Fast Flow Plumbing & Drain

I am absolutely thrilled with the service from Fast Flow Plumbing and Drain. We had our foundation leveled which shattered a sewer pipe. They came out quickly, gave us a very reasonable estimate, and completed the work in just a few days - it was actually repaired before any other company could even get out to give us an estimate. Cori was great. Very communicative and honest about what needed to happen to get the break fixed. He even stuck around late to finish up the tests we needed to show we passed the post test. I will definitely be calling them in the future if we have anything else happen.

I simply needed my outdated shower and tub fixtures replaced. The plumber pulled some random parts off of his truck and Frankenstiened it becuz the valve needed to be replaced and I guess he didn't want to do that. The handle he put on the existing worked but did not fit (see pic). The handle was wobbley and stuck out 3-4
From the plate. He charged me over $650 for this. When asked to come fix it they wanted to charge me an additional $1500. This was a young company I wanted to give an opportunity for business. I called my usual established company and they came out and made it right  for $220.

I have to say a HUGE thank you to Fast Flow Plumbing and sorry for my idiot home builder that made what should have been a simple job - an almost 5 hour process!

We had a leak in our bath faucet that would not stop running and water was pooling on the bath  edge . With it getting worse and an ice storm on the way, we knew we needed to get it addressed so they were able to come out same  day only to discover that the builder had left no access point to the faucets so only way in was through the cupboard wall in front of the bath and the faucet was grouted or stuccoed in place!!  The pieces needed to be replaced only there was little inventory anywhere - they found an almost identical set and made a dash out to get it before the store closed - and were able to get it all repaired.

We also had a leak in our shower wall and they used a camera to assure us it was dry behind the shower and we had a small grout leak so at least that was one less project.

Anthony and Josh were so nice, so helpful and so patient with our crazy bathroom set up!

Can't speak to their plumbing work, but can speak to their ethics.  I recently moved into a new home. My issue was that no hot water was producing. After scheduling they called me the morning of to get more details before sending out tech. In the conversation it was determined the issue may have had to do with propane tank. Decided to hold off and have the r propane people out first. I really appreciated them looking out for me prior to spending the money for a service call. Ended up being a propane issue and money saved!

On Christmas Eve, I had an outside pipe that cracked. They were notified by my condo HOA and were out in less than two hours. The actual repair took twenty minutes. They were great!  Thanks so much to Jacob Northam and his assistant, Jacob!

So two stars because they did show up although a bit late and got me on the schedule quickly. ANY COMPANY THAT WILL CHARGE YOU A FEE TO  GIVE YOU A PRICE FOR SOMETHING AS EASY AS A KITCHEN SINK CLOG WILL OVERCHARGE YOU. Let me say that again for the people in the back COMPANIES THAT WILL CHARGE YOU $89 JUST TO COME SAY IT WILL BE $250 for a simple kitchen clog is NOT WORTHY OF YOUR BUSINESS!!!! Let that be a HUGE red flag. These folks were recommended from someone at work, and I was disappointed. I'll stick with Connolly, they came out about 30 mins after these guys left and unclogged it for $169. They were also upfront about pricing before WASTING my time and did an amazing job in about 5 mins.
Let me clarify, they said they needed to look at the job before pricing. By looking at the job they walked to my septic lid ( not sure why, it's the kitchen sink) walked back to me and told me $250 for a simple clogged drain. I cannot imagine having a real problem. Yikes! Please avoid unless you love overpaying plumbers!

We had an emergency situation on a Saturday and they were the only ones to answer the phone, listen to the situation and provide quick/accurate advice. They even called back later to make sure our problem had been resolved. Top notch service!!! Thank you to Anthony and team!!!

Fast flow is great. From the owner on down. I need my water heaters flushed and a fairly complex non-salt based water softener installed. On top of that I my home has fairly unique plumbing. So they had to hand built and fit everything. Their work is excellent and very quick to respond.

Fast Flow Plumbing was great - they were able to get me on the books very quickly for a leak at my kitchen sink shut off and got everything taken care of quickly an efficiently. They were able to answer all of my questions and even replaced a hose and reinstalled the faucet for me.  I would recommend them and will use them again!

I also used them a few months ago to do a camera line inspection of a house I had under contract - their rates were reasonable and they were able to go in through the roof vent since there was no clean out.

Unfortunately, I'm going to have to knock down my rating to a 1 star. Although the employees who serviced me were great, after contacting the owner afterward (or one of the owners) to get more information... he said he would call me back the following Monday and never did.

I then tried to contact him a week later, and three days from that, and was given the silent treatment. Even if he didn't want to help me out or couldn't, he should say so and why and not just ignore my requests. Bad customer service at the management level, I no longer recommend them.

