Best Flooring Contractors in Arizona

Mike and his wife Marilyn are an absolute pleasure to work with. We had a flooring mishap with our contractors but after contacting Mike at Millworks, he was quickly able to find a solution. The ways they are able to work with wood is incredible!! We got a herringbone pattern in our front foyer that is jaw dropping. Alberto was such a hard worker and had great attention to detail. Cannot say enough about this sweet Arizona family owned business! Thanks Classic Millworks!

I had this company come do laminate flooring, base boards and door mouldings at our house.  They did a great job and they did it quickly and for a really reasonable price. I will definitely recommend them.

Communication was superb from start to finish! Very knowledgeable, answered all of our several questions very respectfully and patiently, and took pride in his work! He did an amazing job! Everyone that has come over since absolutely love our new downstairs tile! 10 star business!

We recently used Floor Coverings International Chandler-Gilbert to install LVP throughout our house.  Let me start with the negatives.  1) They do not have a showroom.  I might be old fashioned, but at first I was looking for a store to go into.  I will say, after having them out and seeing the  products in my own lighting was helpful.   I grew to really like this part of the service 2) They were not the least expensive.  They were 15%-20% higher than two of my bids but less than the highest bid.  3) This might be nit picky, but the first day of installation they were 30 minutes early.  This irritated me a bit.  A girl has to put on her face.  

The reason I put 5 stars is the  installation.  The product and workmanship look fantastic.  The new baseboards they installed finishes everything off nicely.  The installers were polite and very professional.  They cleaned up, moved furniture and reset the toilets.  The owner Debra was on top of the project, interacting with me and handling any of my small OCD issues.  I had spoken to a reference prior to selecting them and had read the positive reviews.  They met/exceeded my expectations.

Joshua gave the project personal attention from beginning to end and was agile enough to jump in to take care of any detail that needed to be addressed. His crew was the best of the best. They were not hurried and had no desire to do anything short of the best job they could do, even at what seemed to be personal expense. Everyone's dedication to the job was inspiring.

I had them I install patio carpet in April and I am still waiting for them to come and finish the job. It was all wrinkled and I have been promised an adjustment for months.  Phone calls, emails galore and no action.  I will never use this company again.

An amazing staff.  Dave Whitermore provides exceptional service, which is appreciated all the more when most retailers have forgotten the meaning of customer service.  I have done several projects with Arizona Floors and they have always provided the best pricing,  are the easiest to work with, and are always responsive. Truly the very best in customer service.

Perhaps one of the best contractors we have ever dealt with hands down, and we have worked with tons of contractors as we own numerous rental properties and have flipped and remodeled many homes. Oko and Sal are extremely professional, humble, respectful, detail oriented, and have immaculate house keeping skills. No messes left behind, no hassles from beginning to end, reasonably priced, and very responsive. Oko was a spot on project manager, and Sal had great backsplash tiling skills. We found our new go to tile guys...thanks again gentlemen.

The owner Greg was so awesome to deal with! We've had so many issues with contractors lacking integrity - Greg was the opposite! Returned all our calls, his crews showed up when they were supposed to and work performed was excellent! Jesus and Milton (tilers) were incredible!!! They made suggestions, asked proactively how we wanted to handle the inevitable challenges that arise in a project of this scale and their attention to detail/resultant work was of the highest quality. Greg and team rebuilt our shower, did the floor tiling and our granite for our vanity.

They did an amazing job on our kitchen. We had them remove a partial wall. When they were done it looked like the wall was never there. They completed it quickly and took great care to do it right. I would definitely recommend them and I'll use them again if I need some work done.

Scott Burhorn was honest, polite and fast and also had the least expensive product and the job was done so fast. I remodeled our kitchen, bath and flooring and it turned out beautiful!

What can I say? Sam delivered.  We had our whole kitchen remodeled including removing walls to open up the space. Sam gave us great recommendations.  From the shaker cabinets, the color, the backsplash.  Everything came out exceeded my expectations.  It really transformed my kitchen.  As with any renovations it came with headaches.  I didn't really had good experiences with the installers.  when it came to detail stuff they kinda skip or would hope the owner don't see them.  But a call to Sam and he was able to help me out and get things right.  We ran into problems with materials being short but after talking to Sam,  he finally agreed to cover for us.  I think it is important that Sam did that because it wasn't the money considering I paid thousands of dollars when the part is only 80 bucks.  So it came down to the principal kinda thing.  So I'm glad Sam saw that.  Overall my wife and I are extremely happy with the result.  Don't hesitate to use him for your kitchen design.  He will deliver for you.  My wife and I will definitely call him when we are ready to remodel our bathrooms.

I am thoroughly impressed with Zona Restoration and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their reconstruction services. On the whole, I found their staff to be professional, friendly, and responsive. I was particularly impressed with Tim Simpson, their project manager for large-scale reconstruction jobs. Tim was patient with me and thorough in his explanations of what was and was not needed for my house, and he took time to understand my reservations and allay my fears. I found him to be incredibly knowledgeable, fair, and honest - which is refreshing to find in this line of work. It's been quite some time that I have been so impressed with a company, which is why I'm making it a point to write this review. For those of you reading this review, I hope you've found it to be helpful. Take care!

I actually like these cabinets and have used them 3x's in the past, as I renovate homes for a living. However, they're wasting our time these days. They say they open at 9am. However, no one is available to help you or wait on you until 10am. Also the website is messed up on the first page and links don't take you to their Facebook page. So as I stand in their showroom from 9:10- 9:30 until I went into the warehouse- I'm wondering about the care and quality going into the rest of the business.

Fraud, criminals, liars, theft, are the words that come to mind when writing about this company.  Do not use this company, they still have not performed the work that was pre-paid days ago and now have yet again scheduled the work to be done for the 3rd time and yet again a no show.  I will be suing this company and I am sure I will win.  I hope whoever reads this post is smart enough to adhere to my advice.  Save yourself the TROUBLE!!!
