I needed someone to help my elderly Mom out with a couple of repair problems, and I don't live in the area. Kit was super responsive and timely. Kit quickly identified the issue and resolution. Then he followed through to finish the repairs. Great guy. Thank you, Kit!

My neighbor and I contacted Stan to replace an old fence.  Stan came out and gave us a good estimate and time frame so we hired him.  He began tearing down the old fence that day.  During the course of time it rained, but rather than give excuses, he worked later into the evening and waited out the rain to finish the job on time.  I only say that to confirm his commitment.  His work is very good and I would recommend him.  He is very considerate and we plan on hiring for some future work we need done over the summer.

We are in the process of selling our home and a loose tub spout was flagged. Steve from Stark's Plumbing came out to fix the problem and was absolutely wonderful. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I definitely recommend him to anyone who needs any plumbing work done.

Called Lindel's in the evening when I got home from work to have my water heater repaired. They were able to schedule an appointment next day and meet me when I was available to be at home. Excellent service!

Had a toilet installed last fall with another company, and I know I was WAY overcharged. When the other toilet in my house stopped working earlier this year, I contacted Westside Plumbing based on a friend's suggestion. They did the exact same service as the other company, for a MUCH lower price. Arrived on time, were friendly, and the install didn't take too long. Would definitely use WP's services again, and would recommend to others.

The service and service personnel were top notch, experienced, and gave us a great price, very satisfied, and don't have to worry about my basement for a long time!

In short - Nu Flow is great.  We had a big sewer issue and they helped us along the way.  They explained every issue and gave us options with each issue we had (we had many).  I suggest Nu Flow for any of your sewer needs.

In Detail - We have a 1955 house with cast iron plumbing.  We had a notion to have our sewer scoped to see if there were any issues.  The scope showed that we had a crack in a pipe and we decided to get it fixed.  The person we had do our scope (she only does scopes) found the crack.  We selected Nu Flow Indy to come out and give us an estimate.  They did another scope and found the cracked pipe.  In repairing the pipe we found a bigger issue.  We were not on city sewer - we had a 1955 septic tank with a big leach field.  So... we had a new sewer system installed connecting us to the city sewer.

I found out that Nu Flow is a contractor for Citizen's in Marion County.  They were able to get Citizens to come to our house and help solve this problem.  We needed a 12' ditch dug at the city main and connect a tap to that pipe.  Citizens covered the cost of that dig and the connection.  We paid for the remaining.

So - I don't like spending money on new sewer system, but given that we needed to do this, I am glad we went with Nu Flow.  They did excellent work and had great communication with us on the process.  I attached some pictures of the dig.  There is one courtyard picture with a small backhoe.  Notice that they went under our courtyard sidewalk vs. breaking the sidewalk up.  That required them to dig out by hand - this was done in two spots actually.  I am sure that for them, it would have been easier to have broken the sidewalk. But, this is a small example that shows that they care about their clients beyond just the task at hand.

If I could have done anything differently, I would have just called Nu Flow from the start to do the initial sewer scope.

Along this process we dealt with at least 8 people included the office staff on the phone.  They were all top notch people to deal with.

I had sent a message to this company at 10 pm the night prior. They called me the next morning at 7:45 am and were able to schedule a visit the same day. Our shower was completely backed up and not draining. This had happened previously and the other company charged $275 to clear it. However, Allen plumbing said they could do it for $79 and sure enough they did! They arrived right on time, did their work very quickly and whalah, the drain was clear!! They even sanitized the shower once they were done (don't worry, I gave it a good cleaning even after that). This was a great company to work with and we will definitely be using them again!

Darren was very knowledgeable and efficient at servicing our fireplace.
When finished it was like he hadnt been there at all other than bringing our fireplace back to beauty.

