Mike is the epitome of professional and good business ethics. He went above and beyond to ensure we were getting optimal solar usage and came back on his own time to fix a repair under warranty which was not his responsibility. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I wish every industry had more like him. Highly recommend.

Tony came to our house for a consultation, mind you, we just had some questions about an improper installation and were looking for some answers. He didn't have to do this but he did it anyway.

We had AES install rooftop solar 5 years ago and was completely satisfied with the design and installation. When we had a minor problem with a new style inverter used on our array, AES sent out an electrical engineer to solve the issue. It's worked perfectly since. Our monthly electric bills have averaged $16 per month since installation!! Thanks guys for a job well done.

Everything about my dealings with the Nergy team from start to finish was helpful and informative. I didn't realize how big of a decision I was making upon first interest into solar and these guys were awesome in answering all my questions honestly and thoroughly.

I have a purchased Sun Power system that was installed by another company. The owners of that company retired and no longer in business. I have had two problems with my system. DJ the service manager has been very helpful both times. Both times he was able to help over the phone. One time I had to reprogram my inverter and this he talked me through it over the phone.  I was back up and running within minutes. Streamline Solar is now my service provider for anything I need done. I trust DJ to take care of things and not over charge me or pad the bill. Thanks DJ.

They are very informative and answered all of my questions. I was notified of all the steps in the process and the equipment was installed in a timely manner. Great company!

Freedom Forever is a joke. They use 3rd party sales groups/ vendors to sell their services and must not monitor their performance. We were sold by Bryant Shoemaker - Apricot Solar. I got two of my friends to sign up the same day. I recommended other friends and he offered them better pricing. This sales person did not give the usage information - bills that we had given to him or the correct electric company information to the installer - Southwest Electric. Since then he has gone dark not responded to our issues. Southwest Electric installed the conduit - visible - clear across our street side roof - against our community code and broke several tiles of our new roof. They finally came back and installed the conduit through our attic. They were supposed to come back on Saturday 2/5 and complete the panels and the rest of the installation and repair the roof tiles. It was a no show - no phone call - no roof repair. Again no response from Apricot Solar. Still have not received a call from Southwest Electric
This has been a horrible experience - not sure the savings even justify - doubt I will see the money promised for the referrals

A rapidly failing solar system with a 25 year warranty is rendered useless if you can't get the parts to repair it.    It started failing as early as 4 years old and is now 8 years old or so.  So, minus the blah, blah, blah my responsibilility/your responsibility they installed inferior products  from a now defunct manufacturer and I'm only out 25k on a partially functioning system.  But  for an undisclosed amount they will let me buy another system, no thanks a lot.

We installed a solar water system by this company in July 2010. It cost $6000+, roof mounted system. Was sold as a low maintenance system that we shouldn't have to do anything to but check the ph once every 8 years. Well less than 3 years later î it seemed like the system was draining water out the overflow all the time, we finally called them in 2014, and they came out to determine that the thermostat was bad. This was covered under warranty, however the labor was $500+.  Now it is winter 2015 and we are getting very little hot water even tho the pipe is hot. Called a plumber who would not touch it. So back to calling them out, $150 just to come out for 30 min! Now the mixer valve is stuck and he is installing a one way valve to prevent the cold water from entering the hot water line.  So why was this not done in the beginning???  My advise is steer clear of this company. I could have bought a new hot water heater every year for what I have spent!!!

Had two great experiences with one of their electricians "T". We decided to install a small heater in our bathroom and scheduled that same electrician to do it. Unfortunately he was ill on the day of the install, so I agreed to have a different tech, "S", do it. Huge mistake. He damaged my freshly painted wall unnecessarily--first, by pounding on it with his pencil eraser to check out the studs--left black divots in the drywall. I said "I have s stud finder." He replied, "I have one in my truck."  Right.

Then after he was done, he said "you'll need to do some repair."  Sure enough, he had started to cut in one place and decided to move to another, leaving a gash in the wall. Lots of small scratches, and a gap between the edge of the heater frame and the drywall.

When I called the office to explain and try to resolve the issue, the response was "I discussed it with my boss and we will send "S" back to repair the damage he did." Are you kidding me?  Fearing further damage, I decided to repair the wall myself.

Do not get Sunrun!  They are the worst!  They do not say what they say they are going to do!  Especially when you need a new roof that they prob caused!  I only had to replace half my roof go figure it was the side the solar was on!  V
