The gentleman that helped me were amazing! My dishwasher was leaking, and flooding my below cabinet's. I called, and Mike, and Denis responded within an hour! He saved in my contacts, and has my business for life! Very friendly, hard working gentlemen!!

Very professional.  Mike's quote showed exactly what was included.  The receptionist was very thorough and followed through.  The two men that came out were both professional and made sure the new gas water heater was installed and working properly before they left.  I will use them again!

Lacked honesty and ethics, in my experience with Carey Plumbing.  I had a broken pipe and called Carey Plumbing for a bid.  Their bid was significantly higher than the other bid I had, but they were able to do the repair immediately, so I bit the bullet and hired them.  The company sent Bryce to do my repair.  He never instilled a lot of confidence, but the stunt he pulled toward the end of the job shocked me.  As he's finishing the pipe repair, he looks at the hole in the ground and asks me who's going to fill in the hole.  I thought he was joking and kind of chuckled before realizing he was serious.  Bryce had the nerve to demand an additional $100 from me to fill in the hole in my yard.  I was dumbfounded.  He proceeded to claim that filling in the hole isn't assumed and should be part of the estimate. He went on to further complain that his helper who fills in holes for him wasn't available and he was going to have to do it himself.  I don't fill in holes, he tells me.  At my insistence, he relented and filled in the hole, but wasn't happy about it.  I'm disappointed that Carey Plumbing employs people like this.  Does Mike Carey condone this sort of fleecing of his customers?

From the very first phone call with Kate to Frank and Mark finishing up my project, I couldn't be happier with the service I received.  I called first thing in the morning and they were able to get to my place to fix my issue within hours. Kate was extremely friendly and communicated clearly that they were booked as most companies are due to the winter storm but if their team had an opening they would come out to help me.

The team of Frank and Mark were professional and knowledgeable with what needed to get done, they didn't pressure me into additional unnecessary work, and they explained everything to the fullest. Both guys showed up with mask and kept up with social distancing which shows both them and the company take COVID extremely serious.

Thank you for making what is usually a stressful situation, simple and easy. I'll be calling these guys in the future and will recommend any of my clients to them.

On the recommendation from a friend I gave Mike a call and he was here within an hour. The kitchen sink drain was clogged, and my 15 foot drain snake was not able to clear it.  Mike brought his equipment around the side of the house and was able to access the kitchen drain from the exterior. His equipment was able to clear the clog in under 10 minutes. The invoice came via email immediately and I was able to pay online. Professional, expedient, and much more affordable then the other options I had on a Saturday. Highly recommended!

These guy were quick to respond and came out to fix our sink and leak very quickly. Worked around my schedule (I'm a nightshift nurse and sleep during normal hours) . They were thorough and explained our issue in regular terms and replaced our faucet within 30 minutes and did an amazing job! They also give Healthcare workers discounts! Very grateful! They came with masks and were so polite.

They were hired to install drain pans on 2 water heater. Tech contacted me asking how to turn on the water which he had turned off. Instead of asking his supervisor he asked the customer?? The licensed plumber called asking me questions. This did not instill much confidence in their ability. I live 40 minutes away and had to go make sure the plumber knew what he could do to get water back on that he shut off and not ruin 2 water heaters. texted with the supervisor and he said nothing absolutly nothing. So i began the 40 minute drive to find no plumber who had ran to get a plug or something. When it came time to pay the $1050 invoice I asked for some off for me wasting 80 minutes of my time to verify the licensed plumber was going to complete the job. No sorry or even fuck you. Horrible plumber and will never use again

Carey Plumbing installed a new shower head for me.  I requested they look at my bathroom sink piping.  It was old and corroding.  They put in new valves, piping, p trap and put a new valve on my toilet connection from the wall.  They did an excellent job.  Courteous, friendly and a pleasure to do business with.  They will be my plumber of choice going forward. They also were able to send me an e-invoice via email.  I reviewed and paid it with a credit card and got an e-receipt.  Smooth operation.

