I appreciate how responsive they were to my initial inquiries, kept me updated on their arrival, and were quick and professional during the work I needed (replacing my garbage disposal, and tightening wiring on my in-floor heating). Definitely would recommend if you need help with some odds and ends (like I did).

My neighbor and I contacted Stan to replace an old fence.  Stan came out and gave us a good estimate and time frame so we hired him.  He began tearing down the old fence that day.  During the course of time it rained, but rather than give excuses, he worked later into the evening and waited out the rain to finish the job on time.  I only say that to confirm his commitment.  His work is very good and I would recommend him.  He is very considerate and we plan on hiring for some future work we need done over the summer.

Very professional. Had a water softener installed. Was on time and pricing can't be beat. Didn't mind answering other questions too while there which is very helpful.

Called Lindel's in the evening when I got home from work to have my water heater repaired. They were able to schedule an appointment next day and meet me when I was available to be at home. Excellent service!

Had a toilet installed last fall with another company, and I know I was WAY overcharged. When the other toilet in my house stopped working earlier this year, I contacted Westside Plumbing based on a friend's suggestion. They did the exact same service as the other company, for a MUCH lower price. Arrived on time, were friendly, and the install didn't take too long. Would definitely use WP's services again, and would recommend to others.

The service and service personnel were top notch, experienced, and gave us a great price, very satisfied, and don't have to worry about my basement for a long time!

I was surprised to find that this company doesn't do what they say. They make a big deal about fixing pool and spa lines, but according to our messenger conversation, they don't. Why advertise you do something if you don't. Since they only have the Indy location, saying that Indy doesn't is the same as they don't.

For a family-owned and operated business, they sure fall short of integrity. So maybe they should say only sewer lines and remove the false advertising on their website. There are many options for this work and think twice before hiring these guys because if they lie on their services online, I am sure they are going to lie in person.

I had sent a message to this company at 10 pm the night prior. They called me the next morning at 7:45 am and were able to schedule a visit the same day. Our shower was completely backed up and not draining. This had happened previously and the other company charged $275 to clear it. However, Allen plumbing said they could do it for $79 and sure enough they did! They arrived right on time, did their work very quickly and whalah, the drain was clear!! They even sanitized the shower once they were done (don't worry, I gave it a good cleaning even after that). This was a great company to work with and we will definitely be using them again!

Darren at Indy Gas Works is just wonderful! He is such a nice and pleasant man, does great work, is knowledgeable, patient and super reliable! He set up our fireplace and it works perfectly! We can highly recommend him!

Was awaken this morning by the drip drip of a hot water heater leak, called Earl Gray &Sons and they sent Jake to the rescue! Jake was better than a Good Neighbor and got us repaired in no time. He took the time to explain what happened and reviewed the warranty promise and service they offer. Very happy we called.

These guys are absolutely the best there is in the business. My only complaint is that they don't charge enough and so I tip them just to ease my conscience. They are not a big fancy company but they have great equipment and know how to use it. Talk to Tammy and if you get John and Matt out they will not let you down. If they can't open your sewer line, nobody can and it will be time to spend big money. But at least you will know for sure that it can't be cleared before you have to go further.

He arrived within minutes, another plumber needed his help as he got the cable stuck in the main and was taking hours to try to get it out. Pat got it out in less then 2 minutes. He is amazing. He is fast, great with customer education and extremely affordable. He will always be highly recommended by me. You can't go wrong with Pat's Sewer and Drain!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They rip off and take it advantage of you. We called them out to inspect our HVAC because their air conditioner was out. They found the part was a dual motor starter that needed to be replaced. They charged us $621 to replace the part we did a quick search online and found the part on multiple websites for $15. I called Mister quik the next day to ask what the discrepancy was and they said a manager would call back in 24 to 48 hours. They are in no rush to call you back and I had to call multiple times to get the manager on the line. I spoke to Sarah and she said there is no discrepancy in the price that's the price in the price book she said the part price covers things like their insurance and their storage and their inventory fees and holding the part in a truck and paying for the training of their employees. I told her we paid an $89 service fee for her employee to come out and inspect and diagnose which covers his fees and the rest of the fees are ridiculous. She apologized and offered to reimburse the $89 service fee, but the part cannot be changed. They made $600 over a 10 minute visit. Please read the reviews of this company before deciding to call them in an emergency because you will just be ripped off like everyone else was. I wish I can give zero stars because that's what this company deserves and I will be going to the Better Business Bureau and making sure they're aware of them taking advantage of customers.This company deserves to be closed.

Robert Poteet , (has NO HVAC LICENSE or PLUMBING license.  Robert is a  liar who will take your money and then never return your calls once he has it.
After calling him out to our home and giving him money to repair our system,  I found out he intentionally damaged our HVAC system in the hopes of selling and installing a new unit we did not even need , and charging us thousands of dollars . I verified this thru a licensed reputable contract who showed me exactly what he did to damage our system .  While Robert Poteet lied and said our system was shot- the company that exposed him had us back up and running IN A MATTER OF 20 MINUTES that same day .   Check out Robert Poteet's legal problems for lying and attempting to steal money on the mycase.indiana website.  He's ripped off plenty of people . Avoid being one of them.

Beware! Do not use this company! We had them out for clogged toilets and a drain line. They determined it was a septic problem and cost us $325 for the septic company to agree that it was an indoor plumbing issue. Then, They poured water right through our floor pipe to collapse
our kitchen ceiling! They refused to pay for the damage! They also pulled toilets to clean the lines, but put them all back wrong. We had to hire a plumber to fix all the toilets. The technician told me how they lie to home warranty companies to make more money. When I pressed them to pay for the damages, they screamed at me and lied about everything. They told me I was lucky that my home warranty paid for the clogged toilets in the first place, so if I pushed it they would claim there were no clogs!

We used them because the previous owners of the house had a prepaid service check up scheduled. The call should have been free, but the tech managed to con my wife out of $50 for a new filter on the AC. Two days later, my AC goes out...how convenient for them. My wife calls them, since they were just there and they should know if something looked wrong with the unit at the time, they came out within the hour. Tech was nice, and seemed knowledgeable. He proceeded to find a bad capacitor, which had melted down in the 2 days since the last tech was there. He replaced the capacitor and charged me $249.79...but he was nice enough to knock off the service charge!!! I looked up what a capacitor would cost if I bought it myself...around $50-$70 for the exact part! Unreal, I know you have to pay for the service and convenience, but come on, really, almost $200 over? I was tricked into using them once, but never again. I have a call into the general manager to complain, we'll see if he ever does. I will update this post if he happens to.  The whole experience seemed very shady. Highly unrecommended.

If you want someone to make you feel incompetent call just drains. Called to get an estimate on something that it would cost to get a clean out but I don't know where the spot is for my clean out. She told me I would have to know where it was to get a clean out. I told her I'm not a plumber and I don't know these things. She then yelled at me that neither are they and hung up on me oh. Great customer service from them
