Excellent customer service and quality!   We moved into our fixer-upper in the spring of last year knowing we would have a lot of work ahead of us.  After repeated trial and error with poor customer service experience with other contractors and home remodeling companies, we found Flooring America (actually my husband's intuition led us to them).  Dale was kind, respectful and VERY knowledgeable about all of the flooring options, brands, and styles.  Their showroom is vast and we picked out a few different carpet and wood-look tile options for various rooms in our home. Dale himself came out the very next day to take measurements with samples in hand...(and some additional samples as well).  We settled on a particular color for the carpet in our family room, however,  after a re-painting snafu of our walls (not Dale's fault), the color of the carpet that we picked and subsequently had installed did not match well at all with the new wall color. With some hesitation, I called Dale to find out if I had any options given my mistake in picking paint colors, and surprisingly, he said we were in luck and had purchased a carpet with a satisfaction guarantee, that stated we could change the carpet out for another color in the same carpet line/brand.  WOW!  We were not expecting that and are so pleased with the new color carpet that they quickly re-installed, with no hassles!!  Because of their amazing customer service, fair prices and high quality selection, we immediately thought of them for our next project a few months later. Since Dale kept all of our measurements for the entire home as well as the samples we had selected previously, we ordered from these wonderful folks again and within 2 weeks of ordering (and only 1 and 1/2 days of install). I have beautiful new floors in my home office. Compared to the experiences I have had at other places like AZ tile, we have found Flooring America of Chandler to have superior customer service, a wider selection and better prices.  I highly recommend that you consider this wonderful family owned, local business for your next home project.    Keep up the great work!!

I learned about Floor Depot thru our realtor. We were pretty clueless on wood flooring and the differences between laminate, engineered and real wood. We stopped by on a Sat and the owner, Travis, was there. We asked him to give us a brief overview of the different types of woods. In terms very easy for us to understand he completely filled us in. When we decided on a wood, we price shopped (who wouldn't) NOONE could beat Travis's price on the flooring. The material came in on schedule with NO bumps and our installer was able to start on time. Their customer service is FANTASTIC as well. Travis kept me informed of the status of order and even followed up after it was picked up. I would HIGHLY recommend Travis and Kelly at Floor Depot for ANY of your flooring needs (they also carry carpet and tile). It felt great supporting a local Arizona company.

Outstanding work by Russ on my small remodeling project. Responded to inquiry the day of, showed up to look at the site and prepare a quote in the next couple of days. Had to wait a little longer for work to start because of the very high demand and difficult conditions right now (covid etc) but within two weeks he was at work with us. Very invested in the work, offering helpful advice and suggestions throughout. Russ was sending me pictures from the store when picking up materials for the job and paused several times to ask me which solutions I preferred during implementation. He worked very fast (in my opinion), at least once very much after hours to push through, and the quality of the work at the end is really top notch. Russ is also extremely friendly, which does not hurt!
We will surely call on him again for future projects. Highly recommended.

Cesar and his dad make the dynamic duo. They were professional, always in constant communication and hard workers. They got it done so quickly and efficiently and stayed within our budget. Will definitely have then do our bathroom when we are ready. Highly recommend.

I bought floors from another dealer.  After I received the floors, I needed a couple pieces of trim that matched.  The other dealer I bought from wasn't willing to support me with such a small purchase.  So, after doing a little research I found Jeff at Floor Depot North. He special ordered the trim for me and kept me in the loop as the pieces I wanted were back ordered.  Great service, especially with a small order.  Thanks Jeff!

We have used AZ Carpet Restoration for years in our business and our home.  Their crews are quick, efficient and professional and go above and beyond our expectations.  Unfortunately, we were treated to a holiday electrical fire in our store last year.  Thanks  to Russ's son-in-law who pitched in on New Year's Eve - we re-opened New Year's Day.  I highly recommend AZCR and even give them the keys to my home or business to complete jobs.

