Best Solar Panels in United States
These guys were super expensive, and when I reached out to them with my concern about why I was charged so much (they didn't even need to fix anything, it was a tripped breaker!), he couldn't even return my email. Good luck if you use them, just be prepared to break out the check-book!

Sales person was very professional and prompt. Customer service was on top of the whole job and went very smooth.
Construction was prompt and professionally done. They took care of any thing to do with the association and the city permits and inspector. Also arranged with the power provider.

Out of all the solar contractors I interviewed, Aneva stood out as a honest, no pressure company that was up front on the sale and installation of our 8.8 kWh system. They were easy to work with, on time and no surprises. When I had questions about my system after the install, they were quick to get back to me with answers. With a year of solar production, the system over produced more than projected. A solid value and a good company to deal with. Highly recommended.

Excellent service! Our appointment was scheduled shortly after contacting them for a quote and some other electrical work around the house. Trevor H came out, hung the chandelier, removed 2 existing light fixtures and completed everything in a very efficient manner. Next time I need electrical work done I'll make sure to call Firefly first!

My wife and I had been looking at putting solar on our west valley home since we purchased it in 2017. We are seasonal residents who will likely move here full time in the future. In early 2018 I began looking at companies to take on our project. We had proposals for 5 kw to 12 kw systems. We had proposals from 4 different companies but never felt right about any of them.
December 30, 2018 I started researching other companies since we wanted to get this project done this year. I ran across Black Platinum Solar on the internet and started digging in deeper to learn more. They had very good reviews but I am always skeptical about what I read. My first contact with the company was Jan 2 via email. I got a very quick reply - good sign. I learned they are a smaller firm; family owned and operated. I had several email exchanges and then phone conversations. I learned what products they use and why. My main phone contact was John. He spent a significant amount of time explaining what they do and why. He encouraged as many questions as I could think of on our first call. At that time I told him I needed to digest the data he provided and we would talk again the next day.
We did talk the next day and for the next couple of days with John patiently answering all my questions while asking me more to learn about what we were looking for in a system. We discussed my interest in having someone look at our roof for suitability of the coating on our flat roof. John sent one of his sub contractors who specializes in roofing to look it over. The roof was ok but he offered some suggestions and options I really liked and we added a coating for the roof to the project.
We were also interested in adding a pool heater for our pool. Again John had a source for us. We received a proposal and decided to add that as well. The proposal was less than one we had received in December and the proposed equipment was first class. Needless to say we added that to the project. After discussing our complete project in detail we settled on a 13.2 kw system. John and his team prepared the proposal Jan 8 which we read over and signed that day.
John and the team got to work obtaining all permits and working with the various regulatory bodies. They coordinated all the work - roofing, pool heater and solar installation. They have the process down extremely well. After a bit of rain, the project kicked off in earnest Jan 14. The roofing company worked side by side with the Black Platinum team getting the roof ready and the mounts installed. Permits were obtained, hardware installed, systems connected and inspections completed. Our project was commissioned Jan 28 and we began producing energy at 1:30 pm that day.
All the people at Black Platinum were great to work with. Our thanks to John, Toni, Johnny, Joann, Dan and the rest of the crew. This was one of the best and easiest projects I have ever been involved for residential or commercial.
For those who read this far, I can only say from our experience, it would be hard to go wrong using Black Platinum Solar. I would be happy to converse privately with anyone interested in learning more about our project.

We had one year anniversary recently & I'd like to list our review of Rooftop Solar.
We live in Buckeye near Surprise in over 55 senior community of Sun City Festival. I know there are lots of solar energy companies but we're glad we chose Rooftop Solar. Our sales rep, Michelle was very knowledgeable & never pushy, project manager, Vanessa was helpful. They took care of minor issues after installation when the builder's one year inspection was done. Great customer service & we highly recommend them for solar energy needs.
We're saving lots of money for energy bill & really happy with our decision.

This company, actually Mr. Sunshine himself, provided a truthful, clear, and concise explanation of the process and outcome of going solar. No pressure, I called back 5 times and did not pull the trigger for over two weeks. During that time I never got a pressure call back. The quality information sells the product by its self.

