Kit was WONDERFUL! he responded very quickly to my request for a home inspection and quote. He showed up when he said he would and sent me a lot of photos of the items that needed to be repaired. My neighbor and I contacted Stan to replace an old fence.  Stan came out and gave us a good estimate and time frame so we hired him.  He began tearing down the old fence that day.  During the course of time it rained, but rather than give excuses, he worked later into the evening and waited out the rain to finish the job on time.  I only say that to confirm his commitment.  His work is very good and I would recommend him.  He is very considerate and we plan on hiring for some future work we need done over the summer.

Called Lindel's in the evening when I got home from work to have my water heater repaired. They were able to schedule an appointment next day and meet me when I was available to be at home. Excellent service!

Had a toilet installed last fall with another company, and I know I was WAY overcharged. When the other toilet in my house stopped working earlier this year, I contacted Westside Plumbing based on a friend's suggestion. They did the exact same service as the other company, for a MUCH lower price. Arrived on time, were friendly, and the install didn't take too long. Would definitely use WP's services again, and would recommend to others.

Wonderful! Professional, quick and reasonably priced. They came out and gave me a free estimate on a water heater replacement. I called them about two weeks later to schedule the actual installation and they were able to come out that very day. I dealt with two different employees (Dwayne and Josh) who were both extremely polite and helpful. Josh did the actual installation and went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up correctly. I would have paid more for the service considering everything he did, but he charged me exactly what Dwayne quoted, which surprised me. Very happy and we'll be repeat customers should we have any more plumbing needs in the future.

Nu Flow recently bailed us out of a very difficult situation with an occupied rental home, rearranging their schedule to squeeze us in quickly and repairing the damage (which had caused the tenants to move temporarily into a hotel) very professionally.  Eric responded to our initial inquiry immediately, coordinated with our property manager and another contractor (who had caused the initial damage and needed access to repair part of the job), all at a competitive price.  As out-of-state owners we rely heavily on local contractors to do what they say they will do (which doesn't always happen!) but we will definitely use Eric and team again in the future!

I highly recommend Allen Plumbing Company. They were able to stealth through and find the root of my problem. It wasnt easy but Allen plumbing did not give up and worked on it until it was finally and completely resolved.  They are the most professional, reliable, knowledgeable company I have worked with and I would give them 10 stars if I could!

While having my chimney repaired we discovered that a connection on the gas line had deteriorated to the point it was leaking so all work had to cease.  On the recommendation of the chimney company, I contacted Indy Gas Works to inspect and repair the connection.

The Indy Gas Works team arrived promptly and quickly repaired and tested the connection.  They walked me through what had previously been installed and what they replaced the faulty connection with.  Great guys and real professionals!!  A local company that does great work at an affordable price.  You can't beat it!!

Good quality work but 75% of the employees are drug addicts. They really need to start doing background checks & drug testing to weed out the druggies who work there!

Not professional, Worst plumber ever! Brought his gf to the job. Ran the auger line with only one tool for 1 min, 1 time and claimed the clog was cleared. I asked him to run the auger with the attachment that removes roots and he told me he only had the one tool. Only ran about 11 foot my line is 40 ft. long.Three days later same problem with drain. Waist of my time and money, wont bother calling back.

This review is a little late. I had a backup sewer issue right at the first of the year. I called Pat. Will definitely be the only guy I call in the future. He is friendly and funny and an all around great guy. He was here for a total of 10 hours and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Absolutely solid job done. The price was very reasonable. He is vey knowledgeable about EVERYTHING drain and plumbing related. I had a million questions and he patiently answered every one. And was right. He also guarantees his work for six months. I will only recommend Pat to people in the future.

We have been customers for years and have an annual service contract with them. They fixed our unit earlier this week and the exact part they fixed is not working today when it is 20 degrees out. They insisted it would be $150 fee to come out even though it was their mistake and we are under a service contract with them. Do not get their service contract as they will not abide by the terms and do not use them for repairs. Horrible service.

Couldn't have had a better experience.  An old dead tree fell over in our back yard and snapped the power line to the house.  IPL came out and  said we needed an electrician to do the work.  This was on a Sunday and most of the companies we called couldn't get to us for several days or wanted astronomical after hours fees.  Robert showed up within an hour of our call, gave us the most reasonable quote we heard all afternoon, and started the work immediately. Our lights were back on before it got dark outside, the food in our fridge and freezer was saved! I wouldn't hesitate to call Taylor's again.

Robin Run ,the retirement community where we live, called them because we had a clogged kitchen drain on June 17th. We were out of town, so I do not know the person who came to try to repair it. We got home, used our kitchen sink, and the drain was backing up in our garage, as it was before we left town.  A person came out Monday,july1st,and his drain machine broke, and he could not clean it. He said they needed to put in a camera, which he did not have, and that someone would come back with the camera.  Thank goodness for Scott. he came quickly. He seemed very versed in drain cleaning, He was very neat, cleaned up, and worked a while with his drain rooter, after he put a camera in the pipe. He checked the drain before he left to be sure it was working It seems to be working fine, but it has been a major inconvenience and mess for us.I would give Scott a 5 star rating ,but the others , not the best.

They will do unnecassary repairs or tell you your system needs replaced.  They are highly unethical in thier business practices.  I was a faithful customer for 12 years (9 years of which was before the current owner bought it) but the owner for the roughly 10 years has made it a a truly fraudulent company.  They did a repair i felt was overprice and i checked with Chip the owner and another company and they both said while the part was cheap it took several man hours to properly install it,  This was due to re balancing the air flow in the system.  Ok I now understand the 6 to 8 hours of labor they are saying as it requires 2 guys 3 to 4 hours to complete.  Day of install 1 guy shows up slaps on the part in and out in less than 30 Minutes.  No air balancing or anything I called and ask what happened and was told he must have gotten it done fast.  I then requested a refund for the extra labor charge and was told they could not do that as its based on an average time to install.  My point is it was not installed properly as per what I was told By Chip the owner and another company.  I would be very worried if you have them out.  If they tell you you need a new system as the told my neighbor I would get a second opinion.  They called for a second opinion from a competitor and a $175 repair later their system is still working great 3 years later.  Sure beat the $6,000 quote from Mowey.  I hear more and more horror stories and feel people should know and be advised.

I called because my shower wasn't draining.  They ran the main line and snaked the shower, which didn't help at all.  The guy got poop and/or mud on my carpet. He left, knowing the drain didn't clear. Several weeks later (admittedly should've called sooner) I called back and talked to the owner.  He was rude as hell, and basically said that that I was lying to him about how the guy who came did not fix the problem.  He kept saying Anyone reasonable would've called sooner.  First he blamed it on my old pipes, then I told them it was a fresh remodel and he blamed it on my new pipes.  Nearly $300 down the still-clogged drain.

Edit: Hope Plumbing came and snaked/plunged the drain and put some drain cleaner in and it works great.  Just drains should've been able to finish the job.
