Cooper's Water Conditioning

I had a minor issue with my water softener that CWC installed almost 2 years ago (salt tank was full of water).  I called and talked with a very helpful man who looked at my records and advised it was nearly time for my yearly RO filter change.  He advised they could come check the water softener and change my filters together the very next day!  Paul the tech arrived promptly first thing the next morning. He tested my water and explained the readings to me. He also found the source of the problem with the water softener very quickly and had the part available on his truck. He repaired it, then explained in detail what the problem was.  I really appreciated his thoroughness and for telling me more about my unit. As per their warranty (7 years parts and labor), the water softener repair was no charge and the filters with installation were ~$150.  
I continue to be very pleased with Cooper's and their staff.

Just moved to Indiana and purchased a home with an existing Cooper's Water purification system. I was unfamiliar with the under counter RO system and felt I needed to have fresh filters installed, I placed a service call with Cooper's and they sent field technician Abel out. He was very nice, professional and informative. He fully explained the system to me while he changed out the filters, checked for leaks and tested the system. He also went down into the basement and verified that the water conditioner unit was also theirs and verified salt levels and explained the system and proper maintenance as well. I was extremely satisfied with their service!!

After searching through several companies' reviews for a water softener system, I decided to go with Cooper. My initial discussion via phone with them was very positive and informative so I went ahead and scheduled the installation.

Paul was my installer and he did a fantastic job. He called ahead to confirm the address and directions (Google maps is a hater) and let me know he was on his way. Once he was ready to install he asked if I had any questions and explained the process to me in detail. After he was done, he went over the entire system and was patient in answering my questions.  He even explained how long it would take to get the hard water out of my system if I did nothing or if I ran the tub to quickly get to the soft water.

Highly highly highly recommend this company. The warranty is best in class!!

We can't say enough about our experience! We had a water softener leak and Matt came out immediately, prioritized our job, helped us with the warranty work and was in and out super quick. Even cleaned up after! It's hard to impress me with customer service these days, but Matt and Coopers water conditioning are 5 stars in my book. Thank you, and great job!

We are so pleased with our new water softener and reverse osmosis drinking water system Cooper's Water Conditioning installed! They came out quickly, tested our water, and gave us a quote which was less expensive than other companies for the same or similar equipment. They scheduled the install to fit our schedule. Paul the installer called to let us know he was coming exactly when he said he would be at our house. Paul was fast, efficient, and installed both the water softener and reverse osmosis water system perfectly. When he was done he cleaned everything very nicely. He walked us through everything we needed to know before he left. The price was exactly as they quoted. We could not be more pleased with the entire system which was installed! Thank you.

Our current system wasn't working and we were expecting a lot of family in for the holiday. Meanwhile our toilets and sinks were turning orange and the water smelled. Cooper's Water Conditioning performed a miracle and got a new and better system installed within a couple of days, before our guests arrived. Several months ago my aging Whirlpool WHES33 water softener stopped working.  I performed all the steps prescribed by the owner's manual to remedy the problem, but nothing worked.  At the urging of a friend, I contacted Cooper Water Conditioning for service.  The gentleman I spoke to on the phone there was more than courteous, and after describing the problem to him, he urged me to simply unplug the unit from its electrical power source for an hour or so and then plug it back in.  With that, the unit should automatically reset itself.    It worked!  The owner's manual mentioned nothing about addressing the problem in this manner, and the gentleman I spoke to at Cooper's had no obligation to share this remedy with me without first making a service call.  That gesture alone clearly demonstrated to me that Cooper's is a quality and knowledgeable organization.  The unit has worked normally ever since, but if I encounter another problem or that time arrives when I need to replace the unit, I'll definitely know who to call.

I haven't used Cooper's for any repairs but, I was impressed with their trustworthy customer service.  I had reached out via Yelp to ask for a quote on a possible water softener repair.  Craig replied promptly, asked some general questions about what issues I am currently seeing and our current model and advised me on what possible issues I may be experiencing.  He advised that they wouldn't be appropriate for my issue.  This prompted further investigation on my part which lead to a slab leak rather than a water softener issue.  I really appreciated the advice and his thoroughness.  It saved me an unnecessary service cost and time.  I know who I'll be calling in the future if we do run into any water softener issues.

Just moved to Indy and apparently Indy have one of the most hardest water in the states. Called in and brought in bunch of salesmen. Out of all of them, we liked cooper's water the best. Scott, the owner, came out and sold us on the water softener and the drinking water system. We thought the price was fair. He did offer discounts for paying cash. The installer was quick and kind. We had no problem with him. The drinking water system we've got was bit bigger than I thought. It takes up half of my bottom of the sink area. So far, our water system is working nicely. I will see if something breaks, how their customer service will be. They do have 7 years warranty on all of their water softener I believe. So far, I do recommend this company.

Excellent service. I waited 2 days for a call back from Culligan and finally gave up and found Coopers online thanks to their great reviews. I have to add mine to them. They installed a brand new system in my new hone 2 days later and it was less cost then me buying a system myself to have installed. This is a great family business!  Much appreciated!  Good job. I called Coopers after the contractor my home warranty company sent missed two appointments.  Mr Cooper (I'm guessing) arrived on time for the initial appointment and carried his briefcase like an OG salesman - I actually appreciate a simple old school approach!  I purchased the softener for about the same amount my warranty company had paid me for - and knowing warranty companies, they nickel and dime, so the price from Cooper's was great.  The guy came to install a few days later - I had to schedule a time when I could work from home, otherwise, they could have done it the next day - setup was quick and easy and the tech was polite and explained everything I needed to know!  Highly recommend!

Scott from Cooper's Water, LLC was recommended to us by a neighbor. He came and diagnosed a broken soft water resin tank and from start to finish our service was professional, extremely courteous, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this company and the technician, Jesse, who arrived to service the drinking water filtration system and to replace the resin tank.

It was apparent that the previous plumber had misdiagnosed the issue and was not transparent about the options. I appreciated the honesty and presentation of options that helped us decide what was best for our situation. I highly recommend!!!
