ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER
Noe chose to work in this industry after visiting many 3rd world countries in his early 20s. He gained an appreciation for the American plumbing system that we all take for granted. No one realizes how important plumbing is until something goes wrong or the infrastructure doesn't exists. After undergraduate and playing football at the collegiate level on a full scholarship, he moved to Houston to work for one of the largest nationwide plumbing companies that still exists today. He quickly became their top plumber and learned a tremendous amount. His father, also known as Noe, was a plumber by trade and a businessman. Noe believes his path in business and life was paved long before he made the conscious choice. He's happy today to still be able to serve customers everyday, and help them solve plumbing issues.
Noe runs the business with his daughter, Sarah, who brings more than 15 years of experience in organizational development and financial management to the business.

I have had alright experiences with other plumbers but these are definitely the nicest and most helpful plumbers. They are very knowledgeable about what they are doing and make sure your problem gets fixed.
I had Adolph work on my bathtub and and he fixed the problem in a timely manner. He was also very good at explaining what was going on with everything and very thorough, making sure there wasn't any other underlying problems that previous plumbers ignored.
Very nice and professional plumbing service, will be using them again.
If I could leave 0 stars I would! Shoddy work done in my bathroom! We paid an arm and a leg for empty toilet paper rolls to hold our sink after they changed out a VERY cheap faucet. Shower knobs are leaking and our shower head sprays up at the ceiling now! Do NOT use this company.

3/9, 2022. Don't ..Disappointed with Ajax Plumbing, They were eagar to come right out and do a static test and they comfirmed I had a leak. I could never get an estimate for a repair. They charged an outrageous price of 450.00 for something called a static test, they said determined I had a leak, but that's it.. They didn't say where the leak was or give me an estimate of cost for a repair. Beware of who you hire.
I wish I would have read more reviews. Never again!!
I think they might only do simple jobs and charge a lot of money.

Buyer beware... Toby from Ajax's charged my wife 750 dollars to snake out the sewage drain and change out cheap toilet parts, used the wrong equipment for both. Taking complete advantage of our emergency situation while other plumber companies were not taking calls. The following day it was clogged again and had to be called back, this time William (different Ajax's plumber) came out, cleared the clog and ran a camera to insure it was clear. He didn't charge because he said we got over charged and spoke to the owner. ... now same issue and they have blown us off four times now ... even says on the receipt 30 day warranty... you've been warned.
If I could I would rate this company a negative! This company has absolute horrible customer service! They installed a vanity sink in our half bathroom in August 2021 the person who did the job did not use the correct fitting double extension tublar to connect the pipes. Over time since that isn't a main bathroom we use a leak began. We had another company come out to look at it and fix it. I contacted the Ajax company the next day yes it has been an year but the plumber explained they had a year warranty on their work. I called the gentleman that answered the phone was extremely rude I don't tolerate rudeness I hung up. Decided to call back because you don't treat people like that sane gentlemen answered and explained to him I would like to speak to someone else he goes on to tell me well I'm not going to let you bad mouth us to other companies which I never said anything about the work. He then transferred me to the owner of the company after I explained the situation to the gentlemen not one single apology for his employees behavior no sorry how can we fix the situation nothing just ok thanks bye. Save your money and go somewhere else somewhere where they treat their customers with respect apparently in this this establishment it's ok for employees to get defensive and disrespectful with customers. I would never recommend this business to anyone instead take your business to Beyer boys plumbing!

These guys have the worse customer service even on the phone they're jerks. Wasn't done talking to them and they hung up on me. I'll never use this business again and don't recommend. They obviously don't need the business.
Ajax Plumbing Service and Supply is an extremely professional amazing plumbing service provider. They are more reasonably priced than many other plumbing service providers that I received estimates from. They came out and gave me an estimate, and did not charge. They returned, fixed, and replaced my bathtub faucet. They did an excellent job. At the same time, they replaced my outside front hose bibb. Later they inspected and drained my hot water heater for an extremely reasonable price. These people are honest, professional, and I trust them. That is saying a lot coming from an experienced cynic. I highly recommend this business without any reservations.
I have used Ajax plumbing on several occasions. Each time, I have been very please with the service and the professionalism of the technician that shows up at the house.

The owner is very knowledgeable and offers high customer service. I guarantee you won't find the level of service and dedication at any of the big home improvement stores that you will will find at Ajax plumbing. Do yourself a favor and visit this mom and pop shop. Aside from finding the specialty piping I was looking for, I got a cool mini history lesson on San Antonio.

