DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!! We got scammed into a solar system in FL and it was given over to these YAHOO IDIOTS that have NO CARE in the world for their customers! Our solar unit didnt work for MONTHS from day one and they sent bill after bill. 6 months later, still no solar production and they sent threatening emails, texts and calls saying to PAY YOUR BILL! When asked from day 1 to come out and fix, they stated they would - did not get fixed for months! I told them I would not pay until fixed OR they could reimburse me for the months without production. THEY REFUSED AND EVEN LAUGHED AT ME!!! They have control once you sign the paperwork and they scam you into signing (there is small fine print and you better read it or you are fucked). This company should be brought down and dismantled altogether. You think you will beat me on this one Sun Services but I promise you will not. Sit back and watch. You guys suck BIG TIME !

PS - DO NOT BUY FROM PATRICK ASCHMANN in Arizona OR Florida under Zuma Energy OR Byosolar. He was the initial scam artist that lied about all of it and gets you locked in. AVOID SOLAR ALTOGETHER!

I was looking for a reliable, reasonable roofing company. Multiple bidders simply glanced at the roof and then wrote an estimate to completely replace. Derek from Caliber did a complete evaluation and a gave me options on repair/replace and provided pros/cons. The crew was on time, clean & courteous.  Anytime I run across someone with a roof issue, I will refer them to Caliber.

I work for a local utility and hired Aneva to do a Habitat for Humanity project for us a bunch of years ago.  Anthony and crew were extremely professional, showed up when they said they would, worked with the Habitat crews for pre-wiring and gave us a good value.  If I ever do solar PV they will be one of the bids I get.  Honest and get it done.

4.5 stars hands down! I needed a complete house upgrade to copper wiring and knew it was going to be a large long project. I did a lot of research and I narrowed it down to three companies. I contacted Firefly and two others on Thanksgiving as a small electrical fire started and Ryan at Firefly was very professional even though I reached out on a Holiday. I recieved the different bids and Ryan came in much lower offering the same services. He didn't gouge me like the others. Ryans lead electrician Diante was fantastic and stayed late on various occasions to ensure things were completed even if it could of waited the following day. I highly recommend Ryan and I am a pretty picky person as the job was completed without any major hurdles. The half star was removed from a 5 star as one of the electricians had to be reminded to shut my front door and gate a few times as well as some uneven and not necessary cuts in the walls, but as soon as Ryan was informed he made sure that little glitch was handled. If you are looking for top notch work, Firefly is the ONLY company to use! Another plus was he didnt nickel and dime me, if something extra needed to be done that arisen they took care of it without adjusting the initial bid, now thats a outstanding company who goes above and beyond. Thank you Ryan and Diante.

10/22/22  We had Dustin come out and tweak, what we had.  They installed, Solar mounted, solar powered Attic Fan, it was all we needed to circulate more air. It's finally so much cooler.

A couple of months ago, they completed installing solar on our roof.  They were very professional and personal, taking the time to answer any questions that I had.  Of the three companies that I interviewed, I found 'Johnny' to be very easy to talk and he explained everything to the detail that was needed.  The quantity of panels that they suggested is working well, which was not easy as I didn't have any history of electric use.  They offer a quality product and service.  I would recommend them and have done so already.

From the start Michelle asked the right questions and from those questions came up with an estimate to not only meet our needs but made suggestions to improve our systems. No high pressuring, no badgering and only honest quotes with no hidden costs. The project manager Dannielle was on top of the project from day 1 and if needed was quickly on the phone with me if something was not going as schedule. She coordinated with all of the contractors and keep me in the loop as the solar system was being installed. I would highly recommend Rooftop Solar to anyone and have recommended them to all of my neighbors. 7 months later I contacted Michelle for some questions and she responded immediately with answer to my concerns.

Having had 7 years of prior experience with solar I didn't need any convincing about whether to have another system on my new home. I did need valid information on leasing options vs buying and Michael had all the facts. We talked solar for about 2 hours and he didn't offer any hype. He actually downplayed some of my thoughts about installation timing and energy production. All accurate. Since I had planned ahead to put solar on the new home Michael encouraged a purchase of the system and set me up with quality components at a fair price. I now have 2 months of production and can already see our energy needs will be fully met by a system of just 7kW in size. I also encourage the added efficiency of ceiling fans, LED lighting, reflective window film and good insulation. Michael is a good guy, knows his business and won't waste your time with pipe dreams or a deal you'll regret. If you've seen all the solar ads and don't know what to believe, give Mr Sunshine Solar a call to get all of your questions answered.

