Best Plumbing Services in United States
The outdoor faucet at our home was leaking into the kitchen and the basement. We contacted multiple plumbers to get a quote. Steve Morin, the owner responded to my inquiry very quickly. He answered all of my questions and provided a very reasonable quote ($350 to $450). He explained that the final pricing would be dependent on the repair.
Jesse Morin, arrived on time and was very polite and helpful. He was also very informative and showed me what he needed to do to make the repair. He answered all my questions. I actually learned things about the plumbing in our home of 20 years.
Added bonus: Jesse was actually able to do the repairs at the lower side of the quoted price range. The Morin family is now our new #1 plumber of choice!!!

Thank you Yelp for the feature of providing online estimates through your app. It's a time saver & very informative. To have the ability of reviewing comments all in good time. Yes, the good, the bad, & the ugly makes decision making more amenable. Appreciate all of the reviews.
Upon using Yelp's feature & having professional experts contact us made everyday simple things less challenging. This company was concise in their service fees associated with remedies. Tho we needed a water softener install plus an indoor shut off value update & repair, our immediate needs became apparent. We opted for only doing the line with pex*. Goodness gracious, I hope I'm using the appropriate terminology in this review ;) .
We were delighted when Winters explained what was needed in our amended plumbing job, arrived when promised, waived the service fee (omitted upon verbal agreement/payment). I assumed this much as we hired them upon the IRL visual pricing. Winters texted us when their person (Donnie) was on his way in the morning of. We received a text so we would know who was coming & ETA of arrival.
Donnie arrived when he said he was going to, explained what was required, preformed exceptionally well, no additional mess was present after the job was done, & the best part is that Donnie didn't try to overwhelm us with unnecessary services that we didn't need or thought we ought to want. Love love love that aspect of hiring Winters. The best part of Winters is that they are local.
*Pex is used nowadays per the licensed plumbers we spoke to in lieu of copper sweating.
Thank you Donnie & team @ Winters.

I Love Grateful Plumber. My business is baking and when I had a leak in my gas line he came out that day assessed the problem, showed me the problem gave me options and my estimate no pressure sales. I had two other plumbers from very reputable plumbing companies come out one couldn't not fix it that day and the other showed up 2 hours late. Adam had all the equipment on his truck and he and his helper were ready to work. His prices are competitive with other Good plumbing companies,He has a great website, he sends a text when he is on his way, he has online scheduling, he educates you, you can call him anytime when you have a question. Grateful Plumber has impeccable customer service and is my number 1 go to Plumber!

I went with Chapman off of a friend's recommendation and am very pleased. The technician that came was very respectful of my property and time. He ensured I knew the cost before doing the work which I appreciated. He explained what needed to be done and made it make sense.

Just moved to Indiana and purchased a home with an existing Cooper's Water purification system. I was unfamiliar with the under counter RO system and felt I needed to have fresh filters installed, I placed a service call with Cooper's and they sent field technician Abel out. He was very nice, professional and informative. He fully explained the system to me while he changed out the filters, checked for leaks and tested the system. He also went down into the basement and verified that the water conditioner unit was also theirs and verified salt levels and explained the system and proper maintenance as well. I was extremely satisfied with their service!!

