All Better Plumbing

I've had the pleasure of having Will and his team come out to do work on my house 3 times in the past year, twice to install new valves and fixtures, a Flo by Moen device, as well as install a new tankless water heater (which was a State that he recommended and works exceptionally well).

They do great work and I feel their pricing is more than fair considering the quality of work.  Renee in the office also does a great job of getting answers, coordinating parts, etc.  Highly recommend using them if you are in the Princeton area.

Had All Better Plumbing out for repairs on my Sump pump setup. Worked with Xavier who was friendly and efficient in taking care of my backup battery replacement and overall system check up.  I get an answer on the phone every time I've called them to schedule as well (no voicemail or computers).  Highly recommend.

I've had them out a few times over the past couple of years. Will is very good and reasonably priced. I just had a water heater start to leak (12 yrs old). He came out,checked it out. His guys were out the next morning and wer done in a couple of hours.

The work was fine but the price was very high for replacing a roman tub faucet - they charged way too much and Will's rationalization that he follows national averages - He is very high.  He is rude and did not want to discuss a reasonable rate for 2 1/2 hours work -

This is my go to plumbing company now, The first time I had the leak with the pipe for My wash machine, Jeff put new valves on it. And the second time my toilet seal break, and it was leaking to my downstairs ceiling. They fixed in 5 minuets. The guys were very efficient. I like the work they did.

Showed up on time. Did the work. Cleaned up. 5 stars.  Kudos to Xavier

Called and left a message with them over a week ago. They have yet to return my call. I understand that plumbers are busy, but they could at least call back.

* Update - I received a message from a person named Renee. She was apologetic and made sure that I was not overlooked on purpose. If I ever have another plumbing issue, I may give them a try.

My experience results in the lowest rating possible for All Better Plumbing.  Issue is high price that is not related in any way to time required for repair or part cost.  I have a Kohler toilet that needed a new tank seal and value.  Search google and found average price for parts in $25-$30 dollar range.  Time to install, less than 30min.  All Better asked for $300.  $300! I could buy a new toilet for that.  Shame on the owner (Will) for this unreasonable pricing.   Price gouging at its best.   They should have come yesterday, but got busy on another job.  I said, No problem to come the next day.  And this is how he treats his customers?   Hoping reviews like this will encourage Will to rethink his pricing.

Will is A+ in my book as a plumber. He was the only one to call me back and come to my house at 5pm on a Saturday nonetheless to hook up my stove which Lowe's refused to do. Also called him for potential water leaking situation
It had dried up by the time he came over so he said call me when it's leaking because I don't charge for nor fix anything that's not broken. Highly recommend!!!

All Better Plumbing lived up to its name.  I recently had a new counter top installed and was instructed to contact a plumber to connect the drain and faucet.

Now I pride myself with being able to figure out most problems around the house so I figured a trip or two to Home Depot and I'll be up and running in no time.

The faucet installation went well..  the drain installation, not so much.. The red flag for me was when I tried to turn my water back on the valves were leaking and that is when I threw in the towel.

I immediately logged into Yelp and kept my fingers crossed... All Better Plumbing was the first service I contacted based on their proximity and reviews.  I spoke to Rene and she was polite and understanding of my situation that I needed to get the faucet fixed that day if possible.  Instead of snickering like I anticipated she did the complete opposite and sent one of her trucks right over.

As a small business owner myself I can only imagine the behind the scenes juggle she may have had to do, but her truck showed up at my house at the time she promised with his sleeves rolled up ready to tackle my problem.

Needless to say we were back up and running in no time at all... I had running water within a half hour...  much better than the day and a half it probably would've taken me.  

Turns out the gentleman Rene sent over was her husband/owner and he was awesome.  Great guy who was willing to answer all my questions about our toilets and outside faucets, I'm looking forward to having them help us out with a couple of other issues.

Rene gave me an estimate over the phone as well as gave me assurance the price was the price.  I was happy to know they weren't price gauging me for a same day service

I felt the price was fair the service was top notch...  I only wish dealing with other service professionals went this well.

Bookmark this company... you never know when you're going to need a good... and honest plumber.

Will is someone who will ensure that your plumbing needs are met and will be in touch with you in case of an emergency, etc.

Overall 10/10, very satisfied and highly recommend to anyone else.

I actually originally called another plumbing company that I trust and have used in the past. They couldn't do the job same day and also originally misquoted the price. I found All Better Plumbing on Yelp.

Not only did they come same day...they came when they said they would come, though I didn't contact them until almost noon. Will and Miguel arrived, diagnosed the problem quickly, worked cleanly, and were a pleasure to deal with.

