Courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable. They installed my 53 solar panels and it's wiring and took the time to make sure the work was seamless and blended in with the home like it had already been there since it's conception. Terry took us on a tour of the solar power system so we had an understanding of how the system worked and explained the difference between  our system and our neighbors.  I added pictures except I could not fully show my solar panels on the roof top because I'm short and it's a 2 story house. They made sure that the work area was clean of debris after installation. Great bunch of hard working people that love what they do. I can't stress this enough. If you want the job done quickly and professionally these guys are the ones you want to come out doing it.

Caliber Roofing did an awesome job! We needed a full tear-off and replacement for our flat roof home.

I did a LOT of research and gathered 10 estimates. Rich was on time for the estimate, and was able to give us a price for roof replacement, gutters and even some electrical work to add ceiling fan outlets.

The job was scheduled within a reasonable timeframe. The project manager, Chris, came out beforehand and did some final measurements, lead paint testing, etc.

The job started on Monday. The crew was here at 9:00 sharp. They removed the existing roof, replaced it, applied the foam and the first layer of elastomeric coating in one day. The job superintendent, Tanner, was here for much of the day. Rich and Chris also came by to check on the work. The crew finished with a clean-up job that was perfect.

They returned on Tuesday to place the second layer of coating on the roof.

Our house is small, so I was amazed at the level of involvement by everyone at Caliber Roofing! Every detail was perfectly attended to.

We couldn't be happier with the care and service that we received. Everyone was extremely professional and explained everything throughout the entire process.

Five stars isn't enough, and I'm very discerning with my reviews. I would highly recommend Caliber Roofing if you are looking for a job done right, reasonably priced, and you appreciate excellent customer care.

Have been using 36 panels installed by Aneva for about 3 years now. Have not had one problem with them, including no roof leaks,  after quite a monsoon season last summer. I have recommended Aneva to 3 other home owners who feel the same about Aneva's quality and workmanship. Definitely the solar company to use.

Firefly Electric was very responsive. They even came out during a cold rain to give me an estimate. They kept their word on the estimate.
I could not be more satisfied with the installation. The 240V, 50 Amp circuit, and Nema 14-50 connector look excellent and ideal for my EV charging station.
The technician explained what he was doing and his approach to installation.
I would recommend them.

Had new Solatubes installed by Arizona Home Daylight yesterday.  Have had a Solatube for many years and love it.  The installation was difficult because this is an old home with electrical and plumbing tangles in the attic space.  Dustin was amazing and figured out exactly what he could and could not do prior to making any cuts in the roof.  One install involved some confusing electrical connections for the light kit  and he called in a reinforcement and they finally figured it out.  My new Solatubes are amazing and the service from Arizona Home Daylight was stellar.  On time, considerate, neat, competent.  You don't find service like this very often..

My wife and I had been looking at putting solar on our west valley home since we purchased it in 2017. We are seasonal residents who will likely move here full time in the future. In early 2018 I began looking at companies to take on our project. We had proposals for 5 kw to 12 kw systems. We had proposals from 4 different companies but never felt right about any of them.

December 30, 2018 I started researching other companies since we wanted to get this project done this year. I ran across Black Platinum Solar on the internet and started digging in deeper to learn more. They had very good reviews but I am always skeptical about what I read. My first contact with the company was Jan 2 via email. I got a very quick reply - good sign. I learned they are a smaller firm; family owned and operated. I had several email exchanges and then phone conversations. I learned what products they use and why. My main phone contact was John. He spent a significant amount of time explaining what they do and why. He encouraged as many questions as I could think of on our first call. At that time I told him I needed to digest the data he provided and we would talk again the next day.

We did talk the next day and for the next couple of days with John patiently answering all my questions while asking me more to learn about what we were looking for in a system. We discussed my interest in having someone look at our roof for suitability of the coating on our flat roof. John sent one of his sub contractors who specializes in roofing to look it over. The roof was ok but he offered some suggestions and options I really liked and we added a coating for the roof to the project.

We were also interested in adding a pool heater for our pool. Again John had a source for us. We received a proposal and decided to add that as well. The proposal was less than one we had received in December and the proposed equipment was first class. Needless to say we added that to the project. After discussing our complete project in detail we settled on a 13.2 kw system. John and his team prepared the proposal Jan 8 which we read over and signed that day.

John and the team got to work obtaining all permits and working with the various regulatory bodies. They coordinated all the work - roofing, pool heater and solar installation. They have the process down extremely well. After a bit of rain, the project kicked off in earnest Jan 14. The roofing company worked side by side with the Black Platinum team getting the roof ready and the mounts installed. Permits were obtained, hardware installed, systems connected and inspections completed. Our project was commissioned Jan 28 and we began producing energy at 1:30 pm that day.

