I recently decided to do some work on my house, but didn't really have the time or patience to call several people to do estimates for each separate job - I had worked with Bob through my work, so I called him - he responded almost immediately and we began planning Stucco, paint and windows and doors for my house.  I had some hold ups with my refinancing, but when it finally through Bob was ready to go.  I had the Stucco and Window people at my house within the same week.  The project was a bit drawn out because I ended up buying a custom front door, but the day the door came in, the folks from K&J doors were at my house putting them in, and the following day the stucco guys were here.  He's been to the house several times to check on progress, and he made several special trips, one of which to install a screen door for me.  Bob had realized that the screen was a 2 person job, and brought along a friend who had installed several screens in the past.  Once they unboxed my door, they realized that I had purchased the wrong size door.  Bob packed the door back up, went to Home Depot, returned it,  got the right door and had it hung, all before I got home from work.  Everyone that works with Bob has been professional and so easy to work with.  Bob had the contacts and resources to get things done (even last minute) and always answered my million questions.  I would absolutely recommend VetsBuilt Contracting!

All the guys at PHX Floors are very professional. They were considerate of my time and my roomies time and space. The flooring in my two bathrooms was done in 9 hours. I was so surprised they were able to get so much done in that amount of time. I will definitely hire them again for future flooring work. The time saving alone was well worth it and they did an awesome job! Thank you!!

We had a great experience with VM Stoneworks. Victor came out took measurements gave me an estimate and two days later came to install our countertops. They actually cut them to size on site... yes it's messy but they clean up afterwards. I think my only negative is that I didn't feel there were enough selections of quartz to choose from with the place they use. I do love my countertops though!

I was nervous to get my floors done, especially by not personally knowing a contractor and using Craig's List to find an installer. I luckily found Javier and was put at ease the second I met him. He did great work, was always on time and never made me feel uneasy. This was over five years ago and I plan to use him again soon on my newest property.

Doug and Wendy were so wonderful to deal with at Legend Flooring.  I can not say enough about the crew that came in to put the wood plank tile in our home.  We had the main floor, approx 3,000sqft, of our home done while our family took up residence in our basement.  They were absolutely amazing... they know their stuff and their work is impeccable, just pure perfection.  Their cuts around baseboard etc. were spot on.  They were incredibly polite and courteous while in our home, always making sure we had a way to get to our basement. :-)  They did a wonderful job cleaning up and making sure we were happy every step of the way.  As you can see I can't say enough about how very impressed I was.  They certainly take great pride in their work.  Thank you so very much.... we luv our new flooring!

On September 9, 2021 Flooring Professionals completed the job of flattening the slab in our house. Rob Hayton, the owner of Flooring Professionals was recommended to us by Nick Giammarino of Arizona Home Floors/Dust Ram, a dustless tile removal, which we used, and truly is dustless. We highly recommend Arizona Home Floors/Dust Ram for tile removal. Flooring Professionals too, are a dustless company and use the same vacuum system as Arizona Home Floors/Dust Ram.

We contacted Rob, the owner of Flooring Professionals requesting an estimate to flatten the slab in preparation for large format (24x48) tile installation. We described our needs to Rob who checked the floors flatness using a laser level, explaining his company could flatten the floor within 1/16" but it would not be "bubble" level. We initially felt the estimate was high however, after seeing the end result of what Rob's company did, we knew we had made the right decision.

Rob and his team were polite, courteous, professional. During the 3 day process the crew arrived promptly at 7am and at the end of their work day cleaned up the area, picked up all tools leaving the house in a neat condition considering the amount and type of work that was being done.

Upon completion of the flattening Rob went over the restrictions regarding the compound drying times. One issue we discovered after the job was complete was the flattening compound had gotten to close to the toilet flange preventing it from rotating freely. Contacted Rob, he said he would be out the next day to correct the problem, which he did.

Bottom line - the job done by Rob and his professional team was excellent. We highly recommend them to anyone needing their floors flattened.

