I thought long and hard about leaving this review considering the owner seems to be somewhat reactive in his responses, but figured I always use yelp to find the best of the best, and my fellow yelpers deserve to know my experience as well.

So here we go. We had a toilet that wasn't filling in our rental. It was Sunday night of all times for this to happen and not something I could hold off until Monday unless my guest didn't  use the toilet. So... I checked out yelp to find an emergency plumber in the area. I wasn't sure if it was the shut off valve that was leaking or the fill valve was defective. So, Yes, I could have gone to Home Depot to get the parts which would have totaled about $30 MAX. But, figured I'd get an expert in who could do it quickly. I checked yelp and saw that seriously 24/7 had some pretty good reviews, however several mentions to them being expensive. Like, obscenely expensive. I figured, Aside from the $159 emergency fee, how bad could it really be for parts that cheap? I called and the lady taking my call was pleasant and they got someone out about 1.5 hours later.  The cost would be $159 plus any work to be done. The guys who came were friendly enough, and then they hit me with the cost. This is where the I almost fell over. They wanted $587 to replace the fill valve (nothing wrong with the water shut off). Or, they could replace the toilet for me for $1200?  Are you actually kidding me? Seriously they were not. Since I already had $159 invested in this, a couple of hours of wait and a renter waiting for me, it didn't make sense for me to then head to Home Depot for my parts on a Sunday night and have it take any more time. For God sakes I could have gotten a whole toilet and a ring and replaced it myself for $150 if I had another hour. Seriously disgusted,  I agreed to that price and in 10 minutes my problem was fixed. Oh great, it comes with a year warranty! Awesome, considering I could always replace it for $15 if i needed. (Looked up the exact part at any box store). Glad I have a functioning toilet but don't be like me and think to yourself how bad can it actually be?Because it will be worse. I am leaving this relationship feeling violated, but as a consumer you should know this business uses a predatory pricing scheme.

My rating is for the business not the guy doing the work. Emergency call. I know that's expensive but price was shocking!  Then I was told had to pay up front.  I questioned the policy. I said I would be glad to pay as soon as the work was done. That was unacceptable to them.

Owner Jason called me and essentially told me that I was the problem, that he has never, ever (100% of the time) had anyone remotely question payment up front. Now he's either been in business for a week (which does not appear to be the case) or he's lying. He had me over a barrel and he was willing to take advantage of me. He told me he would just have his guys leave.

Not wanting to inconvenience anyone I begrudgingly agreed to payment up front because I could challenge a credit card charge if necessary.

He then sent me an estimate to do work that said this is an estimate but not a guarantee of all the fees. I agree to pay any and all fees for project. I chose not to sign.

The on site guy did the work IN LESS THAN 20 MINUTES and charged me almost $500!  I understand emergency premiums but this reaches to the level of obscene pricing.

If you call this place, do so at your own peril. They might care about plumbing and their own bank account but they sure as hell don't care about you or what you think. There are much better options out there.

Dan came out and replaced our water heater in December and really did an excellent job. He was very professional and friendly and the price was reasonable. Before he left, he explained everything really thoroughly.
We'll definitely be hiring Seriously 24-7 again!

My toilet clogged and I went to Yelp to find a company.  The four that answered all wanted to give me an estimate. Seriously 24-7 was able to get here the fastest (within 2 hours.) They sent Andrew Miller who gave me a quote. While it seemed rather high, they did get here quickly so I okayed it.

Andrew unglogged the toilet within minutes and did not make a mess. I was extremely happy with the job he did.

Sump pump flooded our basement at 2 am and they arrived in about an hour. Andrew was very professional and fixed the problem quickly. If you have an emergency, you can rely on them to take care of it fast.

These guys are very professional. I have a duplex property and needed some fast repairs done. Kody worked fast to schedule me in and the work was completed on time and turned out great. They installed a new kitchen faucet and unclogged the bathroom faucet in one unit in less than an hour. I will have them back to do more work and I am glad I found a reliable and trustworthy plumbing company to do business with.

Really nice young man, Andrew Miller that did the work, I would give him 5 stars.  I thought the price was a bit high but it was the weekend and considered an emergency call.  The scheduler was very polite and helpful.  Overall a pretty good experience.

OF COURSE my sump pump went out on a Sunday and flooded my crawl space.  I called Seriously 24/7 and Brittney(?) sent out Antonio and his assistant Jacob right away.  They were polite, extremely professional, educated, and explained everything in layman's terms. They installed a new pump and the water drained quickly.  A few weeks later, the pump stopped working and I called Seriously 24/7 and Brittney sent the two back out immediately.  The switch was faulty and was quickly replaced - no charge of course. (probably an unusual manufacturer's defect?)

$40,000 quote for a rough-in plumbing quote on a renovation project. Absolutely ridiculous quote and a complete waste of time.

They were very responsive to my request.  I didn't give them a good value because when I inquired about the visit they were going to charge me $99 for the visit and assessment.  Which was the highest of the company's I spoke with.  They wouldn't give me that $99 dollar credit if I selected them to do the work.  However the other 2 companies I contacted would give me the assessment cost credit if I chose them.
I didn't choose them to perform the work so I cannot speak to their quality.

