Flooring America of Chandler is incredibly amazing! I purchased an older home that severely needed a flooring update. Amber from Flooring America was so very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs and was able to find us the best flooring options. I left so happy with my experience. Travis knows his stuff!  After visiting several other carpet stores, we were drawn to giving Floor Depot our business due to Travis' honesty, knowledge and trustworthiness. You will see what I mean if/when you meet him.  
We were carpeting a spare bedroom that was in immediate need.  With the Covid crowd having all the contractors backed up for several weeks, Travis was able to influence one of his go-to contractors to carpet our bedroom within 2 days of our carpet being delivered (8 days from when we first walked into his store!)  We actually selected our carpet from a different store. Not only was Travis able to get it for us in half the time....his price was almost $1.50 sq.ft. less then his competitor. Can't promise he will be able do that for everyone. But, wow!  For us...we now have a carpet/floor company that is going to get 100% of our business going forward.
Again, it's worth your time just to go in and talk to Travis. You will understand straight-away that this guy is incapable of deception, and he will do whatever he can to keep your project on schedule.

Alex from AZ Royal Granite was great. We had trouble finding the right size kitchen sink & someone who would install it in a granite kitchen top. Alex, on a Wednesday, brought out to our house 2 sinks for my wife to see. She chose the one she liked & he said could install on Monday.  He called us Friday AM & said he moved us up to Friday afternoon for installation. The installation went perfect,  including triming the granite without any crack or nicks. He reinstalled all the plumbing fixtures & everything works great with no leaks. Highly recommend him for granite &  remodeling work . We are considering having him replace all the tile in our house.

Russ did a great job. He met me at the store. He loaded the couches on his truck. He delivered them to my house. He removed the old couches and took them to the dumps. He set up my couches (electrical).  He was fast efficient. He wore a mask for safety. He cleaned up the space. I highly recommend his work.

Cesar and his dad make the dynamic duo. They were professional, always in constant communication and hard workers. They got it done so quickly and efficiently and stayed within our budget. Will definitely have then do our bathroom when we are ready. Highly recommend.

During monsoon season my house was exposed to a large amount of water. My carpet was ruined throughout my whole entire house. I thought it was going to cost a fortune, fortunately I found this company and gave them a call. They sent a confirmation email with my appointment time and name of the technician. The technician didn't only show up on time, but showed up at least 30 minutes early and began working throughout my house. My carpets looked horrible, after his work was done you couldn't even tell that my house was flooded. I was more than happy with the work done by Arizona Carpet and Restoration, I will continue to use their services and I highly recommend them for use.

Used Az remodel Pros to redo the entire master bathroom! Loved Brian, Izzy, Carlos and team. There's a lot going on In the world so finding good people that care is important. The team was great and make you feel like family. We plan on using them again for other projects like our kitchen and stairs. Can't say enough goodness about this company you will be in good hands! Very responsive and thoughtful.

I needed a new contractor to do some renovations on our new home so we turned to Yelp and and found shepherd contracting. We used Thomas and his team when my new home needed some updating. The communication was above and beyond. We love our new bathrooms and will post updated photos soon!

I had an outdoor patio wall commissioned through them and it came out spectacular! They put up the wall quickly and efficiently, and I was really impressed with the work! Will be returning to finish patio floor and likely much more!

I just got off the phone with Shane's dad and told him I was almost in tears...with joy that is. My countertops far exceeded my expectations. Our remodel took a down turn when the original one we chose (two months ago) turned out to be out of stock at another store we were doing business with. After checking yelp my daughter found Apache Tile Outlet. Shane was very helpful and professional. From start to finish we had our countertops within less than 2 weeks. Jesus and his crew were wonderful...please,if anyone is looking for the best price & satisfaction in Phoenix check them out.