Remodeling is such a daunting concept...until you meet the guys at Phoenix Home Remodeling. From the initial conversation, we were made to feel that our vision didn't seem too far fetched after all! We gave them a long wish list and they took the time to provide the quote for each item allowing us to proritize. The quote left no room for big surprises. They were always accessible which is very helpful to anxious homeowners! What was even more impressive was how neat they left the work area each day. The installation of our hardwood floors was meticulously done from the beginning of the job to the very end. The tile and plumbing job for a remodeled bathroom was completed with precise attention to detail. The prep, and installation of both floor and wall tile were professionally completed. Cardinal Floor Covering has been one of the best contractors I have worked with in Arizona. I own Hawaiian Experience Spa, a day spa with locations in the Phoenix, AZ area, and have had lots of construction work done at the spas. In most cases I have been disappointed with the contractors we hired to build out or renovate the spas. In this case, Cardinal Floor Covering was my replacement contractor after the first contractor, Fred Kromm Tile in Phoenix, went crazy and left the job!

Anyway, we were in the middle of building out a high end shower and steam room. The rough plumbing and electrical was done and it was time for the tile work. We started with Fred Kromm Tile (see his review for details) and after he left mid job we had to scramble to find a replacement. We had two new contractors come in to give us a bid. One never got back to us (typical) but the other, Cardinal Floor Covering, got back to us promptly with a reasonable bid.

Chris from Cardinal told us no payment was due until the job was fully completed and we were 100% satisfied. We hired them and they came in as scheduled and got started. Chris met us the first day at the job with two workers, both of whom were very professional. Each day after that the team showed up on time, worked quietly, and respected the fact that they were in an operating day spa with clients present. There was unanticipated additional work needed because the first contractor had done something wrong (what a shock) and they simply did it without even mentioning more money. That is exactly what I wanted to see in a contractor - give me a price, honor it, and get the job done!

The steam shower ended up exactly the way we wanted it. Customers always comment about the quality of the tile work. We are building a new day spa in the Glendale, Arizona area and are specifying Cardinal Floor Covering as the contractor for all of our flooring needs. They do a lot more than just tile, and we are looking forward to having them on the job as we build out the next day spa.

Jerry came out and gave me a quote for my pet damaged carpet. It only took 10 minutes and he was able to bring out a father and son team the next day. They finished the job in less than 2 hours! I would definitely recommend COA! Thank you!

Great guys, very responsive and did a great job at a very fair price!

 Installed about 2000st feet of wood laminate flooring complete with 4 inch moldings. They brought a crew and knocked it out in in less than two days transforming the entire house.  

Very professional, personable and easy to work with. They were careful and I had no reserves leaving them alone at the house while I went to work.

I will definitely be using Red Mountain Renovations for my upstairs and stairway when the time comes.

I spent several days shopping and comparing local companies. Many are fly by night operations that didn't instill much confidence in their service. Others seemed like huge corporations that just wanted to pump out as many floors as quick as they could. IronDrive provided the best customer service, price and communication out of the bunch. While I won't list the other companies I dealt with, IronDrive is the class of the industry.

Shane, sales, provided immediate emails describing the process and the different products they offer. Shane promptly returned all phone calls and patiently answered every question.

Shannon, owner, arrived on time the day of install on time and ready to go. Shannon took the time to explain each step of the process and his attention to even the smallest detail was evident.

The floor, polyaspartic, looks unbelievable, like a granite countertop. I lack the words to describe my pleasure with this company.

Oh, and they are the only ones to offer a lifetime warranty on their work.

We bought a house that had old dingy carpet and orangish tile floors that really didn't match the contemporary style we were looking for in our home. I contacted several floor installation companies and had them submit bids based on the demo of the tile and installation of new laminate. Rustin with All Pro Floors came out to the house and measured everything. He came back with a bid that was well below each of the other bids I received and included additional work that other companies wanted to charge several hundred dollars for. The crew came in Monday morning and were great to work with. They worked quickly and within 4days had demoed all of the tile and laid over 1300sqft of laminate. The result is an amazing and beautiful contemporary look that we were seeking. Rustin made sure that everything was done to our satisfaction and even had the crew back a second time to address a section that had a gap in the subfloor. We couldnt be happier with the final result and would definitely recommend All Pro Floors to anyone looking for a great new look for their home!

Mission refinished 1100 SF of thin layered engineered hardwood floors.  They were oil finished, hand scraped, dark and damaged by pets and termites.  Dan refinished/repaired to perfection to a natural finish.  We could not be happier with the outcome of our floors. We are so grateful for Dan and Mission Hardwood.