Was not satisfied with service. Came out to fix water pressure in tub faucet. Charged $200 and nothing improved. Wasted money. Would not hire again.
Have used them times. Always professional, and does a great job.
Prices are very reasonable, and will work with you on payments if necessary.
Have had a large job done, two small ones, and a new sink with fixtures and plumbing. I am very pleased with all the work they have done. I will continue to use them when I need plumbing work done.
AmaInf service by Adolph, plumber and staff who set up appointment. Our entire line was clogged and we had three separate issues that were all fixed and less than an hour with professional and friendly service.
Arrived a little later than expected, but installed our new water heater promptly and professionally. Better price than another online estimate. Masks worn and safe distancing observed.
Have hired Ajax before with pleasant techs and reasonable prices--until now. Tech John H tried to overcharge(& not very personable either). He did not get a signed estimate to approve price and was only a 30-minute job--he hinted it would be a big job? We talked him down to a lower price but still seemed unreasonable. I paid price and called owner to state dissatisfaction--was just sent a $75 Refund Check.
Ajax has been in business for YEARS. The building is a familiar face on W. Commerce. The sign is original and takes me back to the old days when I see it. I have used their services for many years. This past Wednesday, they came out to unclog my kitchen drain. Their initial response didn't sound too good. Sounded like a lot of work, and a lot of money. They weren't satisfied with that so they continued to try other things. Sure enough, they were able to determine exactly where the clog was and clear it out. Whew!! Thank goodness for their persistence. My bill was WAY under what I was expecting.
I'm going to continue calling them if any other issues arise. Oh, yeah. I called Wednesday morning and they were there by noon.

They did a fantastic job and were very professional! They came to my house promptly after I first called them, discussed the various options to address my issue, and completed the job quickly and efficiently.
Nombre Shut Up!! Almost 3 weeks of looking for a certain part I was able to find it at this little hidden place... I walked in not really expecting to find a Moen shower lever that was backed stocked on amazon and would take 4-6 weeks to deliver. Lowe's and Home Depot of coarse didn't carry it and I would have to special order it.... But with all that was against me I asked the guys there and with in a few minutes they returned with the exact part that I had been looking for! My reaction was Nombre Shut Up!!! I was excited to see that they pulled that lever out!!
Thank you guys for making my day and thank you for all of years of service you have had here in SA... may you have many more to come. Great Job!!
The other day I need some plumbing parts...I started to go through my business cards...ran into the card my Daddy gave me 30 years ago when I need a plumbing part that I could not find any where. He took me to Ajax Plumbing Supply Company at 4511 W. Commerce St., San Antonio, TX 78237 & I met Noe Salinas who greeted my Daddy. When we were walking out my Daddy gave me the card...my Daddy passed on October 2017. When I need a plumber I know where to go, Daddy said they know plumbing, they are reasonable & they do not cheat you! I love that this an established business...going strong.

Gordy at Ajax Plumbing is great! Our pilot on our water heater blew yesterday and we really didn't want to pay $350 for a plumber to replace a $30 part. First, we tried Ferguson Plumbing (our usual go to stop for parts). Unfortunately, they would only sell the entire unit (kit) for $240, not just the simple pilot. I called Ajax and Gordy hooked me up! He had the part! My husband and I drove a bit to get it but well worth it... Gordy even helped us put the piece on our wiring kit and made it simple for my hubs to install it in the water heater (sorry plumbers if I'm using the incorrect lingo).
I have had three different plumbers to fix my Moen faucet. They all told me they needed Moen parts and would return. No one returned. I called Ajax Plumbing (advice from Home Advisor) and they sent out Adolph. He fixed the Faucet in ten minutes and he also had the parts on his truck. The next time I have a plumbing problem I will call Ajax. They are the fastest and best trained!!! The price was also reasonable.

Tommy and Adolph arrived on time, were courteous and professional, and the job got done smoothly. Tommy gave me pricing for some other work we want done. He gave me options and gave me drawings that clearly showed how the job would go. Prices are very reasonable. I can recommend them without question.
Went here yesterday in desperation after Home Depot and Lowe's didn't have the right size of shower drain cover I was looking to replace. This tiny shop is an Aladdin's Cave of plumbing parts and the guy behind the counter was determined that I wouldn't leave empty handed. He went out of his way to help me find just the right thing. Thank you so much. The shiny new chrome drain cover looks amazing and it was well worth the drive from north San Antonio to discover this neighborhood gem of a business. And, if you're looking to replace your hot water heater, they apparently have better prices and better quality units than any of the big box stores.

HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!! Bought parts to repair a drain and cartridge and inquired about returns- was told no problem. Asked for a receipt which consisted of the total i paid and a phone number. Cartridge did not fit and when we went to return in- the owner berated and insulted us stating we had no idea what we we were doing; that it was not a try it out store and that he could not stay in business if he took returns. Reminded him that he TOLD us a return was no problem and provided the receipt. He opened the register, checked the till the got out his wallet to hand us back our refund. Most unprofessional, awful place of business- BUYER BEWARE!!
Needed some fittings for a college lab. They were very helpful and the prices were great. I was very happy with my trip to Ajax.

This place is a piece of shit, they are rude as hell on the phone horrible customer service when you get there, basically waiting till the end of time for help. They arrive ignorantly late to the appoint time they only want to work with and their job looks like something you paid a friend to do if he watched a youtube video 5 minutes ago on how to do it. Do not waste your money, life and time with these guys worst place other. You might even catch something from how unprofessional they look.

I am so happy I found this place. I bought an older home and trying to find the correct fittings for my gas outlet for my stove had been awful. Two different Lowe's and Home Depot visits were a complete waste of time and money. No one at the big box stores knew about gas plumbing; if you were even lucky to find someone. I spend the entire week on Google and back and forth to the stores trying to find a way to connect my stove. I found this little shop by my house thanks to Siri, and I am so glad I did. There was a kind and knowledgeable gentleman whom handed me the correct parts I needed at a great price. Gave me tips on connecting the pipe fittings. My stove is now connected and working like a charm. I am grateful for this little shop and highly recommend.
