Larry was great to work with! I highly recommend. In an age when most contractors don't even respond to calls, Larry was always quick to respond.

Our kitchen and bath had antiquated plumbing that was in horrible condition. In a difficult situation, Larry and Michael came when they said they would, fixed what they said they would. They snaked our kitchen drain so it runs well. Larry called back to make sure everything was working and when there was a minor problem, they came right back to fix it and make it right.

In the end, we were very pleased.

Answered phone after hours and tried to squeeze me in. His son and him were great. Would highly recommend!

I reached out to Larry today for plumbing work- while he is not able to assist with the problem I am having, he gave me great guidance, resources and advice.
I hope to use him in the future.

Larry got back to me pretty fast after leaving a message, and I expressed a concern regarding my shower drain. He explained to me it was a non issue, why the shower drain is suppose to behave like I described, and there was no reason for him to make a service call unless I experience certain problems. He could have easily come out and do a service call, charges me a fee, and tell me everything is working as intended. But he didn't, and just because of that, when I do have a legitimate issue I will be giving him a call to come out to our home.

He also asked me if I had any other concerns with the upstairs bathroom, and I did share some other concerns, to which he gave me some suggestions to try first, and told me that if afterwards the issue persists, to give him a call.

That is great customer service. This interaction led me to add his number to my contact list.

Larry is great. Doesn't upsell you like some others, tells you what you need and charges completely reasonable rates. Had him out a year or so ago and he did great work. Today, I wasn't sure about the condition of a valve, and Larry told me to send him a photo, which he evaluated and advised me on at no charge--we talked for 15 minutes through all aspects of the issue! The repair wasn't something he did, but he talked me through what I should know and where to start.  Call Larry first!

Larry was fantastic! He fixed my clogged tub and water heater valve. Told me what to do about my kitchen sink faucet. Great service, very knowledgeable, and personable as well. Highly recommend him!

Larry was extremely helpful and quick when it came to helping us with a clogged tub. We had standing water and did his best to come out ASAP to fix the problem. Great service and extremely knowledgeable.

Larry is fantastic! I had 2 issues with 2 different sinks. He called me back promptly and was over at our business the same day, and fixed in probably a 1/2 hour. He simply is just a great guy and does a great job.

I just had a great experience with Larry Wilson and his apprentice.  I had a main floor toilet (gets a lot of use) that did not flush well and took forever to refill.  I had Benjamin Franklin Plumbing look at it ... they said I would need a new toilet purchased and installed ... about $1000 total.  They also recommended buying and installing devices to reduce the water pressure coming into the house and a filtration system ... many thousand of dollars more (!).  I found Larry here on YELP.  He came by this morning, said a new valve would fix it ... he had the parts in his truck ... installed it in less than 30 minutes ... toilet now flushes great and refills fine ... all for $159.  Perfect.  Thank you Larry, and thank you YELP.

Excellent job.  Larry Arrived on schedule, diagnosed the issue and fixed it on the spot.  He also took time to walk me through the plumbing in my new house so I understood how the system worked.  I recommend his services.

I'm a first time home owner, so calling someone to repair things you know nothing about - especially plumbing - could have been a stressful experience financially and personally. Larry took the time to look at the many issues the house had, walk me through what he would do, and put in some major work to get everything right. He was cutting, soldering, crawling into access panels and fixed ALL of my issues in an hour and a half. Not only that, but he showed me how to prevent the issues from happening again. His work was clean, he was extremely polite and personable, but most importantly he was genuine and honest... I also couldn't believe the price when he told me the work he'd be doing and materials he'd be using - MUCH cheaper than I had expected. I hope I never have to call a plumber again but if I do, I know who I'm going to - LARRY!!