I needed a bath drain moved and Jacob came and cut through my concrete and got everything set up so I could upgrade from a shower stall to a two-person tub. Fabulous work and FAST.

After their arrival, the evaluated the problem gave me a quote, after I agreed, they went to work, they were quick, clean, and fast. Yes FAST as in fast flow. Thank you guys.

They were fabulous and fast! They came to our aid in response to the 2021 winter storm that left our home without water. We got into the queues for a plumber late because we had breaks in lines associated with our water well so the breakage wasn't found until those were fixed.
Fast Flow called us back within minutes of leaving a message about our situation and was the first company to get to us. A team of 5 arrived to restore our water. They were patient (insurance questions), courteous and fast. They had water flowing into our house within 2 hours having replaced 76 feet of pipe!
We couldn't be more appreciative and will be using them for any plumbing needs in our future.

These guys were informative, courteous and willing to explain things as in-depth as we wanted. Our service date was executed quickly with details on the equipment and a promise to return if we ever needed them to (free of charge). You simply can't beat that type of warranty. Just would like to say Derrick at Fast flow plumbing was very helpful at midnight when no one else would answer our call due to our water heater hissing and leaking water. Walked me through a few steps and made sure my family was safe with easy to follow directions. Showed up at 9am and did exceptional work and got our water heater and toilet back on track. Five stars to Fast Flow and Derrick! Thank you and will be using them again 100%

I cannot brag about this company enough!! Anthony came over and saved Christmas!!! I had been trying to fix my toliet for 3 days and could not use out bathroom and I really didn't think I could afford a plumber.  Anthony came as soon as I called and treated me like family.  Anthony explained everything thing in the deepest detail so that even I a single mom could understand.  I knew I was in the right hands!! When he told me how much it would cost to fix everything I couldn't believe how cheap it was!!! I couldn't thank him enough!! I want to thank Jacob, who saved me $$ and time, and also did wonderful things for my self confidence as a craftsman.
So, I am an aspiring handyman whose ambition at times outruns my ability.
I wanted to install a recirculating pump to save water, as it used to take a long time to get hot water at our master bathroom shower and sinks. I carefully followed all directions in the water heater owner's manual and the pump, and was able to eventually install the pump so it looks like in the pictures (albeit after many grunts, groans, lots of sweating, and mild cursing). It seems the older I get the less able I am to work under my sink!
Next, I went back to the water heater to turn it on. I again followed all the instructions on the owner's manual, but the pilot light wouldn't light. I tried it several times, and had give up hope of getting it lit without replacing parts. I even looked at videos on how to replace the igniter. Not too terribly difficult, but I've been there before. I'm superb at taking things apart, but not so good at putting them back together.
I finally decided I needed professional help, and looked on Yelp. Immediately, I got a response from Jacob, who talked me thru the procedure, verifying I had done everything right. It was tough, as we had a bad connection, and he was in the middle of a job. He offered to call me right back; while waiting, I went back to my heater, but kept the lights off so I could see the inside the igniter window. This time, I was able to see the spark, and even got the pilot to light briefly, though it shut off again. Right about then, Jacob got back to me, and helped me troubleshoot.
We went through the steps together, and this time the pilot stayed lit, and when I turned the thermostat on the heater, we got the big flame and whoosh, and not it's working just fine.
Thank you Jacob. You helped me repair my water heater from miles away, avoiding a trouble call from you (and $$), and avoided me trying to replace a part that was working just fine. In today's world, where so often people are less than honest, it's refreshing to find someone like you. Thank you.

These guys are great! They fixed our food disposal and did a thorough job, explaining along the way what needed to be done and how to prevent future issues. So when my parents' water line was leaking underground in the front yard, we knew who to call. Matthew and Triston assessed the issue quickly and told us up front how much it would cost. They did not make a big deal about it or tried to inflate the price. Instead, they said we can get this done in 45 minutes. They got to work right away and completed all work in less time than projected. They even gave my parents a senior discount. Very professional and great communications skills. They also wore masks to prevent the spread of COVID-19. We appreciated that. We highly recommend them.

Great business. Pleasant but professional, competitive prices. We had a drain that was stopping up and they came the same day that I called them. They kept me posted about the time they would arrive. Finished the diagnostics and diagnosed the problem accurately and quickly. Don't hesitate to use them!

This company has really set the bar for quality and service! Anthony came out today to relocate a gas connection for a stove and check out a water heater. He was able to get the work completed quickly and efficiently and provided instructions on how to fix our water heater issue. I highly recommend these folks and will certainly use them again for future plumbing needs!

If you want quality work done and awesome customer service these are your guys. They replaced my old water softener system and added a whole house water filter. They were the 3rd company I called and Jacob came over quickly and Jacob made the service call easy and effortless on my part.
