Juan and his crew did a fantastic job with our remodeling project! We couldn't be happier! G & C are true professionals. Very consciousnesses while doing their work. They always made sure to prep each area extensively like it was their own home. They were careful about not letting my dog out and keeping things locked up. Very courteous. They are detailed oriented and are so very knowledgeable. When the project started and as it moved along Juan had great remodeling suggestions and brought up things that  would have never crossed my mind. It was great to have him do the thinking for me. Overall, the project was very stress free and reasonably priced. Additionally, the communication between G&C was phenomenal. Juan is super responsive 7 days a week and always kept me updated on the daily schedule, so I knew what to expect which was helpful in planning my day. I never experienced any "no shows" and G&C was very flexible with scheduling and with last minute project changes that were made by me. We worked well together. Everything went smooth throughout my month-long remodel and Juan and his crew are so accommodating and great to work with. I highly recommend them. Additionally, they stand behind their work.

I had given VETSBuilt a one star review previously for not contacting me when I ask for a quote. I am retracting that review and apologizing to VETSBuilt for not seeing their response via email through Yelp. They also tried calling me and I did not answer because I didn't recognize the phone number with an out of area Area Code. They also left me a voice mail that I did not see till later.

So since they have contacted me with an explanation and it was within 24 hours so I am giving them 4 stars. We worked things out and DJ was very courteous on the phone. They are now coming out tomorrow to give us our quote and we are happy.

From start to finish, Victor and Mario were responsive and easy to work with. They went above and beyond to help us get our floors(laminate planks) done when we were in a pinch. Our schedule changed and they made it work. They did a great job on demo and installation. We are already talking about having them install tile in our entry. We would definitely recommend them!

Mark, Jack, and the team at Lifetime remodeling did an amazing job replacing our floors. They were not only quick, but did quality work!

Vic is amazing at what he does. He's very thorough when it comes to understanding what you want. Whether it's counter top fabrication, flooring or even a custom shower. He did work on my house and did an amazing job. I also work in builder supply, so I see a lot of similar companies, yet I refer VM to clients.

Needed 900 sq ft of laminate replaced. Javier came out and took measurements, never heard back from him or Jackie - who I called later.

Doug and  Wendy are the best! It was truly a pleasure working with them on the install of 4 bedrooms and 5 closets. Their pricing is very fair. They are low pressure but very hands on during the selection process. They know their products and which product/color is the best fit for their clients. I can not say enough about my experience.

We needed about 400 square feet of tile removed so we could finish our whole-house re-tile project.  After experiencing the dust-nightmare of DYI floor grinding, we decided to give Flooring Professionals and their dust removal system a try.  We were not disappointed.  Rob and his crew were outstanding.  They showed up on time, answered all our questions and set about getting the job done quickly and efficiently.  The best part?  No dust at the end of the day!  All tile pieces and residue were completely removed and they wiped down all the horizontal surfaces where any incidental dust may have accumulated.  All in all a very satisfactory experience--definitely recommend!

After working with Jeremy and his team on my master bath remodel, I can honestly say I wouldn't look elsewhere for future projects. Every person we worked with throughout the process was 100% professional and a pleasure to work with. The initial estimates were extremely detailed and we knew exactly what to expect, which made our first big remodel much less intimidating. The Project Manager had great attention to detail, made helpful suggestions, and ensured that everything was completed on time. The designer was super helpful and didn't blink an eye when I made some off-the-wall changes (like a bright blue vanity!). The tile expert, knowing I was a little nervous about the grout color, even did a small sample and called me over to take a final look to make sure everything was perfect. Phoenix Home Remodeling is truly a class act.

D & D is the best in town!! Not only was Dion very responsive but was able to get me in for an assesment and repair 3 days before Christmas. Gerardo and his son fixed my upstairs within the hour.  They showed up at 10am and by 12pm my floor was fixed!!! Very happy with the outcome and service! Will definitely use them for future repairs.

I just had Kamis put in a floating dance floor in my house and he did an absolutely wonderful job.  The floor is beautiful and he was on time and communicated with me right away.  I am very impressed with his company and would have him come back again.  I recommend him highly.

Bare Floors replaced all of the travertine tile in our home. Amir and his crew did a fantastic job. Very high quality for a reasonable price. Excellent service throughout this project from Amir. He is reliable, responsive, and professional. A good experience and very pleased with the results.

The tile and plumbing job for a remodeled bathroom was completed with precise attention to detail. The prep, and installation of both floor and wall tile were professionally completed. The project remodel looks like the way it should be, Brand New. Wonderful service, and came to work in a timely manner as promised.

Cardinal Floor Covering has been one of the best contractors I have worked with in Arizona. I own Hawaiian Experience Spa, a day spa with locations in the Phoenix, AZ area, and have had lots of construction work done at the spas. In most cases I have been disappointed with the contractors we hired to build out or renovate the spas. In this case, Cardinal Floor Covering was my replacement contractor after the first contractor, Fred Kromm Tile in Phoenix, went crazy and left the job!

