He was so straight up about every step of the process.  We signed got approved and guess what. Covid hit hard. Everything was at a stand still for weeks. He fought tooth and nail. I swear the man has friends in high places to get the city and electric company to get it finish on time. He even offered to make the first payment for us if it wasnt done in time frame that was given.  What!! How amazing is that? I couldnt recommend anyone else for the job. I'm loving my panels and my low electric bill.

In Dec 2017, I hired AZ Clean Solar to clean my solar panels.  Before cleaning, they performed an inspection of my roof, which included photos.  After their inspection, I discovered that the previous two different companies I hired to install bird netting on my solar panels and to clean up bird mess and box eves on my roof, did not perform their jobs properly or completely, but they did collect their money for a job they did very poorly.  Eric and Scott of AZ Clean Solar spent over 7 hours correcting their mess.  They replaced the bird netting on the front and sides of my solar panels with black rubberized netting, which looks wonderful and properly reinstalled, after first removing two bird nests, the existing netting on the backside of the solar panels properly so that birds could not nest underneath.   Removed netting from one of the eves and cleaned out the bird debris and area which was netted previously without first removing the debris and cleaning it.  Then replacing the old netting with the black rubberized netting which is almost invisible from the street.  I love it!  Broken tiles and a barrel cap was replaced and my entire roof cleaned.  I do not want anyone to go thru what I have gone thru when it comes to bird proofing your solar panels, eves or cleaning bird debris from your roof.  AZ Clean Solar will do the job right the first time.  It will look very professional and they won't cheat you.  Thank you so much, AZ Clean Solar.

We had Pro Solutions Air install a new unit and clean/seal the ducts.  Appreciated dealing directly with the owner.  They won our business, after comparing three competitive quotes, on price and on-going service.  The team was prompt and the work was completed, as contracted, in a reasonable time.  Also appreciated that the owner checked progress on the job.

Sunrun did everything they said they would do: They took care of all the city permits, plan design and installation. Plus, their work was neat and clean. I don't think I had to pick up one piece of trash from my roof or from my yard. I am very pleased.

I hate leaving back reviews but this one was a bit disappointing. 2 cancellations on back to back Fridays. They were good about calling the day prior and the morning of respectively. I was told family emergency for the first Friday and for the second Friday  technicians were both sick.  I know stuff happens but back to back cancellations is disappointing.  They haven't given me a follow up appointment.

We allowed them into our house in Sun City West AZ. to discuss solar.......big mistake. We heard them out etc. including their statement 'you can cancel anytime up to the installation date'.  I've worked in construction most of my life and I got to thinking how much trouble they could cause to my roof......that did it and I called them 2 days later and cancelled, I talked to Jacob, the sales guy that originally came to my house.(Actually I called twice and sent two emails)  A day  later, I found a guy in my backyard trying to get into my meter box.....I told him the deal was off and he left.  BUT, today, almost two weeks later I get another email telling me my inspection in scheduled.  I sent it back with another cancellation notice on it and it was returned to me as undeliverable.  I'd better not catch anyone on my roof trying to install anything there. STAY CLEAR OF FUSION POWER......I'm convinced its trouble. Gary

HORRIBLE COMPANY ! the sales rep was great, the hole experience was great, until the panels where put on the roof. they were not installed correctly . some panels left loose, the flashing under the mount brackets where not only loose but NO SEALANT of any kind was used just flashing and a loose bolt. I am not a roofer so i called and PAYED a licensed roofer to inspect the roof, he agreed with me. i called and presented my case to lou at vision solar. he agreed with me... he promised me follow up after follow up trying to get the problem corrected. HE NEVER called me back i continued to call him everyday for a week asking for a follow up. we have rain and winds that have now began to peel up the shingles that where not secured back down after the flashing was installed. he now refuses to talk to me, um what?.. my roof, my house, somehow not his problem... GET A LAWYER these people are a joke, the company is a joke.

Stay away from these people.  

My experience is nothing but bad, and that's an understatement.

It took many months to get my system installed and then turned on.
The side of my house has more boxes than an Amazon truck (slightly exagerated).
Production isn't enough to power my house for the year.  I'm writing checks to APS (my power company) from December until March with no solar check at the end of the year to offset those payments.

My salesman wrote down a guaranteed annual production number in front of me.  At no time do I remember that he told me the real number guaranteed was 85% of that number.  I mean what are these people doing.

I believe it's called bait and switch and if it's not illegal it should be.  It's underhanded and misleading.  To write down a number in front of the customer and then change it to 85% of that number in the fine print is just wrong.

I'm sorry I ever recommended this company to anyone.