General Solar just installed a new solar water heater. They did an outstanding job! When I called Kent, he was out of town, but still answered his phone. He said he would call me back as soon as he retuned.  He called me and came out the very next day and replaced my broken heater.
That's what I call Customer Service. He was prompt , courteous, and a great job!  
His pricing was right on.

I moved in to SUn city after getting a divorce as a senior and wanted to put solar on the roof. I met Cary after speaking to several salesman and decided that Cary had the best price for me. The work was done. A year ago I contacted Cary and got some extra work done installing a mini split that helped even more. I would recommend galaxy solar to anybody because of the professionalism and care.

We had a few surprises during set up, one was failed roof inspection, added $13,000.00 to bill. Shingle order was short, had to wait 2 days for that. A few other small items with roof finishing that were quickly fixed, overall, a very good job, system is up and working great, very clean install, great sales and project manager who had to work around bad weather!!

I had the most pathetic and disappointing sales effort possible with Arizona Energy Pros. Their sales rep was scheduled to meet with me at 11:30 am on 8/30. First, he arrived over 20 minutes early and I wasn't home yet for the appt., so he left. I got home at 11:20 (10 minutes early!) and waited for him to arrive. When he wasn't there yet at 11:40, I called him to ask where he was. He said he had already been there long ago but assume I had forgotten the appt. since I wasn't waiting for him 20 minutes before our scheduled time. I did not forget, rather I was sitting at home waiting for him, and obviously wasting my time. He then said he would come back but didn't arrive until about 11:55.

From there, it was the worst sales appt. I've ever been part of. He had no information for me, no presentation to give, and didn't ask me a single question about what I want or need. He simply opened a spreadsheet and basically said "ok, I can put in a system for $x / month. What do you think?" I got no information on their company or what products he was quoting or why. He had no idea what my solar / energy goals are. He must have pulled the quote out of thin air by just guessing at how much energy I need to produce. Had he asked anything at all, he would have learned that we are adding a pool and an electric vehicle soon. There's no way he could have accounted for those in his quote, although accounting for them was very important to me. When I did ask questions, like what warranties do you offer, he just said "oh, we have the best warranties, unlike anyone else." I seriously felt like I was applying to Trump University.

He also must have had another appointment because he was in a huge hurry to just get out the door. I asked if he could provide me more information on what he's quoting so I could at least research the products myself, so he said that he would send me a detailed proposal. That was over 2 weeks ago, and I have not heard from him since our appt.  Do not waste your time contacting this company.

We were abroad, and I noticed that the AC in our Tempe home didn't work. Summer temperatures already in 110F. My usual AC company came the next day, told me I needed an electrician. I didn't know any. Found Matt on Yelp, he responded quickly and could come the next morning. Our house is old, and apparently the wirings a bit messed up, so he had to go back and forth, even under the house, to troubleshoot, and finally found the wonky wire behind the refrigerator! While it was nerve wrecking to be abroad unable to do anything, Matt communicated patiently and clearly. I can recommend him to anyone, and he's my first choice next time I need an electrician! He's very affordable as well.

Made an appointment with Benjamin for Aug. 1, 2017.  Was told I would get a reminder call the day before, which never happened.  I was here waiting on the 1st but nobody showed up.

I called to reschedule, explaining my problem.  I got an apology and was told that someone from sales would call me ASAP.  Waited a couple of weeks.  Nobody called.

I called again, and re-explained the situation and again was apologized to.  Was told that they are in meetings but someone will call me back.

It is now the 21st, and nobody has called me.  I don't think they want new customers.

I am concerned that if I did schedule with them, their customer service would SUCK.  

Disappointed.

Titan has a professional group of people that was great to work with. The initial salesperson explained everything very well and their pricing was very competitive. The design and installation teams were great, coordinating everything. including the HOA application. The installation was done in one day as advertised. The county inspection passed without any issues and the system is now working better than expected.

Solar City is the worst company to deal with.  My system has not been producing since August and last week, Solar City finally is going to do something (so they say).  I verified this through APS and the powerguide from Solar City.  Solar City claimed APS cannot see of the system is producing.  This is a lie. There are other ways to verify with APS through your bill with the credits.  
Solar City will sell you a lousy product and rip you off by taking your money.  The power inverter went bad and I have panels that got water intrusion.  So I have to question the integrity of the overall installation.  STAY AWAY FROM SOLAR CITY.  THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!
