John responded to my initial request on Thumbtack almost immediately, which was really impressive. He was very knowledgeable and took time to explain everything when he came out for the estimate, and the work was completed the following week. He showed me the quality of the replacement parts and did a really excellent job (and cleaned everything when he was finished!). I cannot say enough good things about my experience with John and with Pathmaker Plumbing. I will only use him for any plumbing work I need going forward. Great guy; great service!!

For gas fireplace inserts, EPS is the best! Easy to schedule an appointment, punctual and efficient. Would HIGHLY recommend

Update to previous review: Diyan called me back the next day and informed me that there was a warranty on the tank he installed and that he forgot to mention. He said he left the registration paperwork near the tank (it was) but I informed him that I had already registered the product online. Overall I appreciated his honesty and effort to follow up.

We used Roby Electric this past week to have an extra outlet installed up in our attic to wire a security camera system. We had the first appointment of the day and Donald and Kyheem came, on time, to work on it and knocked it out in no time. Donald provided a few options to us before just installing and described what they would actually do before doing it. They left our home nice and clean and we installed our cameras this weekend so can say that everything is working as expected. Thanks Roby!

Jason came to my house and solved my problems with expertise, professionalism, logic, and understanding!  I have never in my life met a more polite service person.  Massey Plumbing---and especially Jason---is great!  Thanks too to Pete and April for scheduling the visit!  Very impressed!

Beware they sale you a unit and it cost more than average and then bring a smaller unit and installed it,   Then the sheet metal is not flush up against the side of your home and  then they interfere with your siding being put on properly when returning to make the adjustments,  The wiring is not to code after several visits we still do not know if it is up to  code the inspector has not been back out. All they had to do is  Measure properly and installed the proper unit and  sheet metal and sealed it properly and none of these issues would have occurred. Now we have  siding that is not  installed correct,  due to the facts above.  There are communication issues. and  I am  waiting to see if  this is and industrial size unit, I have tried to  get it installed properly and been unsuccessful.

Had a BIG toilet issue first thing to start the week (Monday no-fun-day amirite??). My entire house starting smelling like a 2 week old crawfish boil that had been taken over by rats, I had no idea what was going on! Good heavens I thought I was going to pass out!!

Well slap my butt and call me Shirley because there was a pipe that had been backed up and started  leaking! Ease fixed the problem immediately and we were back up and running like nothing ever happened! 10/10. Would recommend again!

have never in my life dealt with someone as rude as one of the technicians who was sent out to the property I rent to put in a new sewer line. There was a group of technicians who did the work and when I got home they were all sitting down on buckets eating plates of food at 4:30 in the afternoon. I asked when we would have access to the sanitary services again since we planned to have company for dinner (they came out a day early). They started to work after that. After speaking with them, I noticed that they had taken tree roots and thick pieces of tree trunk that they had cut out and put in our trash can and put at the curb. I let them know that the City will not pick that type of thing up with the trash and they needed to remove it themselves. A young technician started to argue with me and tell me they did not put those roots there, that I, in fact, had done it. Funny thing is, the reason they replaced the sewer line was because roots were growing into the old line. Another technician ended up removing them for me. When they were done with the job, I noticed a large PVC pipe sticking up out of the yard about 7 inches. It was capped. They indicated the City needed to come out and clear their side of the line, as there was a clog on the City side. He assured me he would call his supervisor and take care of that. He stated after the City took care of their issue, he would cap the line off. They never called the City. I did. Once the City finished their part of the job, I called their office and asked them to come cap the line off and finish the job to which the lady asked if I had called the rental company about it. I let them know that I should not need to call the rental company, as this was part of the job they hired them to do. She then called the technician and he said what they left was the clean out and it should be like that. He ended up coming back out and argued with myself and my husband saying it was normal. He was rude and arrogant continuing to ask, How is this? Is this what you want? What do you want? My husband had to point out to him that if he looked around, he would see that there were NO other homes that had a gigantic PVC pipe sticking out of their yard.
I would NEVER and I mean NEVER use this company if it was my money paying for them. I rent so I had no choice. Rude is putting it mildly.
