Ray Ross Plumbing and Heating ....I can't say enough good things about this business.  My father was a Master Plumber, since he passed away, it is difficult for me to find quality workmanship, to which I was accustomed.

I've rarely used plumbing services and it always scares me that there's going to be a massive price tag on it.  There were no worries or surprises with this company.  They came out twice for 2 different jobs, easy to schedule, kept me in the loop, gave me estimates and stayed true to the cost and made me feel comfortable with what was going on.  They were efficient and came with masks (due to the state order).  I would highly recommend using them!

Made an appointment for a visit six weeks out.  Sept 29th Ray came out to visit and see the job.  Told us an estimate would follow.  Seemed thorough and genuinely interested in the job.  Today is December 20, 2020. Three phone calls later asking for an estimate and nothing.  Based on that alone I would never recommend his services.  If he didn't want the job he could have said so and we wouldn't have been insulted.  Sorry Ray we tried while you did not.

After being unable to find any decent rated plumbers in the area, I found Ray on Google. I called the office and explained to the receptionist what the issue was and she was super helpful. She mentioned that due to the somewhat complex nature of my call, she'll send me the owner so he diagnose the issue himself. Ray arrived on time on his appointment time and he was thorough, friendly, and knew what he was talking about. Not only was he able to identify the issue right away, he fixed it immediately as well. 5 stars.

Good plumbers are hard to come by.  I know this because the one I hired a couple months ago just did a short-term fix to the leaky water valve behind my refrigerator.  It was about 2:00 in the afternoon, and we were selling our house the next morning.  When we detached the water line, it started leaking everywhere and we needed it fixed NOW.  I called Ray Ross and they were there in literally 20 minutes to replace the valve.  From total panic to sigh of relief in less than an hour.  I'll take that every day of the week and even the price was right.

What a wonderful company. I had what I considered a plumbing emergency this morning. I called Ray Ross and they had someone out to my house within an hour. From the phone call to the service, everyone was so very helpful and friendly. The woman in the office (sorry I can't remember her name) was extra helpful and went out of her way to get me the help I needed.

My parents lost their heat late one night so we called Rays emergency line and he was out within hours. We highly recommend This company as they are reasonable and reliable.

We moved into our first home this weekend and realized the garbage disposal was broken. As new homeowners, we were already overwhelmed but they fit us into their schedule quickly and were very kind on the phone. Ray was also extremely helpful when he came to install the new garbage disposal and explained everything he was doing, the reason behind it, etc. I'm glad we found someone we can trust so early on. In June I was discharged after 5 days in the hospital. Arrived home to find no hot water and a flooded basement. Recently widowed, weak and worried from hospitalization, I was truly at the end of my rope. I found Ray Ross on Yelp and called after 8pm so they would get my message first thing the next morning. By 8:30 that evening, Ray himself was at my door!  He brought calm, compassion and kindness in addition to hot water that night.

Needed a last-minute electric to gas line conversion done for the range at our new house. Showed up on time, gave a great price and told us they could come back in an hour to get it done. Guess what? They got it done quickly and efficiently while my girlfriend and I tended to some other projects. They even spotted a potential problem and provided a fix at no additional cost. World-class customer service and communication from this company. Never got the feeling that they were untrustworthy which is sometimes how I feel with other companies/contractors. In fact, Sean and his partner were honest and made the experience hassle-free. We will definitely use them again.

These guys are awesome.  I am not a do-it-yourselfer but I tried to repair a toilet that wouldn't fill...easy stuff right.  I messed it up, had leaks in two spots.  Called these guys on a Sunday evening, dinnertime.  They had me send a pic and told me how to fix....saved me $150 easy.  Nice guys.  Honest.  Call them...trust me.

The job was routine which was to install a new shower faucet with drain and handles in a dark color, different from the original color.  it took almost a month to finally do the job and then Tim forgot to add a couple of parts when completing the shower faucet which they charged an extra 85 dollars in labor and 75 for parts.  Overall not happy to pay for extra labor when the job should have been completed the first time out!  Instead the company billed me again for parts and labor as I paid for there mistakes and time!

Recently moved to the area and needed a drain line installed for my washer and a water line installed on my ice maker. Ray came out and gave a very competitive estimate compared to other companies in the area. Their office worked with my schedule to set up a date and time for an install. Tim and Jake came to do the installs and were very professional about the entire process. They explained how they were going to do the install. They had the water of for minimal time. They cleaned everything up when they were finished. And they even took the extra time to help level the washer so it wouldn't jump around when it was running. I definitely recommend their services to anyone needing plumbing work done. I will be using them again in the future if the need ever arises.

Had Tim out from Ray Ross yesterday to update and replace some plumbing in our laundry area. Tim did a great job explaining what would be done, was clean and efficient and completed the work to our satisfaction.

Quality work on par with Horizon who we have used in the past, at a much lower price!

Ray and his team are the best of the best.  He has helped me out on several occasions.  His pricing is fair, he and his team are polite, he responds quickly and communicates well.

We all need a great doctor, auto mechanic, and plumber. I had the first two and have finally found the third. Ray Ross and team could not have been more knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. They were here within a few hours of my desperate call. They had everything they needed to finish the job quickly. They cleaned up and took the time to explain their steps and educate me on the workings of my new water heater.  The quoted price was the final price. AND they took a few minutes to fix an unrelated hose on my air conditioner - at no charge.

Called Ray's team for fixing a main line sewer block which was not draining the water. They showed up on time and used the snake to clear out roots which were clogging the drain. However, due to the amount of roots which had infested the sewer line, they were not able to proceed further. Another company came in and was able to clear the line using the jetting technology.
Ray didn't charge me for the work they did initially for snaking the line since they felt that another company was able to do what they couldn't. I am very impressed by their work ethic and professionalism. Will certainly recommend for other plumbing needs in the future.

