Ryan from Quest came out to check out the gas line to my gas fireplace. Ended up not being a gas line problem, but Ryan pointed out the features of my fireplace and the things I needed to do to operate it effectively. Assured me there were no issues with my gas line, which was a relief. Very professional. Fair price for service call. I would not hesitate to call Ryan at Quest again!

I purchased a water softener from them.  They offered an extremely competitive price and the unit in stock.  Less than 4 days after I ordered it was installed and running in less than 8 hours.
Great service and very honest. My invoice was $500 less than quote.   Walker did not use all the components quoted, so he credited them on invoice. Not many companies would do that.

George came out troubeshoot a leak in one of the zones in my irrigation system.  He located the problem quickly and in addition found another area that was leaking as well.  He fixed both quickly and the cost was very reasonable.  I also mentioned that my controller schedule needed re-programming and he took care of that at no charge.  Overall an extremely positive experience and I would not hesitate to recommend George and Diamond Irrigation.  He will definitely be my go to guy in the future!

H&S Backflow is incredibly responsive and efficient. Mike came out diagnosed the problem and was able to repair my pool backflow issue the very next day. Will definitely be using them again for any of my future needs!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND:

Had a kitchen faucet replaced (I suppled the faucet- he was cool with that). Plumber also replaced two cutoff valves-one that needed to be replaced right now and one the plumber recommended since it was old. ( He gave me a choice about whether to do second valve ) . Price was fair, comparable to other quotes. Gave me a discount on installing the new valves since it was an add-on.

Very fast next day morning service, prompt arrival at appt. time. Worked neatly (minimal spillage ) and cleaned and dried under the sink thoroughly after the job was finished.

I had them do $2000 leak detection for my clients pool, they missed the leak and supervisor Sean told me they were not interested in helping me further. WOW, never been more dismissed. Go elsewhere, he told us to so I will.

Tietze Plumbing Inc really came to our rescue! The dispatchers were quick and efficient. We had our hot water heater go out! Walker and Travis brought pure professionalism, knowledge, skill and excellent communication to help get our water heater replaced as it had already had the temp controls replaced previously and was 14 yrs old so was ready to be replaced. All of my questions were answered and different options were fully explained! Extreme respect was shown such as always wearing their facemasks and cleaning up thoroughly afterward. I highly recommend this family owned and operated business, which we like to support. Great service and we had hot water same day. We will definitely utilize them for any future plumbing needs!!

I should have read Yelp before calling these people.  I needed to have a pump replaced on a swimming pool and originally I went by their shop and was quoted around $300.  When the pump suddenly failed, I was on my way out of town but needed to have it done.   When I called them back to schedule I was told that it was $300 for the pump and around $100-$150 for installation.  While not pleased I went ahead and scheduled it.   When I returned from out of town I had received a bill for $525!  The office manager explained that they had problems removing the 4 bolts that held the pump in place so they were charging me for the extra time.  I expected that if you were paid over $100/hour you should be able to remove 4 bolts in 1 hour.  While I left messages for the manager to call me back to discuss the overcharge, they will not return my calls.  

There are plenty of other more reputable service providers available in Austin, don't waste your time with these people.

Installed 2 light fixtures for me and were fast, responsive and reasonably priced.  I would definitely recommend.

Don't ever use this company they installed my water heater completely backwards. Hot to cold cold to hot. Almost ruined my water heater.

We were connected to Champion Plumbing through our home warranty company. They set up two appointments with us and no showed both of them, even after we called and confirmed that they were coming. This is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. We asked to be switched to another provider as we had to miss work and leave work early to be at our home for the two appointments and they never showed up or called to reschedule.

Edit: 9/27/16 at 9:17pm Just received a call from a technician that they are coming out now.

This guy had his assistant work a total of 1 hour 10 minutes and charged me for 2.5 hours at $87.50 per hour ONLY for the labor.  When I asked about the charges he said that he is master plumber not a handyman that is why he charged that much. He said that even though they didn't work the full 2.5 hours he was charging for driving from his office which is 10 minutes from my house.  So according to him it took them 2.5 hours just to change the washers and seats from the shower handles.  You want to hire this guy?  go ahead, his number is up there.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Some female said they'd be able to service our home the next day... the next day comes & she says they'd have to reschedule for the next day.... well that day comes & this dumb braud has the nerve to say they don't service our area (5 miles away).... my 3 kids went w/out water way longer than need be thanks to this company who asked for our address the day we set the apt up & never said they didn't service our area but proceeded to make an apt
