Best Flooring Contractors in Arizona

I can highly recommend  Kevin and Brilliant Epoxy Floors. From my first phone call through a number of iterations Kevin was patient; honest and answered all my questions. I decided to visit his showroom (met me on a Holiday) to see the options and the colors although his website is very clear. I decided to go with the 5 layer full chip seal, although the partial chip which was a little cheaper may have worked. Note that it is not completely smooth after and they tell you that. If you want smooth, discuss it with Kevin. In the end I was happy with the full chips as the finished floor looks great and has a 15 year warranty. (he has been around 22 years). He asked for no money up front! Shows his ethics! His workers showed up on time on time and did an excellent job quickly. Sanded down all the old epoxy and filled all blemishes perfectly. They took pride in their work and would explain the process and answer questions. They worked neatly and cleanly. Kevin also agreed to move the heavy things out, and more importantly back for a small charge which they did. There was a freezer; workbench; filing cabinet; metal shelves and the like. I had other quotes but Kevin was by far the friendliest and others would not agree to put heavy things back so they lost any chance. He also worked around my soft water cylinder promising to repair the floor if it was ever moved. I wish I had done it years ago, but I am very happy.

Juan and his crew remodeled my living room and did a fantastic job. I am happy with the quality of work and the communication throughout the project. Easy to work with, reliable and didn't charge me when an extra issue came up. I'm recommending him to all my friends.

We were in need of a new roof after the last monsoon season, and due to needing some additional work done on some upper siding related to the leaks, numerous roofers turned us away saying they didn't have the license to take on the full project. After finding VetsBuilt here on Yelp (thanks other reviewers), Bob quickly assessed the damage, made his recommendations, and promptly put his team to work.

Everyone involved was extremely professional, kind, and a pleasure to work with. We had some carpeting ripped out, and replaced the flooring with vinyl planks, including the stairs.   Javier was so knowledgeable, very professional and did excellent work.   He worked fast and we are very happy with the final look.   The price was very affordable - much less than the big chains, so get his quote before going to the chains (where they will sell you stuff you don't need!!) .    If we have need of flooring in the future, will not hesitate to use JG Flooring.  Thank you Javier, and you too Jackie for your prompt response.

On September 9, 2021 Flooring Professionals completed the job of flattening the slab in our house. Rob Hayton, the owner of Flooring Professionals was recommended to us by Nick Giammarino of Arizona Home Floors/Dust Ram, a dustless tile removal, which we used, and truly is dustless. We highly recommend Arizona Home Floors/Dust Ram for tile removal. Flooring Professionals too, are a dustless company and use the same vacuum system as Arizona Home Floors/Dust Ram.

We contacted Rob, the owner of Flooring Professionals requesting an estimate to flatten the slab in preparation for large format (24x48) tile installation. We described our needs to Rob who checked the floors flatness using a laser level, explaining his company could flatten the floor within 1/16" but it would not be "bubble" level. We initially felt the estimate was high however, after seeing the end result of what Rob's company did, we knew we had made the right decision.

Rob and his team were polite, courteous, professional. During the 3 day process the crew arrived promptly at 7am and at the end of their work day cleaned up the area, picked up all tools leaving the house in a neat condition considering the amount and type of work that was being done.

Upon completion of the flattening Rob went over the restrictions regarding the compound drying times. One issue we discovered after the job was complete was the flattening compound had gotten to close to the toilet flange preventing it from rotating freely. Contacted Rob, he said he would be out the next day to correct the problem, which he did.

Bottom line - the job done by Rob and his professional team was excellent. We highly recommend them to anyone needing their floors flattened.

It was a pleasure working with Phoenix Home Remodeling again. They helped us with our master bathroom shower remodel.

Everyone was easy to work with and my shower came out exactly how I wanted.  Lupe did the shower tile and he was meticulous! Aaron and Garron were also great!

The master bathroom and hallway they used to access our house was always cleaned at the end of the day and they were respectful of our home and understanding with our baby being in the house.

They were professional, good with timelines, respectful, and helpful with our questions.

I could not be more enthusiastic about my recommendation of Dion and his crew. I hired Dion to renovate a bonus room of the brand new house we just moved into. Dion came same day to give me an estimate and had the most reasonable pricing. He started the very next day, on time and explained everything that would be done. On the second day of work with the project set to complete the next day, the universe threw a giant wrench in the works. Heavy monsoon rains revealed multiple flooding, drainage and plumbing issues. What started out as a simple, one room change quickly turned into a whole house renovation! Dion assured me he could help resolve it all. He revised his quotes and discussed how to fix each problem. For the plumbing, his estimate was more reasonable than the plumbing company I had already used! And Dion's price included fixing drywall and floors, which the plumbing company could not do. He worked with me to get all the major issues repaired. He and his crew were always flexible about changes and there were absolutely no surprise costs. He communicated through the entire process with texts and pictures so that I could make decisions quickly and keep the project on the timeline. The house looks amazing and there are zero water issues!!!

