I had a leakage on one of the pipes for the water heater. At night time I noticed my whole garage was flooded with water. Rafael responded to my Yelp request within 20 mins, and was able to schedule me an appointment the next morning. He came by and provided me a quote and was able to replace the pipe. GREAT SERVICE, RESPONSIVE, and RELIABLE. Will definitely contact him in the future if I have any other issues.

My water heater was leaking and I was afraid it would burst. Another company quoted me a week and a half to come out. Thankfully I called Mark instead, he answered right away and was able to fit me in the following day for a water heater replacement. He was even able to come earlier than the afternoon window he originally gave me. Super professional, knowledgeable and friendly guy with more than a decade of experience. I'm often leery of contractors due to past experiences but Mark was awesome and did a great job. I felt very comfortable and confident with his expertise. He replaced all associated hoses, valve and installed a drain pain and drain spout as well on the new unit. He answered all my questions on the tank and maintenance requirements, and even handled my fearful, loud barking rescue dog with patience and ease. I'm happy to support local owner/operator businesses, and Mark will definitely be my new go-to-guy for any future plumbing issues. Thanks for the great service!!!

It's great to find an AC company that is honest. They have a great plan for service, show up on time and cover their warranty 100%. Their techs are safe and masked up. They always explain exactly what they are doing. I recommend them highly plus they give a military discount.

This company I would honestly say he's the best in this business. He answers his phone promptly, you can tell him what you need and gives you a quote of a price and he keeps his word on it. He will tell you up front if you pay in cash or check it's the price he quotes but if you use a credit card you will pay a little more. He will shows up on time and he's ready to work. After he's done the area where he did the job is left very clean and orderly. You don't even know work was done there. As long as he's in business he has a permanent client with us! If you need a great plumber look no further and use this company. You won't go wrong!

I wanted a periscope dryer vent installed and he showed up to check things out before install and because of extenuating circumstanses I was (getting a new dryer and) going to need to wait until the new dryer arrived to use Honeycutt's services. While he was here I managed to find out that he has an L.L.C. and I hope I get this part correct, he works on hvac units, has remodeled entire condos and started doing this at the age of 17. So he has much experience. Lastly, he is extremely fair and honest. I would give him 10 stars if I could, because that is the kind of character he has.

Dave, the owner, is really awesome. I called him for a consultation on a water heater, & while he was there, he helped me locate a slab water leak, & had it fixed the very next day. A pleasure to do business with. Super understanding, & accepts PayPal payments. I've tried half a dozen other plumbers in the area, & am glad to have found one I can stick with.

I want to share a big THANK YOU to Jeff for fixing my sliding door! Since I moved in a few months ago, it continued to get worse to the point it wouldn't lock or even close all the way. Look no further than Renew Plumbing.  We contacted Chris at Renew Plumbing earlier this week about replacing the salt water softener system at our house after a plumbing supply company recommended his service.  I did my homework and Chris recommended the exact water purification replacement system we selected and said he uses the same system at his own personal residence.  Chris's prices beat the competition and his online reviews were great so we selected him to do the work.  Chris showed up early yesterday with the new system along with all the plumbing parts and tools required to complete the job in one visit.  Chris also repaired a kitchen faucet while he was at our house and took the old worn out salt water system with him for proper disposal.  Great job Chris!

Wow, Matt came to our house within 30 min of calling him. He investigated why our water pressure was so low. He didn't try and overcharge me or anything like most plumbers. In fact he didn't charge me anything for the diagnosis!  He will definitely be in my saved contacts and I'll be referring him to friends and family.

This is going to be an odd review.  We ended up having a misunderstanding and things didn't end on a friendly note, unfortunately.  But as you can see by the star rating I was satisfied with the work done.

We had need of a plumber after our water heater failed.  OMW was recommended by a contractor I trust.  They helped me secure a good water heater, and also installed a pan with drain line so hopefully any future episodes with the heater will direct all the water outside.  OMW was responsive, and we were scheduled reasonably quickly once the water damage in the area had been addressed.  No complaints about the work, nor the serviceman (Richard) who came out.  Richard worked well past quitting time until the primary job was done.

A follow-up call was needed because we wanted a drain for the second water heater, and it was so late after he had installed the unit that I told him to just go home and come back some time in the future.  When he did come back to install the drain he left an invoice.  I was confused because I thought it was part of the original agreement, but I did not have it in writing (searched my emails extensively).  Given this fact I called to give my credit card number but was told to forget it.

What really sucks here is that I think I found a reasonably-priced and responsive plumber who probably won't want to deal with me now!!  But I can't take that out on them, so I have to give them four stars.  I can recommend them based on work and pricing.

Dave Garrett was amazing! I called & he came out the same day to fix a clogged toilet. He was thorough and answered questions I had about general plumbing & replacing our current toilets in the future. I called a few weeks later to inquire about a sewage smell & he offered helpful suggestions as a remedy instead of just coming out & charging me for pouring some bleach down a drain. He's the best & we will definitely use him for all of our plumbing needs in the future!

Miguel responded quickly to our request to board up our patio glass door that grandson walked thru.  He was very quick, through in removing the glass and made sure that the door was completely sealed.

PlumbSmart did a great job on my water repair. The tech John was on time, professional and funny! He did the work in a timely manner and cleaned up after himself. When he was done I asked for a couple quotes and they were reasonable. He did not pressure me to get the work done, he just explained they offer financing and would send the quote for me to keep. I will be using this company again!
