Russ turned our 70-year old garage into a brand new space in just a few days! Single-handedly (due to COVID) removed the old paneling & cabinetry. Repaired holes & cracks in the drywall & plaster, including a crack in the ceiling. Sealed and painted to a beautiful white! We'll be trying to bring him back for future jobs.

Cesar and his dad make the dynamic duo. They were professional, always in constant communication and hard workers. They got it done so quickly and efficiently and stayed within our budget. Will definitely have then do our bathroom when we are ready. Highly recommend.

The owner, Jeff, was helpful right from the beginning of the selection process. I found what I wanted and he walked me through everything. even when my contractor over estimated and then bailed, Jeff helped me get the boxes back to him and gave me a refund. I will definitely choose Floor Depot again for any flooring purchases in the future.

I worked with Q and used him repeatedly on a number of projects. Very dependable and great construction services. Always shows up when promised and finishes on time. Great service and reasonable pricing. Highly recommend!

I used ACR for a home owner insurance claim after my water water heater rusted out and took out my 4 year old (very expensive) Pergo floor. I used ACR as they came recommended by my insurance company USAA. If it were not for Jennifer, I would have rated this company one star lower as there were a decent amount of communication issues, but Jennifer gave it her all to make things right, and she did. I had my entire main floor plan re-tiled, which went right on time. But some days people would show up at my house unannounced ready to work. There was a major lack of communication and the problem wasn't really with ACR it was with the contractors they contracted work out to, because then those contractors would contract that work out to other companies, so it was hard to be in contact with who was doing the actual work. I think my main discrepancy was with the contractor they had to do my baseboards. I am a handy man and have worked in the trades, I understand how it works. This guy for one wanted to over charge me for base boards, which initially I stomached. But, when he contracted out the work he never gave me a time or day when it was going to happen, (which had become a trend with this guy.) So, when some random day some random guy shows up ready to work I had to turn him away, as I was busy that day. When I called the contractor back he wanted to schedule me out another two and a half weeks! I am already paying the up charge and now I am being put on hold, for work I could easily do myself. So, I decided to tell him forget it I'll do it myself. When I tried to get a hold of him he was no where to be found. Finally ACR got a hold of him for me. I told I would do the work myself, when I said I wanted a refund he said I would have to talk to ACR about that. ACR was very accommodating and apologetic. Jennifer, the MVP of ACR, even helped me out after ACR had confused my bill and quote with another client which was much high then we originally talked about, but she helped me out and honored our original price. Basically to make a long story short, I think ACR as a company is good, I just think they need to spend a little more time screening the contractors they work with. Like I said the work that was done was timely and done well.

We recently finished remodeling our home, and we couldn't have been happier with Nik and his team! They installed all new kitchen cabinets, countertops, and flooring throughout, and the results are stunning. From the very beginning, Nik stood out from the various other companies we had consultations with, and throughout the process, they were very patient, professional, and helpful...So if you're looking for a company with excellent customer service and a clearly genuine commitment to the quality of their work, then I'd recommend Builders Flooring and Design!

I needed a new contractor to do some renovations on our new home so we turned to Yelp and and found shepherd contracting. We used Thomas and his team when my new home needed some updating. The communication was above and beyond. We love our new bathrooms and will post updated photos soon!

Alfredo and his team always do excellent high-quality work. We've had them rebuild the gables on our house, rebuild a covered patio on our casita, and replace several sections of warped and worn-out siding. Everything has turned out great and we're very pleased. We'll be happy to hire Alfredo's team to do more work for us in the future!

Apache Tile Outlet was recommended to me by one of their previous customers and is THE place to go for professionalism, great customer service, and quality, for the BEST price ANYWHERE! Ben and his crew, Julio and Jesus, just finished installing my granite kitchen counter top today and it's SPECTACULAR! It's only been 11 DAYS since I first found the slab of my dreams to today's installation. There was even enough left of the slab to cut a top for my guest bathroom to install later on. Ben goes out of his way to stay in touch and makes sure you get the best deal possible without sacrificing quality workmanship. I LOVE my new granite countertop! Thanks, Ben and crew, for an OUTSTANDING job!

We purchased carpet from this establishment. Cost good, polite. But now 8 months later wear of carpet not good at all. There are only two adults in the home so no real wear and tear. Carpet is almost top of the line, not cheap. Demanded someone to look at carpet, person they send out stated it was not wearing well and if you does have doesn't stay good when walked on LOL. Do vacuum three times a week and more or less don't walk on if you want it to look good. DONT BUY IF YOU WANT NICE LOOKING CARPET LONGER THAN SEVEN MONTHS.

Most of the good reviews are for Rafal. I didn't get him. I got a team that disrespected my property and time. The installer was late every day with no communication. They didn't properly protect my condo from all the dust that got everywhere and I had to spend 2 days cleaning everything and over $100 in dry cleaning. They dinged my furniture, cabinets and even my front door and the project lead tried to charge me $150 extra for the crap job wrapping my things in plastic and being "extra careful" during demolition. Finishing up they left my patio a mess and they cracked my toilet. I was promised a replacement of the same or equivalent brand, but what I got was the cheapest toilet from Home Depot. To top it off, they over billed my by $300 on the final invoice. Yes, the floors look good, but surely there are companies that can install flooring without the damage and disrespect.

Rob is here cleaning our carpet as I write this review. I appreciate the time he's taken to explain everything he's doing and why he's doing it. Everything has been discussed upfront including the cost. Carpet already looks and smells 100 times better! I recommend him.

Had them come out to my home, sat at my table, discussed the project, took measurements etc. Said they'd have a quote in 3 days. Coming onto almost two weeks and no responses to my follow ups. I imagine how it would be if they had my money. If you are the type of person who loves having their time wasted, these guys are for you.

I wish I could give them ZERO stars. We love the floor itself but Express Flooring was nothing but a problem once install started. The design consultant never told us how noisy and unlivable our home would be for 4 days! They moved ALL of our furniture and covered (poorly) but could not even get to a microwave. Wound up spending the week in a hotel with my 3 cats and son! The design consultant said they would remove the baseboards before installing the tile... this did not happen. So instead the subs damaged almost baseboard in our home!
The tile installers were not careful removing the previous flooring, ripping the coating of the bottoms of cabinets. We had to go around the house resealing and recaulking all of the baseboards and painting the walls due to all the cracking. There was a Lack of Communication from Express flooring. Hard to understand the crew that came to install the tile because we are not fluent in Spanish.
Was told they would fix flooring that was coming up and repair/replace the baseboards. hey did finally reglue the flooring but after 5 visits and waiting at home for several appointments, they fixed the baseboards. My husband and myself wound up doing all of the repairs after waiting for 6 weeks!
I would never recommend this company to anyone. They happily were paid $20,000 to do the job, which looking back wound up costing us much much more! Horrible company!!
