Although we ultimately decided to wait on going solar, I really appreciated Kevin's customer service. He was friendly, honest, straight forward, and answered all of my questions quickly. They were much less expensive than some other companies and right on par with a few others. They seem to give great value for their price and take great care in making sure they're giving their customers a quality product and putting them first. I told Kevin one of my concerns was service and follow through and I think if we had gone forward with installation, they would have been a solid choice.

We had to get a new roof on our home and so it was time to replace four solar tubes.  Elite did a fantastic job.  They did a very good job and came back to check everything after the roofers were done.  I would highly recommend them for solar tubes.

Green Muscle Solar was fantastic to work with! We needed our roof repaired and Brent was prompt with a quote to remove our solar panels, scheduled quickly to remove and to later replace the system on the roof! His team found a burnt out connection, fixed it and we're making solar energy again. They couldn't be nicer or more professional. We highly recommend their services!

Wayne sold me on a rooftop system in June and I was up and running this Feb. Installation didn't take too long, but APS took a long time to come out and inspect the system and get the meter installed. Annette and the others in the office were very good at keeping me updated.  Now I'm saving up energy credits for the summer.  It felt like a big gamble but I'm glad I went with Sunsolar.

The whole team was great to work with. They were all very personable, professional and got everything done in a timely manner. They made everything quick and streamlined to get things lined up from the rebate to the work that was done. I am excited to see how much my utility bills go down.

I absolutely LOVE my Solar Pool system. My pool is at 95 degrees and has been for almost a month. Coupled with my whole house solar system, it has become a very affordable way of heating the pool. Installation was flawless and the people were amazing!!!!

We called about solar energy the man the salesman come up to it make yourself so we bought them he was here within a week after the first call and then he said it could take up to about a month to get them installed but they was installed a week after they salesman was here right now the way it stands the solar panels are still not hooked up and that's been a month ago I don't know if it's my electric company or Avovio solar

Really disappointed in our decision to work with SunRun. We were told it was not a lease, which it clearly is. We were guaranteed savings, which has been offset by the amount we pay to SunRun (making our electric utility payments  to both APS and SunRun each month in excess of what we would pay to APS alone if we did not have SunRun.) To top it off, we are stuck in a 20-year contract. Not to mention the fact that our calls go un-returned, so if you need to contact someone you have to email customer service-only to receive passive aggressive responses.  This was a horrible lesson to learn.
