Although we ultimately decided to wait on going solar, I really appreciated Kevin's customer service. He was friendly, honest, straight forward, and answered all of my questions quickly. They were much less expensive than some other companies and right on par with a few others. They seem to give great value for their price and take great care in making sure they're giving their customers a quality product and putting them first. I told Kevin one of my concerns was service and follow through and I think if we had gone forward with installation, they would have been a solid choice.

We had to get a new roof on our home and so it was time to replace four solar tubes.  Elite did a fantastic job.  They did a very good job and came back to check everything after the roofers were done.  I would highly recommend them for solar tubes.

Excellent service. Ryan came to our home and we discussed our solar options. He helped us weigh pros and cons, as in should we add a solar battery now or wait until there is a rebate, then with Ryan's help we had options on the table and maxed out our solar options. Jim and Brent, the owners designed our system and before we knew it they were installing everything. Jim and Brent jumped through hoops to make sure we were extremely satisfied and they didn't have to.  If I owned multiple properties Green Muscle Solar would be installing each with solar, but since I don't I can only recommend that you use their services for your solar needs!  Thanks Ryan, Jim, Brent, and all your crew for doing such an amazing job!

At this point I have not one good thing to say about SunSolar from the salesman to the installers to the installation scheduler, project manager, and customer service.  I rescheduled the install date as I would not be home.  Instead of coming on the new install date they came on the first date.  Imagine my shock when I got the email saying they were already installed.  After numerous phone calls, this is what I have learned.  We don't know who did the reschedule but they should not have as they can't.  Hmmmmmm that was the only phone number that I was given.  No one has any answers for me. I have also discovered that they put one section of panels on the opposite side that was requested.  It gets less sun where it was installed.    I now have to do several things.  Have a roofer in to see if they covered up the location that my Tube Light needs to be installed. (they have said they can pull a panel and patch the roof.  This is a new $10,000 roof that I do NOT want patched.  I feel the need to put up a cement wall and security gates as well as an alarm system since I do not know what took place when I was not here. Once those bids are in, I have to consult with a lawyer.    
I am glad I have read the other reviews and see I am not the only one having problems.  Wonder if I can get in touch with them and we can go as a group to consult with someone about our options.

I absolutely LOVE my Solar Pool system. My pool is at 95 degrees and has been for almost a month. Coupled with my whole house solar system, it has become a very affordable way of heating the pool. Installation was flawless and the people were amazing!!!!

We called about solar energy the man the salesman come up to it make yourself so we bought them he was here within a week after the first call and then he said it could take up to about a month to get them installed but they was installed a week after they salesman was here right now the way it stands the solar panels are still not hooked up and that's been a month ago I don't know if it's my electric company or Avovio solar

DO NOT USE Sunrun. I had a painting contractor notice signs of water damage around my roof on the side where the solar panels are and suggested I have the roof inspected for leaks. I contacted Sunrun who told me the only way anyone could tell if there was a roof leaf was to remove and replace the solar panels for which they wanted to charge me over $6k. I had another company do the removal and provided them the COI on request for the company as to not negate any warranty. That company and the roofing company found extensive damage, which they documented. Sunrun did shoddy work and did not properly seal connections where they drilled into my roof tiles to connect the panels. As a result, they completely ruined my roof, causing me to incur almost $10k in repair work. This SHOULD be covered under warranty as I provided all documentation of the issue, bills and info from contractors who did the repairs.  It's been almost three weeks and no one at Sunrun has contacted me at all despite five emails and four phone calls. I have had to file a complaint with the Registrar of Contractors and the BBB in order to attempt to see any kind of contact. Horrible company. Please, find someone else to do your solar.
