Although we ultimately decided to wait on going solar, I really appreciated Kevin's customer service. He was friendly, honest, straight forward, and answered all of my questions quickly. They were much less expensive than some other companies and right on par with a few others. They seem to give great value for their price and take great care in making sure they're giving their customers a quality product and putting them first. I told Kevin one of my concerns was service and follow through and I think if we had gone forward with installation, they would have been a solid choice.

We had to get a new roof on our home and so it was time to replace four solar tubes.  Elite did a fantastic job.  They did a very good job and came back to check everything after the roofers were done.  I would highly recommend them for solar tubes.

Best solar company in the valley. With so many of the solar companies doing the wrong thing, it's incredible to find one that is making solar great in Arizona. Better installs and pricing than the competition.

We spoke to Rob from SunSolar Solutions at the Home and Garden show to schedule a consultation. We had other companies schedule for estimates also. We ended up going with a different company at first. Rob still reached out to us and just asked that we give him a chance. My wife and I are so glad that we did. Not only did we save money but we also got a bigger system. On top of all of that, I truly mean this too, Rob made us feel so comfortable with the choice we were making by going with SunSolar Solutions. Rob explained every detail, something other companies did NOT do. Most were just trying to rush us through the process to get us to sign. Half of the solar companies we talked to never even came out to our house but somehow gave us a quote. I can go on and on but I'm going to save you time and simply say, go with SunSolar Solutions.

We used FOR Energy to install new windows in our condo. We went from the original 1962 single pane windows to amazing new double pane. The process was smooth and everything was thoroughly explained.

Initially, Sean walked through all the options and helped us select the best windows for our home and budget. He outlined the process very clearly both at our home and in the follow up email. I was impressed with not only their response time but the professionalism and follow up (and through).
The team that did the installation were incredibly professional and did an amazing job. There was no mess left behind which was pretty awesome. They walked me through the couple issues (our house problem NOT the windows!) and ensured I was happy with the resolution.
I sincerely felt that everyone I interacted with at FOR Energy was vested in making sure I am a happy customer. I absolutely recommend them for your next home project!

Had Fenix come out to do the maintenance on our system and did another AMAZING job!  Thank you guys!!

do not use this company.  they will severly delay the installation and make several excuses and you will end up paying more for your electric and they won't reimburse you for that which is caused by their inability to provide their service.
they should be closed down and investigated. they are taking advantage of senior citizens.
if there was an option to leave a negative 1000 stars i would. read these bad reviews!!!!!!!

Phone Numbers to this company no longer in service....

I am currently being charged for solar and electric.  Today I called to try and determine what the status of my switch over is and the phone number is not in service.  Further digging and the main offices in Arizona are also not in service.  

I will be going to my local news to ask for help resolving this problem.  I am also stopping any payments for equipment until this is resolved.

This has been a very frustrating and disappointing and I would never recommend this company.

We got to Sunrun through Costco as they are Costco's solar installers.  The salesman was well informed and did a good job of selling us on the company.  From there it went south.  They send out a tech to determine if our roofing and electric panel, etc could handle the install.    This took 4-5 hours.  He did not mention any issues.  I was then called and the install was scheduled.  After the installers had been here a few hours ( jumping around on the roof,  well , that's how it sounded from inside) they decided they needed to wait for a supervisor to determine if the roof could handle the panels. While they were waiting for the determination they drilled 22 holes in the side of our hundred-year-old brick house to install the other equipment.  They then decided that the solar install could not continue due to problems with the roof (that should have been mentioned from the initial visit, if there were any) and they left.  The roof had been replaced 30 days prior, no issues were mentioned. Their tech had been here two weeks earlier, no issues were mentioned at that time either.  We feel Sunrun damaged the roof.  It took about a month for them to come back and fix the walls in the house. We still have not received our deposit back or had anyone say that we would. We did however receive a bill for the final cost of the install which was around $9000.  Huge fail Sunrun.