Our water heater went out in the middle of the night, never does this happen during the day!  I called them at 5:15 am and they were at my home by 8:30. Had options and were ready to go in no time.  We had our new tankless water heater installed and hot water in a few short hours.  They are awesome!  To get my job done quickly and efficiently one of the owners showed up and joined the other two to make sure this was done fast and efficient.

We came home from dinner out and found that our sump pump had died and the basement was slowly flooding.  I called Seriously 24-7 and they sent out Andrew Miller who came right over from another job.  He was very understanding of the situation, explained all the options and once I choose, he got right to work.  One of the best workmen I have ever dealt with, especially considering the late hour.  I will definitely be calling them again for my next plumbing needs.

Super super helpful! I had a kitchen sink that would not drain and if you haven't realized how much you use your kitchen sink, try not using it for dinner prep and clean up and then you'll have a whole new appreciation for your sink like I do.
I messaged out for emergency service plumbing and they were here and fixed the issue within in 2 hours!
I felt safe when they were in my house, which might seem like an odd piece to review, but as a woman I find that to be extremely important when someone has to come in your house. I did have my two dogs in a room though barking the whole time, but I think I would have felt safe even if the dogs were barking.
They were quick, clean, and efficient and I'm so thankful for their help!

A simple task of replacing faucets turned into needing to call in the professionals. I reached out on Yelp over the weekend and received a timely response. Communication was excellent; I was actually quite impressed with the level of communication. Received a quote for the work in the morning and they were available in the afternoon to complete the job. Mark Lambert arrived and got right to work. He completed the job very fast and was thorough. He cleaned up after he was complete. I've been looking for a reliable plumber for a while and so glad I found this company. Thank you!!

These guys really put in the work to get me all set up. Called and had someone on scene ready to go in less than 3 hours. What I thought would be a small repair turned in to small project. As a new home owner and a young guy it feels daunting having your first major issue that you can't handle on your own and I'm glad to have had these fine fellows backing me up.

Our bathroom sink was clogged in our 100 year old house.  Another plumber had come and worked hard to clear it - unsuccessfully.  Seriously 24-7 gave us a very quick response time (as they have in the past) but the price ($270) is fairly premium.  Their plumber had to work really hard to clear this one - probably 90 minutes - but in the end, he got it. And it was worth the cost (he said that if he couldn't clear it, there would be no charge).  So:  pretty expensive, though in this time of inflation and trying to pay good wages, perhaps I need to adjust my expectations.  But worth it for the QUICK RESPONSE and for the hard work and success.

I appreciate they took time to unclog our kitchen line, explain what can be bad for garbage disposals, and also went above and beyond in answering questions I had about our homes sub-pump/watercut off. I liked that I wasn't spoken down to as a women (as some repair folks do) and felt safe with the team.

Very pleased with Seriously 24-7! Just needed a drain cleaned and they were prompt with scheduling, then arrived on time. Antoneo was very professional and did a great job.

We had a emergency situation at the house, backed up drain in the basement with flooding. Seriously 24-7 was the first people we contacted. They were very quick to get to the house, around 90 minutes. Great response time. The technician was very friendly and explained everything that we needed to know.

The situation was taken care of, basement drained nicely and couldn't be more happy with the service we received.

24/7 Plumbing was amazing. I contacted them for an estimate for a water softener drain installation. They were able to accommodate my scheduling needs, showed up on time, and provided me with an estimate. Once I confirmed that I would continue with their plumbing services I was scheduled for my preferred time. The technician came out re-evaluated and made sure that we were going with the best option for the drain. The process was explained to me and the work was completed in the estimated time. Bill did our estimate and Mark completed the work. Both technicians were professional and open to any questions or concerns I had. I was treated with respect and not taken advantage of like I had by other companies. 10/10, will be using their services again.

What more could you want?

I was glad with quick timing and communication regarding how soon tech would arrive etc. however: I told them over the phone that my home was Red Tagged by Gas company (shut off) ...I said I need someone to figure problem out tonight hopefully -receptionist is polite and says that they can come out and assess the issue and determine where leak is tonight-and fix issue tonight as long as no foundational digging is needed...there is a $139 fee for coming and figuring out your situation. I say ok great and set apt. The tech arrives (but salesman is better description) and he comes in, asks where leak is-we say we have no idea .. he takes pictures with iPad of every gas pipe/fittings and says yeah I mean it's to code but it all needs replaced, if you want to find where your gas leak is its $989 for diagnostics and then cost to fix. Here, I'll email you quotes for cost to repair certain things and cost for total replace
Then asks me for my $139 service fee,
I literally feel like I just paid a salesmen to pitch to me

I had a toilet backed up and called after 6pm. The phone was answered by someone from the company not an answering service. Jason the owner arrived shortly after 7 as promised. Explained all the possible options listened to my concerns and unique circumstances.
Gave me options and finished all the work same night. It is so refreshing to work with a local company who provides great service. I will use them in the future.

