Very knowledgeable and dependable . Mike was great to work with. Unfortunately I am on contract with Tesla Solar and needed a new roof asap. My contract states Tesla will remove and replace (r&r) however Tesla gave me a date of 10 months to remove. I had previously filed complaint on Tesla with the Az Attorney Generals office and didn't want another month's long battle so I contacted Solar Fix and they had my panels down in  week and replaced asap when my roofing job was completed.  Very clean dependable work done by Solar Fix.

Tony came to our house for a consultation, mind you, we just had some questions about an improper installation and were looking for some answers. He didn't have to do this but he did it anyway.
He is extremely  knowledgeable, extremely friendly and you can tell his sincerity is real. He wasn't trying to SELL me. He was trying to EDUCATE me and gave me the information we were looking for.
If solar is what you are looking for, I would recommend Brilliant Solar Solutions above any others. You'll get what you need and I believe you'll avoid any problems you may have from other Solar companies.

We had AES install rooftop solar 5 years ago and was completely satisfied with the design and installation. When we had a minor problem with a new style inverter used on our array, AES sent out an electrical engineer to solve the issue. It's worked perfectly since. Our monthly electric bills have averaged $16 per month since installation!! Thanks guys for a job well done.

We decided to go with N-ergy Solutions because the sales rep, Summer, was so helpful and friendly. The process did take some time but we were told it would so it was expected. Everyone showed up when they said they'd be here and everything was completed sooner than expected. There was one panel that wasn't operating correctly but Nate came out to troubleshoot and had us up and running that same day. Very nice people from start to finish! Definitely recommend.

This review is long over due.  Streamline Solar installed solar panels on my roof at the end of last year and I went "live" in January of this year.  Everything has been working great for the last 10 months.  So happy we switched over to solar.  I am saving over $50 per month over the equalized payments I was paying to APS and not having to worry about APS's time of use nonsense.

Great solar company, very responsive friendly staff. We've had our solar for one year and would recommend it to everyone (well if you want to save money).

The company itself seems legit. It is their sales reps that do a terrible job. If only they would screen the independent sellers, then they might have a great company. Brandon Ewell of Caliber Solar LLC tried to sell a 18Kw system to me. All of a sudden there was a change order and now it was going to be a 14.94 Kw system. Brandon stated that both systems would produce exactly the same amount of energy. If that is true, then why did he try to sell the more expensive one first?  I'm glad I decided not to go with him. Unfortunately for Freedom, this sales rep screwed the pooch.

Custom Home Services did a good job outlining how best for me to look at solar and if if was right for my house. They explained how APS works with solar etc. They helped me plan out how many panels I would need and where they would go and then handed me over to Harmon Electric who handled the install. Harmon got all the permits and inspections. It was turn key for me. The Harmon guys were very professional and did a great job. I had some delays and troubles getting connected to the monitoring portal, but actually minimal stuff. Overall I am quite satisfied. The install by Harmon looks neater and nicer than many I have seen too. Glad I jumped in!

Seems like review ratings have gone down over time.  Getting a total lack of communication.  Install is supposed to be today but still haven't heard anything, despite repeated requests.  Will update if they ever come by to install.

Ahh, 3 wks later and the install happened.  Finally decided to call main office and got a lot more results than going through sales rep.  Would have been nice if he told us this to begin with, rather than constantly putting us off.  Install crew was exceptional.  Efficient, clean and informative.  Got it done in 2 days, now have to wait for all the other inspections before we can turn it on, but at least it's a start.

Buyer beware!!!!  This company will lie to you about what the system will do.  Our solar system barely heats our pool, not what we expected with our $5,000 purchase.   The company will not stand behind their product and even attempt to make things right with their customer.   I'm so passionate about how badly we were mistreated, I am leaving my phone number so any prospective purchaser could call me while conducting their due diligence, I simply would hate to see anyone else waste their money on this system and boost this company's bottom line.  I'll provide you with all our details and you can decide if this system will work for you.   Jayne O'Brien (928) 460-1845 - Scottsdale, AZ

They put two holes in our ceiling and took them almost 2 months to fix the damage, when asked for some compensation for having to clean all our clothes for two days that were cover in insulation, and all the hassle they put us through they gave us $100 off the $32000 bill and wanted us to pay over their web site that charges 2.9 percent for using the card.
Management could not even call me, they had their billing department do all the calls. Oh they also told my wife that they feel we have been compensated because they fixed their damage they did.

Run as fast as you can from Sunrun.  
Monthly bills from them keep going up!    
You will lose money with solar.  I've had it for over a year and calculated my cost and it's much less than with solar.
I've also even reduced my electric consumption.
Have an attorney read your contract before signing.
