As a techie who is HVAC savvy, I was impressed when Dave the sales representative arrived at my house to do his estimate. He spent 3 hours taking measurements, crawling in the attic, and running tests. He was the only Rep out of the 3 estimates I received to take this much time and effort. Then he took all his data back to the office and crunched the numbers before returning with his estimate which was significantly higher than his competition. He recommended higher end equipment with a 10 year warranty on parts and labor.  We set an appointment for the following week and when the installers arrived, they went right to work putting down heavy runners to protect my carpet, and got straight to work removing my old equipment. The house was just beginning to cool down as my wife returned from work. The installers were both friendly and knowledgeable, and it was a joy having them in my house. Dave also made sure that I got the forms for the rebates from my electric company. They were terrific!

I was having trouble with pigeons nesting under my solar panels, really glad I eventually found this company. Tyler was very professional to deal with, carefully explained the different services he provided and their prices, and did excellent work getting rid of the birds, setting up barriers to prevent them from returning, and cleaning the panels. Would definitely recommend.

Hands down best and easiest company to work with! And extremely reasonably priced too! They kept me informed every step of the way. Our energy bill was literally $80 compared to $575 the same time last year. My only regret is not hiring this company sooner!

Mesh Bro Enterprises did a great job re-installing our solar system after we had our house re-roofed.  They were on time and worked well with our roofer on assuring that the proper materials were used for our long term roof warranty

Steve always kept in communication with us throughout the process from signing the contract to installation. Recently I had a solar energy system installed on my home in Scottsdale AZ.  I had debated whether to proceed with this investment for a number of years.  As I was planned to purchase my system, my greatest concern was whether the payback period justified the upfront cash outlay.  Over the years, I interviewed a number of solar contractors as to the optimum size and costs to satisfy my needs.  Over this  period,  I kept going back to Southface Solar Electric Company because I felt that they had an interest in me and were not just trying to sell me a solar system, .  They patiently answered all my questions and developed any number of different options based on various Kwh output and projected my return on investment. Southface offered the highest quality equipment available at a very competitive price .  Once I had finally decided to pull the trigger, they designed the entire system, submitted all of the needed documentation, worked closely with me to insure that my installation was completed on time and followed to insure it was operating to my sanctification.  .All of their personnel that I came in contact with were extremely professional.   I have no hesitation in recommending Southface to anyone interested in having a quality organization,, capable of providing first rate service, install your solar system.

Admittedly, we went into our solar install with limited knowledge after getting a lot fo (unsolicited) advice from well-meaning people who had a far better understanding of Ohms and amps and gigawatts than we did. Ron was fantastic at answering all of our {annoying, newbie} questions and ensuring we knew exactly what we were getting prior to a single dollar being paid or part ordered.

With our minds at ease he proceeded to handle all of the ordering and coordinating of parts shipments to coincide with our appointment date and when we arrived he was ready to go to work with absolutely no delay. His technicians were super friendly (they even sang Christmas caroles to us while we hung out inside the rig) and very professional. They left no trace of dirt or dust either.

One thing we were so very happy about was that we were able to stay in our RV while all of the work was completed (at no additional charge!). We had 30 amp power (I believe he has 50 amp available if needed) and a nice safe spot to live for the 3 days needed to complete everything.

We are so happy with the work done and would not hesitate to recommend D & R to anyone needing solar installed, repairs or remodels done to their rigs. They get a huge thumbs up from us here at Tales From the Mutiny.

Okay. Second terrible Yelp review as this seems the ONLY way to talk with a human at EC Power. We are still waiting to  hear ANYTHING regarding SRP's commissioning and switch on of our currently useless solar+battery system. THe last contact with EC was an email on 02-05-12 letting  us know that our county inspection passed. We already knew this. We are now waiting and waiting and  waiting for ANYONE  from  EC to call us back and give us a ballpark idea of where we are at  in SRP's queue. Is that so hard to answer? Too much to ask? Honestly, EC is terrible at communication in any timely  fashion. Expect to speak to nobody when you call their  phone number (one goes to voicemail and one is disconnected). Unfortunately we are stuck with them now that the entire system has been installed. Seriously. Go with another company...

Run from this company, they will lie, cheat and steal your money, that's what they're great at nothing else. Run Run Run and fast from them for your mental well being !!

Do not sign with this company, if they try to sell to you RUN! I've been scammed by them. After I purchased the solars they immediately rushed to install the panels. Which to be honest I was amazed on how fast they moved. But it's all apart of their plan so that you can't back out of the contract. The inspection failed and each time I call they give me the run around. It's frustrating, Im already making payments for something that's not even working! This company has been reported to the BBB already. All they care about is sales and will abandon the unfinished job!

We were told that Jason Odle would pay for the gutter that was damage from the roofing company. We make calls to the company they very disrespectful don't return calls. We have heard from Jason that the check is in the mail still waiting. Next time we call about the check he didn't know what happened so he was going to over night it to us, well that has been a couple weeks now and still waiting, made more calls leave messages and no return call yet. I would not do business with this company. Buyers you been warned.
