HISTORY

Established in 2009.
Owner and operator Mark Burchett started his career working in the family business more than a decade ago. He earned and payed his way like many in the trades business by attaining invaluable experience and by learning practical skills on the job as a helper. His efforts paid off through his endurance, and at times when necessary working from sun up to sundown to get the job done. In time he was able to gain enough hours to qualify for his Journeymen license and within a few years was able to obtain his Master Plumbing credentials. In September of 2009, Mark laid the groundwork to forge ahead in his own business, attaining new clients as well as a long list of loyal repeat customers. He made sure to retain his work ethics and loyalty to his customers making sure he provided superior work along with honesty and integrity. Today he is striving ever more in moving forward successfully with the growth of Sunshine Plumbing where he hopes to grow exponentially in the coming years.

ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

Mark has been Plumbing since he was 14. After working three jobs to support his wife while she was in nursing school, he decided to try his hand in his own plumbing business. He decided on Sunshine Plumbing Services, because his daughter always asked to have sunshine sung to her at night. Mark is honest and fair in his business practice, and understands the need to save his customers money, while doing the job correctly the first time.

I hired Sunshine Plumbing to replace two existing 50 gal water heaters with a single tankless hot water heater. This is a big job and I did my homework choosing a reputable company. I received their information as a referral from one of the owners of my trusted HVAC company in Dallas who used Mark to install a tankless in his home as well.

Mark is honest, fair, down to earth, and a true professional in every sense of the word. He is also incredibly respectful with a great attitude... can you believe he asked me with a smile (!) how I wanted my floor mopped after him and his crew worked a long 10 hour day with almost no breaks. He stayed late just to make sure we didn't lose hot water overnight, and my wife and I both were very grateful for that.

If you've been down the home improvement path, you know there can be some surprises, and this job was no exception. Mark was incredibly patient and even had to reschedule some of his other jobs (and make return trips here), and he refused to take a *dime* from me until every last detail on the job was complete. WOW.

True craftsmen are hard to find, and Mark is one of them. I'm truly impressed with Sunshine Plumbing and will be using them for all future plumbing needs. (And, yes, tankless technology is absolutely incredible).

After a very disappointing experience with another plumber, I found Mark and Sunshine Plumbing. So glad I did. He listened, communicated well, arrived when he said he would, took care of business and was reasonably priced. Can't do much better than that when it comes to a plumber!

I tried to call this company for a service call today. When the phone was answered the response was, Hello. No business name. I inquired if this was a plumbing company, and the response was, Yes. When I inquired why the caller had not identified the company when he answered the phone the man hung up on me. However their services may be, this is definitely not a professional company.
