I started my plumbing career in the late 90's working for one of Houston's premier plumbing companies. After a few years I was promoted to the field supervisor position, overseeing all of the technicians in their daily operations.
After 20 years in the plumbing industry I started Tomball Plumbing with a vision to give customers a personal touch that the larger corporate companies are unable to provide. My goal when a plumbing crisis arises with a homeowner is to communicate, educate, and provicde the highest level of plumbing work and customer service to all who choose us as their provider.

I contacted Tomball Plumbing to help me resolve a kitchen sink drain line issue. Brent from Tomball Plumbing arrived on time on the day we scheduled the visit. He quickly diagnosed the issue, performed a drain line snake procedure at the clean-out connection outside the house to avoid making a mess under the sink at that clean-out connection. He was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He took time to explain how the drain and vent system worked. I asked for a quote for additional plumbing upgrade work I want to have done now as well! I highly recommend Brent and Tomball Plumbing and I will pass the word to those who need a reliable and trustworthy plumber!

Many thanks to Brent for the natural gas line installation. I had about 1000ft of the gas line to install. It was quite some regulators to install for the house, pool heaters, generator, etc. Brent designed everything very professionally, carefully, and promptly. We had almost zero downtime. Brent explained every small detail I asked for. Outstanding experience. I have used this service for several years already and plan to continue.
He answered the phone instead of a machine and came out that day! Although it's difficult to have to pay $190. To have someone unscrew your broken hose bib and screw another one on, my arthritic hands just couldn't do it. He also checked out the new kitchen faucet that a handy man installed improperly and gave me a decent priced estimate to switch the lines and fix the inferior work. Good to know that I have a plumber where I can get quick service, a fairly reasonable price and have it done right the first time.
Hot water heater leak detected last night after dinner. I shut the water heater down so it was not an emergency.
Called Tomball Plumbing and asked for service this morning.
Brent Pesz arrived and completed repairs quickly. He also gave me information on a possible warranty claim with the PEX manufacturer who might cover the claim.
Brent is my new go to for plumbing. He also does Tankless water heaters and water softeners. Probably close to time to replace the old water heaters so maybe next spring.

What an emergency I had one day last week! The bar sink had a connected white plastic piece underneath that had broke. Water bursted into my bar area, formal dining, foyer and parts of my kitchen. I quickly called a trusty reviewed plumbing company from Yelp, which was Tomball Plumbing and got an answer right away. He was on his way to his next service until he got my plea to help with the constant water flow. He guided me over the phone on where to turn off the water to that sink, but the knob was too tight to turn. He then directed me to turn off the water supply to the house outside until he reached my destination. Within 15 minutes, he showed up and detected the sink pipe problem. His experience and guidance helped me to temporarily end my emergency, until he got to my home and assist.
He mentioned that a lot of his services are in the north Houston area. His quick concern and thinking went 'above and beyond' my expectations, compared to most companies.
Tomball Plumbing did a great job with quick turn around. I reached out to Brent, the owner, on Yelp to get a quote lightning fast and with a quick appointment time too. He arrived on time and communicated with me for the entire process. All-star job and very professional.
I called Brent on a Saturday about a leak we were having outside of our home. It wasn't an emergency, but he made it a priority to come Monday. He identified the leak and then got it fixed. Very honest on pricing and expectations up front.

Brent with Tomball Plumber is awesome and I would recommend him to anyone that needs a solid plumber. Brent not only fixed the problem we had with our water heater but he went the extra mile and helped me fix something completely unrated. My wife dropped her brand new earings down our air vent and he got under the house and took the duct work apart and FOUND IT! I was so freaking amazed. He fixed my water heater and then helped me score bonus points with my wife. Use this guy!
I found Tomball Plumbing on Yelp and called for help on an emergency leak in my house. Brent answered when I called and was able to schedule a prompt appointment to repair the leak. He assessed the situation, and gave me a low price and a high price (based on potential unknowns). Brent documents his pricing up front, and his services are competitive. Also, the quality of work is good, and Brent explains what he is going to do ahead of time. He explained the risks associated with the job options, which I am grateful for. I scheduled him to come out for another job, and I am happy with the quality and results.

Tomball Plumbing did an outstanding job for us. Came to our home immediately and diagnosed our water heater problem. I already knew it was shot and we likely needed a new one. He had it installed the next morning for a reasonable price. Very friendly and proffessional.

Could not speak highly enough of Brent. Our toilet leaked all over our bathroom this morning. I found Brent on yelp and decided to give him a try. He answered my phone call right away and was able to come out and help me within 1.5 hours of calling. He was extremely respectful, knowledgeable, and reasonable.
Great experience all around! Very prompt, thorough and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again and I will recommend to anyone that needs a plumber.

I called Tomball Plumbing connect my gas grill for my outdoor kitchen, Brent quickly let me know I had improperly connected the grill for temporary use. So glad he knew what he was doing, could have been very bad for us. Thanks Brent and Tomball Plumbing! Great, knowledgeable, and fast service!

Brent was expedient, trustworthy, and went above and beyond on my tankless water heater install - Tomball Plumbing does Great work. I Called Brent/Tomball plumbing on a whim Wednesday seeking advice on my old Noritz heater that was leaking from the exchange = no hot water/broken unit. After discussing a troubleshoot option with the manufactuter, I decided to buy a new and went with a Navien NPE-240S. After my final decision to install anew, I called Brent again that Friday and he came out to assess and bid the installation within the hour. Fast. The following Monday he was here early and prepared. The install seemed to me to be a breeze, while discussing updates throughout. Thanks to Tomball plumbing my family has hot water again. Will definitely call Brent when we have any sort of plumbing issues. Also, If you haven't moved from a tank - do it, and get Tomball Plumbing to install it. Tankless units are incredibly efficient. - Dustin
