I had this company come do laminate flooring, base boards and door mouldings at our house.  They did a great job and they did it quickly and for a really reasonable price. I will definitely recommend them.

Wow, these people are beyond bad. Booked 13and of carpet a month in advance, and they were a no show, even tho we told them it was critical that they be there, and that was the only reason we bought their overpriced stuff. They were a no show. Unfortunately we gave them a second chance and have regretted every minute of it. No one showed up the second day but a bedraggled worker fresh off another job, worn out and pissed off. When his helper, that he said was worthless showed up, he left shortly after. We had to beg his guy to stay, and I mean beg so we could get this done. In the meantime our pets were locked in a back room for two days, and yet again because, they laid tack strios all over the house including doorways, making it unusable. The owner didn;t even know if anyone was showing up the next day. We finally got the stuff laid only to have it immediately come loose. bad seams and lumps. The first attempt to have it fixed was once again a bust, as the crew didn't show. The owner seems mistified when you confront her about it, but then explains that they don't 'work' for her. If you sell installed carpet, shouldn't they? Take two... we used her salespersons technique of making them select, he will ask which you choose if your life depended on it. It is carpet for god's sake...and they showed only to have a bad job yet again. The third time the guy did okay, but we wanted them to fix the chunks they took out all over our baseboards. I asked them for this and got an email last night saying she hoped to schedule something today. We tried to hang out so they could make it, planning around them, but no call. The usual crap from this company. I was promised a discount for rebooking with them, but now it is contingent on me pulling any bad reviews. They even have that in the contract that her husband brow beat me into pulling, He interrupted a call from his wife to tell me to get on the computer and 'help' to take down my review. but don't bother with customer service
promised except to whine that it isn't their fault and they are so so very sorry.

Joshua gave the project personal attention from beginning to end and was agile enough to jump in to take care of any detail that needed to be addressed. His crew was the best of the best. They were not hurried and had no desire to do anything short of the best job they could do, even at what seemed to be personal expense. Everyone's dedication to the job was inspiring.

We recently had all our floors redone with tile and carpeting and the experience was above our expectations.  We had really good customer service and assistance in choices for our tile and carpet.  We needed it completed before Thanksgiving and they worked through the weekend to get the job done in time.  It all turned out really nice and I was so impressed at the job they did cleaning every surface and all the shelves.  I expected to have to do some myself to get ready for the holiday but they did an excellent job and I was ready to start cooking and have company!

After obtaining several estimates, I hired Arizona Floors to redo my kitchen/entry/laundry.  They were by far the most responsive, responding quickly to my inquiry and showing up when they promised.  They came in about $800 less than other vendors, and included tearing off and disposing of old flooring.  Their installation crew was a couple hours late, and I had a hard time getting in touch with anyone.  But when they did arrive, they did quick and quality work.  When I am ready to do carpeting, Arizona Floors will get my first call.

Oko and Sal did our backsplash and did it perfectly. They even uncovered an earlier flaw and took steps to address that. They worked efficiently and finished on time. Upon a follow-up involving a cracked tile, Oko came back on the next day and expertly repaired it. Their results were flawless and they were willing to deal too. We're saving his card for future tile projects. Highly recommended.

That person has no relation to this company whats so ever he hasnt been employed with this company since december of 2018. We've had issues and delays with another cabinet company and then was recommended by a friend to come here. I will say our experience was amazing and Blake as well as their entire team was professional and fantastic overall. Our bathroom cabinets a and countertops turned out amazing and we are so happy. Unfortunately being my first experience with new flooring, this turned out to be the most horendeous experience ever.  It took about two months for final completion, including all the return trips that had to be done.  First, the tiles were mislabeled so when the contractors came, they were the wrong one.  They had already torn up all the flooring, so this started with a one week backlog. Finally got started, contractors did not show up on a couple occasions, and i got no call until late in day. As i work, my son was the lead person to make sure all was going right. The ripped out the baseboards, as i was going to have these replaced, but they did not care how they came out, nails were left in, dry wall was ripped off the wall. Once they finished the job, which was now about 3 weeks of living in dust and dirt, and unfinished tiling, we went through and noticed that tiles were not flush around the room, meaning that corners were sticking up and that some tile was higher than others.  Also a number of them had hollow sounds, meaning not enough glue was put down. Started texting workers, and did not hear back. Had to contact Puckett's, who contact the GC, but he did not call back for days. Had to keep calling Puckett's to get in touch with them. Workers came out and tried to fix issues i had, had to remove some tile and put grout in places they missed.  Also, tile did not bump up to the wall in some areas.  Finally had Puckett's and the GC come out so I could show them what i was talking about.  Put blue tape on every issue i had, that believe me that covered a lot of area. GC was supposed to get in touch with me and set up appt to fix. Took about a week, never heard back. Finally called him again set up appt. for 3 weeks later. I took off of work to be there, but they could not come that day. Took another couple calls and times to finally get them there.  I could not take off again, so my son walked them through.  He said they did not fix all items, just what they thought they should.  So as of now, whatever is not right, it is what i have to live with.  Even though the sales person at Pucketts was helpful and tried to get things done, I cannot recommend this company.

We researched several companies for our master bathroom remodel project. Sam from Pelleco Design came to our house and was very professional and knowledgeable. He provided us a free price proposal and answered any questions we had and was very nice and easy to work with. We chose Pelleco to do our bathroom remodel and we are so glad we did! The bathroom turned out gorgeous! Sam worked with us to make sure we picked out each item we liked and made sure everything worked well together from a design perspective. The claw-foot tub they found for us is beautiful! The other great thing is their price proposal is what we paid, no hidden costs. Sam has a great team including Becky and Edgar and they are good people to work with. We highly recommend Pelleco Design and think you will be very satisfied!

WARNING! AVOID! I had a minor flood in my house. Somehow the insurance company chose Zona Restoration to do the restoration work. They didn't bother to check in with me, the owner, during the process, only after they wreaked havoc and it's been a nightmare ever since.They tore out almost everything, even when it obviously wasn't necessary (maybe just go get more money from insurance?). They threw away custom cabinetry that had nothing wrong with it, threw away knotty alder trim that was custom made and sanded and finished that had no issues, and greatly increased the replacement costs. They ripped out drywall where there was absolutely no water damage. Removed sprayed foam insulation where the water didn't even reach, and did it all without even checking in with the owner of the home (me). A tiny guest house with a small flood, know what they charged for this? Over $25,000.

No complaints -- the cabinets are an excellent quality (better than most out there) -- the price cannot be beat -- I had ordered a glass door for the corner cabinet and there was a mark on it (probably unnoticeable to everyone but me) so I called customer service, sent a couple of pictures, and they replaced it with no issue -- turn around time from order to receiving was short.

Not a competitor, only a 1 time customer.  I did check out your self written testimonials.  A customer can not update your webpage but that is what Yelp is for.  Not a personal attack, just telling it like it is.
