These folks were top notch. I got a referral from a friend of my son who used to work for them. He said that they were good people and we could trust them. Our experience proved this to be true. We were selling our condo and needed the AC and furnace replaced quickly. I had Mathew out on Friday to look at it to give me an estimate. He told me I should get a couple other estimates to confirm I was getting a fair deal. I also told him that I needed the work done by the following Sunday.
I had THA's estimate before the end of the weekend. It was considerably less than I expected. I went with them. They started the work on Wednesday and we're completed on Thursday.
They did exactly what was contracted for less then I expected and finished well ahead of my deadline. From my first contact to completing the installation of furnace and AC in less than a week. Additionally, Mathew was exceptionally nice.
I have already recommended them to a friend that needs AC work. I asked for a ballpark estimate for him and it was way way less than he had gotten from one of the places that advertises a lot.
We were very happy with their service and would recommend them to anybody who asked.

had a free estimate with mr. Jaime Garibay. he was very honest with me in regard to vent work for a dryer vent which might be clogged. he told me this job can be done by a handy man. you can be assured all my future plumbing work will be done by THA

Called at 8 am for AC repair, said schedule was full but they would try to fit us in. An hour later technician showed up, fixed the issue by 10am same day, fantastic!
I'm leaving a review on behalf of my mom, Regina in Rancho Bernardo, who had a fantastic experience with THA for her heating and air units. Matthew, Maria, and several technicians that helped install my mom's new furnace and A/C were quick, reliable, and conscientious. All of those traits are especially important these days since good quality, honesty, and reliability are so hard to come by these days. The inspector said the installation was superb. And for my mom, the price was right. What more can you ask for? I would wholeheartedly recommend THA. It's no surprise that they've been in business for as long as they have. A big THANK YOU to the entire team.

Of course our AC breaks during a heat wave. Matthew was able to add us on their schedule for the next morning after our call (despite a busy schedule). Other places gave us estimates of 5 days away. He quickly diagnosed the problem and now we're back online and we are extremely grateful! Thank you!
Just want to send out a big Thank You! to Matthew of THA Heating Air and Plumbing. We purchased our HVAC system from them in 2010 and they've never let us down. Today was one of those hot days and we were enjoying our AC when we noticed it wasn't blowing nice cool air anymore. After a bit, we decided to call, even though it was late afternoon on a Saturday. We were thrilled when Matthew said he could be at our home in less than an hour. He fixed the problem swiftly and professionally in no time flat. We so appreciate how you took such good care of us! Please give THA a call, they're the real deal.
Gilbert, and to the entire staff at THA. Thank you for taking such good care of my 86-year-old Aunt. In the beginning, we had a heating & air company come out to assess my Aunt's broken A/C. (ASI) I told my Aunt it would b 8k to replace her A/C and 6k to replace her furnace, plus they did nothing to see if they could fix the furnace. We found out through SDG&E that there was a program where she qualified for a free furnace. At this point, the A/C was not functional and very hot, so I brought her to my home. THA, contracted by SDG&E, came out to look at her furnace. Gilbert, I am not sure if you were that person or if another wonderful person took the time to fix the fan as a temporary solution to restore functionality for the A/C unit to work. Thank you for telling my Aunt that 8k was a ripoff and should not cost that much for a manufactured home. The new quote was 5200, 3k cheaper. Your service is exceptional. I appreciate all of your caring staff.
Working with SDG&E's Synergy companies, T H A Heating Air Plumbing fulfilled the Synergy contract to replace our heating and furnace. The tech, Gilbert, worked in 94 - 96 degree heat for hours on end to left and secure our A/C cooling unit that was located on top of the furnace and blower, remove the furnace and blower, install a new furnace and blower, install a new electrical outlet, install and upgraded gas line and reconnect the A/C unit back on top of the furnace. He also installed new A/C hoses and insulations. It was estimated this process would take two days, but he finished in good order in one day even getting up on the roof to install a new chimney pipe vent for the furnace and filling out all the paper work for a new permit. As soon as SDG&E comes out and signs off on the workmanship, we will order a new 14 SEER 3.5 Ton A/C from T H A and have Gilbert install that.
I am sweating my rear off and have been getting quotes for a replacement HVAC system. All 4 companies that came including Home Depot company gave my wife a quote same day and pretty much upon completion of the inspection. The gentleman that came to do the estimate told my wife they would email us quote by EOD. Nothing. My wife calls the next day and sends an email (in case they had a typo when sending us a quote) and nothing at the end of the second day. I honestly don't know what could take so long (I'm not in the industry) but if this is how long it's going to take for a quote to get my business...how long is it going to take to get the job done. It's way too hot in Rancho to be waiting on these guys. It's going to be a no for me.
Oliver was such an amazing employee he came in with a mask and was very respectful and fast! He went into the restroom looked at the toilet and in literally 5 minutes done my toilet worked again! I would definitely be calling them again if any problems arise and asking for Oliver!