I cannot say enough about Larry and The Plumbing Company. I had an issue with my garbage disposal and thought I researched everything possible. I checked the circuit breaker, the reset switch underneath the disposal, and used the special wrench to test if the disposal had something lodged so it wouldn't move. I told Larry my story and asked for a quote over the phone for replacing the disposal as it looked like the motor failed based on my diagnosis.  He provided a fair price and came out same day within an hour of speaking to him. Larry ran some tests and eventually showed where his meter was showing no current from the switch even though we tested the breaker. Instead of selling us all kinds of sales talk to make hundreds of dollars he simply told us he thinks the issue lies with a faulty switch. Larry left without charging a cent. We tried to pay him for his time but he refused. He said he didn't fix anything and he has to stand by his name and be honest. I bought and installed a new $7.99 switch and it works perfectly. I told Larry he is my plumber for life as it's so hard to trust people telling the truth. I will refer everyone to him. He has been doing this for over 30 years.

Going on the positive reviews on YELP called Larry without hesitation. We had s stopped up toilet he only ran a 25ft snake, scratched up my mother's baby blue toilet horribly, we've been trying clear up for the last 3 months and it is still mess. He charged  125 for the simple job and left the job. We had another job today, which was more demanding that required drain cleaning and they charged much less and didn't damage our fixtures and left the site in good condition and wore boot covers. Larry, where ever you are;You lost out on several jobs thinking some of your Clients are plain stupid. Telling us he was doing us a favor by not charging us $150 for unstopping a toilet that only needed a 25ft snake and no drain work.

Larry was awesome. Called him at 8am and he was there fixing our tub within the hour. Super friendly and great to work with. Would recommend him for any job!

Larry became my go-to plumber a few years ago based on word of mouth feedback from my family.  Since then he has completed a variety of services for me (upgrade sump pump, hot water heater and garbage disposal replacement, etc.).  Larry is honest, reasonably priced and does a good job educating the customer on the work being done.  Highly recommended.

Larry knows his stuff! Called Larry about a slow drain to my tub and a leaking sink. He was on time, went the extra step to make sure the issues were fixed and had some good recommendations to lessen the problems from reoccurring. Pleasure to be around.

In a world of inexperienced, unqualified, and shifty service companies it was a blessing to find an honest, hard-working, and intelligent individual.  I would highly recommend The Plumbing Company to hire for any of your plumbing needs.

I was very happy with the quick response from Larry and his professionalism. I had a leak that was causing damage. He came out within 2 hours and completed the repair at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend his services. He will be my go to plumber from now on.

Larry saved me a ton of money on repairing a minor leak from my tub to the ground floor over my kitchen. I found The Plumbing Company through Yelp along with Horizon and some other large companies and sent out a request to multiple companies at once. Horizon responded to my request first (only about a half hour before Larry - who then warned me about them potentially over-pricing the job), but I had already set up an appointment with Horizon the next day and kept it. Horizon quoted me ~$900 to fix the job and ended up leaving me with a hole in my wall and left it up to me to buy an access panel once I told them I didn't want to work with them due to the crazy pricing. They charged me $140 for the service call. Called Larry back the next morning and he showed up the same afternoon and completed the job for a tenth of the quote price. I will definitely be calling Larry back if and when I run into issues again! Thanks Larry!!

Needed a plumber last week.  Called a local company and scheduled a time for the next day.  Was scheduled 11-1pm. At 230 I called them and The dispatcher said she will call me back with an update. Around 315 I get a call from her and they want to reschedule for the following day.  I took off work to be there at 1030am for them. Wasn't going to take another chance with them. Then I called Larry at the plumbing company.  He told me he would be there the next day around noon. At 9am he called to see if he could come out earlier.  By 1030am he's pulling into my driveway, by noon my old kitchen faucet is replaced and working properly.  Price was fair and his service was excellent.  Would highly recommend...........Joe B.

Woke up to a kitchen flooding from a broken pipe under the sink (it was a DIY job), called The Plumbing Company and Larry came right over.  He assessed the problem, fixed it quickly and at a reasonable rate.  Very professional! Larry educated us on our home plumbing.  Will likely call him back when we remodel the bathroom!