These guys were quick, let me know when 5 mins away, the job turned into jobs, and they knocked it all out before the wife woke up from a nap. I'm a hero now. Recommend for sure.

Mike responded to a message on Saturday and came out on Sunday to replace a garbage disposal for us. While he preferred to do so during the week, he was very understanding that we work during the week and was kind enough to come out on Sunday. He did a great job, even took the time to look at a couple other things for us.

I've used Carey Plumbing several times this year already. Mike recently came out today on a holiday to help me with an unexpected water leak. Every time he comes he gives me recommendations and conservative options if possible. I highly recommend his service!

They FaceTimed me on my issue that I was willing to pay to replace hose spigot on my house. He got me fixed up on how to replace a back flow preventer and walked me through what to do for FREE. What a stand up business. Thanks so much! Will hire when i need  a future plumber.

Had a great experience. Always appreciate when the owner of the company is doing the work. Mike was great with communicating and went above and beyond to get my whirlpool fixed.  Plumbing issues are never fun, this was as hassle free of a fix as you can ask for. Hope not to need yall again anytime soon, but I've definitely found my plumber for life.

Couldn't of been happier. Needed an emergency repair as our plumbing was backing up. Michael came out and took care of it quicker than I could expect! Would truly refer him to anyone and everyone!

I was truly satisfied by Mr. Carey's work ethic and skills. He arrived exactly when he said he would. He quoted a price and committed to it. Our toilet was not flushing. He persevered and finally fixed it. He cleaned up thoroughly and tested that it was truly working. He was polite, honest, reasonable, and professional. I will call him in the future.

Mike just completed some work for us. He was easy to work with and did a great job. He changed out a shower head in our master bedroom shower and installed a new faucet for our outdoor kitchen sink. He had responded quickly to my inquiry about his services. His rates are reasonable. I will use him again.

I had an issue with my pilot light on my water heater and he was able to do a quick fix for me. He even showed me a trick to try next time if the same issue persists. I would absolutely call him out again and I've already passed his information along to a friend.

Hands down one of the most down to earth person you'll meet, I called him for a garbage disposal replacement, but come to find out he repaired the existing one & I was able to return the new one i bought!!! Saved me tons of money. Definitely recommend this guy for your business & family plumbing needs!

AMAZING comes to mind, from scheduling to the actual service, they do not even service my area but they came on time all the way from Katy, assessed the issue with the drain, advised what may arise in the future due to the age of the home (56 years), as the pipes get brittle with age, which is true as we have had the sewer replaced last year.  Explained what would have to be done in that case. Inquired when the last time this was unstopped and based on my response advised us if this keeps happening, we would need to run the camera to assess the situation further. Unstopped the drain, ran water  about 20 minutes to make sure everything was fine. Told us to call  if we have any more issues. Very polite and knowledgeable and not trying to sell you a bill of goods like some of the Big guys, you know who they are...Support your family owned business' instead of the big corporations, you will always receive better service as they rely on referrals and word of mouth reviews. I found this company on Yelp and they reviews prompted me to call them...I got all my service people from great Yelp reviews and have always received great service.

This was the most pleasant experience I have had with a plumbing or home service company. He came early to do the repair, which included re-seating my toilet, replacing the wax ring, and flange. He quoted a price that he stuck by, and took time to run to Lowe's when he needed extra materials. He awas thoughtful enough to wear shoe covers when walking through the house, and clean up after himself thoroughly when the work was done. He also took time to assess my other plumbing issues, and gave me reasonable quotes for other repairs I thought I might need. He was even honest with me and told me when he felt that something didn't need repair, which is not what most plumbing companies would do. I highly recommend Carey Plumbing for all your plumbing needs!

Was going to do this review the next day but decided to do it now...was in a panic...garbage disposal was stuck...had a party the next day...called this guy...they were closing...he came by the same night...left around 11pm...fixed my garbage disposal...charged me a great price...saved me money...and heartache...yeah, will do business with this company for a long time. That is service. After hours.