We had a great experience with Urban Floors. They just completed the installation of new cork floors (yes, cork) throughout our entire home and it is beautiful! You can purchase your flooring through them or on your own and have them install it. They work quickly, were very clean and detail oriented. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Phoenix Metro area looking for new flooring installation.

The tile and plumbing job for a remodeled bathroom was completed with precise attention to detail. The prep, and installation of both floor and wall tile were professionally completed. The project remodel looks like the way it should be, Brand New. Wonderful service, and came to work in a timely manner as promised.

Cardinal Floor Covering has been one of the best contractors I have worked with in Arizona. I own Hawaiian Experience Spa, a day spa with locations in the Phoenix, AZ area, and have had lots of construction work done at the spas. In most cases I have been disappointed with the contractors we hired to build out or renovate the spas. In this case, Cardinal Floor Covering was my replacement contractor after the first contractor, Fred Kromm Tile in Phoenix, went crazy and left the job!

Anyway, we were in the middle of building out a high end shower and steam room. The rough plumbing and electrical was done and it was time for the tile work. We started with Fred Kromm Tile (see his review for details) and after he left mid job we had to scramble to find a replacement. We had two new contractors come in to give us a bid. One never got back to us (typical) but the other, Cardinal Floor Covering, got back to us promptly with a reasonable bid.

Chris from Cardinal told us no payment was due until the job was fully completed and we were 100% satisfied. We hired them and they came in as scheduled and got started. Chris met us the first day at the job with two workers, both of whom were very professional. Each day after that the team showed up on time, worked quietly, and respected the fact that they were in an operating day spa with clients present. There was unanticipated additional work needed because the first contractor had done something wrong (what a shock) and they simply did it without even mentioning more money. That is exactly what I wanted to see in a contractor - give me a price, honor it, and get the job done!

The steam shower ended up exactly the way we wanted it. Customers always comment about the quality of the tile work. We are building a new day spa in the Glendale, Arizona area and are specifying Cardinal Floor Covering as the contractor for all of our flooring needs. They do a lot more than just tile, and we are looking forward to having them on the job as we build out the next day spa.

This is a family owned business that cares about their customers on a personal basis and most importantly a professional basis! After reading the reviews about carpets of Arizona, I had to see myself and sent a request for a quote!  They called me the next day to set up an appointment. I went down to the show room and met with Jerry!  He showed me what they had and even gave me samples to take home and see if I like. They answered every question i could throw at him. They worked with me and my budget and I signed on the dotted line.  The story does not end there.  I received a call from Shane to set up a time to come out and needed them early and they delivered. A couple days before Adam got a hold of me and let me know the installer would be at my house at 7:30 am which was perfect for my schedule.  Luis showed up at 7:30 on the dot!! He worked and even answered questions I had on the instillation. He was AMAZING!!! After it was done Luis helped me move back the furniture and didn't leave a mess and even hand wiped the floor. This company is amazing and will be getting the rest of the house done by them.  I have bragged about them at work and even had coworkers come over to see the floor.  They are sold as am I on Carpets of Arizona!!! Thank you guys again!

My husband and I were blown away fantastic company, extremely professional.  We travelled cross country and while waiting for our things to arrive via tractor trailer we thought about a nice clean epoxied garage floor.  Brian got back to us right away, scheduled an appt.  everyone showed up on time.  Both guys worked in extreme heat all day and got the job done.  They even vacuumed up after the job.  Brian came out to the job site to make sure it was to our satisfaction.  Fantastic floors look new, clean and so thrilled we had this done before the garage was full of stuff.  When speaking to a friend of ours who is a realtor she said having the garage floors done is a huge upgrade and great for resale value.  We would use this company again.  A side note they also did the floors of our two exterior closets.  So impressed!!!  You won't be disappointed!!

There is only one word to describe the work performed by All Pro Floors. Perfection. They re-floored every square inch of my home. I hired All Pro Floors after firing another company. Rustin and his crew were always polite, professional, and on time. No detail was too great for them. They transformed my home from something that I was ashamed of to something that I am proud to show off to my friends. I am sure that Rustin and his crew increased the value of my home.