Anyway, we were in the middle of building out a high end shower and steam room. The rough plumbing and electrical was done and it was time for the tile work. We started with Fred Kromm Tile (see his review for details) and after he left mid job we had to scramble to find a replacement. We had two new contractors come in to give us a bid. One never got back to us (typical) but the other, Cardinal Floor Covering, got back to us promptly with a reasonable bid.

Chris from Cardinal told us no payment was due until the job was fully completed and we were 100% satisfied. We hired them and they came in as scheduled and got started. Chris met us the first day at the job with two workers, both of whom were very professional. Each day after that the team showed up on time, worked quietly, and respected the fact that they were in an operating day spa with clients present. There was unanticipated additional work needed because the first contractor had done something wrong (what a shock) and they simply did it without even mentioning more money. That is exactly what I wanted to see in a contractor - give me a price, honor it, and get the job done!

The steam shower ended up exactly the way we wanted it. Customers always comment about the quality of the tile work. We are building a new day spa in the Glendale, Arizona area and are specifying Cardinal Floor Covering as the contractor for all of our flooring needs. They do a lot more than just tile, and we are looking forward to having them on the job as we build out the next day spa.

We recently hired Carpets of Arizona to install carpeting and wood plank flooring. To provide fair and balanced feedback they did a nice job with the carpet installation but would strongly caution anyone looking to hire them for wood plank flooring installation.

We chose a wood plank floor style that has a high shade variation which means the planks vary from light to dark. It was very important to me that the installers took extra care when installing the floor to ensure the planks were space in a way to ensure the various plank tones were mixed across the floor as the flooring manufacturer intended for the right look.

Monica, the sales rep assured me that she would put their best installers on the job. On the day of the installation, I mentioned to Jim, the installer, that I'd like to make sure the light, medium and dark tones were mixed across the floor to achieve the intended look of this flooring style. Jim's response was "Yeah, I'm not going to do that! It will take too long and I don't get paid by the hour."  He assured me that if he just pulls the planks from the box and installs they will be mixed (this is not recommended by the manufacturer). Needless to say I was shocked by his response but trusted they knew what they were doing.

When the floor was finished my worst fears came true. About half of the floor (the portion Jim was working on) is not varied at all. In fact, there are only 2 different plank styles (out of 10) that appear in a large area of my floor. It looks horrible. I brought this to the attention of both Monica (sales) and Geraldine (Ops) without any resolution for a two month period of time.

Upon the completion of the final step of adding the transition strip (happened nearly two months after floor was installed) Monica charged my credit card with the balance due without my authorization or approval. I had to call the credit card company to dispute the charge as we had not yet resolved the installation issues. Be wary of offering your credit card as I've read other reviews and this appears to be a recurring problem.

After speaking with Miranda (Manager) I did receive a refund of approximately 10% of the total job as their resolution but it does not resolve the fact that I need to look at a floor everyday that is less than desirable.

In the attached photos you will see a photo with numbers (1 and 2). I labeled the wood planks that are identical to each other to show that nearly half of the floor only uses 2 of the approximately 10 different plank styles. The other photo shows the other half of the floor that was installed much better by the second installer (Manuel). Manuel took more care to install the portion he was working on correctly. Manuel also had a higher customer care factor over and above the management and leadership team at Carpets of Arizona.

The photos look like they are two different floors. UGH!!

I would not hire them again.

Let me just start by saying that Scott and his crew are the best flooring people you will ever find!!!

A little over a year ago we purchased our home and decided to remove carpeting from all of the rooms and closets and replace it with PERGO flooring. Through some research, I came across Red Mountain Renovations. Scott was very professional and was able to come in to do the flooring on the very short notice. They did such an amazing job that everyone I had at the house always compliment the floors.

About two weeks ago, we had an A/C condensation pan leakage. This caused our closet ceiling to fall and all that water went all over the walls and flooring. When the clean up crew showed up, they removed water damaged boards but in the process, they damaged a lot of the boards that were not effected by the water. Once again Scott and Alex came to my rescue. They worked with my schedule and were nothing but understanding, compassionate, and professional. Not only were they able to transform my damaged floors like nothing ever happened, they also were kind enough to help me with closet door framing. These guys are absolutely amazing!!!!

Update.... Finally had garage floor redone by another company. So much easier to clean and no discoloration or peeling. Unfortunately we lost 2k with IronDrive. Do not use this company!!!

This review is overdue!  I contacted a few companies to replace carpet with laminate and either got the run around or were completely out of my price range.  Rustin not only answered my inquiry same day, but he scheduled a time to come to my house and take measurements and walk me through the process.  He was honest and reliable.  He answered all my questions even on a Sunday.  His team was great!  They were knowledgeable, professional and personable.  The job was done quicker than I expected and looked better than I expected. I am so happy how the floors turned out and would highly recommend Rustin and his team.

Poor quality, no follow-up and terrible customer service.  They were referred to our contractor from a trusted carpet installer to refinish one room, everything seemed fine until they refused to come back and finish the work that we paid for - this includes some blotching, cleanup of stain that ended up on adjacent tile/wood and never installed (but paid for) corner round for the stair.  The work was performed in December and after countless emails/vmail, still no return phone call - and it's March!!

Buyer beware!!
