I have used this company 3 times now and always a pleasant experience.

All 3 were electrical light replacements with fans.  They do great work and are polite and clean up after themselves.

I will be using them again in the future.

My neighbor and I contacted Stan to replace an old fence.  Stan came out and gave us a good estimate and time frame so we hired him.  He began tearing down the old fence that day.  During the course of time it rained, but rather than give excuses, he worked later into the evening and waited out the rain to finish the job on time.  I only say that to confirm his commitment.  His work is very good and I would recommend him.  He is very considerate and we plan on hiring for some future work we need done over the summer.

We are in the process of selling our home and a loose tub spout was flagged. Steve from Stark's Plumbing came out to fix the problem and was absolutely wonderful. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I definitely recommend him to anyone who needs any plumbing work done.

Called Lindel's in the evening when I got home from work to have my water heater repaired. They were able to schedule an appointment next day and meet me when I was available to be at home. Excellent service!

Had a toilet installed last fall with another company, and I know I was WAY overcharged. When the other toilet in my house stopped working earlier this year, I contacted Westside Plumbing based on a friend's suggestion. They did the exact same service as the other company, for a MUCH lower price. Arrived on time, were friendly, and the install didn't take too long. Would definitely use WP's services again, and would recommend to others.

Wonderful! Professional, quick and reasonably priced. They came out and gave me a free estimate on a water heater replacement. I called them about two weeks later to schedule the actual installation and they were able to come out that very day. I dealt with two different employees (Dwayne and Josh) who were both extremely polite and helpful. Josh did the actual installation and went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up correctly. I would have paid more for the service considering everything he did, but he charged me exactly what Dwayne quoted, which surprised me. Very happy and we'll be repeat customers should we have any more plumbing needs in the future.

In short - Nu Flow is great.  We had a big sewer issue and they helped us along the way.  They explained every issue and gave us options with each issue we had (we had many).  I suggest Nu Flow for any of your sewer needs.

In Detail - We have a 1955 house with cast iron plumbing.  We had a notion to have our sewer scoped to see if there were any issues.  The scope showed that we had a crack in a pipe and we decided to get it fixed.  The person we had do our scope (she only does scopes) found the crack.  We selected Nu Flow Indy to come out and give us an estimate.  They did another scope and found the cracked pipe.  In repairing the pipe we found a bigger issue.  We were not on city sewer - we had a 1955 septic tank with a big leach field.  So... we had a new sewer system installed connecting us to the city sewer.

I found out that Nu Flow is a contractor for Citizen's in Marion County.  They were able to get Citizens to come to our house and help solve this problem.  We needed a 12' ditch dug at the city main and connect a tap to that pipe.  Citizens covered the cost of that dig and the connection.  We paid for the remaining.

So - I don't like spending money on new sewer system, but given that we needed to do this, I am glad we went with Nu Flow.  They did excellent work and had great communication with us on the process.  I attached some pictures of the dig.  There is one courtyard picture with a small backhoe.  Notice that they went under our courtyard sidewalk vs. breaking the sidewalk up.  That required them to dig out by hand - this was done in two spots actually.  I am sure that for them, it would have been easier to have broken the sidewalk. But, this is a small example that shows that they care about their clients beyond just the task at hand.

If I could have done anything differently, I would have just called Nu Flow from the start to do the initial sewer scope.

Along this process we dealt with at least 8 people included the office staff on the phone.  They were all top notch people to deal with.

We needed a drain pipe fixed in the crawl space and Zac promptly came for a estimate and explained everything and took pictures. He came back a few days later and fixed the problem. I had another plumbing company tell me that they wouldn't fix my issue, only re-pipe the entire house. A VERY expensive option. Zac fixed my issue for a fraction of that cost. I highly recommend Allen Plumbing and will absolutely call on them in the future when the need arises.

Friendly, helpful and a great price should draw you to Daren and Indy Gas Works like a moth to a fire. :)

Daren got dirty putting in an addition to my gas line for my new oven and dryer.   I will let everyone know about this gem of a company!

My mothers water heater stopped working and she called Earl Gray.  The sent a tech out and they told her she needed a new water heater. The told her it would be $2716 to replace it.  Once I found out I called another company out since the water heater was only 3 years old. That tech found the element was bad and fixed it for $329.  

Earl Gray tried to scam an 81 year old widowed female.  I called to cancel the new water heater and they tried to act like it was too late to cancel.  I then got a call from Mark Gray telling me they had a contract singed and I could not cancel it. When I told him they were scamming an old lady he become belligerent and you could tell he had been drinking any started to swear at me.

