I had originally called another company who was unsuccessful in remedying the problem. Called Made and they came out to fix my backed up pipes on short notice. Got my issue solved in a short amount of time and with the utmost professionalism. Thanks Ben!

I called the main number at 2:30 and my pipe was fixed by 4:30. Mike lives in Corinth and was here within 10 minutes to fix my leak. He had a mask and was very professional. If you live in the Lake Cities, Lewisville plumbing is the place to call.

Jeff is in my house right now as I am writing this review. He has spent the last 4 hours trying to remove some ABS that was put down our downstairs toilet drain by our builders. We've only been in this house a year and the downstairs toilet needed to be plunged since the first week we moved in (it's a new-build). Thanks to Jeff's persistence, he found the issue and took care of it so we can use our downstairs toilet again! For the amount of work he did, the price was very reasonable. I asked if I could tip him and he refused. Good, honest work!

These guys are very professional, highly responsive, came in and did and completed the job absolutely on time, and came back for a small fix immediately...everybody from Donna, Kevin, Aaron and Steve were awesome! will use them again and will highly recommend!!!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would.  After changing plumbers from another local plumber we had been with for decades.  I simply cannot imagine ever using another plumber.  We have in recent months had a bevy of plumbing issues.  One of which was to fix the original fix by our former plumber and it was a fraction of the price for twice as much work,

And now, as I write this we are having our hot water heater replaced.  They worked us into their already busy schedule.  Our plumber actually came with a new hot water heater.  

Their prices are competitive and still better work and less expensive.  They are worth every penny and take great pride in their work.

Had a great experience. I'm a new home owner and Prosper Plumber was patient to show me what he was doing while working on my water heater. He gave me tips on things I can do myself to prolong its life as well. Will call him back again if needed.

Where do I start, City of Plano called stating that my water bill was high this month because the meter was showing 25 gal per minute, I said that is impossible because me and my husband are not home, she said well the meter reader is at your home now so I told her to keep him there while leaving work driving 70mph trying to make it home. The city said it's not their fault because it's on the opposite of the meter, then called my so called HOA, they said they only cover the sprinkler system, even though I thought they cover anything outside my townhome.

My father just received a liver transplant but is having major difficulties so please understand my stress level is intolerable. I set on the couch Friday 4/23/2015 and was just crying my eyes out because this was the wrong time to consider that I had a major leak and be told that it could be under the foundation /Concrete slab and we would be responsible for it.   Started to look online waiting for my husband to get home, everything showed closed at 5:00.  Continued to look and came pass Planet Earth Plumbing not expecting much, Andrew answered and he was so polite and calm, he stated that he was finishing a Job and happen to be close by and would make a stop on his way to his next appointment.

I said wow really thank you, still not thinking that he would come with much, literally too good to be true and way too easy.  To my surprise he showed up, me and my husband greeted him and we invited him in which Andrew appeared to be very hands on. He ran the faucets to listen to the drains, listened to the walls, checked the water heater and went to water meter to really begin assessing the problem.

Andrew began digging to see if he could alleviate the potential of assuming something was bigger than what it appeared and or sounded like. Andrew was very precise and accurate, he stated that our problem was not too far from the water meter and I thought definitely don't believe that at 25-30 GPM, lol.  Well to my surprise it certainly was, the water pipe had holes in it as if maintenance or ATT@T could have done something while putting in Uverse or replanting? Not sure but his crew fixed the leak and did not compromise on the parts. He actually had the supply store open to get the right fitting because they close at noon on Saturdays.

Andrew really cared about our situation and believe he charged us a fraction of the cost which was the best part!!  We definitely were blessed to find him and his crew. Thanks a million Planet Earth Plumbing!! B4 paying outrageous prices please don't cheat yourself call this company........ The clean up was pristine and the level of service was superior.

Bill worked us in to his already busy day! Gave us upfront pricing and was able to stick to it! No separate service charge. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem, showed up, promptly, wore a mask the entire time, and even gave us advice about other plumbing issues. GREAT!!!

Had an issue with a door installation. He came out on the 4th of July and got it taken care of quickly. Will definitely use Yorsky Do All Services in the future!