Edit: These guys are super strange. And I'm not sure as to the ethics behind sharing emails. He also negated to share the final email I. Which I assured him that at no point did I think his disorganization and lack of communication stemmed from malice. However, being disorganized and uncommunicative is noteworthy, and thusly why the review was posted.

Absolutely impressed with these guys.  Had a living room/dining room tiled. Job was so professionally done.  Crew was neat and fast.  Had kitchen cabinets installed.  Once again professional job with neat and courteous crew.  Doing 2 bathroom remodels now and cannot wait to see my finished  product.   I am so delighted with this company that i want to buy an old house and have them completely remodel it.  Lol

Burton and team were a pleasure to work with throughout our shower remodel. Burton was always prompt to respond and helped pick out some tile options for our master shower. There was no hidden costs and the estimate is what we paid in the end. Burton also checked in the entire length of the process and timing was never delayed. I would highly recommend if you are in the market for a bathroom remodel.

I needed a new contractor to do some renovations on our new home so we turned to Yelp and and found shepherd contracting. We used Thomas and his team when my new home needed some updating. The communication was above and beyond. We love our new bathrooms and will post updated photos soon!

I had an outdoor patio wall commissioned through them and it came out spectacular! They put up the wall quickly and efficiently, and I was really impressed with the work! Will be returning to finish patio floor and likely much more!

Ben is probably the nicest and most knowledgeable granite/tile guy I've ever met.  He treated us great from start to finish - and after shopping around, our kitchen countertops ended up costing significantly less than other options.  The folks that Ben selected to do the installation were friendly and the end result was awesome.  Ben, thank you so much!!  I live in the east valley, so I was a little concerned about having to drive all the way to the airport to visit the showroom, but I am SOOOO glad I did.  Totally worth it - and if I EVER need tile or granite again, I know where I'm going - I will definitely recommend to anyone I know.  Ben sent a thank you card a week after the install, and I immediately called him and told him that he was the one that deserved to be thanked!  I will be doing business with Ben again in the near future (wife would like to fix up a bathroom downstairs).  A++++ experience.

We own a Tri-level home. On 11/5 we had a serious flooding in our upstairs bathroom which flooded 2 bedrooms hall and staircase, then flooded through family room ceiling and destroyed all carpeting for the above and drywall ceiling and carpeting below. By the time we went through the restoration process; drying out --eliminating mold potential etc.; we were totally exhausted & due to the holiday season very pressed to get bids etc so we could finalize our insurance claim and get the restoration process completed before end of year. By the time we were ready to replace floor covering it was 2 weeks before Xmas ! We shopped Home Depot , Carpet Closeouts on Cave Creek rd. and also had an independent contractor bid the labor only, with us buying the material. We wanted to upgrade the downstairs family room to tile or laminate as this was the second time that area had flooded. However, after trying all options, we just couldn't make the budget work to do this. Then my wife just happened to stop as a last resort at AZ Flooring Direct on T-Bird (near our home) . WHAT a game changer ! The Mgr- Jim Pollock really worked with my wife to the point that not only were we able to upgrade to a higher quality tile than any we had priced---but it was .40cents per sf cheaper ! The carpet was a better quality for slightly more cost than we had seen. The clincher was that their installed price was about 25% less ! And they could guarantee completion before the end of December. On 12/12, we gave Jim the order----and due to what he had saved us in material & labor cost, we were able to also replace the carpet in our MBR,( which was NOT part of our flood claim), and still stay within the claim settlement we had received from our insurance co.. On 12/21 they began installing the tile in our below ground family room. There was no way to move out the large pieces of furniture---which meant doing 1/2 then waiting to set & grout then move all over to the other half. A LOT OF LABOR !!  Martin and his father were the installers for the tile. They worked over 22 hours to get the job done ! It was a beautiful installation of a hexagonal shaped room ! Right behind them on the 23rd, Fernando and his crew of "magic carpet installers" came in and installed all 3 bedrooms & two stairways , in about 6 hours, including removal of all old carpet ! The whole job is absolutely beautiful ! Their craftsmanship and courteous, "we want to please you" attitudes were all so special. They also left us extra tile & carpet for future repairs.
So after 6 weeks of a disaster, Arizona Flooring Direct gave us a "Christmas Miracle" !

