I had a leaky main water line. I called Shamrock Plumbing and although very busy they were able to squeeze me in the next morning.  Patrick Feely showed up with two of his plumbers. We discussed the problem and Patrick gave his plumbers instructions and they went to work to bypass the leak and get the water to my house restored. Although it was cold and misting rain they never slowed down. It is very unusual for me to recommend a service or business but I won't hesitate to recommend Shamrock Plumbing.

What a tremendous experience we just had with Quest!  

A month or so ago, we had another plumbing company out to the house for what we thought was an emergency. Before we knew it, they quoted us $20k to fix our issues. Quest was our second opinion.

I cannot say enough about our experience. Brylee (hope I spelled that right) came out; he was extremely nice and easy to deal with/talk to. Together, after I explained everything I knew and was told, we worked together to form a game plan to tackle the problems.

Imagine that! Actually being involved with decisions regarding your own home!

Brylee took a TON of time with us, walked us through every aspect of what he encountered/saw with the pipes under the house, and left us feeling fully informed and comfortable.

I cannot say enough about the job Quest (and Brylee) did at our home!

This company is honest, dependable and reasonable.  They have worked at my houses several times.  They always show up and get the job done.  They were especially great after this last terrible ice storm.  I highly recommend them.

Rueben has been my plumber for 16 years. Except for being way too busy during Covid and the big freeze, he is always quick, friendly, knowledgeable and economical. You will not be disappointed.

H&S Backflow is incredibly responsive and efficient. Mike came out diagnosed the problem and was able to repair my pool backflow issue the very next day. Will definitely be using them again for any of my future needs!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND:

Had a kitchen faucet replaced (I suppled the faucet- he was cool with that). Plumber also replaced two cutoff valves-one that needed to be replaced right now and one the plumber recommended since it was old. ( He gave me a choice about whether to do second valve ) . Price was fair, comparable to other quotes. Gave me a discount on installing the new valves since it was an add-on.

Very fast next day morning service, prompt arrival at appt. time. Worked neatly (minimal spillage ) and cleaned and dried under the sink thoroughly after the job was finished.

Great job all the way around.

I've dealt with a lot of contractors during my 71 years but never any contractors better than Randy and Daniel with ET's Plumbing & Rooter. They installed a toilet for us and were very polite, clean and professional. Ron & Shirley C.

Frantic with a $9K city water bill I called these folks.  They were late.  Finally, I saw their truck and went outside to investigate.  They were working on our neighbor's water system!  That should have been my first clue!

They did find a break in the irrigation.  After 2 tries (jackhammer needed), Domingo did fix it ($1,560.00).   Still leaking, I asked them to come back.  Over the course of trying to resolve this problem I learned it takes TWO people to operate the sonar etc.  They sent ONE person and after poking around for an hour or so....he said, the leaking pipes are too deep for me to determine where the leak is.....  So, THE ORIGINAL LEAK SPECIALiSTS left me with a continuing leak of 3-4 gallons per HOUR and charged $575 for the service,  Nice guys..... Just not sure they have the equipment or know how to solve leak problems.  Irrigation and pool are off.  Still leaking.  Roto Rooter uses cameras.....I'm hoping they are on top of it!

Update:  We have had them out several times again since my initial review, and they have done a good job on everything for us.  They have been quick to come out when needed, and have worked hard to give us what we wanted.  Travis in particular, has been very good.

They have disappointed me yet again. This time it's the HVAC department. Called at 7:40am. Was told they'd check the schedule and get back with me. It was almost 12 and hadn't heard a word. Called to get an I date and was told I could pay $130 for after hours service or it would be next week before they could get someone out. Why was that not told to me at 7:40am. Why did I have to follow up? My house is 85 degrees right now. I could spent the last 4 hours finding another repair company. This time I will not delete my review. I don't care what manager calls me about it.

They are great! Fixed a broken bed frame, replaced a ceiling fan,  balanced another ceiling fan, and fixed a blocked lightbulb socket in our oven hood!!! I will definitely call them again!!!

Highly recommended. Clinton has gone the extra mile to do the complete job.

Don't ever use this company they installed my water heater completely backwards. Hot to cold cold to hot. Almost ruined my water heater.

This is a no-name tiny company. But I'd like to bring it to your attention for their dishonesty and terrible customer service.
In the last week of May 2016, our home warranty company assigned the plumbing work in our house to this company. This company made three visits and didn't get anything done.
In the first, they said they needed to call our home warranty company and then didn't come back for the service.
In the second day, they lied to our home warranty company that they stopped by in the evening but didn't.
In the third visit, they lied to the home warranty company again that we yelled to the work and therefore they did not want to take the project.
To save your time and money, don't use this dishonest company that is totally not trustworthy.

This guy had his assistant work a total of 1 hour 10 minutes and charged me for 2.5 hours at $87.50 per hour ONLY for the labor.  When I asked about the charges he said that he is master plumber not a handyman that is why he charged that much. He said that even though they didn't work the full 2.5 hours he was charging for driving from his office which is 10 minutes from my house.  So according to him it took them 2.5 hours just to change the washers and seats from the shower handles.  You want to hire this guy?  go ahead, his number is up there.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Some female said they'd be able to service our home the next day... the next day comes & she says they'd have to reschedule for the next day.... well that day comes & this dumb braud has the nerve to say they don't service our area (5 miles away).... my 3 kids went w/out water way longer than need be thanks to this company who asked for our address the day we set the apt up & never said they didn't service our area but proceeded to make an apt
