After my warranty company sent out a terrible company (A Snap) to diagnose my water heater and refused the job, they contacted San Antonio Plumbing.  From my first call they were kind, helpful and the lady taking my call got me worked into the schedule two days early. Joseph worked with my warranty company and got the perfect replacement for it (it was a 65 gallon wh that isn't made anymore) and minimized my out of pocket costs and convinced them to purchase locally. Armando Olivares the technician was prompt, courteous and changed out everything, adjusted the new expansion tank and explained everything. He cleaned up everything and was done in record time. He did this in a garage on a record day of heat of 103 degrees!  Cannot recommend this company too highly!

Our water heater went out and we needed a replacement fast. Gabe was the first to reach out and offered to replace our unit the same day. His quote was very affordable compared with others that we received. His work is high quality and he made adjustments so if there is a need in the future repairs will be easier to perform. I highly recommend Gabe, and we now have a new plumber!

My mom called 1st Call Plumbing to check for a leakage at her home. She was recommended this company by a family friend. It was easy to make the appointment with Teresa and they came out the same day. Reno and Cory were very professional, wearing masks. They used a camera to check for leakage and determined the source of the leak. They didn't charge for their visit and recommended that we follow up with an appliance specialist. Thank you for your honest and efficient help!

Honest and trustworthy.  He is extremely knowledgeable and very honest on cost.  Will not overcharge you and will explain the whole process prior to just doing the work.  Will be using him again.

Carl came to my home to check for a water leak. His son put a pressure gauge on a hose bib. They were at my house 15 minutes. I was told that i did not have a leak; later that day found a leak in my sprinkler system.  They charged me $124.00. Beware

I had a major problem. I was outputting 23% more water per hour than normal and had a $200 water bill. I had a leak...somewhere. It's just me and I usually have bills under $100. I called a couple of companies, not very customer friendly to say the least then I started look for plumbers by their reviews. Red Brass had a solid 5 star review record so I called. I got in touch with Mitch. He said he could be there by 7 and he was. This leak was not obvious. There was nothing in the house that would indicate there was a leak. He looked absolutely everywhere. Isolated all of the water lines. He is by far the best at what he does. But what I want to highlight here is this. He said to me nobody ever wakes up thinking they want to call a plumber.  It's true. Of everything that goes wrong, you think of your pipes last because we all think those are solid and nothing can go wrong there. He is a person, not just a company. He understood my financial situation and his willingness and persistence to go out of his way to find and almost impossible leak amazed me. Not many people would go out of their way to help like he did. Not only would I recommend him and this company, I will be using them for all of my plumbing needs. Indoor and out.

I never new how much water pressure one could actually have till now. I called 7 plumbers and he was the one. case resolved, I was in tears when my husband called me and told me the good news. I can't believe all these top company's couldn't figure it out like Roto rooter,  aaa auger plumbing, a affordable,  will fix it and 2 others that just scratched there head and said let me read up and get back with you. just get it done right the first time . I am so happy with this company and I'm once again a happy home owner

AmaInf service by Adolph, plumber and staff who set up appointment. Our entire line was clogged and we had three separate issues that were all fixed and less than an hour with professional and friendly service.

Showed up on time. Gave me a few different options to retrofit sink and plumbing in 1939 home. I appreciated that.

Had Harold's Plumbing out to unplug a washing machine drain.  It took Harold's son about 10 minutes, and he gave me a bill for $285.  When I called Harold to complain, he said that it is normally $225 for this service because they have to use a small machine, but that he understood there was more service involved than the washer drain.  There was not because my tenants had taken care of the other problem.  Harold did reduce the bill to $225, however, I checked with Bryco Plumbing and they said it should have cost about $156.  I also checked with my regular plumber who had recommended Harold's for services requiring drain cleaning, and he, too, said that it should have cost around $150.  I tried to post this complaint on Harold's website, but it appears you can only post reviews that give them very positive responses.

We called this company because it had really good reviews. The Yancey Water System needed to move our water meter but wouldn't attach it to our current water line.  We were told from Kunz that it would be 90 bucks an hour and we could save money by digging a trench. He stated that he could be here on Thursday which was 2 weeks ago.  No one ever showed.  We tried to dig to find the existing line but couldn't find it.  I called Kunz because Yancey is ready but was told from the receptionist that Kenny whoever that is stated there was some confusion with the water company and he wanted us to call someone else to do the job.  Don't hire these people. They don't want to work. Look for someone else. I gave them 1 star because it wouldn't let me not give them a star. In reality they deserve no stars. Bad business and the worse customer service.  The receptionist sounded like she was asleep every time I called.

Very disappointed in this company, this company was assigned to us through our warranty; A plumber from A-Tex Plumbing came in and glanced for a second under the sink where the leak was, then said he will come back with a flash light but never did. did not come back to the house at all, instead stayed in front yard on the phone and then left. 30 mins later warranty denied our claim for repair due to pre-existent condition, but how did the plumber who did not even see anything in the house make a diagnosis? VERY unprofessional. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Had a stopped up toilet.  I removed to see if I could fix.  I augured , got running again.  Put toilet back on to use.  Backed up again so I removed toilet and snaked it again but when running hose water it would back up so left toilet off and called my home warranty company.   They had 3 plumbers in the area.  First never called me back.  Ten days later I get John.   He shows up in a personal truck, red f150, with no decals, no indication he is even a plumber.  And no tools or equipment I could see.  He ran water down toilet then tried up selling me on what he thought he could do to fix the problem.  I know a crook when I see one and talk to one.  I really feel sorry for ladies with no knowledge about construction, systems, or maintenance.   This guy probably takes advantage of every situation he can.  As you can imagine, I asked him to leave.  Good luck!  The rest of their techs may be ok, but if John is yours, may the force be with you.