Stay very far away from Earl Gray & Sons!

These guys are absolutely the best there is in the business. My only complaint is that they don't charge enough and so I tip them just to ease my conscience. They are not a big fancy company but they have great equipment and know how to use it. Talk to Tammy and if you get John and Matt out they will not let you down. If they can't open your sewer line, nobody can and it will be time to spend big money. But at least you will know for sure that it can't be cleared before you have to go further.

I can't say how his business is but he drives wreck less is a neighborhood full of kids. When asked to slow down that's there's kids in the neighborhood he replied they better stay on the sidewalks, that's what they're for! Ok well douche canoe kids make mistakes, run for balls or animals , and as your coming up to a stop sign so fast you can barely stop ask yourself this. Would it be ok that you hit a child cause they weren't on the sidewalk? Guaranteed a parent won't look at it like that so please be mindful of our kids in the neighborhood

We purchased a top of the line HVAC unit from Mister Quik a few years ago and it's never worked right.  They have to continually come out and make adjustments to the fan speed in the fall and spring to help with the humidity levels (and we never get the same guy twice so he has no idea what we are talking about when we have to tell them about adjusting the fan speed).  In addition, we were told the unit would work as our dehumidifier and therefore we'd need no other system...but each time I tell the service tech about our humidity being a problem they try to sell us a dehumidifier. My thermostat reads 62% humidity inside and 45% outside right now.  I showed the visiting tech, and all he said was that the reading may not be accurate.  I said that Mr. Quik installed our thermostat as well and if it's not accurate he needs to fix it.  He just shrugged and asked where the HVAC unit was, dismissing the issue.  I thought maybe he was going to address it by looking at the unit.  All he did was replace the ultraviolet light bulb (also purchased from /installed by Mr. Q), which was why he initially visited.  We are paying them $19/month for a member discount so all our service calls are at no charge, but if the items we are buying don't work, and the service techs don't know what they are doing, it's no bargain.  We are looking elsewhere for a more qualified/trustworthy company.

Robert Poteet, doing business as Taylor's Electric and Plumbing, was called to diagnose a furnace issue at my house. After looking at the furnace for a few minutes, he recommended the furnace be replaced. We agreed on a price and we agreed he would replace the furnace. While I was with him, he called the HVAC supply house and ordered the furnace and parts needed. He would pick up the equipment in the morning and then install. I gave him a check for $700.00 to pay for the equipment he needed. The balance of the $1,300.00 bill would be paid upon job's completion. He called me the next morning and told me I should get someone else to install the furnace. Unfortunately, he kept my $700.00 equipment payment.

Robert Poteet is incompetent, extremely dishonest, almost impossible to do business with and you could only describe his way of dealing with his customers as belligerent and rude. You cannot trust a single word he says. I had several dealings with Mr Poteet prior to this incident and I knew he was liar and now, based on this experience, he has proven himself to be a thief. I am suing Mr Poteet because of this incident. He is trying now to say he is owed money for his hourly work. He works 30 minutes and charges for 3 hours of work at $100 an hour. Just another example of his greed/dishonesty. We only agreed on him installing the furnace which he refused to do. So, the entire amount I paid for the furnace/parts will be returned as mandated by the court.

While my mom and I spent a whole Saturday sucking up rain and sewer water from three overflowing drains in our basement, I greeted the man with a nice hello. His remark was a harsh what time did you call me? No professionalism at all. He, then, asked us to go upstairs and turn all the main water units on... this was to drown out a phone call he was making about how he didn't really want to service us. Man up and do your job or don't be in the plumbing industry!

Came to fix my pipe leak in basement, they LITERALLY LEFT A MESS!! Like pipe shavings EVERYWHERE glue all down the wall. They also had to return to fix the leak because they didnt fix it after 3 hours of fixing it. Unprofessional and dirty!

10 years ago Just Drains cleared my 8 sewer line using a 6 cutter.  So their work having lasted a decade, I called them again.  I told the office, then the technician, that I had a 8 line and 40' run and needed a 6 cutter.

This time the technician used a 2 auger and apparently just bored a two inch hole in an 8 clog.  The drain ran for 5 weeks before the small hole closed up again.

I called and explained how I thought the technician messed up the job.  They said 30 days warranty, why didn't you call and complain after the technician left?

The phone person and manager were both quite rude saying that I was wrong about why the cleaning lasted 35 DAYS instead of 10 years and refused to make good.

When they ask if I wanted them to pay for them to come out again, I ask why I should pay for them to fix their technician's screw-up instead of calling their competitor for a proper job.  They hung up.