The service we received was great. Thy were able to come to work on our solar water heater had an issue. Many other places don't even work on solar water heaters. Kent and Steve came when they said they would, called when they said they would and were terrific to work with. I would recommend them to anyone and have been give a recommendation to family and friends. Thanks Kent and Steve for you great work.

I moved in to SUn city after getting a divorce as a senior and wanted to put solar on the roof. I met Cary after speaking to several salesman and decided that Cary had the best price for me. The work was done. A year ago I contacted Cary and got some extra work done installing a mini split that helped even more. I would recommend galaxy solar to anybody because of the professionalism and care.

Had a problem with my ceiling fan where the remote and light both stopped working. Changing the bulb didn't fix it, so I needed a reprogramming. These guys came out and fixed it pronto, and at a very fair price. My neighbors also use them and have been happy. A great locally owned business!

Matt was great. When I initially called about my power problem he told me it might be something that the electric company could fix. I appreciated this very much because if it was something they would have fixed it would have been free. While another person I called told me it would be close to 200 hundred dollars just for them to come out and they did not tell me about the possibility of the power company fixing it. So, this same night I had someone from the electric company come out and found out it was something they did not cover so I called Matt back and he agreed to fit me in the next morning before I went to work.
Matt came ahead of schedule which I appreciated because he knew I was working later and would not be home. He investigated and determined what the issue was and how to fix it. He gave me my options and let me figure out what I wanted to do. He said he would have came back that day but I decided the next morning would work better so I could be at my job on time. He came the next morning bright and early as I requested and fixed my electricity up lickity split.
The main reason I would recommend Apollo is because Matt was honest which is the number one quality for someone working on your home. He was also timely and efficient. I would definitely use Apollo again if I need an electrician.

From start to finish Arizona Solar Solutions was great to work with. My wife and I priced competitors, and Arizona Solar Solutions was either the same price or cheaper, but had many more options available. At the time we signed up we actually put money in our pockets! Rich Mason is very knowledgeable, and showed us all of the options but didn't put any pressure on us to make a decision. We got in just before SRP's rate hike, and were up and running around last November. To this day, we haven't seen any net electric usage, even in the 110+ degree weather. We actually still have credit from production of energy for our next bill! All of the people we met were great, and installation went well. It does take time due to permitting, etc., but Arizona Solar handled everything from the Town of Queen Creek to the HOA. All we had to do was be home a couple of times. We highly recommend the company, and some of our friends we personally recommended would say the same!

Nightmare. Absolute nightmare. Zero stars.
Everyone is super nice until you sign on the dotted line, then they ghost you for weeks at a time. I called so many times and couldn't even leave a message and the wait time was half an hour. Then I finally was able to leave a message and said I wanted to cancel everything since no one would acknowledge me. Guess what! Suddenly I get a call back. Same day. So they're there, they just ignore you. Hoping you give up most likely. We started the process back in July of 2020 and its April 2021 and everything keeps getting delayed since they can't get organized. Every time someone comes to our house, they forgot something, didn't know we had a battery, or some other nonsense. Then the same step in the process is delayed by at least another month. This company is laughable. In the meantime, I've been paying on the loan for 5 months now, with no solar power. Its getting hot out and now I have a loan to pay plus tons of electricity. I can not convey how horrible this has been. I am a patient person and trying to be understanding but this is just beyond unacceptable. I'm opening a case with the financier to try and get a refund for the payments I've made on a non-existent service.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR SANITY, HOME, AND HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well..... We have had Solar Hell, going on our 7th summer and once again, it is non functioning and of course, it is July AGAIN. This is our third summer out of 7. Their alerts - NEVER work!!! The first time, we didnt know till we got a 600$ bill, took numerous weeks for the part - still had to pay them. Missed a summer, the following one, broke again - numerous weeks later (after hot weather) we are back on. Had asked for a copy of a contract. Beazer built our house and had asked us, if we wanted solar, not knowing we cant get out of lease x20 years and when they sent the contract - we didn't sign it, the signatures were "auto generated" whatever that is suppose to mean. Then they have the audacity, to tell us to get more panels for more benefit, but they cant even keep what I have running. I'm going to look into the legal aspect of the contract, we never spoke to a solar city rep or ever had information given to us.
