Late post. However, this is my 3rd or 4th time using Mr Jonathan who is a gem. This time it was installing a new water heater which required alot of services which were needed to pass code. He knew exactly was needed and assured me it would be included in the service.

Johnathan is an absolute LIFE SAVER!!! My mom had a major leak at her house in the front yard. All plumbers were booked for the week. Johnathan called me the same day I inquired and said he hated to hear we were without water and would be by later that night if it was okay with us. He came by, assessed the issue and quoted us. He was very informative and understanding when we werent quite sure what decision to make. My dad passed away a month ago and Johnathan took WONDERFUL care of my mom and I. We won't be giving anyone else our business.
Jonathan and his worker did a excellent job installing our water heater. From the receptionist making appointment, to talking about what my husband and I wanted done so very professional, courteous prompt service great pricing! We had an unexpected gas leak in our attic that was brought to our attention by Atmos Energy. They disconnected our service or whatever they do and when I found out about it from my husband and it was late in the evening. I found Jonathan on NextDoor and called his company.
He rearranged his schedule, took care of our issue and gave us a discount. He was very informative, helpful and just an overall really nice gentleman and businessman.

We had water a leak behind the wall where the bathtub faucet knob is and Jonathan came out and fixed it. He was very professional and on time and did excellent work. I will definitely use him again. Five Stars for sure!
Reached out to this company through another mate. Company had someone out here by 4:30p.m. and he worked till 8 p.m. to diagnose,estimate fairly might I add and gave 3 options in the bid process. Another plumber upsold me on this job by a thousand dollars. Work done right the first time and same day service. Ask for Jonathan,he has impeccable customer service and wears shoe covers into your home like a professional! Call him today, he is on my resource list for all future plumbing and sprinkler system repairs!
