Jean has done several project for us including poo repair, pavers installation, faux grass installation, and concrete repair. Jean does excellent work. He listens to the needs that you have and then offers a variety of solutions to meet those needs. His prices are competitive and the quality is very high. I highly recommend home for all home improvement needs.

I can't say enough about Hales.  First contractor I have found in years that is reliable, trust worthy and reasonable, all while doing a great job.  My shop floor came out great.  They showed up on time, worked hard, and we're done on time.  Working with them (watching them work actually) restored my faith in contractors in the Prescott area.

The man came out to measure my home for carpeting and tile and was supposed to send me estimates. He never sent them or called.

I can't express how grateful I am to Vinny and his crew - they did an amazing job helping rehab the wooden floors in my historic home!! They were super flexible, worked with me to understand my needs and budget and went above and beyond what I expected. There were parts of my closet that were also hardwood floor that I didn't know I had due to a previous owner painting over it - and the crew took care of that for me too! Overall, super impressed and happily recommending them to all my friends and family.

I had a backsplash nightmare- install done terribly. I reached out to see if this company could help me fix itA although they are too booked out to help, the owner was very kind in walking me through what went wrong and advice on what to do. Very appreciative of his time to have a discussion with me! Will definitely use them for future projects!

We have worked with Barry at RNB Flooring for years! They have installed carpet, tile, and vinyl plank flooring. We have also referred them to clients and will do so again, as they do an exceptional job!

We had our shower done by these guys and it came out beautifully! They were all so friendly and put up with our nosey kid and dog, we would absolutely recommend going with them! Any hiccups that came up Ali addressed immediately and we appreciated that!

Went to Monterrey Tile on a friend's recommendation and was told to ask for Wally. I had no idea how many different types of flooring options were available. Wally was extremely patient and took the time to educate us on all the options that Monterrey Tile offered. We decided on a porcelain that looks like hardwood flooring and were given a great deal. i highly recommend Monterrey Tile Company!

Super happy!!!  My Uncle recommended Uptight Carpet and I could not be happier.  From the minute I walked in Frank was there to help.  He answered my questions and was very helpful.  He and I came up with a plan and a date and the carpet was replaced very quickly.  The job was very well done and the Team that installed it left the home very clean.  On top of the quick install the price was great too, so no need to shop around.  Thank you Frank and Uptight Carpet Team for a great experience from start to finish!

I hired Mexican Tile and Stone Company to design and install a new kitchen and dining room floor, and backsplash, to go with the new kitchen I was putting in.  They did a wonderful job - creative and artistic, and their craftsmen were outstanding.  The end result is beyond beautiful.  They were timely and fast, clean and organized, and collaborated with, and were considerate of, the other workmen (and their schedules) who were simultaneously installing cabinets, lighting and plumbing.  I can't say enough nice things.
Their owner and creative designer was on the job site regularly, and went above and beyond not only in making sure this project proceeded according to plan, but in helping with a lot of the details related to the kitchen installation generally, when my kitchen contractor fell down on the job (as he did regularly).  The owner, the creative designer and all of the workmen were friendly, respectful and a pleasure to work with.
I am planning on hiring this company for several other projects, and strongly recommend them.

Finally after seven month, today our wood floor repairs are finished.  It took 2-1/2 days and $1,175, for two guys to do the job.  It took it for granted that Tumbleweed Flooring was licensed and insure.  We won't make that mistake again.  :(

His work is outstanding. Finds the problem and fixes it. Would recommend him to anyone needing some home repair. I would not use anyone else. He installed a new engineered wood floor in our home after removing outdated tile flooring. Excellent job and well done. He also replaced rotted facia boards. A great person to fix your homeowner problems.

Larry Palomar the owner and operator of Mid West flooring is a true journeyman and a dying breed.   You just don't find contractors of his caliber and expertise.  Workmanship, honesty, integrity and most of all dependability are just a few adjectives to describe Larry Palomar and his employees of Mid West Floooring.    Having been a superintendent for a high-end custom home builder for three years I have dealt with my share of sub-contractors that worked in multi-million dollar homes.  Larry is the best, his quote might be higher than others but it is well worth having the peace of mind that the job is going to be done right.

His go-to guy Mike who does most of his installations summed it up for me best.   "When I work in a person's home I act as if it was my own house and perform the work with highest level of detail and workmanship."   Larry's worker are a direct reflection of his old-school philosophy of running a dependable honest business that treats its customers fairly and with respect.   I had around a thousand square feet of Hickory five inch hardwood plank installed in my home which required a sub floor installation.  I could not be happier with the job that they did.    

Perhaps Larry's quote upon doing our final work through sums it up best "We are not happy until our customers are 100% satisfied.  No matter how many times we need to come back to finish a job."

Had an awesome experience with ER Grout. They were fast and efficient . Had no issues. They show up on time and got the work done. I highly recommend them .

This is a well run family business.  Very professional, kind workers, and always attentive.  The floors look better than new when polished.  Spend your money here.

Set up time for estimate visit--- he texted saying he was running late---2 hours later he was still 20 mins away. No thanks.

***UPDATE****
Seven weeks after the remodel, Maxum did the right thing and replaced the granite with the cracked countertop with the exact granite that was installed. I am now satisfied.

We had our master bathroom remodeled. One week after completion of bathroom remodel, we noticed the granite countertop was cracked the entire width. They sent someone out to repair, but we weren't satisfied with how it looked as it was still very noticeable.  They agreed to replace the counter but said they would not replace with the same granite as the only piece available was larger and more expensive. We thought that would be okay. I received an email a few days later stating "the guys have found a piece to match what you have. They are going to pick it up and start fabrication again."  I waited 2 weeks before contacting again to see where we were with progress. I received a call later that day and was told they wanted me to look at the granite to make sure I was satisfied.  Apparently the piece was not in fabrication as I was told.  Won't go into details regarding the meeting not happening as scheduled. We saw the slab, and it was darker, and thinner than our original granite.  At first we said okay. And when asked when we could expect it to be done, we were not given a clear answer. But as my husband and I thought about it, we contacted them and canceled the replacement, as we did not think we would be happy with the replacement and felt that since the crack was discovered so soon after completion, it should have been replaced with the same granite we had chosen, and we would just have to live with the crack.

Our big mistake was handing over the final payment before looking over everything with a fine tooth comb. This was our first remodel.  It took three weeks and they finished late on the final day.  We were all tired. But it seems once that final payment was made, we no longer mattered and they were pretty much done with us and on to the next project.

I just wrapped up my 3rd job with JM Contracting and we couldn't be happier!!! The first job Josh (owner) did for me was our back patio roof. We discussed a drainage issue and out of all of the other bids I obtained and telling them all the same issue, Josh was the ONLY one that suggested we get an architect/engineer to address the problem. He naturally got my bid! Josh got on top of the drainage issue and once the engineer/architect (Quincy) did his calculations, pictures, etc. we came up with a solution. Josh was able to do the entire job, also addressing an issue with my sagging roof that was putting all its weight on my french door lintels which required shoring it up and stabilizing it, he stayed just outside of our original budget.
We have had NO problems with drainage since and that has saved my master bedroom floor!

Josh remodeled my master bathroom and my father's bathroom within the past 4 months as well. The outcome is stellar!!! Our bathrooms now look like they came right off of HGTV! No kidding! I highly recommend JM Contracting for all your contracting jobs. Josh is great to work with, his team (including his subs) are spot on too. Josh oversees everything and he is a total prefectionist...a keen eye for detail and making sure it looks 110% perfect!  Thanks Josh for such great work! We will be using him for our next remodel of our kitchen and our pool decking too!