I made a help phone call to Earl Gray in the morning after noticing a smell of gas around the fireplace in our new home. The lady that picked up the phone was attentive, and understanding. A technician was with us in pretty good time and fixed the problem (a bad connection). Later on the same day I made a second call for a similar problem (not the same source of leak), and had another technician come out and deal with another leak. Both guys were very timely, professional, and courteous. I would recommend earl Gray and Sons.

Not professional, Worst plumber ever! Brought his gf to the job. Ran the auger line with only one tool for 1 min, 1 time and claimed the clog was cleared. I asked him to run the auger with the attachment that removes roots and he told me he only had the one tool. Only ran about 11 foot my line is 40 ft. long.Three days later same problem with drain. Waist of my time and money, wont bother calling back.

A competitor referred me to Pat when i was calling around to get second opinions on the $4000 cleanout RR had said i needed.  He called me back almost immediately, and was at my house within an hour or so, on a Saturday!  Made a liar out of RR's scare-tacticians ~ found an easily-accessible cleanout that they'd not bothered looking for during their FOUR VISITS ~ cleared out my main line like it was nothing!  On the side, he advised how to fix a cracked sink and how to best use copper sulfate for the roots.  I'm so happy to have found my forever sewer guy!

to begin with, they have been out a total of 3 times before the actual problem was addressed. our unit kept freezing over due to a leak. this unit was placed 3 yrs prior to me moving in, shouldn't be having this issue, understand shit happens. they have tried to sell me a new unit every single time. by the time the knowledgeable sales guy was out, we got the repair financed thru ally with the understanding we would be renewing our SHAPE plan for yearly maintenance. i asked specific questions about whether it would overlap with the existing SHAPE plan or start when the exisiting one ended with the guy confirming it would start once the new one ended. then to find out after our unit froze over again yesterday (3 months after the repair), they did not follow through on their part. they never renewed our SHAPE plan and our financing just shows a dollar amount, not the break down of what its for & the receipt left for us doesnt indicate ANYTHING on it, only a total price. they expect me to shell out ANOTHER $200 to renew a plan when they can't even fix the problem they were already paid to fix. *which cost $²,200 for them to do. guy today said they would apply the $2,200 towards an entirely new unit. clarifying it is the entire HVAC unit inside they want to replace. it was replaced in 2014, not even 10 years old yet. the employees are liars. they set expectations and guarantees they don't deliver on. will NOT be using this company further due to their shady business practices.

We hired Mr. Taylor to do both electrical and plumbing work on our home and it was a huge mistake. The work we hired him to do was at most a 4-5 day job. He would show up work for an hour and then claim an emergency and say he would be back and then wouldn't return for days. He finally after 3 weeks got our water heater installed and a new electrical panel installed. We paid him for that with the understanding he would come back the following Monday to install electrical boxes for lighting fixtures. 6 weeks later and just b.s. excuses from him. Always saying he will be there tomorrow but never shows. DO NOT HIRE THIS LAZY LYING THIEF. He was paid for work that he didn't and for some reason won't complete.

Handled my sewer back up problem efficiently and expertly. Knew exactly what they were working with in this old house. More than reasonable pricing, too. I won't ever call anyone else.

I have been trying for over 3 weeks to get warranty work completed.  They refuse to do the work, have missed scheduled service appointments and will not return calls regarding this issue.  

Avoid this business at all cost, they do not stand behind their work.

My floor drain was plugged up I call just Drains because I like their commercial. The tech was rude and yelled and cussed at the drain. Needless to say he couldn't clear the drain he said it was a collapsed Line and recommend  a company that could replace it. Looking back this must have been a friend cause he wanted a $1000. Anyway I called Mr plumber and the camera tech said his line would not work and suggested  I use a blow bag which hooks to your hose expands in drain shoots a power jet stream into the clog!/it worked cleared my line. I called and talked to just Drains supervisor came out and said no refund even though the tech could or would not fix it as well as the missed diagnosis. $147.00 down the drain because of crooks please help by forwarding this review to everyone u know