I went through an exhaustive bid process for my central heating & A/C project which I recognized was a complex and difficult install. a system that in fact was two separate systems, a standard A/C system plus a mini-split system. In fact, 3 contractors would not even bid on the project. Then THA owner Matthew arrived, listened to what I was looking for and then did a thorough inspection. Once done Matthew advised that yes my project would be challenging but, we can do it. Then I was provided with a super quote both on price and the size of the equipment that would be used. I accepted.
My project lead was Victor who along with his team was diligent, knowledgeable, and worked incredibly hard throughout. Depending on the type of project, using THA can take time to get to completion. But once done, I was very happy with the results. THA even went farther than any other contractor quote with the level of follow up detail they would do as part and after the install like removing wall furnaces, drywall repair, and painting. Most others wanted to leave that to me which was in fact, a large volume of work. I am very happy with the results THA was able to achieve all around.
As my A/C project was wrapping up I had THA plumbing start a project for me. Jeff the THA lead plumber came out and did equally phenomenal work over the course of several days at my home. He is polite, quick, efficient, and obviously knows what he's doing. A real professional who does great work! And the price for the plumbing work THA performed was quite competitive as well.
Great job Matthew and team! I will be calling again. I highly recommend THA for anyone needing a plumbing or HVAC job done well at a competitive price!

After submitting inquiries to multiple companies for gas line work, THA quoted substantially less than other companies. Even better, the work was scheduled and completed within a week of them coming on-site to provide the quote. They provided a price breakdown, and presented multiple options for how to go about the job.
I'd highly recommend these guys for any jobs and they'll be the first company I call in the future for more work.

(I should read the reviews before using THA. So regret now. So many bad reviews and I am not surprised of their service any more) My tenant told me the AC didn't work and my friend recommended THA which I called to let them contact my tenant directly for an appointment.
THA had someone (it turned out to be the owner of THA) went to house to check but was late over 1 hour with no notice to my tenant (my tenant texted me to ask if this company is reliable and I had to comfort him the guy was on the way and should be there soon). THA knew it was my tenant at home and they had the policy for any fix over $150 they shall call owner to confirm. I texted my tenant and he said THA had done the job and will contact me directly for payment. However, no one call me and after almost a month I got a call for a $495 bill.
I was so surprise for such a huge bill and showed that I was not happy without being informed of the cost ahead of time since I should have the option to have others to quote and compare. When I challenged the owner of THA on this, he even said in email that this was the way I usually used on others for trying not to pay for the service. Cannot believe the owner got such mindset when he did wrong. Rather than trying to improve his service he only thought it was the fault of others. I was shocked when I saw what he thought and what he wrote in his email. Anyway, I paid in full (he said he gave me 10% discount as compensate but actually it was standard discount he offered to every one) and I will never and ever use them. I really hope THA can know what's their service standard and how should they treat their customers.

Back in Feb 2021 my air conditioning was not blowing hot air so I called THA Heating and Air to do a service call. The tech inspected the unit and indicated it is leaking Freon and the leak might not be fixed. I asked the tech to talk to his office and come up with a cost of a new device. I never heard from the office regarding the new unit quote and I only got the invoice for the service charge.
I called another HVAC company to get a quote for a new unit. The tech actually fixed the leak and put Freon in the unit and he said there should not be any issue with the unit now. The unit has been working fine since Feb. The cost of the Freon and repair was much less than the quote I got from Tha.
Mathew, thank you again for a wonderful job on the installation of our new Central Air and Heating system. Your crew were very professional and courteous. The amazing part is how quiet and efficient the Bryant Evolution system runs, just as quiet as the nine split system you installed in our studio. Highly recommend THA Air , Yelp needs a 6th Star to show how happy were are with system
Amir came in to my house at Otay Ranch a few days ago to fix an issue I was having with my AC. He was very informative, friendly and kind. Our AC was not working. We called 2 technicians before and they were unable to fix it. Then come Amir. He turns on the Thermostat and immediately tells me, I know what's the problem. He steps out, opens the unit and fixes within 15 minutes. He was very professional and one of the best. I will highly recommend him.