We are doing a full remodel of our home and, learning from our last remodel, decided to hire legit professionals for the flooring of our new home. I wanted to support a local company and looked for high ratings. Rafal was with me from the time I (unannounced) walked into his showroom until the finished product and install. He is knowledgeable, honest, and was open to working with our timeline when multiple other contractors were involved. I had nothing but a positive experience. My needs and concerns were always addressed in a timely manner. Rafal was always available to contact. Our installer, Budo, was professional and friendly. I trusted this company and their employees in my home, when we were at work,  and would absolutely do so again. Support local. Their quality can't be beat. We've had nothing but positive comments about our flooring, including from other professionals doing work in our house. I can't recommend Olympic flooring enough!

Wow!  I called based this company based on a Yelp review I found this AM.  This guy/business owner answered his phone right away and set up an appointment for me the same day which was this afternoon.  He showed up on time - was friendly, clean and professional.  He also charged me a VERY fair rate!  

His work was perfection.  My couch looks brand new, my 5 year old son's carpet looks wonderfully clean and my cool modern White Shag area carpet looks great (again!)

Wonderful company!  Highly recommeded! :)

We had bathroom and kitchen remodeled by this company. Lets begin with bathroom, our bathroom is small about 25 square feet, we wanted to do partial remodel which only include replacing countertop, tiling the tub area, putting vinyl plank on the floor and replacing wall and paint. Since this is our only bathroom, Allen said remodel would take about week-week and half, he said that everything would be accessible like toilet, shower on 4 day of remodel, he said his guy would work 7-9 hours. That was all not true. The remodel took 3 weeks, their guy worked slow and only 5 hours max or less most days, we were without toilet and shower for week and half. The quality of his work was horrible specially tile, culk and grout (pics posted). I had to make him regrout. He was telling me he is blind and cannot see how to culk properly. So this is the kind of people they send you for $8300 remodel. So after he was done, they sent a plumber to install the faucet. Their plumber was even dumber he could not figure out how to install a faucet, I pretty much had to tell him what to do. Later when they connected the toilet the supply line was leaking, that plumber started putting on like 6 supply lines and they were all leaking and he didnt know why. He told me i need to get a new toilet. He started screwing with a fill valve, broke the fill valve, water exploded all over our newly renovated bathroom. I had to yell them to send us someone who knows what they are doing. So finally on week 3 they had to send their best carpenter and plumber to fix what others did. So after the bathroom was done I asked Allen for at least $1000 discount from everything that happened (good contractor would agree on that). He was hesitant at first, said things like that happen (yeah if I was paying $1000 and not $8300). He agreed for only 500 discount on bathroom and 500 on future work, who knows how much he will add to future work to compensate for that.

So we decided to use them again for kitchen which required less work, just countertops, plumbing and flooring, price was $5300 kitchen was completed in a week. Kitchen came out ok, but there were few hiccups, their counter top guy cut the granite for a sink that did not match and they had order another one which took 3 days and they blamed work on one another, counter top guy Dorin said that he doesnt install the support brackets for counter top and they said thats his job. So after the kitchen was done I asked Allen to fix minor damages that were done to drywall from demo. Allen replied that he would charge additional $350 to fix the drywall, they state in contract that repairs are not included after demo, so that basically says we can damage the drywall anyway we like and you will pay extra to fix. I used a 6 dollar can of spackling paste to fix the damages which took me 20 min and if they did the same thing I would of been satisfied, especially after we had a bad experience with bath, but they decided to scam you at the end.

I would stay away from this company for any remodeling needs.

