Although we ultimately decided to wait on going solar, I really appreciated Kevin's customer service. He was friendly, honest, straight forward, and answered all of my questions quickly. They were much less expensive than some other companies and right on par with a few others. They seem to give great value for their price and take great care in making sure they're giving their customers a quality product and putting them first. I told Kevin one of my concerns was service and follow through and I think if we had gone forward with installation, they would have been a solid choice.

We had to get a new roof on our home and so it was time to replace four solar tubes.  Elite did a fantastic job.  They did a very good job and came back to check everything after the roofers were done.  I would highly recommend them for solar tubes.

Call them for a price that is very good for their quality product.

After going through various quotes/vendors (contact about 7 providers total including Tesla) I settled on Green Muscle Solar for my Prescott, AZ install.

Through my own research I had spec'd out my own system and found Brandon @ Green Muscle Solar to be very competitive out of the gate and more importantly it was clear to me they had the experience and expertise to carry out my requested solar build.

We went with 36 - REC Pure Alpha 405 panels with Enphase IQ8M micro inverters. The system from beginning to end was completed ahead of schedule and the end result was a very clean and perfectly working system right from the get go. They handled all communication with permitting authorities as well as APS power company.  I feel this group is capable of working with any type of client from the person who just wants to write a check and have it done to somebody  more like myself who has done some of their own research and wanted to build something to their specifications.  

I would not hesitate to use Green Muscle Solar again and would recommend them highly.

I am not one to typically make a big financial decision very quickly, and Aaron's knowledge and approach made me feel very comfortable with my decision. He was extremely thorough with all the information he provided, and answered all our questions before we could even ask them. We did not feel pressured to make a decision. We had FOR Energy come into our home to do an Energy Efficiency assessment. It was really nice to know that the improvements we had already done to our home were enough to make it quite efficient already. We did elect to have an attic penetration seal done as well as a solar water heater installed. The scheduling was very prompt, all the employees, office & crew, were very polite & respectful. Their service crews were very clean and left no mess behind. I thoroughly enjoyed speaking with my representative Demi...she was so very sweet. Dan was here with Josh to go over our assesment and a few times throughout the installation process of the solar water heater.

I would highly recommend their Energy Efficiency assessment. We have electric so the solar water heater option was a great option for us, however if you have gas then it may not be the best option for you. They have so many other services they offer such as window tinting, insulation, aeroseal for your duct work, attic penetration seal, and solar energy and I'm sure I didn't mention it all so be sure to check out their website and call them. Tell them I (Patricia Jenkins) referred you please...I would love to earn a little and for you to save a lot.

Arrived as promised and fixed the issue with the pool solar. Did not push anything that wasn't needed!

Worst Decision I've Made to Date: Initially OWE was great to work with. Friendly, prompt, and quick to respond to questions. Began working through the contract in November and they had my panels installed before Christmas 2020. Then the issues started. No more quick responses, in fact sometimes no response at all. Panels installed quickly, but then it came time for the meter and getting it turned on. Months go by and the only response is we are waiting on SRP. I of course had started paying for the unit at this point. Finally in April I sent a message to the sales rep demanding answers or for them to come remove the system and work the details out in court. Amazingly after talking with the owner I was up and running two days later. At this point I thought my system was completed. Until I questioned them when I noticed my electric bill had been larger year over year. They told me it was due to still waiting for a certain part that had been back ordered. I was told in December the part was in and we are waiting for an installer. Now here we are creeping up on March and zero communication. I've had this system installed for 1 year and 2 months and this company still isn't done. I'd recommend one of the MANY other options you have when going solar.

Had a horrible exchange with an employee after canceling my appt to get a quote. I only canceled because I got a iffy feeling about the company. So glad I did. I attached the text message conversation. Please read!

not only did sunrun try to charge me 35% more than the competing company but when I cancelled the deal and I was suppose to get my 500 dollars back, 15 days later still no refund. Now I have to get Visa after them.
Go to Argent if you want to purchase a system. Straight forward and does the job right.