Jim did a hell of a job fixing up my friend Bill super clogged up kitchen sink in La Jolla. I was visiting from LA and got to witness what a pro plumber does on the job. This house is super old and I can imagine the plumbing was ancient as well. On the first attempt, Jim tried the giant plumber snake inside the kitchen and then outside the kitchen. That did not work. Finally Jim got up to the rooftop and attack the problem on the plumbing vent. That did the trick and wow, the standing water on the kitchen sink just disappeared into the Bermuda triangle. The sink is now
draining properly and now we can wash dishes again...Thanks for the awesome and professional work Jim. And the service was reasonable and did not cost several hundred dollars unlike what the competition would charge. I highly recommend THA heating, air, and plumbing for any home fixes and maintenance.
I was very pleased with the new heater and AC recently installed at my client's mobile home. It was done professionally and my client is totally satisfied. She is a disabled person and the THA installer was very patient and answered all her questions. I am an attorney and real estate broker and will recommend all my clients needing HVAC services to THA.

These guys are usually on point with fast appointments, and the guy who used to make the plumbing appointments was super-helpful (whatever happened to him?), but the prices charged are getting ridiculous - most recently ~$900 for a 2-3 hour job (in between the plumber 'goofed off' to Homedepot several times)... Can no longer recommend...

After searching and inquiring with many other plumbing companies, I was thrilled to know that THA Heading & Plumbing was quick to respond and came to my rescue. Reasonable price and quick to respond. There was a hiccup because the faucet I wanted installed was missing a couple of parts and the rubber seal was kinda worn & leaking, but they were able to pick up the parts needed to get the job done right. Amir was amazing and quick! Two maintenance guys had come to repair our A/C unit that had been out for 2 days & had no luck. He didn't even have to go Inside he fixed it from the outside in no time.
We're very fortunate to have THA for the project . Maria always kept us in the loop and Ismael did a fine job with the water heater installation. He made sure that the existing tankless heater with all its messy plumbing was removed and seamlessly installed the new pipes and heater the way I requested it. Hats off to everyone at THA. We are very happy with the repair work that the THA Tech Amir provided for us. THA (possible Maria) answered our call very quickly, when we found our heater was not working. Amir came to check the heating system and found a solution for it. Now our heater is running well.
THA did a major, complicated duct work for our AC system in 2018. Matt came to our house to lead his team work on it. We were very pleased with their work and we still are.
I think they are doing their services well because they listen to customers' really concerns and needs, and they try to find best solutions for them.
THA gave me an honest and competitive quote. Showed up on time and sent their technician Oliver to install 3 new toilets. Oliver and THA were consummate professionals, answered questions, explained the job details, wore a face mask and booties and did a perfect job with all the clean up. Outstanding service. Don't bother looking for a better quote or another plumber. Make sure you ask for Oliver (and by the way - I am not related to this guy, nor am a paid spokesperson for THA).

I can't tell you how professional and kind these guys are! After trying to get a devastating back up fixed-- two other plumbers flaked on me and my flood continued to worsen. I finally called THA and they put me through to Mike who answered his phone first ring, asked a few questions and said no problem, I'll be out there in 12 minutes -- and he was!!! Highly recommend this company, had them come out to replace two toilets and check for leaks. Had a really friendly young man named Oliver working with us, was extremely polite and hard working. Company installed my air conditioning system a few years ago and everything has been working great. A strange noise developed in the bathroom which I couldn't figure out, so thinking it was the A/C I called them 5 pm on Friday, and the owner was willing to come out first thing Saturday morning to check it out. Meanwhile the tenant figured out they had accidentally turned on bathtub jacuzzi which was the noise! I appreciate owner willing to come out on the weekend even though we ended up not needing his services!
The THA crew was super courteous and professional installing my whole house re-pipe after our second slab leak. The price was better than others I called. Jose Rivera and Oliver Garces were the nicest service guys you could have in your house! Dave Ontiveros proved to be very knowledgeable from the first phone call to the estimating, to the final walkthrough.
This is our second AC unit with this company. We used them in 2008. We upgraded and had our second heating and air system with them this year. Everyone from the owner, the office staff and the installation technicians were great. THA is a wonderful company because they pay attention to all the customer's concerns. It was an expensive project for us, and we had lots of questions. We did our research and checked other companies. But again we chose them. We are very happy with our unit and feel confident that these people back their product and their work.

