Although we ultimately decided to wait on going solar, I really appreciated Kevin's customer service. He was friendly, honest, straight forward, and answered all of my questions quickly. They were much less expensive than some other companies and right on par with a few others. They seem to give great value for their price and take great care in making sure they're giving their customers a quality product and putting them first. I told Kevin one of my concerns was service and follow through and I think if we had gone forward with installation, they would have been a solid choice.

We had to get a new roof on our home and so it was time to replace four solar tubes.  Elite did a fantastic job.  They did a very good job and came back to check everything after the roofers were done.  I would highly recommend them for solar tubes.

Call them for a price that is very good for their quality product.

We talked to several different solar companies and a friend recommended Green Muscle.  Brent , the owner, explained the system in a clear, understandable manner.  We had the system installed and Brent guided us through the process.  He returned my calls and texts promptly.  Everything looks good and seems to be working great.

I received a quote from Michael O'Donnell the owner. He was very very persuasive he had promised me I was going to only receive a bill from APS just taxes only. And I would receive a bill from Sun Run for $190. Turns out after I received a lease and he welshed on his deal after he had told me if my solar wasn't producing enough they would add more power panels due to their warranty. No his staff is being very ignorant and rude to me and he has not responded back to resolve this issue. I have all the text messages and emails from him stating the same exact thing I would have to wait a year and I would start seeing my savings I have not seen much in my savings. I was told by his death if I wanted to save more that would be addition of cost. Why would I pay additional cost if this was taken care of in the first place. I will go out of my way and I will stand in front of your company and I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I will notify everyone I can how he handles business. I was strongly suggest him to give me a call and make this right or I will take all my emails and text messages and persecute him in court. And I have the power to do this as I have all the evidence from his text messages and email. The installers came in OK also we're running up and down my roof and they were going to say that they can make it into my pool. And they were going to make bets on if they could make it or not. This is another liability as a homeowner especially if somebody was to actually do it and harmed ourselves. They also damage some of my roof which was taken care of by Michael Donnell. However they were tearing everything up on my roof. Causing a lot of chaos and distraction and they were throwing all the materials away saving them in my driveway which I did and I complain about it and also cost me to get a flat tire on my car.

FOR Energy has been great to work with and has helped out 2 of our houses.  The amount we saved in energy costs is wonderful along with having our house work more efficiently.  Master bedroom is finally comfortable and our bills are much lower.  This helps not only the life of our air conditioners but improves the quality of air and the circulates in the house!  Highly recommend them and Jen is awesome!!  Thanks FOR Energy!!

Very impressive service. They contacted us right away to schedule a visit for an in- person quote. Quote process was thorough and Rob was a real pleasure to work with. Quoted price was reasonable and the company is vet friendly. Installation occurred within mere days due to a cancellation, but expect about two weeks. The crew, including James and Eddie were great! Very friendly and Eddie's 20 years of pool experience was evident in the careful and meticulous work he did, even improving the current pump manifold configuration. They spent the entire day and checked and rechecked their work thoroughly. Our pool is already warming up and it was a true pleasure to work with this fine company and superb employees. Even the company founder, Jamie came by to meet us and check on the progress. Felix has my top endorsement!

8/18/22 - FINALLY turned on and running.  This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.  When their representative came for the final inspection/activation with an SRP representative he couldn't answer any questions because he was so new he didn't know anything.  You have to learn but why was he alone?!?

SRP said the system can turn it on but ideally we would need to have OWE swap out one of thing but after hearing our nightmare story he activated it as is.

As I said before - save yourself and find a company with actual customer service skills!!

I'm absolutely 100% fed up with this company. I already told them to stop calling me. A few hours later they called again. Then I yelled at them and they called two more times and hung up. If it wasn't to screw with me then I don't know what it was. I can not deal with such unprofessional behavior. The company should be shut down and their leadership should end up in jail. Enough is enough!

They do not post payments as stated after 72 hours. I am not the first person with this experience either. You call customer service and the answer is they got behind, with I'm sorry, let me apologize for the company. The dates they give for payment posts do not reflect the bank's posting of their payment. I would not do this again, lease a system. You company has grown too fast and you are not keeping up. People are resistant to purchase resale homes with leased solar as well, I am experiencing that difficulty as well.
