Best Solar Panels in United States
Very knowledgeable and dependable . Mike was great to work with. Unfortunately I am on contract with Tesla Solar and needed a new roof asap. My contract states Tesla will remove and replace (r&r) however Tesla gave me a date of 10 months to remove. I had previously filed complaint on Tesla with the Az Attorney Generals office and didn't want another month's long battle so I contacted Solar Fix and they had my panels down in week and replaced asap when my roofing job was completed. Very clean dependable work done by Solar Fix.

Tony came to our house for a consultation, mind you, we just had some questions about an improper installation and were looking for some answers. He didn't have to do this but he did it anyway.
He is extremely knowledgeable, extremely friendly and you can tell his sincerity is real. He wasn't trying to SELL me. He was trying to EDUCATE me and gave me the information we were looking for.
If solar is what you are looking for, I would recommend Brilliant Solar Solutions above any others. You'll get what you need and I believe you'll avoid any problems you may have from other Solar companies.

We had AES install rooftop solar 5 years ago and was completely satisfied with the design and installation. When we had a minor problem with a new style inverter used on our array, AES sent out an electrical engineer to solve the issue. It's worked perfectly since. Our monthly electric bills have averaged $16 per month since installation!! Thanks guys for a job well done.

Working with Semper Solaris was a pleasure. Dennis walked us through all our options for the system. He made everything very understandable and let us know what to expect every step of the way. The rest of the Semper Solaris team also communicated very well and kept us updated on the project. They handled all the paperwork and made the entire process very simple.Thank you Dennis and the Semper Solaris team!

When making purchases of this nature, one must rely on the information given to me by the employee representing the company. My wife and I did our research and had a ton of questions. We spent hours going over the information with the sales rep (Randy), and he assured that his information was accurate and that all our concerns were misconceptions. Unfortunately, that was not the case as most of our concerns came true. Not only did we not receive any subsidy, our panels do not meet our usage in the cooler Arizona months (Jan/Feb) and therefore we now have two triple digit bills each month. The installation was a mess, as we were never sent location plans and they were installed where we specifically said we did not want them. I will say all our interactions with the workers installing equipment were great. They were prompt, friendly, and as helpful as possible. However, getting the executive team to move the panels was a nightmare, as the team conducted themselves unprofessionally by bullying my wife, having multiple people on phones calls when speaking to us, and then not restoring the tiles accurately on our roof. It is pretty clear that they only care about the sale and not the long-term relationship of their clients. Our sales rep told us about how many different degrees he had and how his information was on point. At the end of the day, it was not. Now we are stuck with a $30K system that does not meet our needs/expectations.

CJ and Kyle came to my house because my solar had gone out. They took the time and commitment to diagnose the problem and fix the issue. It was a bit tricky but they did not give up or make excuses. They did the work till it was complete and I was happy! CJ also took the time to explain to me what went wrong and gave me in laymen terms how the system works! Their customer service was excellent. Their work was though row and the price was fair if not better than fair! I highly recommend StreamLine Solar for all your solar needs!!!!!

Cheetah Solar did a phenomenal job through and through. From the consultation, to signing and paperwork, the install process, and lastly the truthful and honest savings that solar provides, the experience was unparalleled.
If you are looking at solar options, this company will shoot you straight. I sat with multiple different solar reps before making the decision to move forward. Although the rates were relative across all of the companies, Cheetah spent the most time explaining everything and answering my questions. I didn't feel pressured when I said I needed to chat with my wife before making the decision to move forward, they simply scheduled a follow-up and called me to answer any more questions that I had and confirm my YES TO SOLAR!
Thanks Cheetah, you guys rock!