Had a new water heater installed by THA yesterday. The technicians, William & Ismael, were very capable and efficient, and definitely went the extra mile. The same goes for the owner, Matthew; super helpful!
They'll be working on a leaky pipe next; will be my go-to people for anything of this nature in the future.
A/C not working suddenly ... of course on the hottest day in months. Significant Health issue makes this a major problem for me ...
I called THA in early in the day ... Maria was wonderful, pleasant, helpful, understanding ... and within two hours was able to schedule a technician to come out that afternoon.
Enrique (Ricky) showed up promptly as scheduled .... did a great job of diagnosing the problem ... and in less than an hour, he completed the diagnosis; replaced the needed part; and had cold air flowing! Great job!
And finally, the manager Hector was very helpful with providing a reasonable price for this great urgent service!

THA heating did a wonderful job in my home they went out of the way to solve my problem.
Their staff is rude and incompetent. My credit card payment did not go through, they didn't call me to inform me of that. They sent a staff member who came to my house and threatened me with court. It was the first I had heard that they didn't get paid. I wouldn't use their service if I were you.
A great team of professionals who are very conscientious and thorough. Explained everything in detail, very respectful and no surprises throughout or at the end of the job. I have made many recommendations to friends for their services over the years. Everyone has been very satisfied.
I have used them twice during heat waves no less. The first time I had 3 companies before them who could not diagnose the problem. Another company wanted over $2,500.00 to fix my A/C unit. They came in and repaired the wiring and replaced a blown fuse for less than $100.00. Hmmm.....
I just called them again during the most recent heat wave and of course they fixed the problem in less than an hour. What's remarkable is they did my job when they could have been doing more expensive jobs. The technician Enrique, was super nice and he arrived on time. I would give then more stars if Yelp would let me........
I would definitely recommend THA. Our A/C unit went out today and living out in east county in the middle of August I immediately tried to get ahold of someone to come out to take a look at it. I called at least eight different companies and Matthew at THA was the only one that got back to me. Not only did he call me back right away but after a 12 hour work day he was already heading home but was kind enough to make one more stop. He figured out the problem, explained what needed to be fixed and within 30 minutes we were up and running again. I highly recommend them and will definitely call them again in the future with any problems. Thanks again THA!!
Oliver did a great job unclogging our AC line. They came the day we called. He was great with our pups, polite, and cleaned up the water that had leaked. He also checked and replaced our air filter. Definitely recommend this company and Oliver's expertise!
I am always impressed with THA - from the initial installation of my new furnace and a/c unit many years ago up to today. The technicians are always very professional and knowledgable and I can count on smooth running of the units. I know that if an emergent situation came up, they would be there.
I called THA because the furnace would start the immediately turn off. Enrique made the call and showed me where the fan motor was not spinning because the ball bearings were shot. Fan motor must be replaced with the entire assembly for $550 but he recommended the whole furnace be replaced for $2000!
I was rather stunned but after he left I looked at the fan motor and I could see an accumulation of saw dust. Upon vacuuming and lubricating the shaft of the fan it now works fine.
I called the shop wanting to talk with the owner but he will not return my calls.
It was a rip off that failed
With the hot weather we are currently experiencing in Southern California, THA heating air & plumbing came out and serviced our AC units ASAP. Their technician was very friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. We could not have been happier with the speed and service they provided us!!