All the people at Black Platinum were great to work with. Our thanks to John, Toni, Johnny, Joann, Dan and the rest of the crew. This was one of the best and easiest projects I have ever been involved for residential or commercial.

For those who read this far, I can only say from our experience, it would be hard to go wrong using Black Platinum Solar. I would be happy to converse privately with anyone interested in learning more about our project.

Had 21 panels put on our roof a year ago.  Out of pocket costs = $15k.
Saved $1600 over the previous year APS bill, and we didn't own electric cars in 2013 (But bought 2 in 2014, as there was so much excess production during the day that we now don't have to pay for fuel for our daily driving).  The system will pay for itself in about 9 years (assuming power rates don't go up ((HA!)), and not even counting the fuel savings), and it will continue to produce power for more than 20 years.  Plus, because the solar panels are raised off the roof, the attic doesn't get nearly as hot, making the indoor temps much cooler in the summer.

I don't know what a ton of carbon dioxide looks like, but I know EXACTLY what $1600 looks like (and what I can do with the savings every year).

Having had 7 years of prior experience with solar I didn't need any convincing about whether to have another system on my new home. I did need valid information on leasing options vs buying and Michael had all the facts. We talked solar for about 2 hours and he didn't offer any hype. He actually downplayed some of my thoughts about installation timing and energy production. All accurate. Since I had planned ahead to put solar on the new home Michael encouraged a purchase of the system and set me up with quality components at a fair price. I now have 2 months of production and can already see our energy needs will be fully met by a system of just 7kW in size. I also encourage the added efficiency of ceiling fans, LED lighting, reflective window film and good insulation. Michael is a good guy, knows his business and won't waste your time with pipe dreams or a deal you'll regret. I have an antifreeze (closed) solar water heater that was having some issues.  General solar came out and resolved my issue quicker and easier than I expected.  Turns out all I needed was a system recharge. Perhaps best of all, the cost was very reasonable.  
They did a good job of checking thoroughly for other possible issues, but also didn't make me feel like they were trying to push any unnecessary repairs on me.  They were attentive to making sure the job was done right.  Customer service was great and they explained in great detail what was going on, and were friendly but professional and knowledgeable.   Considering that my biggest complaint was that they were about 15 minutes late, it was a great visit.

I moved in to SUn city after getting a divorce as a senior and wanted to put solar on the roof. I met Cary after speaking to several salesman and decided that Cary had the best price for me. The work was done. A year ago I contacted Cary and got some extra work done installing a mini split that helped even more. I would recommend galaxy solar to anybody because of the professionalism and care.

I never said your panels caused my roof damage. $2000 savings compared to an extra $10000 more that I have to pay due to your greed is not generous. You said yourself as long as the roof is strong enough to cover the warranty for 5 years. Your roof inspector knew the approx age but it's whatever. You guys won't admit. I went with your company because I had great reviews on you from actual customers. Privately owned, great team, best deals, integrity, turns out your just the same typical sales people that would say anything to make a sale

We just needed an exterior electrical outlet added for some landscaping needs.  After being blown off by several other electricians since the job was small, I called and spoke to Matt who came out the NEXT DAY and had it done and installed.  Super professional, quick, prompt, very reasonable prices.  I will be calling Matt again for any electrical needs we have in the future.

We compared a couple of companies and felt we were getting a better deal overall from AZ. Solar Solutions.   They worked tirelessly to install our system and when a problem arose, they were here to fix it quickly.

We have been producing nearly 100% of our energy since April when we became fully operational.   Even on the few cloudy days we have in Arizona, we're generating energy.   So happy to have final made the decision to 'go green'.

We had a technician come out last week and failed to turn in his work orders so here we are waiting on serial numbers for a replaced power inverter to get over to Sunrun to get our unit producing. We've waited two months for Titan. Left voicemails and emails and no response and can't get through on the phone so I guess that tells you all the issues with solar. This is a horrible business practice. Here we are monitoring our free solar once again. No wonder no one wants to buy a house with solar. Very upset at this whole ordeal.

We have been very happy with Solar City so far. Our sales person, Jessica, was informative and not pushy at all. I have read reviews where this wasn't the case. Perhaps, management has weeded out the non professional ones or retrained them. Anyway, she was prompt at follow through, answered all questions, and explained that there was no obligation to the site visit. All employees so far have been courteous, professional, and on time. Updates and confirmations of appointments have been through email. Our panels were installed this week, and the city inspector came by 2 days later. Solar City took care of all communications with the city. We have been warned that APS sometimes can take a long time to do their part. We will do as much as we can to push hem along. I will post further updates as this moves along.
