Dale and his team did a great job installing my new floor. Customer service and workmanship were excellent. They have a wide selection and Dale made sure I got the best deal. Alex and his crew do wonderful work. I have had them do my kitchen and master bath. I have been very pleased. He listens to your ideas and makes suggestions. I like the idea of picking my own slabs of stone from his factory. Although it takes a bit longer to get a response from them,  I would highly recommend this company.

Cesar and his dad make the dynamic duo. They were professional, always in constant communication and hard workers. They got it done so quickly and efficiently and stayed within our budget. Will definitely have then do our bathroom when we are ready. Highly recommend.

Not impressed.  I went to this store based upon the positive reviews given recently.  When I walked in, two men were at the counter talking.  I assumed one was a customer, shame on me.  I was half-heartedly greeted by the man behind the counter and asked what I needed. Hah! I need my house cleaned, the winning lottery numbers, etc.  I asked about a specific type of porcelain tile and was incorrectly corrected by both!  The explanation I was given was more like a back pedal combined with a condescending tone.  Jeff needed to Google the term.  Then I was told that the ONLY porcelain tile he had on hand was tile that appeared to be wooden planks and that I was welcome to look while he finished his conversation with his "boy".   As I looked through the 15 or so samples I had to listen to the nauseating details of the Shaw rep's European river cruise, the changing of the guard at Shaw due to retirements, and other useless information.  It appeared that Jeff was far more interested in chit chatting with the Shaw rep than he was selling tile.  Needless to say, I won't be returning- ever.  

Oh!  And ladies, don't even think about going in for estimated pricing without your husband!  Assuming all women HAVE husbands...how caveman-esque thinking.

Q is literally the best handy man ever. Ever since the first day I hired him, he has tackled all of the crazy random jobs I've thrown at him quickly and professionally. I don't even feel right calling him a handy man as he is way more than that! On top all of that, he's super sweet. I will miss him and all of his amazing work when he leaves California. Damn you Arizona for stealing Q from us!!

AZ Carpet Restoration is coming to my house tomorrow - AGAIN - and I can't wait.  I realized that so many times those of us who love our vendors don't tell anybody.  Well, this one deserves a shout out - my home's carpet will be gorgeous and clean in 18 hours!  And they clean our stores, my neighbor and a couple of my close friends carpets.  Used others years ago, no comparison.  The staff is awesome from the minute you call to the group that rings your doorbell - as I said - happy feet - my carpets will be gorgeous in less than 18 hours!

AZ Remodel Pros installed cabinetry and a hall tree for our laundry room. The process was smooth and efficient from start to finish. Izzy had great ideas for the project and Joey did excellent work. We are so excited to have such a beautiful and functional space!

Beyond happy with my finished bathrooms. The tile floors and showers are beautiful. Nik guided us through the whole process and his team was very helpful and professional. They asked us questions about options we didn't know we had so we were able to get better than what we had imagined. We're very grateful we chose to work with this team! 10/10 recommend.

Excellent service, Mike helped me pick out the floors and baseboards to use for my house, and wasted no time getting everything knocked out. Definitely would recommend this company for ANY remodeling!

I needed a new contractor to do some renovations on our new home so we turned to Yelp and and found shepherd contracting. We used Thomas and his team when my new home needed some updating. The communication was above and beyond. We love our new bathrooms and will post updated photos soon!

Alfredo and his team always do excellent high-quality work. We've had them rebuild the gables on our house, rebuild a covered patio on our casita, and replace several sections of warped and worn-out siding. Everything has turned out great and we're very pleased. We'll be happy to hire Alfredo's team to do more work for us in the future!

This is an update to my review from yesterday. I have lowered their rating and highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this company or their contracted installers. The installer failed to secure the sink to the cabinet with the necessary clips and also damaged my faucet causing it to leak, so I had to replace that too. In all I have had to spend an additional $1000 to secure the sink, reconnect the plumbing, replace and install the new faucet.

Arizona Flooring Direct beat out Lumber Liquidators on price and service.  We are 100% satisfied! They provided a superior product to that of other flooring companies. We appreciate Scott and his team and highly recommend them to anyone looking for new flooring.

Would not choose anyone else.  Excellent craftsmen, fair price, reliable and honest.  Isn't that what we all want from our tradesmen?

I called I Clean Carpets again based on my previous experience. Once again Rob the owner arrived on time and got straight to work. As expected, my carpets looked great when he was done. He also left a bottle of some spot treatment. That was a great customer service gesture. Rob is a master in his industry. Thank You Rob and ICC!

2 stars for at least sending some one out. i had to install a microwave that required cutting some backsplash. person comes over and lectures me on how professionally he would do it and then went away and never came back.

i appreciate his time to come out and look at the installation , i had to return the microwave.

We had Patterson Homes come in a do a remodel of the front area of our home. We changed an existing office into a mother-in-law suite. We had them add a bathroom and push the home out 4 feet. Overall we are very happy with the project and really like how it turned out. Our main points of contact were Darren and Radu and both were easy to get a response from.

Terrible company. Sleazy sales people and incompetent people. 1 star from Thunders Furry Nuts.