Matthew did a fantastic job installing our heating and air. We bought a fixer and it needed everything. They were nice, professional and fast. The heating and air work great - we couldn't be happier. In addition to this review we will recommend them in the future.
Using SDG&E's System Assessment & Improvement program, I was assigned to THA Heating & Air to perform the service. This is not a free service. I scheduled the work to be done and THA missed the appointment completely. When I called towards the end of the appointment window, the operator said the technician was held up and wouldn't make it. Half of my day blown waiting for them during a weekday, but hey... it was during one of the heat waves, so I let it slide. Any business can make a mistake.
2nd appointment. Same thing. Again, they didn't show up or bother to call. I finally called the company and they said the technician couldn't make it. They said call back the next day to reschedule an appointment.
3rd appointment, they said they couldn't schedule it and would call back when they had an availability. No call for a week.
Called again and no one answered the phone for the afternoon.
Requested another contractor through SDG&E. They can't connect me with another contractor, so they called the president at THA. President responded to them, He should call and schedule appointment.
Well if it were only that simple.
What a pleasure to find honest, reliable and knowledgeable plumbers! This find is a true gem. They weren't looking to get rich on me. They were reasonable, honest, pleasamt and clean. I will definitely be calling them for my plumbing needs and as owner of a home almost 70 years old requires frequent plumbing attention. Thank you very much!:)
THA to the rescue! Last summer we had THA come out to fix our broken AC before the real summer heat kicked in. Now that it's starting to warm up again I am reminded of how thankful I am to have a functioning AC unit. I am just now getting around to writing my review, but it's been almost a year and we've had zero issues after THA came out, so there you go, the proof is in the pudding! We had a major clog in our vanity sink at Del Mar Ridge unit and had Oliver Rios from Tha plumbling come and fix it. He was extremely professional and courteous, stayed for long hours and fixed it. After he was done he cleaned up the vanity sink and left it spotless. Great job!!

Good value. They showed up early for their install, and right on time for the estimate. They honored their contract price, and performed all jobs as indicated on the contract. There was some trouble during the install, and when everything was installed, it would not turn on, so they called one of their seasoned experts to come over to finish up the install, after a 2 hour wait, he showed up and got it running, but they completed the job as promised before the end of the day, and now its all installed and running.
I called THA because my parent's air conditioning wasn't working and they are getting older. I called on a Saturday, on a hot day, and THA was very helpful. They sent someone out within two hours of my call, and took care of the problem! Brilliant!

Many thanks to Hector( supervisor) and Ismael (technician) for the great job replacing my ancient furnace. Good people to have in your home and I would have them back any time. Ask for Ismael by name....he's a wonderful person and extremely knowledgeable...will use them again in the future..
Used THA in 2015 to repair and older AC unit in Jamul. It was great service, reasonable price, no issues. Recently, I contacted them because of my first experience and it took 2 weeks for appointment... Ok no big deal I understand its busy right now for HVAC. Well the day came and SDGE had an outage in my area so I had to reschedule. I reschedule for a 1-4 slot, arrange my day so I can be home and at 4pm get a call that the tech won't be here till 5pm. I had to take my child to Karate so once again I reschedule. I tell them I need another 1-4 slot and wait a few more days. Morning of my appt, I'm getting ready for work and the tech calls to ask if he can come early because I'm the farthest out he wants to start with me. I said No, I had obligations and explained that when I scheduled, that I've been waiting weeks he acted like he was trying to do me a favor, never offered to keep my time slot, nothing. I called the office and asked for a manager only to get the office manager she proceeds to act like its my fault. I finally just cancelled and went with Pacific Heating & Air. Same day appointment and they actually showed up!

Learn how to set expectations. If your tech says they will call the office at the end of the visit, then DO that. Secretaries, dial the correct number, and be efficient about it (don't call the tenant, when the property manager is the one waiting for the report). Show up when you say you are going to (not decide to show up 1.5 hours before the allotted time).
I have used THA at least 5 times in the past and have referred them several times to other people in the building. This week I set up an appointment to service 4 A/C units in my condo complex after I had referred another person to have an A/C serviced in the building. When I made the appointment, she said her tech may not be able to do all 4 of the units in addition to the other unit being serviced but would come back next week to finish what he could not service. It turns out he didn't service any of the 4 units but did service one other unit in the building that was not planned to be serviced when I made my appointment. The service tech said he was not aware that there were other units in the building to be serviced today. The office called me back saying he could not get to any of the other units today.
I have referred THA to a number of owners in the complex in the past - I will be looking for another company to perform service from now on.
I am very satisfied withe THA co. with service they down to my heater and also when i called for service they respond very fast to my call.their Technician was very friendly and professional . i recommend THA co. for everyone which they are looking for good service and reasonable price.

Melissa did a great job with all projects contract financing docs. Permits and keeping us informed. Ismael and Victor did an outstanding job kept everything very clean and everything works beyond my expectations I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND ALL THE EMPLOYEES ARE OUTSTANDING OH GREAT QUALITY WORK AND EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS USED.

We have been using THA now for the last 15 years. They take care of our heating and air for the home as well as our rentals. They are professional, responsible, and most importantly very fair with their pricing.
THA came in and zoned our A/C so that we now have 3 zones. What a difference on our bill.
We know we can always depend on them for great work and staying cool!

