Excellent response time and willingness to work with me!  I reached out to Steve one morning when our hot water tank started leaking.  He was able to send his son out within a couple of hours to make sure the leak was delt with asap.  A short term fix was done to prevent any further damage and they were able to come back the next day to replace the hot water heater.   I am very grateful for their professionalism and ability to work quickly and willingness to help on such short notice.   I would recommend Steve Morin Plumbing Services for any of your plumbing needs!!!!!

We called Winters Plumbing because we had a leak after I over tightened a water supply line and mucked up the threads when installing a new faucet.
Isaiah came to our rescue. He did such a fabulous job and in a short amount of time. Very polite and knowledgeable and answered all our questions.
Great attitude, friendly and a nice guy to boot.

Will absolutely work with Grateful Plumber again. Adam responded very quickly on Yelp with a general estimate. Then he came out on a cold morning to work on our outdoor pump, was on time, and gave us an estimate that was on the high-end of what it would cost. Came back out to do the work, was on time yet again, and it ended up being more of a pain to fix that he first thought. Despite that, the total amount he charged us was significantly less than his high-end quote! I was a little shocked to be honest, because we were prepared to pay the entire amount. That is how you get repeat business, and Grateful will get ours.

We used Chapman for the first time about 10 years ago. Our furnace went out in the middle of a freezing cold wonder and Chapman came out immediately and totally hooked us up with a great deal on a new furnace in no time. Since then, they have replaced our water heater and air conditioner. Let me tell you that Chapman has totally taken care of us. Always. They are kind, competent, and customer focused. They fight to find the root of any complex issues and come up with the best, most economical solutions. I will always use Chapman for our hvac and plumbing needs. They are THE best!

I called Coopers after the contractor my home warranty company sent missed two appointments.  Mr Cooper (I'm guessing) arrived on time for the initial appointment and carried his briefcase like an OG salesman - I actually appreciate a simple old school approach!  I purchased the softener for about the same amount my warranty company had paid me for - and knowing warranty companies, they nickel and dime, so the price from Cooper's was great.  The guy came to install a few days later - I had to schedule a time when I could work from home, otherwise, they could have done it the next day - setup was quick and easy and the tech was polite and explained everything I needed to know!  Highly recommend!

My experience with this company was very pleasant and professional. I initiated a request for someone to come out online and was called the following weekday. The plumber was extremely courteous and professional.

Thomas was kind, honest and incredibly intelligent. If the entire company is structured around individuals like him, you cannot go wrong. Cannot recommend Hope highly enough. We would have been without hot water for 7-9 days without the candid feedback and same day service we received. 10/10.

We paid $89 for a plumbing and drain company to basically say they didn't know. They offered to run their snake for $279, but said probably wouldn't help.  Silly me to assume they would try and solve the problem.  If the pipe was busted shouldn't he give an estimate to fix it?
All that being said, the owner called to check with me about my experience.  He refunded the service charge without me even asking.  That is business practice that is rarely seen these days.  I appreciate him reaching out.

Pictures indicated complicated door installation but my simple door installation was unacceptable! Asked if he could recommend someone......not able to recommend any one else. Gets one star because he at least got back with us.

I had an issue with my water softener.  I gave Bob a call and he helped me troubleshoot and resolve the issue.  He's honest and not trying to oversell.  I would highly recommend Bob.  Great guy!

I have used Carters for about 10 years.  Everytime, the work is done successfully.  I trust their diagnosis of the problem and they offer two solutions:  1.  economical and 2.  higher quality.  I have chosen both depending on the failure and the type of inconvenience the failure presents.  They also offer a qualitative rating of the economic vs. the higher quality solution.

Howald came highly recommended by people in my neighborhood. Some had used Howald for years and years. My experience with them mirrors my neighbors' for the most part; I like this place because they were fast to come to my home (they fixed my AC unit the same day).

I don't know what other places charge to do things, but I'm a little miffed to have to pay almost $100 for a diagnostic fee. This could just be my ignorance of the HVAC trade, but that is a lotta dough just to have someone look in your unit and go, Yep, the whatsit needs to be replaced. Anywho, I'm not complaining too much because now I'm a lot cooler and less grumpy now that I have air. Thanks, Howald!