I just used this company for the first time to repair a damaged refrigerator water line and install a hot water heater.  From my first impression with the lady on the phone (she was able to move things around and fit me in on the same day I called for water line) and was very kind and responsive in providing updates on when the plumber was to arrive.  I initially called to replace a damaged refrigerator water line.  I wish I remembered everyone's names because they all deserve a shout out, but the first guy came down to shut off the main water line and asked me if I noticed that my hot water heater was starting to leak (low and behold it was).   So he saved me a disaster before it happened (THANK YOU).  He didn't have time to replace it that day and it wasn't an emergency yet, but I scheduled them to come back out today.  Tim and Steve came exactly at the time promised first thing this AM (and I mean exactly!!) and replaced the water heater quickly and courteously.  Customer service at this company is top notch and their prices are very reasonable too considering how expensive emergency plumbing services can be.  I will definitely call this company again if I ever need plumbing services  in the future. We had Ray Ross install a water softener system in our home.  We decided to go with Ray, mostly after reading many of the reviews online.  The entire operation is first rate.  After our initial call, Ray came out for an on site survey to determine our needs and give us an estimate for the job.  We felt that Ray was extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy and went through a very detailed walk through of what the job would entail. On the day of the job, Ray and his assistant promptly arrived and completed the installation with little or no inconvenience to our family.  Overall, it was a great experience and we will definitely look to Ray Ross for future projects. If you want the job done correctly the first time with fair pricing, Ray Ross is your team!

Ray personally came out the day after I called to fix a leak under my kitchen sink.  He said he likes to personally come out when he can for first time customers.  He was on time, replaced some of the pipe, fixed the problem, for a reasonable price, and was done in about 20 minutes.  Very personable, reasonable, and fair.  I will definitely call Ray next time there's a problem!

Worked with Ray for many years. He's very nice and does good work, IF and WHEN he shows up. That said he's grown too fast and no longer returns calls, or responds to voice mails or texts. It's a shame because he's very good at what he does...But that doesn't help you if you're in a jam!

I cannot say enough good things about this company and their employees.  Calls were returned  when promised and individuals arrived when scheduled.   They were extremely efficient, worked steadily, and did an excellent job.  Hats off to Andrew and Tim who did the work --  they were professional and friendly.  In this day and age when you can't be too sure of who is coming into your home, it is reassuring to know that the high caliber of these two gentlemen  made me feel extremely comfortable.   I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a reliable plumbing company, and would give more than a five star rating if possible.

I was very impressed with the price, quality and professionalism of Ray Ross Plumbing.  They were very careful with my personal belongings (that were in the way) and cleaned up before they left.  They also did extra repairs that they were not asked to do and did not have to.  After they left, I thought my heat was not working and left a message.  Rather than calling me back, they drove back to my house to make sure my heat was working and to address any questions.  By the time they arrived, my hear started working and I felt bad that they drove back.  I will definitely use them again.  Highly recommend and I am very picky.  Thanks Ray and team!

Ray just left after repairing our bathroom faucet. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and resolved our issue very quickly. Even better, he was able to come out on the same day we reached out to him. His pricing was more than fair and everything worked out great. I would highly recommend him if you have any plumbing needs. I will certainly be calling him again for any plumbing needs in the future.

We had no hot water upstairs randomly at 11:00 at night in the middle of the work week. We got a hold of Ray early the next morning and he agreed to squeeze us into his schedule. He came in the afternoon so that I could at least work half a day, and was very professional the whole time. I have a small, hyper dog with an unfortunate,  snarly bark that he greets strangers with. Ray let him stay out and sniff him - all the dog really wants! Ray figured out the problem with my water and also gave me tips on things I could do to prevent future problems.  He was helpful and accommodating; I'm so glad we found him! I will definitely call again if we need a plumber!

Showed up one time patched a leak said he had to order parts. I call his office every week to see if I could get a update on what's going on. The nice lady that answers the phone says she ask Ray what's going on and get back to me. She sent me a few text never told me when Ray would come back and do the repairs. Over a month later had to tell his office forget about it and had to call a different plumber to do the repairs

We just moved here late last year and had some plumbing items to address in our new home.Ray came out for the estimate and wound up unclogging our sink at no charge.  He went over our list of items and guided us very honestly in discussing what were our best options for a water heater and some other kitchen appliances that needed work.  He gave a referral for a new heating system and where to get new laundry appliances.  Both referrals were terrific.  When he came back to complete our work he was on time and did a wonderful installation of our new water heater, kitchen faucet and water line for the refrigerator.  We thought we needed some other work done but instead of just trying to get extra work he told us it was fine and if we wanted it done he would do it but it did not need fixing now. Ray and Greg were super nice too and cleaned up the work space afterwards.  My husband and I heartily recommend them.

I had an urgent plumbing need on a Saturday evening at a rental property I own in Ardmore.   After calling my former plumber who wouldn't work on the off hours, I called Ray at the recommendation of my contractor.   Ray's guy showed up on time and completed the work perfectly.   His worker, Sean, was very friendly and knowledgable of his craft.   Despite it being a late Saturday call, his rates were reasonable.    He helped me out of a jam and I appreciated it.   I plan on using him again for future plumbing needs.

I broke the toilet Friday evening, called him, and he showed up early Saturday morning.  He also called me when he was on his way (as I requested).  His crew was friendly, professional, and  got the job done. I will definitely call him again for service.
