What a wonderful business to work with!  Flooring America is family-operated and you are treated like one of the family.  They helped make the best choices for our home, installed the carpet and hardwood flooring beautifully, and followed up to see that the installation was to our satisfaction.  We were reminded that we were customers for life - that the service didn't end once the job was done.  We had our whole house done, and it looks great!  We couldn't have chosen anyone better to do this job.

The contractor we are working with recommended Travis and Nichole at Floor Depot. My wife and I met with Travis on a Saturday and he was incredibly patient and helpful and also very personal. We still shopped to find the right tile and when we did came back to Floor Depot. Nichole worked with us on getting the best price and also came through on suggestions for bathroom tile. Being in sales for over 30 years I can't recall a more helpful and professional group of people to deal with. Nichole was exceptionally sweet and personal and a huge help to us! We will definitely recommend them to anyone we know. If your looking for any flooring or tile materials on bathroom, kitchen and flooring renovation projects, you'll be doing yourself and disservice if you don't go to Floor Depot! They also let us take tile samples home and didn't charge us.  We'll be using them again I'm sure for our next project!

If you are looking for a company that will do a great job for you, you have found it. Vine was terrific and did everything he could to give us a great experience and truly a fantastic job.  Any concern we had during the job was taken care of. Vine's entire focus was to see that our granite turned out beautiful. We just love the look of it and the service could not have been better. I had an issue regarding a faulty circuit breaker, and also with my wall outlets. I sent a message to a few businesses (using the Yelp request a quote feature), and Russ was very quick to respond. Since he was in the area, in between jobs, he was able to drop  by, diagnose the issue quickly, and even did a trip to the hardware store to make sure he could get the right part to fix the issue immediately. That was impressive since I didn't expect it to be fixed the same day. He did this all with a cool attitude and safely (wearing a mask). I look forward to contacting him again for some of my projects around the house and highly recommend him for his services.

Cesar and his dad make the dynamic duo. They were professional, always in constant communication and hard workers. They got it done so quickly and efficiently and stayed within our budget. Will definitely have then do our bathroom when we are ready. Highly recommend.

AZ Carpet and Restoration did an incredible job not only on our carpets but also in cleaning a mattress for us! I needed a new contractor to do some renovations on our new home so we turned to Yelp and and found shepherd contracting. We used Thomas and his team when my new home needed some updating. The communication was above and beyond. We love our new bathrooms and will post updated photos soon!

Alfredo and his team always do excellent high-quality work. We've had them rebuild the gables on our house, rebuild a covered patio on our casita, and replace several sections of warped and worn-out siding. Everything has turned out great and we're very pleased. We'll be happy to hire Alfredo's team to do more work for us in the future!

I just got off the phone with Shane's dad and told him I was almost in tears...with joy that is. My countertops far exceeded my expectations. Our remodel took a down turn when the original one we chose (two months ago) turned out to be out of stock at another store we were doing business with. After checking yelp my daughter found Apache Tile Outlet. Shane was very helpful and professional. From start to finish we had our countertops within less than 2 weeks. Jesus and his crew were wonderful...please,if anyone is looking for the best price & satisfaction in Phoenix check them out.

Scott and his team are fantastic! We cannot say enough about how great they are! We purchased both tile and carpet from Scott and are very pleased with the results. They are true professionals who stand behind their work and work very hard to ensure you purchase the right product, and that you are pleased with the results. Would not choose anyone else.  Excellent craftsmen, fair price, reliable and honest.  Isn't that what we all want from our tradesmen?

I found Rob using the "Hot New Businesses" option on my Yelp app looking for a new local restaurant to support: instead, I found I Clean Carpets.  I called him to inquiry about cleaning our living room furniture.  He answered immediately, was professional and the price was right.  He quoted me a price on the phone and unlike "other" cleaners I've used in the past, he didn't try to up-sell me or "add-on" additional services like pre-treating, deodorizing, etc.  EVERYTHING was included.  I didn't mention the throw pillows we had in the living room (9 total) on the phone because it didn't dawn on me to include them: he threw those in for free!!!

He called 30 minutes before the quoted window of arrival and confirmed an exact time.  He arrived on-time, was professional looking and polite.  When he was done cleaning -SPENT 3 HOURS on 1 sofa, a chair, an ottoman and 9 throw pillows- he showed us the "dirty" water: OH MY WORD, it was filthy!!!  I used another cleaning service, Pro-Clean (still have the receipt and found him by using the smart shopper coupon that comes in the mail on Wednesdays) less than a year ago; clearly he DID NOT do a good job!  There's no way my couches got THAT DIRTY in 9-10 months!  On top of that, he only spent about an hour and a half here and he DID NOT do the pillows!  He also sold me on the "pre-treating" of the stains (which came back when they dried), deodorizing and charged SIGNIFICANTLY more than Rob did.  

I have NO DOUBT that you will be 100% satisfied with his work!  Do NOT hesitate to call Rob, I Clean Carpets for all your steam cleaning needs!

Handyman Connection contacted me about fixing the mediocre plaster job. Ron did the work, and it looks much better. I am updating my rating to 4 stars - an average of 3 for the 1st craftsman & 5 for the 2nd one.

We had Patterson Homes come in a do a remodel of the front area of our home. We changed an existing office into a mother-in-law suite. We had them add a bathroom and push the home out 4 feet. Overall we are very happy with the project and really like how it turned out. Our main points of contact were Darren and Radu and both were easy to get a response from.

I highly recommend express flooring. Had an issue. Henry and Ryan took my comment seriously and made it right!! Thank you for stepping up and taking care of the problem.
