Kit was WONDERFUL! he responded very quickly to my request for a home inspection and quote. He showed up when he said he would and sent me a lot of photos of the items that needed to be repaired. He also gave me a referral for the items he couldn't fix. He is a great guy! I highly recommend him. Thanks Kit!

My neighbor and I contacted Stan to replace an old fence. Stan came out and gave us a good estimate and time frame so we hired him. He began tearing down the old fence that day. During the course of time it rained, but rather than give excuses, he worked later into the evening and waited out the rain to finish the job on time. I only say that to confirm his commitment. His work is very good and I would recommend him. He is very considerate and we plan on hiring for some future work we need done over the summer.

Local Southside company owned and serviced by both brothers, Bob and Steve Stark. Fairly priced, honest, and tries to save you money by fixing instead of trying to sell or replace something that doesn't need replacing. I had both outside faucets that have leaking at the handle past 20 years. Bob Stark replaced the inner parts of both faucets, replaced turn on/off the spicket, and replaced all washers. He said as long as I don't have any water in the house the pipes are good. (my house is on a slab with no crawl space). 300.00 labor and parts total. If you aren't in an emergency they are a go to company. They are always really busy but worth the wait. Very personable and stand behind their work.

Called Lindel's in the evening when I got home from work to have my water heater repaired. They were able to schedule an appointment next day and meet me when I was available to be at home. Excellent service!

Had a toilet installed last fall with another company, and I know I was WAY overcharged. When the other toilet in my house stopped working earlier this year, I contacted Westside Plumbing based on a friend's suggestion. They did the exact same service as the other company, for a MUCH lower price. Arrived on time, were friendly, and the install didn't take too long. Would definitely use WP's services again, and would recommend to others.

Wonderful! Professional, quick and reasonably priced. They came out and gave me a free estimate on a water heater replacement. I called them about two weeks later to schedule the actual installation and they were able to come out that very day. I dealt with two different employees (Dwayne and Josh) who were both extremely polite and helpful. Josh did the actual installation and went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up correctly. I would have paid more for the service considering everything he did, but he charged me exactly what Dwayne quoted, which surprised me. Very happy and we'll be repeat customers should we have any more plumbing needs in the future.

In short - Nu Flow is great. We had a big sewer issue and they helped us along the way. They explained every issue and gave us options with each issue we had (we had many). I suggest Nu Flow for any of your sewer needs.
In Detail - We have a 1955 house with cast iron plumbing. We had a notion to have our sewer scoped to see if there were any issues. The scope showed that we had a crack in a pipe and we decided to get it fixed. The person we had do our scope (she only does scopes) found the crack. We selected Nu Flow Indy to come out and give us an estimate. They did another scope and found the cracked pipe. In repairing the pipe we found a bigger issue. We were not on city sewer - we had a 1955 septic tank with a big leach field. So... we had a new sewer system installed connecting us to the city sewer.
I found out that Nu Flow is a contractor for Citizen's in Marion County. They were able to get Citizens to come to our house and help solve this problem. We needed a 12' ditch dug at the city main and connect a tap to that pipe. Citizens covered the cost of that dig and the connection. We paid for the remaining.
So - I don't like spending money on new sewer system, but given that we needed to do this, I am glad we went with Nu Flow. They did excellent work and had great communication with us on the process. I attached some pictures of the dig. There is one courtyard picture with a small backhoe. Notice that they went under our courtyard sidewalk vs. breaking the sidewalk up. That required them to dig out by hand - this was done in two spots actually. I am sure that for them, it would have been easier to have broken the sidewalk. But, this is a small example that shows that they care about their clients beyond just the task at hand.
If I could have done anything differently, I would have just called Nu Flow from the start to do the initial sewer scope.
Along this process we dealt with at least 8 people included the office staff on the phone. They were all top notch people to deal with.

I highly recommend Allen Plumbing Company. They were able to stealth through and find the root of my problem. It wasnt easy but Allen plumbing did not give up and worked on it until it was finally and completely resolved. They are the most professional, reliable, knowledgeable company I have worked with and I would give them 10 stars if I could!

I made a help phone call to Earl Gray in the morning after noticing a smell of gas around the fireplace in our new home. The lady that picked up the phone was attentive, and understanding. A technician was with us in pretty good time and fixed the problem (a bad connection). Later on the same day I made a second call for a similar problem (not the same source of leak), and had another technician come out and deal with another leak. Both guys were very timely, professional, and courteous. I would recommend earl Gray and Sons.

Not professional, Worst plumber ever! Brought his gf to the job. Ran the auger line with only one tool for 1 min, 1 time and claimed the clog was cleared. I asked him to run the auger with the attachment that removes roots and he told me he only had the one tool. Only ran about 11 foot my line is 40 ft. long.Three days later same problem with drain. Waist of my time and money, wont bother calling back.