Dishonest. I've never had a worse experience with a company...I hate that I have to give them one star. Do not trust a word their sales team says and do not sign a single piece of paper with them.
When the sales rep knocked on our door back in March and sat down with us, he assured us multiple times that nothing we were signing was final and that we would not be locked into anything until we APPROVED the final designs. We called and canceled within a week of the sales rep being here. Then all of a sudden on 7/20 I get an email saying that the loan has been approved and funds have been disbursed, as well as the final design is starting.
I spoke with someone in customer support who confirmed we canceled in April, but said our rep went back in and pushed it through anyway. The CSR said he assumed that we had approved the restart of the project and that he would re-cancel the project and let all appropriate parties know, given the sales rep pushed the project through without our approval. (I have transcripts of this conversation)
I reached back out to your support team yesterday, only to find out that the project had not been cancelled. Not only that, I was never notified it had not been canceled... It was just quietly pushed farther through the process. The CSR yesterday said the sales rep had "denied" our cancelation because it was outside of the "3 day right to cancel" window. So in other words, he sat in my house and lied to my wife and I repeatedly, rushing us through this process, ensuring us it was just a formality and now tries to force us to proceed by citing something that is the polar opposite of what he told us.
This is not okay.

This Review is a special update. Thanks to Southwest Electric for coming through on the items that after reviewing have been updated. I do appreciate their team, hearing me out, taking the time to send someone out and make the updates at no additional cost. They stood by their work, and they made good on their promise. I do appreciate the extra effort in this team to see the work resolved. I do have good things to say, and I would certainly recommend them, Southwest Electric. Thank you.

My solar system was purchased and installed by a competitor of PEP Solar. The original vendor of our solar system jerked us around for more than 7 months when trying to get them to remove and reinstall our system to allow us to repair our roof due to issues unrelated to the solar installation. The original installer finally responded with a quote that was extremely high. I approached numerous solar companies trying to get assistance and finally found PEP Solar. Not only did PEP Solar respond immediately but their quote was half of all competing bids.
During my search for help I checked with the BBB and Registrar of Contractors and discovered PEP Solar has been in business for years and has a great track record.
if I could give PEP Solar 10 Stars I would. First off, since they did not sell or install the system they insisted I notify the original company to let them know the removal and reinstallation would be completed by PEP Solar. They then worked with our roofer to ensure we had our solar system removed and reinstalled on dates as promised. Their team was professional and wasted no time in completing their work. I doubt I'll need more work on my solar system but if I do I will NOT be using the original company who designed and installed it but I WILL use PEP Solar if the need arises. Bottom line, if you're planning on installing a solar system give these guys a shot.

My husband and I are insane and have done 7 remodels. If you've ever done one you know you spend most of your time frustrated. Well... We just redid our patio and pool and added pool solar. I could give you a list of companies/people I was ready to strangle (J) but instead I'll tell you about Heliocol Solar. They did EVERYTHING correctly. They did EVERYTHING they said they would do. They did EVERYTHING on time. (Even when we had to shift their timing because everyone else didn't! do their part on time.).
Very professional company!

A young man wearing an Sunrun shirt knocked on my door and said he was doing a follow-up to a letter that I received from SRP about solar power. I asked to see his identification card from the City of Tempe showing he has a valid permit from the city to do door-to-door solicitations. He then left.
Tempe City Ordinance 24-71 Section d: " It shall be unlawful for any individual acting as a door-to-door seller or solicitor to fail to exhibit a valid identification card upon the request of any police officer, finance and technology director or any of his authorized agents, or upon the request of any resident of the city. "
If a resident of the City of Tempe asks you to show this card you are required to do so!
Concerned that this might be a scam I called the SRP "Preferred Solar Installer" number at (602) 889-2657 and was told that Sunrun is NOT an SRP preferred solar installer and that they have no idea what letter from SRP this person was referring to and that they are very aware of Sunrun and have been getting multiple complaints about this company.
RED FLAG: I just got an unsolicited post card from Sun Run that they have "Prescreened" my credit scores to "pre-qualify" me for their product! How dare they do this without my permission. I will be reporting this business to the BBB.