I am a person who utilizes reviews often...both to make decisions, and to leave feedback. All I have to say is making the decision to call them made my situation All Better and we were able to stay in the house tonight! Can't say enough about what that meant.

Oh, I forgot to mention that their prices were super reasonable and offered a much better value than my normal go to plumbers. I think All Better has a new customer!

We ordered a new washing machine and when it was delivered they noticed our faucets were corroded and they were unable to install it.  We called All Better Plumbing and they came to the rescue!  The very next day ABP came and replaced our faucets....and installed the washing machine.  Fast, good price, and great customer service.  I would not hesitate to reccomend this company for your plumbing needs!!  We will be calling soon for our next project!

I thought a pipe had burst in our mud room so I called All Better Plumbing because they were a local business and had good reviews on Yelp. The plumber showed up on time, was very professional, and immediately checked out pipes behind wall. Luckily it was not a burst pipe, rather a SharkBite that had broke and needed replacement. He was able to fix in under a half hour. Only problem I had with them was the $350 charge. When he initially said it was a broken SharkBite and that he'd be able to fix in 20 minutes I wasn't expecting to be charged $350 seeing that it was a $10 part. We have a couple properties in the area and unfortunately will have to go with another plumber next time.

They NEVER disappoint!  We've had some emergency work done and some cosmetic update work done in the past several months and every single time, ABP shows up quickly, do the job promptly and are just easy to work with. Prices are more than reasonable, and we can't say enough good things about them!

Less than one star. Sold us dangerous acid for our stopped up galvanized pipe. Was very convincing that this would solve the problem. We had no idea this was a terrible idea. Every other plumber we've encountered since has informed what a terrible idea this was. Just wanted to get in and out.  Do not use, they're like skinny car salesmen.

Used them once for a couple of plumbing repairs involving stuck valves and most importantly fixing (replacing) two old drains in the basement that were old and clogged. Arrived as scheduled, handling all issues in one visit and at a respectable price.  The 2 locally based plumbers (master and apprentice) were courteous and professional. They will be the first ones I call the next time I need plumbing services. I expect to be able to give them a 5 star rating in the future.

I have to precede this with the disclaimer that I am a friend of the owner since before he started on his own with All Better Plumbing and I won't trust anyone else to do plumbing work at my house. I trust ABP because they offer prompt, honest and professional service at reasonable prices. And everyone I have recommended to ABP have been extremely satisfied.

I had Will out several weeks ago to address a toilet that wouldn't drain.  It took much more than he or I anticipated as he wound up having to remove the toilet and use his heavy duty electric auger to travel pretty far down the pipe to free whatever was causing the clog.

Considering the amount of time he spent I was pleasantly surprised by the price :-)

Even with the time spent, we were back up and running with everything cleaned up and Will out the door before the window the big name plumbing companies quoted me would have even begun!  I hope to not have any further plumbing issues, but if I do, I'll definitely call Will!

Will came on time and provided great service.  He explained the problem clearly, fixed it, and advised us how to avoid it in the future.  Highly recommended.

Bought a fixer upper.  Needed everything. Wil and Mike installed a main water line from the curb, reworked both first and second floor bathrooms, installed a hot water heater, installed gas lines, fixed a bunch of water and gas leaks, installed toilets and sinks.  This wasn't no clogged drain, this stuff was big.  I had several other plumbers come out and took a look before work began. Only a couple made bids.  Wil wasn't the cheapest but he seemed like the most knowledgeable.  I am really glad to have hired All Better to take care of these projects.  They were always on time, respectful, helpful, and cleaned up after themselves.  These guys are top notch.

I've lived in Hamilton for 10 years and wish I found ALL BETTER PLUMBING a lot sooner than I did. I went through a few in the past and had called a number of them recently who either didn't show up or didn't return my calls. Then I came upon ABP and found that Will is a solid pro, very fairly priced and does a thorough job. In the past year I've had him install a new kitchen sink which was a more complicated task than it sounds due to the new sink being deeper than the previous; a new water heater as mine was on it's last legs; a new shower diverter after mine failed and a few other jobs, too. He's now my go-to guy for all plumbing needs and I recommend him to anybody and everybody who needs a plumber in & around the Hamilton/Mercer County areas.

Really impressed with the service provided from Will. Hired All Better Plumbing to install a new Garbage Disposal in my kitchen.  Wil installed it without a problem and discarded the old one.  Everything works perfectly and no leaks or problems. Excellent pricing and he knows his stuff.  Will definitely call them again next time I need a plumber.

Will replaced a water heater for me. He helped me get the best model out there, beat Home Depot's price on the service and even helped me patch some holes in the wall next to the water heater that I was going to pay someone else to help me with! Great service, will use again!
