Mike and his wife Marilyn are an absolute pleasure to work with. We had a flooring mishap with our contractors but after contacting Mike at Millworks, he was quickly able to find a solution. The ways they are able to work with wood is incredible!! We got a herringbone pattern in our front foyer that is jaw dropping. Alberto was such a hard worker and had great attention to detail. I had this company come do laminate flooring, base boards and door mouldings at our house.  They did a great job and they did it quickly and for a really reasonable price. I will definitely recommend them.

We had water damage on our 25 year old engineered hardwood floor. Gratefully, we had six extra planks from the original installation. Giovanni's sent in an installer with years of experience with this unique product. They were able to cleanly remove the damaged pieces and replace with our materials. It looks amazing! The entire team was a pleasure with which to work: tidy, courteous and professional.

We had FCI (Floor Covering International) come in and do the whole downstairs flooring and we are so pleased with the service, professionalism and price we received from them. it was a big job of removing the old tile and installing new tile and the were so careful and detailed to close off the area to minimize the dust and even after they did the tile install,  had a company and clean and dust the whole down stairs.. very very happy with FCI... Joshua gave the project personal attention from beginning to end and was agile enough to jump in to take care of any detail that needed to be addressed. His crew was the best of the best. They were not hurried and had no desire to do anything short of the best job they could do, even at what seemed to be personal expense. Everyone's dedication to the job was inspiring.

I've been so impressed with the friendly and professional service. I had bids from all sorts of places, and as soon as Doug started to talk about carpet, I immediately knew this guy was well educated and passionate about flooring. He conveys his knowledge in a way that makes sense and helps the customer make choices that fit their needs and wants. I've learned that the flooring business is competitive, you can buy cheap from big box retailers who care little about you, you can buy expensive from places trying to run up their profits, or you can purchase smart and between the two from Doug and Andy and walk away feeling you did it right. You can't go wrong with these guys, and if a mistake happens, I bet they will go above and beyond to make it right.

We've had issues and delays with another cabinet company and then was recommended by a friend to come here. I will say our experience was amazing and Blake as well as their entire team was professional and fantastic overall. Our bathroom cabinets a and countertops turned out amazing and we are so happy. These guys did a really nice job on my project. We have a little guest house that I had basically neglected for many years. It was pretty much of a disaster area. For a quite reasonable price they turned it into a very nice little home that my daughter now lives in happily. GPS were very easy to work with and did everything they could to make sure we were happy with the finished product. I recommend these guys highly.

OK.... how this business doesn't have a million 5 star  reviews is unbeknownst to me.

I had ceramic tile and carpet throughout my home and I really wanted hardwood but I didn't want to do the work to maintain it. So i search and search on line and finally found the brand and style of tile that i wanted. I actually went to a different tile store down the street from these guys and on the way back decided to stop in.

Well... I was greeted by Kris who was very professional, asked what we were interested in but definitely was not salesy. She gave us a free sample and her card so we  could try it out in our home and some very rough estimates of how much things would cost. She offered to come out and do a free estimate and I accepted.  I did some more window shopping and found an even better version of the tile that I wanted so when she came to do the estimate (on time I might add) I asked if she could get that tile and she said no problem.

She was VERY patient with me because we should've started the work in March and I kept pushing it out and we finally started at the beginning of  May. But the entire time, she was completely understanding and not pushing to close the deal.

Now, because I have tile that looks like wood I wanted to get the smallest grout line possible,1/16 of an inch, I was VERY nervous about their ability to get it done right but at some point I needed to bite the bullet. Turns out I was nervous for no reason at all.

My floors came out ABSOLUTELY amazing. Like better than I could imagine. My floors look like they could be featured on Houzz.com lol.  They sent a VERY professional crew to our home, they showed up on time, explained what they were doing every step of the way, cleaned up at the end of their work day, even worked on Saturdays. It was all around a WONDERFUL experience. Carlos and his crew and PHENOMENAL! You're lucky if you are able to get those guys to do your install.

If you are thinking about getting any flooring done, do yourself a favor and call and ask for Kris. You definitely won't regret it.

I highly recommend using Pelleco for your remodeling projects. Sam J  is great to work with but importantly has a very creative mind and comes up with fantastic suggestions to help you design your space. Our team was excellent, led by Daniel,  who was our the project manager. Daniel's attention to detail is great. Pelleco's office staff, led by Becky, is also impressive as she is relentless in making sure everything gets ordered and shipped. Pelleco remodeled our entire home to include kitchen, family room, living and dining room, two bathrooms and laundry room. We interviewed multiple contractors before selecting Pelleco and it was absolutely the best decision.

I had a real favorable experience with this business.  Goettl had to tear into my drywall to fix some wiring and subcontracted with Zona for the sheetrock work.  I was very pleased with the quality of the work.  Good communication from the start and they were right on time.  I worked with Max and he was great.

I purchased cabinet for my kitchen last year , and now I need the same cabinet for my restrooms.
I went to Phoenix location two times , but because of very bad costumer service I changed my mind.
Still I need the cabinet , but I am waiting to see new faces in the store.

Not a competitor, only a 1 time customer.  I did check out your self written testimonials.  A customer can not update your webpage but that is what Yelp is for.  Not a personal attack, just telling it like it is.
