I replaced my own shower cartridge and couldn't get it to stop leaking. After wasting 2+ hours and getting no where, I googled 24 hour plumbers near me and ASAP was first on the list. From time of phone call to David arriving at my house, it was one hour (this was after 6pm). He was awesome and efficient! I will definitely use ASAP again. Thank you so much!

I live in fountain hills and called because my ejector pump wasn't working. Thanksgiving is tomorrow...They said they don't work on that...???? I guess he wants to just replace faucet washers.

I called Doug to replace and refasten a couple of roof tile that had become dislodged. Doug responded within an hour and had my repair completed within another hour. His workmanship is  professional. I would recommend Doug to anyone needing a repair of carpentry, plumbing or electrical. I plan on using Doug  again  for other repairs.

1st time user of this company and very happy with the results. Their technician Brett arrived early for the 8 am appointment. He quickly assed the problem with the two bathroom sinks and remediated the problems. The cost of the service was more than fair and he completed the job in less than an hour. Ron and his team of professionals did an amazing, quick and clean re-pipe of my rental house. Unfortunately, we found we had to do it right after I repainted the entire house before we sold it. Polybutylene piping had to go to sell. Luckily he had an amazing team of drywall and texture guys come and finish with a virtually perfect match..... nicer than the original construction grade job. I would use them again in a heartbeat although I hope I never need to. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR YOUR JOB CONSIDERATION. The most reasonably priced as well as a major plus.  Thanks, Ron and crew.

I asked for an estimate and he charged me for his time estimating.  A real rip off.

Our hot water heater went out on Sunday night. I found Phillips Plumbing Solutions under a Yelp review. Texted him picture of heater and stated my problem. I received detailed quote and phone call back within minutes.
'We set up a time for him to look at the heater the next morning at 7:30am, he showed up right on time, accessed the heater and discussed our options.
By 10:30am I was taking a hot shower and the area was neater than before when he left with the old tank and debris from the install.

Got the job done. 2 hours. Shower drain and rebuilt valves in on/off handles. Great that! $390 ouch!

Got a water heater replaced by Andrew. Very quick and efficient installation and very competitive price. Would definitely recommend!

I confess I have not actually used their services, but here is why:  I called on the phone, and Ray was extremely nice and patient.  He asked for the history of my problem and told me over the phone in plain and simple language what was wrong and how I could take care of it myself.  I really appreciated his kindness and the fact that I was more than willing to open up my wallet and have him come out but he was honest and helped me to find a FREE solution.  I will most definitely be calling him in the future if I need a plumber!

My AC broke in the middle of summer and it was miserable, called them and they were so quick to help me.. definitely gonna save their number in case this heat kills my AC again!! Thanks guys