Utter rubbish. They give insanely high quotes to avoid doing any work, then collect the $95 fee for the estimate.  TOTAL SCAM!! Look elsewhere

Mark was outstanding! He was very helpful and explained the process in depth so that I understood everything he did. He was very professional, skilled and efficient. I appreciated his time and efforts in fixing my gas leak.

We paid $89 for a plumbing and drain company to basically say they didn't know. They offered to run their snake for $279, but said probably wouldn't help.  Silly me to assume they would try and solve the problem.  If the pipe was busted shouldn't he give an estimate to fix it?
All that being said, the owner called to check with me about my experience.  He refunded the service charge without me even asking.  That is business practice that is rarely seen these days.  I appreciate him reaching out.

Called them at 730 and someone was at the house by 915. They diagnosed the problem and fixed our water heater! Very polite, knowledgeable, and FAST!

Around 10:30pm on the Thursday night before memorial day weekend my plumbing backed up.  After searching on Yelp, I picked Seriously 24/7 because of the star rating, the reviews and they were a local business and I wanted to support local businesses. I actually live less than 20 minutes away. I called thinking I would leave a message and I would get a return call the next morning.  It was surprising to have someone answer the phone so late, but then their name is 24/7.  They offered to send someone out that night, but the normal $89 service charge would be $139, so I elected to wait since I was given an 8:00-10:00am appt.  Since this is during COVID-19, I was asked if I wanted the technician to wear a mask, which I said, yes.  At 7:39am I received a call and a text message with a picture of the technician, Dan, who was coming. AWESOME!!

By 8:27am, when my technician still had not arrived, I called and had to leave a message, but my technician arrived a few minutes later.  Actually, two technicians arrived, hmmm.   It was mainly the second tech, Antonio, who did the work, don't know why two were sent, that is until I got the bill, it was $270, to clear out a drain.  I was stuck, needed this done now, did not know if I could get someone else out that day, as well as I had a cleaning person to coming and sterilize after the work was finished.  Seeing my panic over the cost the technicians offered to use the camera to look through my drain pipe, which I agreed.  They had to go back to the shop to retrieve the camera and was back within 15 minutes.  

Bottom line is, Seriously 24/7 lived up to the reviews, worked efficiently and cleanly, and their technicians were polite and courteous, I should have realized the price would be high, but honestly $270. Maybe they could charge less if they would send out one tech for a one tech job.  Since they did use a camera to look through my drain, I feel the charged price covered the drain cleaning and the use of the camera.  Additionally, their payment system asked if I wanted to tip!  Have never seen that before

Would I recommend Seriously 24/7 Plumbing and would I use them again, my answer is the same for both, only as a last resort.  

Update:  it has been a week since I spoke with Jason at Seriously 24/7, and sorry it has taken me this long to post an update.  Jason was affable and extremely concerned about my issue, he even thanked me for my review.  To have an owner so concerned and attentive to his customers as well as his staff, it's understandable why the customer service at Seriously 24/7 is so good.  Concerning the cost of my drain clearing, well it's understandable and Jason explained it was not the cost of sending two technicians (one was in training).  Guess you can attribute my displeasure in the cost in my wanting to save money )I'm retired, can't blame me on being thrifty).  

Again, asking the question if I would use Seriously 24/7 again, my answer is, yes.

Just had Seriously 24-7 out to work on our clogged kitchen sink. They was able to come out same day, even for a non-emergency. Dan L. and Antoneo W. did a great job, were very professional and friendly, and were done in no time!  Will gladly call these guys back should we need any plumbing work in the future.

I had great experience with Seriously 24-7 fixing a leaky faucet.  They were very professional, very well planned and organized, punctual, and efficient.  Price was very reasonable.

Dan and Antoneo were very professional, followed covid-19 PPE guidelines, and answered LOTS of questions. I was very impressed with the options they gave me and appreciated their honesty. I found out that I didn't need to replace my toilet, that they could repair if for less. Dan came back and did great work! I will use this company again for any plumbing needs!

This company is extremely professional, affordable, and efficient. From Kodi at the office to Antonio and David on the field, they were extremely responsive. They also practiced excellent COVID safety precautions including masks and social distancing and ensuring all their technicians are tested. I will definitely be using them in the future, and recommending to friends and family!!

Dan came out the next morning to diagnose the leak in my front yard.  He was very professional, nice, and good at communicating the issues.  They ended up not doing the repair because the problem was with the irrigation system.  I would use them in a heart beat next time I need plumbing work done!  Highly recommend.

The sink in one bathroom was not working properly, so I emailed them yesterday.  I had a return email right away.  Once I provided my phone number, they called and set up an appointment for this morning, which was also confirmed by email.  I received a call 30 minutes before their arrival, and they had my sink fixed (as well as pointing out a couple of other things I might need in the future, complete with an estimate but no pressure) in less than half an hour.  Polite, fast, reliable service.  I will recommend them to anyone who asks!

I contacted multiple companies to fix my sewer cleanout. I needed the job to be completed ASAP, and Seriously 24-7 contacted me immediately. They're able to schedule a visit the same day, and technicians arrived on time. David and Zach did a great job, both very friendly. I'm very happy with their help and job and would definitely call them again. Thank you!
