They charged me $390 to replace kits in 2 toilets. (Each kit costs $14) I had a huge water bill and needed them to come fix 2 running toilets and they wouldn't give me a quote over the phone. I went ahead and paid it because I had already taken off work and didn't want to let the toilets continue running. I'll call Chambliss next time.  They're ethical and affordable.

Our water heater went out and we needed a replacement fast. Gabe was the first to reach out and offered to replace our unit the same day. His quote was very affordable compared with others that we received. His work is high quality and he made adjustments so if there is a need in the future repairs will be easier to perform. I highly recommend Gabe, and we now have a new plumber!

I had a problem with water in the floor of both my bathrooms. It was not a daily occurrence so I thought it might be a clog in the tub. After three days I called 1st Call told them my problem and tried to accommodate me as soon as possible.  I did wait about four days before they came. They gave me a free estimate and told me what the problem was. Josh was courteous and professional took his time and showed me the problem. The sewer line clog and root penetration, he and his helper Joel did a fine job. Electronically  located also a problem that extended to the street. That is the SAWS problem and will come to repair. I am very satisfied with their work, the follow up keeping me posted, the diggers and the work in general. I did not give a 5 star because it was a little pricey but considering all the work, new sewer line and additional backup installed. Gave me a 5 year warranty on parts and labor.. Good job !st Call! Thank you for a fine job.

Honest and trustworthy.  He is extremely knowledgeable and very honest on cost.  Will not overcharge you and will explain the whole process prior to just doing the work.  Will be using him again.

Very fast response even with all the calls coming in after the freeze. Carl and Luke were very professional, explained everything, and quickly found and repaired the leak. This was on a Sunday evening, after responding to other calls all day. We are extremely satisfied with their response time and work completed. They provided the level of service you wished every company offered. We will definitely use them again and will refer them to anyone who needs a plumber.

I have never written a yelp review before, but I felt compelled to do it after my experience with Ted and Thunderbird Plumbing. He was truly phenomenal and dealt with several issues that we encountered. Ted included some extra jobs and did not even go over his quote. If you need a plumber in Austin, you would be making a mistake if you do not go with Thunderbird Plumbing.

Mitch is great and has been a huuuuge help to me, especially after the winter storm of 2021 here in Texas! I am so thankful to have him as a qualified professional on my list of repair people! He has picked up and installed a water heater for me as well as given me sound recommendations on numerous plumping projects at my personal home as well as others.

He has repaired and advised me in regards to my sinks, bathtub spouts, toilets, water heater, general plumbing, and pipe leaks. He has been very accommodating and his service is simply the best. He has taught me a lot during these projects I have hired him for and I am thankful for that degree of professionalism, as well.

In the last ten days, our Family was in need of plumbing services.  Recently I became aware of Chris Tobar and his crew at First Aid Plumbing Services.  I contacted over the Thanksgiving Weekend & he took care of a leak I had at my Father In Law's Master Bathroom.  The work they did was very professional, minimized the cut they needed to make in the wall to solve the issue & fixed our problem.  Then I had him out to my personal residence because my master bathroom tub was not draining properly.  He sent out his crew out to me & solved my issue.  Fast, reliable & honest, you can't ask for anything more.  I highly recommend Chris Tobar and his crew!

The other day I need some plumbing parts...I started to go through my business cards...ran into the card my Daddy gave me 30 years ago when I need a plumbing part that I could not find any where.  He took me to Ajax Plumbing Supply Company at 4511 W. Commerce St., San Antonio, TX 78237 & I met Noe Salinas who greeted my Daddy. When we were walking out my Daddy gave me the card...my Daddy passed on October 2017. When I need a plumber I know where to go, Daddy said they know plumbing, they are reasonable & they do not cheat you! I love that this an established business...going strong.

If I could leave a review with zero stars I would.
Have called this company twice to see if they were willing to provide an estimate for plumbing repair on my parents nearly 50 year old home. Gave the receptionist an idea of what it was my father might be looking for and where they were located and she suddenly seemed unsure if they could provide an estimate in their area. She then informed me she would give the owner Gary my information and assured me he would call me back and let me know.
This was on Friday January 24th. Never heard back.
Followed up with the company the following week when I had some free time. Same receptionist answered the phone and after jogging her memory as to who I was she bluntly informed me the type of repair work my father was specifically asking for was not something they do. When I asked her why she very rudely informed me we just don't.
I then asked her if there was any way I could just get someone out to provide an estimate on the job the way they saw that it needed to be done, and again, rudely, she said we will not do the type of work your father is asking for. Again a bit more stern this time I infact asked the woman if she was a certified plumber, as to which she answered no and I said okay good so now that we have that established I really just wanted to get a professional out to provide an estimate on what you all thought needed to have done to fix their problem.
She again gave me the run around about, this Gary guy I have yet to hear from.
You either do or don't provide estimates to folks in Pleasanton, Texas....which is it?
Nothing like being drug through the ringer by someone that can't even answer that simple question.
If it's this difficult to get an answer for such a simple question imagine having issues with their work.

Very rude!! Called to ask a question and the person was very short and acted like he didn't want to be at work! Asked for his name and while I was asking him he hung up on me! It's ok I called their competitor and I will definitely spend my money with them no matter the cost! Everyone looking for a plumber call AAA-Auger. They are actually  good peeps.. Three major plumbing disasters in three months. I am about as happy with this as if somebody kicked my dog. Kunz was recommended and now seems to have a truck parked in my driveway waiting for something else to go wrong.

The two man crew showed up quickly each time and did very good, speedy repairs. None of the three repairs cost over $100.00. Plumbing can be a very messy affair but the Kunz plumbers all seemed to make an effort to keep the mess to a minimum and clean up any mess that was made.

I hope I do not have to update this review any time soon. While I like the Kunz plumbers, I have seen enough of them this year.

Very impressed with the services I have received from this company. They're honest and only sell you what you need. No price gouging and quick turnaround on their work. Have used multiple times now and will continue to use in the future.

Bad, not honest, down right wrong!
Our home warranty company called Fred Wright plumbing to come out and fix a diverter that had broken just one month after a previous company replaced it.
We had already paid the previous company to install a new diverter in the tub handle and it was either not installed correctly or it was just a very cheap part. We had an agreement with the home warranty company that if Fred Wright plumbing found that the diverter was the problem again that we would not be charged a second time.

Joe refused to explain basic plumbing to the home warranty operator and instead told them that we broke the part ourself and on top of that told us that we would have to call and order the part and have it delivered before he could replace it.

The part was broken....but really....I am pretty sure I did not take the handle off and unto the part and break it and then put the handle and parts back on....pretty sure!

So we have paid $110.00 and now have no way to take a shower and must order the part ourself!

Joe is not welcome in my house again!