Called John after seeing some recommendations on the local home owners site.  Made an appointment for the next morning.  John showed up on time and got everything taken care of quickly.  He even noticed another small issue while under the kitchen sink and took care of it while there.  He replaced the 2 push on water shutoff valves and the supply lines under my sink and I have had no issues.  I went ahead and had him give me a quote for some additional work in the house and it seemed very reasonable,  I will definitely call him again for any plumbing issues.

Our shower has been leaking for a while and finally got to the point I couldn't stand the dripping sound as it was basically like water torture dripping all day and night.  Normally we could change out everything on our own but guess we waited too long and the buildup was too much that we couldn't get it off on our own.

Anyways I called a few different locations for quotes on a Thursday.  Lee from Bluebonnet responded first, came over that same day for a quote.  He was back by Tuesday and it took him all of thirty minutes to remove and replace the shower handle for us.  Price was exactly what he quoted as was the time to do the job.  If I ever have any other plumbing needs I will be calling Bluebonnet and asking for Lee.

We've used these guys twice. Came on short notice both times. Very nice, quality work, affordable.

I've used Public Service Plumbers several times over the years.  They've done excellent work.  They are very expensive (expect to pay almost double), but there are so many shady contractors out there that I've learned to pay more for good ones.

Pros:  Good work, they always solve the problem, can get them out on short notice, after hours service

Cons:  Expensive, they've showed up late on more than occasion, some plumbers were nice - others were a little rude, they insist on having a plumber and a helper on every job, so you're paying for 2 people

Overall I would not hesitate to use them again.

JP and the Barbosa crew were fabulous. From the first phone call they were responsive and easy to work with. JP took the lead and worked with my tenants to make things as easy as possible. I needed a new HVAC installation and removal of an old HVAC unit including all new duct work. The installation team was detailed and went above and beyond to make sure the work was done correctly and incorporated their work into anything existing in the house. It was all done in one day, they showed up on time and finished on time. When it was done the place looked like no one was ever there, the clean up was spotless. Each person that helped install including Jackie, Eric and the rest of the crew were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them. Thanks Barbosa!

We called McMahon on Dec 30th they were supposed to snake the sewer lines, we told them (when we called) they were going to need the big auger to bring it out. The appt. Was at 8, the guys didn't get out of the truck until after 8:10 (they charge hourly) they did not bring the correct size auger with them, spend 20-30 mins trying to get it unclogged with no luck. The auger they bring was only 100ft (with the small diameter cable) they snaked the line once with the whole line and nothing, go in for a second try and only go 75ft and quit.  Tried to tell me it's old pipes and that there is roots in it. When I told the worker it was PVC pipe less then 6 years old, he had the audacity to ask me how I knew. (Did I ask you how you know how to plumb?)  They said they would need to go get the bigger auger, which I was under the impression was going to be $135, it was only $10 and they failed to inform. They think the clog is more than 100ft, they said the bigger auger it's 120ft and stops working at 100ft, (the power of the auger was not as good) at this point they are claiming the bigger auger is not going to do any justice.  I'm already over 45 mins into my hour and I said okay we will just leave it alone until my husband gets home (they give me a quote on new sewer line ($5,000.00).... That I don't need) and proceeded to charge me $125.00 keep in mind the job was not completed and problem not solved. Later that day we saw another plumber working on the neighbors pipes, we stopped and talked to him. Bradley Earp unclogged the line with the big auger they should have brought to begin with (he said the one they used was never going to be big enough, they should have known to not even bring it) his auger was 85ft, and told me that If he couldn't get it unclogged he wouldn't charge me. He got the clog unclogged in less than 30 mins. Much better service there. A one man team and true professional.
McMahon will record what's going on without telling you, which is whatever because I was not lying about what I said but it's against the law to not at least tell you that your being recorded. When my husband called to speak with them, they said they would give us a refund because they were under the impression that the job was completed. Few hours later one of their managers stops by and says that they offered to go get the bigger auger (no clarification on price or that they wouldn't charge me another hour.) He said I'll go listen to the recording and see what was said and call you back (basically calling me a liar). They never called back to discuss the refund.... They ended up never giving me a refund, so I called a week later to see what was going on and he said he wasn't going to give me a refund because I sent them away. When I tried to explain the chain events to the (manager) he hung up on me and proceeded to ignore my calls. I 100% do not recommend this company. They sent 3 people for a 1 man job, and tried to drive up the price by bringing the wrong equipment and charging us for a new sewer line, that's completely unprofessional and dishonest. If you use this company good luck!
