As an out of state rental investor it is extremely hard to find handymen and contractors who provide honest, high quality, and reasonably priced services.  After dealing with people who over charged for subpar work or even disappeared after getting an upfront payment, my only regret is not finding him sooner.  Kit has performed several repair jobs at cheaper rates than what I have gotten in the past.  Also only wants to get paid after his job is complete.

My neighbor and I contacted Stan to replace an old fence.  Stan came out and gave us a good estimate and time frame so we hired him.  He began tearing down the old fence that day.  During the course of time it rained, but rather than give excuses, he worked later into the evening and waited out the rain to finish the job on time.  I only say that to confirm his commitment.  His work is very good and I would recommend him.  He is very considerate and we plan on hiring for some future work we need done over the summer.

Starks Plumbing is the best in town. Bob Stark is Honest, fair prices, reliable, respectful and he cleans up after himself. He's a true professional and I highly recommend Starks Plumbing Servises.

Called Lindel's in the evening when I got home from work to have my water heater repaired. They were able to schedule an appointment next day and meet me when I was available to be at home. Excellent service!

Had a toilet installed last fall with another company, and I know I was WAY overcharged. When the other toilet in my house stopped working earlier this year, I contacted Westside Plumbing based on a friend's suggestion. They did the exact same service as the other company, for a MUCH lower price. Arrived on time, were friendly, and the install didn't take too long. Would definitely use WP's services again, and would recommend to others.

Wonderful! Professional, quick and reasonably priced. They came out and gave me a free estimate on a water heater replacement. I called them about two weeks later to schedule the actual installation and they were able to come out that very day. I dealt with two different employees (Dwayne and Josh) who were both extremely polite and helpful. Josh did the actual installation and went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up correctly. I would have paid more for the service considering everything he did, but he charged me exactly what Dwayne quoted, which surprised me. Very happy and we'll be repeat customers should we have any more plumbing needs in the future.

Very informative and forthcoming with information!  Professional and courteous! Followup:  this company saved me $15,000 after a local company tried to get me to sign a contract to have them not only dig up my yard, my neighbor's shrub and the city street and pay to repave the street after telling me I had a busted sewer pipe. NuFlows superior equipment and service not only showed me the pipe was not broken, but they cleaned out the pipe and showed the condition of the pipe itself. And all at a reasonable, affordable price for my security.  Highly recommended!!!

We needed a drain pipe fixed in the crawl space and Zac promptly came for a estimate and explained everything and took pictures. He came back a few days later and fixed the problem. I had another plumbing company tell me that they wouldn't fix my issue, only re-pipe the entire house. A VERY expensive option. Zac fixed my issue for a fraction of that cost. I highly recommend Allen Plumbing and will absolutely call on them in the future when the need arises.

Darren came to service both of my gas fireplaces, one of which was old and  had a gas leak.  He cleaned it out, replaced the valve, and got it looking brand new.  Best of all, no more gas smell coming from the fireplace!  He showed me step by step how to light the fireplace and checked both for potential leaks while I was watching.  I suspected a gas leak coming from my stovetop and Darren performed a test, which indicated a few leaks.  He charged nothing additional to make those adjustments and had my stove working perfectly in no time.  He was super helpful and very friendly too!

Earl Gray helped us plumb a new bathroom in our basement. I was impressed with their professional service and craftsmanship. Everything works great. We will call them again in the future. They are our go-to plumbing company.

These guys are absolutely the best there is in the business. My only complaint is that they don't charge enough and so I tip them just to ease my conscience. They are not a big fancy company but they have great equipment and know how to use it. Talk to Tammy and if you get John and Matt out they will not let you down. If they can't open your sewer line, nobody can and it will be time to spend big money. But at least you will know for sure that it can't be cleared before you have to go further.

Answered the phone immediately.  Super pleasant and informative.  He was willing to work with me... but suggested a couple of other names that might be a better match for my needs.  He took the time to text a couple of suggestions.  Theses suggestions were all small business owners (which I prefer).  

Really ??  Not too many folks are this honest and helpful...with zero financial benefit.

My heater went out on a Saturday morning , being that mister quick had installed both the heating and AC unit 6 years ago , I called and asked for a service call. They came out and said it was the control board and to replace it would cost 1,557.00. The other thing was being Saturday if I won't to replace it on the weekend it would be an additional 200.00 . Thank goodness it was in the 60s ( 02/18/2017) I told the tech I would let him know. Monday morning I called another heating and AC firm and they also came out and said yes it's the control board and to replace it would cost 550.00. They got the job and they also will get all my future business not only for this rent property but for the others that I own. Do business with them at your on risk.

Do not recommend. He collected my trip charge money but never even delivered an estimate. Replied that he didn't have the manpower to do the job. He never even started our job, let alone actually following through... he made $40 that day for nothing. The exact definition of someone who gives contractors a bad name.

Beware! Do not use this company! We had them out for clogged toilets and a drain line. They determined it was a septic problem and cost us $325 for the septic company to agree that it was an indoor plumbing issue. Then, They poured water right through our floor pipe to collapse
our kitchen ceiling! They refused to pay for the damage! They also pulled toilets to clean the lines, but put them all back wrong. We had to hire a plumber to fix all the toilets. The technician told me how they lie to home warranty companies to make more money. When I pressed them to pay for the damages, they screamed at me and lied about everything. They told me I was lucky that my home warranty paid for the clogged toilets in the first place, so if I pushed it they would claim there were no clogs!
Horrible experienced that ended up costing us a lot of money!

Do you homework and get multiple quotes from muliple sources.    My water heater broke ....called Mowery for a quote to replace it.   They told me $2700.   The most expensive tank water heater at Home Depot is $1000...so $1700 for two hours of labor?   OJ Simpson's attourney's didnt charge that much.    

Went with another plumber who came in $1200 under Mowery's quote.    Noted for future business plans.

Worst drain cleaning company in the city. Secretary who answers phones has an awful attitude. Extremely unprofessional company....DO NOT USE.