A competitor referred me to Pat when i was calling around to get second opinions on the $4000 cleanout RR had said i needed. He called me back almost immediately, and was at my house within an hour or so, on a Saturday! Made a liar out of RR's scare-tacticians ~ found an easily-accessible cleanout that they'd not bothered looking for during their FOUR VISITS ~ cleared out my main line like it was nothing! On the side, he advised how to fix a cracked sink and how to best use copper sulfate for the roots. I'm so happy to have found my forever sewer guy!

Not able to rate zero stars or I would. I had a Trane XL16i....sold to me as a top of the line heat pump, installed in 2011. So far, it has not operated correctly when it gets cold....usually when you need heat the most. Their technicians have been out countless times every heating season with promises that it has been fixed. Then a cold snap hits and we discover it hasn't been fixed. My home is now a balmy 56 degrees and will not get any warmer. Part of the sell job was my electric bill would go down, it has gone up significantly when looking at KWH used.
The technicians try hard, but they are obviously not adequately trained on this system. Every one that comes out is mystified. The supposed experts get involved and don't get us any further either.
In addition, I was suckered into paying them to maintain the unit all along. They gladly pocketed that money and laughed all the way to the bank. Several times we found out that the actual maintenance that was done was the actual source of the problem...although I have zero confidence that they know the source of the issues in the first place...they just come up with things to tell us to pacify us for a while.
So....don't by a Trane heating system and don't trust Mister Quik if you really need your home to be warm when the temperatures dip below zero.

Couldn't have had a better experience. An old dead tree fell over in our back yard and snapped the power line to the house. IPL came out and said we needed an electrician to do the work. This was on a Sunday and most of the companies we called couldn't get to us for several days or wanted astronomical after hours fees. Robert showed up within an hour of our call, gave us the most reasonable quote we heard all afternoon, and started the work immediately. Our lights were back on before it got dark outside, the food in our fridge and freezer was saved! I wouldn't hesitate to call Taylor's again.

Nine months ago, June 22, 1922, Invoice 124011, Gurney L. Bush responded to a call that our toilet was overflowing when flushed. They removed the toilet and ran a snake as far as they could. I noticed that they had gouged the toilet's wax seal, but did not hang around to ensure it was replaced with a new seal. They were not able to fix the sewer blockage and charged $165. Later the tile grout around the toilet kept turning green and black and finally we observed water coming from the base of the toilet after each flush. When Guerney was notified they stated they warrant work for 30 days, and too much time had elapsed, but they would replace the seal for $115. I pulled the toilet myself and have several photos of the seal that shows the toilet should never have been replaced without replacing the wax seal. They refused to take any responsibility, and worse yet, were not interested in learning one of their techs was doing unacceptable work.

Had to change my opinion of this company. The initial visit in March of last year was great so I continued to use them but each visit after has been a nightmare! Two months later I called to have a toilet handle that kept sticking that I couldn't fix fixed and it literally took 3 visits to fix a toilet handle! In November I scheduled my yearly maintenance. I've always worked from home so I'm always here. I saw the tech pull up in the driveway, sit for a few minutes, pull out of the driveway, park in front of my neighbors house for a few minutes then drive off. About 30mins later I get a call stating a tech came to my home and I wasn't there which is a complete lie. I still have the office girl's vm.
In January my furnace went out and I didn't want to call them but since they've serviced the unit prior to them lying in Nov I called them again. Long story short, the unit had to be replaced so they replaced it. Spent 12k so it wasn't cheap. I had to call them out to make sure it was set up correctly because IPL advised that my budget billing period had expired and my settle up amount was $1000 and that my usage had increased mid Jan-Mar which of course is the time the new furnace was installed. My yearly usage with IPL is about 1500 or less. I pulled the energy report and it showed my emergency heat was being used and not my heat pump. I recently called this company out to correct the issue and it's still not working despite the tech stating he made adjustments and changed the settings which I don't know why these settings weren't in place before they left in Jan.
At this point I don't want anyone from this company back in my home. I will get another company out to verify if the unit was set up properly since service from them is so hit or miss. If I'm told it wasn't (which more than likely I will) and they don't reimburse me for the extra expenses I had to incur due to them failing to properly install the unit, I will contact an attorney. I have to question all the positive reviews. My initial contact with them was great, which is probably apart of the plan so they can sell you a service contract. If real customers continue to use them they will see how much skill they lack and that in the end they will cost you money. Please avoid them and only go with companies that are consistent with their service.

This company has the worst attitude and customer service skills I have ever had the misfortune of running across. Paid for a service I didn't get and got a refusal to return my call or return any of the money I paid them for not doing their job. All while being told I was the one with the attitude. They could not clear a simple clog in a drain pipe and told me the sewer line had collapsed. Called another company and they got the clog out easily. Sewer line was fine. BEWARE of this business.