Their employees are polite, but I did not receive good plumbing service. Summary: no-one came on day they scheduled. When a plumber came the next day, he misidentified the (simple) problem, and would have cost me up to $800 without fixing anything.
Full story: I had a clogged kitchen sink, and Hope said someone would be out between 12-4 that day. They assured me it was still on schedule when I called in to check around 3pm, but after 4pm they called to say noone would come out until the next day. I was disappointed in their poor communication, but fine, they came the next morning.
Their plumber took one look at the clogged sink, didn't investigate anything, and went to his van to come up with estimates to repair the garbage disposal ($239) or replace it, (3 replacement options, going up to almost $800.)
When I asked how he could tell how much it would cost to fix the disposal when he didn't check anything out, he was polite but patronizing and said it could only be one of a few things and that was the blanket price to fix it. Then I asked how he could tell it wasn't a clogged drain, and that finally triggered more action from him: he took a better look at the sink and declared, upon further inspection, it might be a clogged drain, and went to his van to come up with an estimate for that.
Considering that he only did any investigation once I asked him questions, (and I had to deal with pushback from him), I had lost confidence in him as a plumber, so I paid the show-up fee and had him leave. Then I called Howald Plumbing, who was able to show up in less than 2 hours. Their plumber was clearly more experienced, and saw it was a clogged pipe. My sink was fixed in under an hour, and it had NOTHING to do with the garbage disposal.
I called Hope back and pointed out that if I had gone with their plumber's assessment, I would have paid a minimum of $239 and still not had a working sink! They apologized for wasting my time and refunded the show-up fee.
Everyone I spoke with at Hope was polite, and they have an extensive infrastructure in place, but their plumber was either inexperienced/poorly trained, or was trying to take advantage of me. It seems like Hope has done a good job training their employees in customer interaction, but should do a better job in their core business of plumbing.
This may have been an atypical experience for Hope, but I can't risk it -- plumbing is too important and too expensive to take chances on. Take-home: will not use Hope again.

This company is extremely professional, affordable, and efficient. From Kodi at the office to Antonio and David on the field, they were extremely responsive. They also practiced excellent COVID safety precautions including masks and social distancing and ensuring all their technicians are tested. I will definitely be using them in the future, and recommending to friends and family!!

Pictures indicated complicated door installation but my simple door installation was unacceptable! Asked if he could recommend someone......not able to recommend any one else. Gets one star because he at least got back with us.

Amazing! Prompt service (arrived that day)! Very fair and didn't charge us for the visit after nothing ended up being wrong or in need of repair! Will be using them in the future and recommend him to our family and friends!

My family has used Howald for ... well, for as long as I can remember. I rely on their service for heating and air inspections. Recently I needed a plumber. I had a great experience! My plumber arrived, took a look, offered suggestions and then while he fixed things he offered to show me what was wrong and what to look for in the future. He also gave me tips for managing old pipes- I have an older home and it's just part of it. The safety protocols for COVID-19 have been consistent with each visit I've had over the last year. I recommend Howald any day!

Update (Feb 2019): We just had to replace our furnace (20 years old) and we had PHP come out to give a quote. Ryan (the owner) came out and spent plenty of time with me to fully know what our needs were. In addition to replacing the furnace unit, we needed a big section of the duct work to be moved. He came up with some clever solutions for the ducting and a great offer on an efficient furnace. They guys were here quickly, did a very good job, kept the whole place clean and were out in just a few hours. We could not be happier! Such great people and service.

Replaced and rerouted exterior faucet and installed new kitchen faucet. Extremely nice people concerned with providing good service and respectful of property.

We bought a new home and had some minor plumbing issues to get looked at. Unfortunately for us this plumbing service was what Angie's List recommended.
Was charged 300 dollars for a tightening on the toilet and an incorrectly hooked up fridge. He was here about 1.5 hours, charged for 2, and half of the time was spent wandering back and forth from his car and fixing a mistake he made in hooking up the fridge to the water line. On top of this was extremely unfriendly and lazy- told us to call the manufacturer for a leaky faucet and for a leaky dishwasher. Told us it would cost us another 600 to cut a hole in the floor and run a pipe into a small room to move the washer up from the basement. Generously took off 15 dollars for making a mistake that he tried to convince us didn't matter and was extremely rude about correcting.
Cannot recommend less. Extremely Unsatisfied.

So I bought a Sensi Thermostat online and then I realized my old house did not have the proper wires and I would need a pro to install it and run wires. I looked online and called these guys. They told me they could do it but I would have to wait three weeks. I decided to wait because they seemed like the right company. The night before the appt, they called to confirm they would be out and all was good. They were to come out between 2 and 5. I left work at 1:15 to be home for the appt. At 1:45, I got a call from their guy saying he was not coming because they can't install a thermostat that they did not sell me. Thank you for making me wait weeks and leave work to find out you were not willing to do the work. Bad experience!

I'm very disappointed with Peterman's I had scheduled a day to get my water softener fixed but because they had too many emergency calls (people paying a $100 for a service now). They said they had to reschedule, I would under if I just made the appointment that day, but this appointment was made 3 weeks ago.
