was very helpful and professional. From start to finish we had our countertops within less than 2 weeks. We needed to replace our carpet in our living room due to dog mishaps and looked at quite a few companies. Michelle was not pushy and let me take a sample board home so my husband could look at the colors also. They had the best pricing on the same quality Mohawk carpet as other retailers. She did take a little bit to schedule the installation after we paid, but not a huge issue. Fernando and Tiger did a great, clean and fast job installing and Michelle was even able to save us a little more with the way the split in the room was done. Overall I would go with this company again. We did this last July and our carpet is still in great shape. She also gave me tips on how to clean the carpet if there is a spill. We have gotten compliments and have been asked who did our carpet. We have recommended this company to many..

I found the company via the Internet when trying to find out who would sell and Install CoreTec Plus XL luxury vinyl planks. I am so happy that my search led me to Rafal. From the beginning to the end of the project, he was a pleasure to work with. I checked with other companies for quotes and his quote was the best offer. What I really liked about Rafal was his follow through. Every time he said he would do something, he did. If Ron gives you an estimate on a project just know it will turn out exactly how you want it.  He took time to be sure he was creating the bookcase I wanted down to every detail.  He was always very professional and when he said he would be here......he was!  I would strongly recommend Ron for any woodworking project you may have.

I had a water leak under the floor in my bathroom resulting in the entire bathroom having to be ripped out. Shower, tub, floor drywall, etc. Patterson homes did an incredible job of putting it all back together and I have to give special kudos to Spencer who is so great to work with. Any time I needed to get a hold of him I would text and he would respond right away. He was totally on top of all the contractors that had to come and go for various parts of the repair/renovation. I really appreciate all the effort he put into getting this bathroom repairedand it's now better than it was before.

Worst company ever!  I have been trying for over a year to get the tile they installed repaired, I will get a call every other month saying we are going to fix it, however, no one does.  They scheduled an apt twice, no one showed up to do the job.  Awful, do not use this company, please be warned.
