Hexagon Plumbing

Contacted Hexagon through Yelp and he responded very quickly.  He said he would have someone to my house at 8:30 AM and they were knocking on the door at 8:29.

They augered out all the drain lines and restored the plumbing to good as new!  Nothing is cheap about plumbing but his price was very fair, and less than other quotes.

I'll use Hexagon again.

Very satisfied with Hexagon Plumbing services!  Had to replace an old kitchen faucet, which the installation was hard to reach from behind the sink & pipes.  Called and was placed on schedule right away.  Tyler (highly recommended by a friend) came exactly on scheduled time.  Communication before and during service was excellent.  Tyler changed our faucet with no problems.  He even answered questions about another future project.  Definitely will be calling Hexagon Plumbing and would love to request Tyler to help us with other plumbing projects.  Highly recommend!

I used Hexagon Plumbing to install bathroom fixtures for our apartment-garage that I was turning into an office. George is a top-notch professional. He made sure his crew got everything done correctly. If we ever had an issue, he would personally get it resolved. The work was completed back in May and I have had no issues. I would recommend Hexagon Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing services.

George and his team are simply incredible. We started using them for our rental business a few months ago and they have been a dream to work with ever since. George is a very hands on owner who masterfully keeps an eye on every project his team works on. Honestly, I'm not sure how he manages to keep track of it all. I can only assume his support team is working equally as hard to keep all the pieces together.

We had to fully repipe one of our properties and George showed up every morning to make sure his team had a clear understanding of the work that needed to be accomplished each day. During the day, as questions came up, George was always a phone call away to troubleshoot issues with the team. For our smaller service calls on other properties, George and his team always arrive on time and get the job quickly.

Each of the plumbers on his team have been clear and kind communicators. The pricing structure is straight forward, transparent, and consistent (no hidden surprise costs like you get with many other contractors). The whole team is not only skilled in their craft, but respectful as well. Before the winter storm, George even reached out to me with helpful tips to prepare. That's some serious customer service! I am not one to typically write yelp reviews, but the Hexagon Plumbing team deserves a glowing review and it's the least I can do to repay them for the value they've added to my business.

The shower handle was stripped yesterday. I could not turn the water off. I had to turn off the main water valve to the house. I checked my Next Door app for recommendations for a plumber. I called Hexagon around 6pm and to my surprise, they were at my house  by 7:30pm. Shower handle was fixed by 7:45pm. Danny was professional and friendly.

Hexagon Plumbing did a great job helping us replace a leaky faucet and charged a fair price. Will use again!

Put me on the schedule for Thursday or Friday. Got too busy and then says it will be 1-2 weeks. Can't treat customers this way.

Found this plumber through a Yelp ad. The owner George responded quickly and scheduled me for less than 12 hours. George was the one that came to unclog some of my drains. Gave him a nice work out lugging his equipment to the third floor. He gave me some good tips to keep my drains clog free while he worked. Highly recommended!

UPDATE: We were trying to get our new washer installed, but the techs couldn't install it because we had an issue with our hot water valve. I called the office & by the next morning George assured me someone would be by to get it all squared away. Daniel was extremely helpful and made sure to explain everything to me. He has amazing customer service skills and we are so grateful for him!

As the owner of a dental practice,  I can't say enough great things about George York and his team.  When a pipe  burst wreaking havoc in the office,  George answered his phone and put us in line.  Although he and his team were in such great demand during our winter storm disaster in Texas, he showed up that evening at the end of a very busy day for him, as promised.  The working conditions were anything but pleasant as we had no power or heat and it was dark outside.  George and Tyler made the needed  repairs, advised of us on how to stay safe over the next few days and made sure that everything was in proper working order before they left.  When the water was turned back on another problem was discovered.  At this  late hour in the evening, with more calls to tend to, never once were they anything but kind, professional and competent.  They stayed and made the additional repair without complaint.  We are forever grateful for the exceptional service we received during very trying times.  Thank you Hexagon Plumbing you are awesome!

Big shout out to these guys. Got into a bind last night. They were the first to respond. Quick to set appointment for the next day, even offering a coupon for their services. Paris came out and was super friendly. Explained everything and even let me watch/learn. Would HIGHLY recommend.

I used yelp to get quotes to replace a section of gas pipe that had corroded. The quotes were all over the place as high as $600. We live in a nice area and joke that we get the neighborhood mark up.

Hexagon responded quickly on line to the quote request.  George (the owner) came out that same day to look at the issue.  He gave me a very reasonable price, was able to put in a temporary fix and sent his team (Danny and Tyler) over first thing the next morning to permanently fix the issue.  All three went the extra mile of cleaning up the area after they did the work, shoe covers or shoes off when inside the house and also re-lite the hot water heater pilot lights and gas lamp after they turned the gas back on.  

I would highly highly recommend this company!!

George went above and beyond to help us with our hot water heater, right at the peak of the holidays. He saved us hundreds of dollars by calling our hot water heater company to see if the broken part was covered under warranty. Since it was, I was able to have a replacement part shipped to my home for free. He was super flexible scheduling around the part's arrival, and he installed it in an hour.

I cannot say nice enough things about Hexagon plumbing. We would definitely use this company again in the future.

George and his team are super responsive and helpful. I've needed their help for numerous issues and I couldn't be happier with the service that I have received each time.

Wonderful plumbing service that came same day when I called with our issue (severely clogged sinks in our master bathroom in a home we are trying to sell and time is of the upmost importance)! They explained to me exactly what the cause was and how it needed to be fixed and were extremely reasonable on price. We had had another company come out previously and what they wanted to charge was ridiculous, so glad we found Hexagon Plumbing that is professional, timely and priced reasonably. Could not recommend more for your next plumbing concern!

Called on an emergency repair and they were on top of it in no time. Very efficient, friendly, courteous and fair. Will be calling them again when we are finished with renovations to reinstall all our water and gas-dependent appliances!

Great service, great people! Daniel Alleman came out to our property and fixed a broken pipe that was leaking overnight. He was done in under two hours and got the problem fixed. Fast service, great people, all around good work! Would recommend to any homeowner to use their service!