Olympic Hardwood installed 3000 sq ft of engineered hardwood in our 1950's era home. The work they did was nothing short of amazing. Regina and Rafal spent quite a bit of time assisting us in picking the perfect flooring before we committed. We received a detailed estimate before work began, and when the work was finished there were no surprises in the cost. Work began on the dot the day it was scheduled, and proceeded right on time in spite of an entire week of rain. Their craftsmen were meticulous, not to mention polite and all-around great guys. The flooring has transformed our house! We really did our homework interviewing various flooring companies in the Phoenix area, and could not be happier that we chose Olympic for the job.

Okay, so this is super late in coming but Rob was FANTASTIC.

I had an extremely old, extremely temperamental, and decidedly incontinent cat who decided that my new $2,000 thick shag rug was the perfect litter box.  I tried bleach, scrubbing it, everything, but eventually the smell just stayed and life gets busy so I stopped... For almost 9 months.  Thankfully the floors were all tile so it didn't seep through the ground, but needless to say, that rug was a hot mess and I was moving in 3 months.

I'd read all the great reviews on yelp so decided to give him a try despite being a college student and not the richest of girls.  Not only did he give me a great deal, he re-scheduled and re-scheduled again as issues on my end came up, and we finallly set a date for a few days before moving out.  This way, the cats wouldn't be around to mess it up and it would be nice and fresh-smelling for the movers.

He came out and did his thing, and I'm not sure if you know this, but he'll take you out to show you exactly WHAT came out in the cleaning.  You couldn't even see water, it was dark brown all the way through.  DISGUSTING.  Oh my goodness.

So, anyway, the move came and I had fans blowing on it as directed, but because of how deep that rug was it didn't fully air out, and when it was rolled and stacked against a wall during the move, you could see urine LEAKING OUT.

I texted Rob and wanted to see how much it would be to do a second treatment because the smell was even WORSE than before it all accumulated to one side and he said when and where and picked it up NO CHARGE.  He picked up the rug, kept it at his house for days on end soaking it and re-soaking it, drying it out on his patio (This is a BIG rug), and finally returned it and it smells great!  I put my nose right up to the side she used to pee in and I can't smell anything, and he left bottles both for odor *and* for pet stains.

I can't recommend Rob enough.  Very affordable, friendly, flexible, he's the whole package!

Our house burned down. We got estantes from 3 different companies and chose to go with Patterson because the contractor was such a nice guy and he was able to start right away. Everything was going great our home had been framed the contractor was responsive and upfront then he quit and from what I heard took half the company with him to start his own business. This is where everything fell apart. I was given a new contractor who never answered my calls I had no idea what was going on or when things were being done. Their workers are careless. We had paint all over our trees one of their paint guys kicked in our door and it had to be replaced. They told me to pick out a washer and dryer then a year later tried to bill me for it! They keep no records of what the are doing.... they have horrible customer service. They pay no attention to detail. They recently had to replace a panel in my cabinets because it cracked! The cabinets they use are so cheap they chip. Hardware on my cabinets are uneven. They installed my vertical blinds on my sliding glass door and made them too long so they drag and 5 have already fallen off. The blinds in my kitchen window are crooked! How does that even happen. There was no final walk through to point any of these things out. Some cabinets have holes where they drilled for the wrong size hardware then just patched it up. The fence they put up is awful and they charged and arm and a leg for it. There was a crack in every closet corner window corner in the ceiling down the middle of the entire house that they had to come back and fix. They left some hole in my roof so when it rained I had bad water damage and the entire ceiling on my hallway had to be replaced! The list goes on and on! The only reason I even gave 2 stars is because the handymen that come fix mistakes are so nice and trustworthy. Other than that. Keep looking if you are needing work done. Unless you want to be extremely stressed for the entire time the work is being done.

They don't show up.  They constantly call to schedule,  then start calling days ahead of time to confirm an appointment.  Then cancel during the time of the appointment.  Both appointments were for 6-8pm. Both times they called and canceled at 6 or 6:15pm. If they can't even get out to give an estimate,  how lousy would their service be if we hired them.  Very poor service.
