Wayne Anderson and Shannon came out and resolved the problem quickly.  Pricing was fair and very nice people to deal with.

Our experience with Kevin was great.  Could not have asked for anything better. Very professional.  Kevin was also very flexible as we changed our original schedule due to a conflict and he adjusted with no issues. He fixed all our issues.  We had a leaking toilet and 2 faucets that had broken components.  All resolved on-time and the cost was reasonable.

Alex was great to work with. Fixed some electrical problems quickly and for a fair price. Would use him again.

My friend's dad, a naval captain, says There's only 5 minutes between half a$$ and first class. I chose J's because they have an A+ rating from the BBB. They lived up to their rating. The receptionist told me I'd get a call from the plumber on Wednesday. True to her word, Zach called me Wednesday at 0820, arrived shortly after, and thoroughly completed 4 projects. He went above and beyond by CLEANING UP AFTER HIMSELF and putting my belongings back after moving them. THAT was impressive in and of itself. My bath tub is fully functional, my toilet no longer runs, and no more leaky sink under my new sink. Grateful for the good service. I highly recommend J's Plumbing. They're FIRST CLASS!

I used Giles Plumbing today. They did an incredible job as I had a leak in my ceiling. They accessed the issue quickly, made limited cuts into my dry wall, cleaned up their mess and was gone in an hour. Very impressed by their professionalism, were on time and Extremely reasonable! Horrible experience. DON'T RECOMMEND. We scheduled them to come put in our sink at our new house. Dustin came to give our quote and we called dean to schedule our service. The first time we scheduled with Dean  they said they got stuck on a job and would be late. We waited 4hrs and then they said they could no longer make it. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled for the following Friday morning. I texted them to confirm the day before but they never responded. We still held hope and showed up to the house early in the morning and waiting for them.. they never showed up. No response no text nothing. I would give 0 stars if I could.

They came to check a water pressure issue. 5 minutes after they wanted to charge us 150 bucks for the visit. When I scheduled the visit I was never told the fee was 150 bucks... it was never  mentioned. I assumed it was going to be like the rate other companies work with. Even the guy who came to the house told me that they always seem to forget to tell clients about their insane rates for a visit. Misleading by withholding information. I do not recommend them.

If you need a tankless water heater expert, call them. Thank you Shelly for sending me to the right person to solve my issue and quickly scheduling the service call. Thank you Matthew and Denny for your professionalism and solving my problem. Great team.

I feel as I was totally ripped off, he charged us almost $700.00 to change a shower head and cut a huge hole in the wall.and then said I could hire someone to fix the hole and paInt it. Then to top it off he wanted me to make the check out to him personally.  Never again!!!

Uh...charging me 100.00 to fix a hole in the wall he charged me to make in order to troubleshoot a leak? The hole was about 14 inches square and could have been just 3 inches square. Another 65.00 to mount a shower rod...jeezus no! Also wants to charge an extra 2% just for using a debit card....Uh...Uh!

These guys did come out quickly but did not inform me of the cost until a week after it was completed I got a bill in the mail I asked the guy how much it was going to be he said we will bill you they did not tell me he charges for drive time was at my house for 30 minutes and charge me $156 in labor plus materials will never use again

Called to replace a leaking toilet, and while here they said my water pressure was too high and a pressure regulator needed to be installed. They insisted this needed to be installed by my water meter at the street, which would involve ripping up part of the sidewalk and cost over $700.

I got a second opinion and was told that the part could easily be installed in my basement for a third of the cost, and that cutting into the sidewalk was totally unnecessary. When I explained to them that I wanted to cancel my appointment based on this second opinion they were snippy and rude.

Very surprised that they chose what appears to be the most difficult and expensive method to fix a simple water pressure problem.

We used him to reattach our under-mount kitchen sink to the counter.  After several excuses about not showing for several scheduled appointments (should have been my first red flag!) he finally showed up to do the work.  

He charged us $700 dollars to reattach the sink.  The final charge was $300 over the original quoted price.  He charged $200 to clean the sink to install.  He requested a tip for his services and a YELP review.

Six months later the sink has fallen off the counter.

I have called him for two months to come fix his work.  Literally left voice messages daily.  I have only been able to get him on the phone twice.  Both times he has indicated he will be at my house to fix his work on Friday.  He has yet to show up. His excuses for not showing up both times are truly comical.  

I can not stress enough... DO. NOT. HIRE!  This guy gives independent residential contractors a bad name.
