Fast, friendly service!  Rafael came out the same day I contacted him, we reviewed the repairs needed, and he was back the next morning to fix everything.  The workmanship was great, and the service was excellent, I would highly recommend CIB Plumbing.

Top notch lives up to their name!  We hired them and couldn't be happier with the honest and excellent work Mark provided us!  He was so knowledgeable and personable, just an all around great, honest, dependable and efficient guy.  So relieved to have found someone we can trust to handle all of our plumbing needs!  Don't hesitate to give him a call, you will be so happy you did!

Like the other reviewers, we have our reverse osmosis system, water softener and other plumbing issues serviced by Aqua Pro. I am always impressed by Chris and would highly recommend him.

Good customer service. The technician was kind and patient with my grandfather. He showed up on time and charged what we had expected. I will be calling them for any further work need at either my grandparents home or my own.

Nafiz responded to my Yelp request promptly and gave the best offer than the others. I asked him if I could get earlier appointment if possible by any chance and he called me the next morning saying that he could come early. He installed the garbage disposal in timely manner. Nafiz was nice and polite, I was happy with his service and I will call him again if needed in the future. Thank you Nafiz.

Rick was awesome today...Yesterday our water heater died, pilot would not re-light...called 1 Buckeye Plumbing late afternoon and Rick was out this morning first thing and got us up and running...pleasant, professional and seemed pretty honest...I will call them again if we need a plumber.

I want to share a big THANK YOU to Jeff for fixing my sliding door! Since I moved in a few months ago, it continued to get worse to the point it wouldn't lock or even close all the way. He was very responsive, came out ASAP, and finished very timely. I have plenty of other house projects on my list for 2022 and will definitely be calling Jeff to help.

My husband and I are very happy to recommend Chris to anyone.  Chris is knowledgeable, professional,  and reasonable.  We have asked him to handle a range of plumbing issues in our newly purchased home.   Chris was on time for every project and billed us honestly and fairly.  His friendly, competent demeanor inspires confidence. We will certainly call on Chris every time we need plumbing services. It is never a good thing to need a plumber, but Chris makes it as painless as possible.

We had our kitchen sink back up. Referred to Go Go Rooter and plumbing by our regular plumber to snake the lines.  Called them at 10:00 am they said they would have someone out at 2pm. Dewayne arrived at 1:50. Checked the issue and got right to work. Finished by 1:30.  Awesome service, prompt, cordial and quick. Told us that it was a 6 month warranty, that if we felt it wasn't running as fast as it should to call and he'd be back.

This is going to be an odd review.  We ended up having a misunderstanding and things didn't end on a friendly note, unfortunately.  But as you can see by the star rating I was satisfied with the work done.

We had need of a plumber after our water heater failed.  OMW was recommended by a contractor I trust.  They helped me secure a good water heater, and also installed a pan with drain line so hopefully any future episodes with the heater will direct all the water outside.  OMW was responsive, and we were scheduled reasonably quickly once the water damage in the area had been addressed.  No complaints about the work, nor the serviceman (Richard) who came out.  Richard worked well past quitting time until the primary job was done.

A follow-up call was needed because we wanted a drain for the second water heater, and it was so late after he had installed the unit that I told him to just go home and come back some time in the future.  When he did come back to install the drain he left an invoice.  I was confused because I thought it was part of the original agreement, but I did not have it in writing (searched my emails extensively).  Given this fact I called to give my credit card number but was told to forget it.

What really sucks here is that I think I found a reasonably-priced and responsive plumber who probably won't want to deal with me now!!  But I can't take that out on them, so I have to give them four stars.  I can recommend them based on work and pricing.

Our hot water tank died and I requested a quote on Yelp, Dave responded within minutes. Not only did he give me a very reasonable price, but he was able to make it out the same day to replace it! Dave and his associate were so pleasant and professional - they did an excellent job! Thankful to have found my go to plumber in AZ - I would highly recommend this business!

THE BEST! We first called Crew of Two to do some repairs at our Air Bnb that needed done in a quick time frame in between guests. Miguel was able to come out, give an estimate and get the work done quickly. He was thorough and sent pictures of the completed repairs. We have since used his services many times both at our Air Bnb and at our home. He is extremely reliable, honest and does high quality work.

Hummel Plumbing was referred by the home warranty company, and should not have been.  There was just a small leak on the floor between the toilet and vanity. Instead of going for the easiest of solutions the plumber called a mitigating company. The company disassembled our vanity turned of the water and found no mold. The cost of mitigation is $1200 without going through insurance.  Now we have no sink, but for the deductible of $75 (warranty deductible) we have a new wax ring under the toilet.  That was the only issue. Bone dry under the sink. I tried to get monetary assistance from the plumbing company to pay that. The owner said that he would not, and he hung up on me when I suggested that they should not be on the home warranty's list for plumbing companies.  Tomorrow we we contractors putting the bathroom vanity back together at our expense.

Worst experience ever. Used them to install water heater and gas line. The screwed up both installs. They installed the wrong heater. Then charged me to remove the incorrect water heater and reinstall. On the gas line the recommended installing it 20 from the floor and left the stub sticking out about 4 so the stove couldn't sit flush against the wall. I called at least a dozen times and they would just blow me off saying someone would call me back. DO NOT USE SCOTTSDALE PLUMBING UNLESS YOU LIKE TO BE OVERCHARGED AND HAVE A COMPANY THAT WILL NOT FIX SOMETHING THEY DO WRONG.

If I could give zero stars I would.  I have never written a review, but am doing so now as I have never been so offended by a company.  This past Oct, I needed the handle of my toilet fixed.  Two PlumbSmart employees came to my house, worked on the toilet, told me they got in trouble with the office because they had stayed at my house too long, and then they literally took off.  Nothing was fixed; they told me I needed to buy a specialty part.  I flushed the toilet ONCE and it overflowed.  NOTE:  there was nothing wrong with my toilet before they came.  I had a problem with the handle and that's why they were checking it.  

Fortunately, I had someone working at the house and he was able to stop the flow.  Long story short, I had to get a NEW toilet and have that installed.  My friend who had referred them called the owner of the company because she was so disturbed--she had referred a number of clients to them.  He gave my friend a $100 credit and then reassured her that he would make it right.  I never got a call.  

Two months later, I got a bill.  Not only a bill, but repeated calls asking to pay for work that had not been conducted.  One day, in a span of approximately 30 minutes, they called 5 times.  They charged me for installing a chrome handle and running a performance test on my toilet.  Finally, I blocked them and had my new plumber call the owner.  They have removed the charge and we sent them the bill containing costs for a new toilet and installation.