BUYER BEWARE!!  We called this company to assist with a leak in our shower.  We had used them before and felt they were fair in their pricing.  This time however, they gave an estimate of costs at nearly $2000 to repair a cracked valve.  We were surprised at how high the estimate was.  Feeling uneasy about the cost, my husband did a little research.  He discovered that the valve had a free lifetime replacement warranty.  My husband ordered the part from Delta and they shipped the valve to us free of charge.  It cost us a little under $100 to repair the whole issue, including replacing the drywall we had to cut out to access the pipes.  Needless to say, we felt they were less than honest in their estimate.  Additionally, when the tech was in our home, he was commenting about our need to upgrade our water softener and HVAC systems for efficiency purposes, which are still running and in good repair.  

After providing us the estimate, the tech never returned to pick up the tools he left at our home.   He also didn't clean up the mess he created when he made additional cuts into our drywall when evaluating the cause of the leak.  We cannot recommend this plumbing company.  If I could give them zero stars, I absolutely would.

I've never had a better experience than with John, Will, and the whole crew!!  They stayed late to finish a two day job on a Friday. So cool. We are the kings of hot water. Or better yet, the ladies in the house say we are the queens of hot water. Get the tankless and recirculating pump. You won't regret it.

I've used Action Air for years and generally have had good experiences with cost and service. However, on this maintenance visit the tech used a ladder that left mud and oil stains on the carpet which didn't fully come out with a vacuum. He also left a used humidifier pad and air filter on the floor and didn't clean up well at all. Seemed more interested in getting in and out quickly than with providing thorough and clean service.

UPDATE: You guys keep claiming that you aren't foundational experts . It doesn't take a foundational expert to see that something is collapsing and use wisdom to tell your customer about it before installing heavy objects on it that will collapse a floor ! Not once ! Not once ! Did you offer to come out and even check how bad the floor was sinking in when I called to complain about this issue . Not a single time . You clearly don't care about your clients . Then when I called you out on your shady business dealings . I ( a paying customer who is paying almost $10,000 ) was blocked by you guys on social media ! That's how you do business ?! Shameful !  This company is ran by conmen who have the nerve to do motivational speaking seminars about integrity . When they are morally bankrupt and have zero integrity whatsoever lol  (Original Review ): DON'T GO WITH THEM. YOU WILL REGRET IT. AND IF YOU DO , MAKE SURE BEFORE HAND THAT YOUR FLOOR IS STABLE. BECAUSE THEY DO NOT CARE AND WILL INSTALL RIGHT OVER IT, AND THEN YOUR FLOOR WILL COLLAPSE . I reached out to peterman brothers to get a new AC and Furnace installed. They were running a promo for buy a AC unit, get a free furnace .The sales rep came out , Inspected everything , Closed me and my wife on the sale. And booked the work for the next day.  (Awful quick, In the state of Indiana, you have 3 days to back out of a contract. I almost wonder if them booking you the next day is to lock that in?! ) Several technicians came out to do the work. My floor in my utility room before seemed to be slanting somewhat downwards, They installed the units. And after they did my floor completely sunk in, In my utility room and in my bathroom next to it. I had several contractors come out to quote the work. They all told me that the floor sinking in was starting to occur somewhat prior to peterman installing the units, And that there is no way that peterman did not notice or see the floor sinking in when they removed the existing units. Peterman installing the units made the floor sink in even further. And now I have foundation issues. They saw the floor was sinking in , Wanted a quick sale. And decided to install it anyways. I was also promised vent cleaning services with the install, never happened. Two of my rooms do not get the full heat and cooling that the others room do. They are quick to book the install to lock you into the project, But then when I asked about vent cleaning, I was told they are suddenly months away from that . Which is a service I need done !  I made several attempts to reach out to them to resolve the issue. Often going days without contact back while trying to juggle multiple contractor quotes. They reached out to me today 5/2/2022. And basically said they aren't liable. MY FLOOR IS SINKING IN. Even in the manufacturer booklets (THAT THEY GAVE ME ) it talks about how the areas around the foundation need to be examined for sturdiness etc. Before install. None of that was done.  They dont want to do anything to fix the problem. Its plain common sense . You dont put a furnace on a floor that can fall through. You let your customer know! That doesnt take a foundational expert to figure that out !  Horrible company. I will never go with them ever again for anything.