Work began 3/2018 remodeling kitchen, master bath, flooring in 4 rooms. No exaggeration something went wrong every step. 1st superintendent quit weeks into the project. He was a big reason we hired this company We hoped it was just sour grapes but came to find near half the company left at the same time to form their own company. He was replaced by Darren who gave lip service to being the best and having no problem picking up the project. Smooth talker, good salesman, horrible project manager. Was almost never there! Only time we'd see him was damage control after we complained enough. Reached out to the owner twice & NEVER a response. He sent our concerns to the same employee we were expressing concerns over, just making things more uncomfortable. CARELESS! So with that I'll list just some of the endless problems: 1.Explicitly asked for and bid clearly stated kitchen & bath cabinets were to be all plywood construction...much of the boxes and all shelves are particle board. When questioned we got doubletalked to make it sound like we got what we asked for. 2. Signed bid said cabinets lacquered for anti-scuff & scratch. They scratch easily and the paint color transfers when wiped in some areas. Refused to do much but say the bid shouldn't say anything about scratch resistance...well it does! 3. ALL the cheap particle board shelving they put in all cabinets is chipped and there's a giant hole in one of the cabinets 4. Plumber (Dion) tightened new oil rubbed bronze tub faucet with rough tool that chewed up the finish and left without saying anything. They did replace it after enough complaints, but their billing and bookkeeping is so bad that I've no way to know they didn't double charge me for this. They couldn't/wouldn't itemize or logically explain any billing, and left things in invoices they never did. 5. Same plumber, sent to install touch activated faucet. Installed as a regular manual faucet and neglected to install electronics.Left again without saying anything. And he took the electronics with him! Then we mention they say woops, but we don't have the parts anymore, don't know where they went?? Eventually they pulled parts from a local supplier. Work but aren't an exact fit for the model.6. All 3 sinks installed leaked within 2 months...asked for a different plumber but they refused to send anyone else. 7. ALL grout used to tile master bed, bath floor, shower had to be re-dyed because the color was splotchy and just OFF. They finally go back to fix, which takes multiple attempts because if we don't point out every spot they aren't going to catch it. Still not great in a few areas 8. They DO NOT clean up after themselves! Brand-new cabinets were so filthy it took days to clean the dust and pencil marks left! They did drywall after cabinets and didn't cover so drywall dust everywhere. They didn't cover much of anything and were ok letting the dust get all over house. Front yard full of grout because they just dumped buckets wherever. Wood glue left all over kitchen floor. Didn't mask cabinets and got paint overspray on walls and left it. Cut wood in yard without covering and left a bunch of sawdust in the gravel. Cigarette butts left all over front yard. Old rusty tools and other trash left. 9.They DO NOT know how to install & grout beveled edge tile backsplash. Took 3 attempts to do acceptably, and only redid because we persisted. First 2 were so poorly done it's insane we had to point out in the first place. 10. Installed the WRONG carpet pad. We ordered high-quality carpet and wanted the quality pad to match. For comfort & the extended warranty through the same manufacturer. They installed cheap Home Depot pad. Tried to doubletalk & say it's equivalent and still have the same warranty (false) and refused to fix. Then said "I didn't know" (say this a lot) but even if he didn't, why wouldn't he ask instead of install whatever he wants? Stood our ground and eventually they changed after a lengthy standoff. We had to walk stairs with no carpet and tack strips exposed for a while... unacceptable! 11. Not only neglected to pull permits, but actively confirmed multiple times they were absolutely not required for the scope of the project...Wrong! Came to find after all was done they ARE required. This is likely to cause a mess of future issues for me. Response was essentially that permits are a money grab for the city and they never get them because it's not necessary and it's what they always do so it's ok. Licensed contractor fine with doing unpermitted work. 12. Took 2 months over projected completion date. And the only reason it's "done" is we won't have anyone from this company stepping foot in our house ever again!

Still no word. Contacting the Better Business Bureau and AZ Registrar of Contractors.