THA does outstanding work and has a very friendly staff. Alonso installed a hot water heater, He took his time to do the job right. My next door neighbor had a hot water heater installed about one or two weeks after me by another company and the work was no where near as good as THA. Also, Alonso has a lot of great and interesting stories.
Louie installed a furnace in my home and he too did a great job. He had to go under my mobile home several times, which was a lot of work.
Also Melissa and Cloe whom work in the office are exceptionally nice and helpful people.
I highly recommend THA.
Kuddos to technician Gilbert on a fine job installing my neighbor's water heater on Jan. 4, 017. She was out of town so i volunteered to provide access & assist if needed. { yes i was nosey & curious to observe the process, cause my H2o heater is getting old. } Though this replacement was courtesy of an SDG&E assistance program, the tech { Gilbert } didn't rush his work, and in this older {1959} home was thorough each step of the way & concerned with my satisfaction. { i'm older too, and quality & competence mean a lot, hope i wasn't a pain in the neck. } I was pleased & impressed with Gilbert's good attitude throughout the project, + he even caulked the pressure relief line where it passed through the wall to the outside. SORRY this atta-boy was so long in appearing. He did a complete replacement from the support platform to the exhaust stack and cap. VERY NICE WORK !! mike c. { Betty's neighbor }

Call Someone Else.
THA came out to check on my older A/C unit. They determined it was low on refrigerant gas and would be fine once it was filled. First problem was the high price for the R-22 gas ($70/lb) but, I wanted an immediate solution so I agreed. The tech stated it could take more than 2 lbs and sure enough as we got to 2lbs and not quite half full I asked if they would offer a discount on the price. He agreed to $65/lb and continued filling. He then ran the A/C for 30 seconds and proclaimed it cooling. After paying (and the tech driving off) I noticed the price was not the agreed discounted price. I called and spoke with the THA office manager who stated she would look into it and call me back. That's the last I heard. I am not giving 1 star just for the pricing issue but, because they did a poor job in evaluating my system. I did not need to run the A/C for 2 weeks after their service. Once I did, a valve on the refrigerant line next to the blower (furnace) in my house leaked and condensation/water caused damage in the furnace closet. I called another firm who quickly corrected the problem and did a thorough job evaluating the system for any other potential problems. That is another review coming in Yelp.

What a fabulous company!! They did exactly what they said they would do and more. All workers were pleasant. professional, and answered all of my questions. They cleaned up every night before they left and came to work on time every morning.
We now have our heating and air conditioning in 4 zones so we can heat or cool only the parts of the house that need it. We set the heater to turn on a few minutes before we wake up and it warms up so fast. Works great!!

If i could give 0 stars i would. THA was contacted by my property management to come out and change filters and clean vents after popcorn ceiling removable resulted in pneumonia. I took the day off and waited for the serviceman to arrive to tell me they don't clean ducts. I called the proper management who said she specifically asked and they said yes or she would have booked another company that does both. So the tech changes the filter tests all and says everything is in good working order. Except once he leaves i try the a/c and its blowing out hot air. Of course no one can come back for a week snd to hell that it was for medical reasons, so i arrange my elderly parents to be there as i cant take another day off for this. Today my parents waited and waited, finally they received a call after the window of time they told me and the service person came and left as he didn't have the adder extension to reach the roof. As he never knocked or spoke to my parents or came inside how does he know he needed the ladder? The a/c unit is in my house. Needless to say they will be back tomorrow and i will lose out on incomes as i have to leave work early. IF I HAD THE CHOICE I WOULD NEVR USE THIS COMPANY. They lied first off saying they did duct work and then a week to get someone out to fix what should have been a simple filter change due to a medical need. Unacceptable...Poor customer service and inefficient servicemen.
I have dealt with the company twice and had a great experience both times. In 2011 we had them come out to service our AC, and they fixed it right up and they were inexpensive. Now we are selling the place and the home inspector said there was an AC issue. Matthew came out and ran through all the options for diagnosis and replacement with us, including the costs. It seemed like he was trying to do a good job and not just make money. Very nice man. I would highly recommend them.
Had THA come out and give us an estimate for a 3 zone new AC system with a double compressor to replace our old AC system. They were courteous and professional. They finished on time and on budget. Our energy bills went down immediately!
