I appreciate how responsive they were to my initial inquiries, kept me updated on their arrival, and were quick and professional during the work I needed (replacing my garbage disposal, and tightening wiring on my in-floor heating). Definitely would recommend if you need help with some odds and ends (like I did).

My neighbor and I contacted Stan to replace an old fence.  Stan came out and gave us a good estimate and time frame so we hired him.  He began tearing down the old fence that day.  During the course of time it rained, but rather than give excuses, he worked later into the evening and waited out the rain to finish the job on time.  I only say that to confirm his commitment.  His work is very good and I would recommend him.  He is very considerate and we plan on hiring for some future work we need done over the summer.

I will never use another plumber. These guys are great. They are honest, reliable, reasonable, and trustworthy. No one can compete.

Called Lindel's in the evening when I got home from work to have my water heater repaired. They were able to schedule an appointment next day and meet me when I was available to be at home. Excellent service!

Had a toilet installed last fall with another company, and I know I was WAY overcharged. When the other toilet in my house stopped working earlier this year, I contacted Westside Plumbing based on a friend's suggestion. They did the exact same service as the other company, for a MUCH lower price. Arrived on time, were friendly, and the install didn't take too long. Would definitely use WP's services again, and would recommend to others.

Wonderful! Professional, quick and reasonably priced. They came out and gave me a free estimate on a water heater replacement. I called them about two weeks later to schedule the actual installation and they were able to come out that very day. I dealt with two different employees (Dwayne and Josh) who were both extremely polite and helpful. Josh did the actual installation and went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up correctly. I would have paid more for the service considering everything he did, but he charged me exactly what Dwayne quoted, which surprised me. Very happy and we'll be repeat customers should we have any more plumbing needs in the future.

Ok am selling my house and low and behold the inspection included a sewer line scope which showed my pipe had cracked. I asked Nu flow to inspect it and they came out around 4 to 5 days later to asses the line. The worked up a quote for an estimate and we had a bit of a scheduling challenge on my deadlines for getting the work done but they worked quite hard and have completed the repair on time and on budget. Its a miracle the final repair of selling my house is now complete. FYI they are the only pipe injectors in Marion County. What does that mean well if you have an issue that goes under a drive way, have expensive landscape you can fix most issues by inserting the materials in your old pipes and it hardens ie epoxy resin inside. Also that work is warranted for 25 years with a transferable warranty. The business manager went above and beyond to make sure this got done on time and was evenworking on this paperwork until 9 pm the night before.

We needed a drain pipe fixed in the crawl space and Zac promptly came for a estimate and explained everything and took pictures. He came back a few days later and fixed the problem. I had another plumbing company tell me that they wouldn't fix my issue, only re-pipe the entire house. A VERY expensive option. Zac fixed my issue for a fraction of that cost. I highly recommend Allen Plumbing and will absolutely call on them in the future when the need arises.

I was recommended by my brother-in-law to call Daren to get some gas line repairs done. Apparently my brother-in-law had a great experience with Daren. Left Daren numerous messages via voicemail and online. He never called me back. It has been several weeks since I contacted him, so I gave him ample time to get back to me. Maybe he is super busy, but he should at least call back prospective customers.

Earl Gray helped us plumb a new bathroom in our basement. I was impressed with their professional service and craftsmanship. Everything works great. We will call them again in the future. They are our go-to plumbing company.

These guys are absolutely the best there is in the business. My only complaint is that they don't charge enough and so I tip them just to ease my conscience. They are not a big fancy company but they have great equipment and know how to use it. Talk to Tammy and if you get John and Matt out they will not let you down. If they can't open your sewer line, nobody can and it will be time to spend big money. But at least you will know for sure that it can't be cleared before you have to go further.

I can't say how his business is but he drives wreck less is a neighborhood full of kids. When asked to slow down that's there's kids in the neighborhood he replied they better stay on the sidewalks, that's what they're for! Ok well douche canoe kids make mistakes, run for balls or animals , and as your coming up to a stop sign so fast you can barely stop ask yourself this. Would it be ok that you hit a child cause they weren't on the sidewalk? Guaranteed a parent won't look at it like that so please be mindful of our kids in the neighborhood

This was insane. Our garbage disposal went out and we need a replacement asap because it's leaking water. We called around for some estimates, and they were all about $100-$150 (we already have the new disposal). Unfortunately, nobody could get here for several days, so we called Mister Quick. They had someone to send out immediately and they said they would write up an estimate when they got here. Their estimate was for $400!!!! When we said we weren't interested, they charged us $70 for the service call!!! Absolutely no work was done. Ridiculous.

We hired Mr. Taylor to do both electrical and plumbing work on our home and it was a huge mistake. The work we hired him to do was at most a 4-5 day job. He would show up work for an hour and then claim an emergency and say he would be back and then wouldn't return for days. He finally after 3 weeks got our water heater installed and a new electrical panel installed. We paid him for that with the understanding he would come back the following Monday to install electrical boxes for lighting fixtures. 6 weeks later and just b.s. excuses from him. Always saying he will be there tomorrow but never shows. DO NOT HIRE THIS LAZY LYING THIEF. He was paid for work that he didn't and for some reason won't complete.

Very unfriendly service, refused to answer questions, very stand offish and not interested at all in providing good customer service.

Was a loyal customer for 18 years but the new owner does not care about the customers or his business.  He does not return phone calls, way over charges for services and does not stand behind any of the work he does.  It is sad this WAS a good company.

A really rude employee named Carl came to my house. I had sewage up to my basement steps when he left. He drug his sewage covered equipment across my brand new carpet after he was given a tarp to lay down to avoid the disgusting mess. He scoffed, and said I'll buy this carpet. Owner Leon finally called me a week later, berated me for calling his good guy employee out, asked me if I was perfect cause everyone has bad days, asked me if I wanted him fired so he has to tell his kids they can't eat because he got canned for me complaining. Also, my carpet was not taken care of. When Carl was walking out, he took a personal phone call and said he just finished the job from h***. Leon didn't apologize for Carl's conduct. Least his supervisor Jake did. Stay away from this joke of a business.
