Mike and his wife Marilyn are an absolute pleasure to work with. We had a flooring mishap with our contractors but after contacting Mike at Millworks, he was quickly able to find a solution. The ways they are able to work with wood is incredible!! We got a herringbone pattern in our front foyer that is jaw dropping. Alberto was such a hard worker and had great attention to detail. Cannot say enough about this sweet Arizona family owned business! Thanks Classic Millworks!

My husband and I looked around for someone/company to get our garage floor done for a couple months and they would either never return our calls or set up a time to come look and never show up. Very frustrating to say the least. Until my husband reached out to Preston and we were finally treated with professionalism. He gave us an estimate and put us on the schedule. The guys showed up early on a Saturday and worked all day to finish that same day. They were very nice and knowledgable. They even moved my washer and dryer out of the way and then put them back when they were done. I'm very happy with the final result, the floor was in bad shape, had an old paint that was chipping and also had some wide cracks which they fixed. Now it's all smooth and it has a nice sheen. I would recommend ground control flooring to anyone in a heart beat!

I had this company come do laminate flooring, base boards and door mouldings at our house.  They did a great job and they did it quickly and for a really reasonable price. I will definitely recommend them.

We had Frank come out and remove our baseboards. His communication was excellent from the first start of contact. He worked quickly, efficiently, and at a reasonable price. He saved us tons of work for ourself. I would recommend his services.

Amazing customer service!!! Deb and Darcy were so helpful and fun to work with. The quality of the workmanship was beyond my expectations. The installers were very pleasant and very hardworking. They were very respectful of my home. The only hiccup was they had to start a day late. While I was not happy, the owner called me first thing in the morning to explain the situation. They started the next day and still completed the project in my timeline before Thanksgiving, and the flooring is beautiful.

Joshua gave the project personal attention from beginning to end and was agile enough to jump in to take care of any detail that needed to be addressed. His crew was the best of the best. They were not hurried and had no desire to do anything short of the best job they could do, even at what seemed to be personal expense. Everyone's dedication to the job was inspiring.

I had them I install patio carpet in April and I am still waiting for them to come and finish the job. It was all wrinkled and I have been promised an adjustment for months.  Phone calls, emails galore and no action.  I will never use this company again.

There was a little hiccup with the tile installation which I brought to the attention of Joni who gave me the quote and was followed up by a phone call from the owner.. With that being said Joni and the owner were awesome and made the situation right which I can appreciate... The tile job turned out beautifully and because of their great customer service, prompt service as well as accommodating I would use them again

We've had issues and delays with another cabinet company and then was recommended by a friend to come here. I will say our experience was amazing and Blake as well as their entire team was professional and fantastic overall. Our bathroom cabinets a and countertops turned out amazing and we are so happy. Hired to remove waterproofing along entire front and sides of house from previous 3ft.tall flower bed. After the estimate was presented, I called with questions. The owner personally answered my questions along with the amazing project coordinator, Kimberly. Kimberly was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with! The team was professional and showed up on time on the day they said they would (seems rare for contractors these days). They kept us updated every step of the way via email, text, and phone calls.  We will be hiring this company for our next project! The owner and the company focus on customer service and they did not disappoint! We could not be happier with our experience. Thank you!

Excellent company to deal with.  I was referred to them by a flooring manufacturer to order some very specific replacement parts for my flooring.  

I called and got right through to Vanessa, who was so helpful and patient.  She helped me figure out exactly what I needed and placed the order right away.  She had very good communication skills.

This company is obviously well ran, and I will return here for future flooring needs as well.

They came out for the estimate they were on time,  very friendly,  we liked them a lot and wanted to work with them. I followed up when they said that they'd have the estimate and no response. I reached out again,  no response. I stopped reaching out because if they couldn't respond to give me an estimate I just didn't feel they would be reliable with work being done. The sad thing was I really liked them and wanted to do business with them. They were very nice,  kind and had awesome creative ideas.

We called Zona Restoration after a monsoon caused water damage to our home. As daunting as mold removal initially sounded, Zona managed to make it stress-free. Everyone at Zona has been wonderful to work with, especially Michael Grieser. We were highly impressed with Michael's politeness, professionalism, and attention to detail. I'm so glad we found Zona Restoration, and we hope they know how lucky they are to have someone like Michael on their team!

I am very satisfied with the service and quality of cabinets we purchased from Cabinets to Go. We were remodeling a 3000 square feet home. All of the cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms needed to be replaced. Brad was very helpful in creating the design for each room based on the the measurements I provided. I changed the kitchen design 4 to 5 times but Brad never complained about making the changes. The cabinets were delivered within a week of ordering. Their recommended contractors delivered and assembled the cabinets very efficiently. We have remodeled many homes. Working with Brad and Cabinets to Go team was the best experience.

Some of the doors did not have self closing inserts. They provided the missing inserts immediately. They also provided touch up paint. I would definitely buy from them again.

Despite what others say, please do your homework first.  This guy (Mike HRafi/Michael HRafi is a true con artist and will lie, cheat and steal.  I first purchased carpet from him and he did a good job.  I then hired him for another job and he outright took my money and said that the contractor he hired went bankrupt, only to find he never hired a contractor, and manufactured and altered receipts.  I am warning you, he is not a nice person.  He comes across as a caring, concerned and savvy business person; he is nothing short of a con artist.  You can call me if you like to get more information.  My number is 281.300.8282.
