Aquapro is our preferred plumbing provider for the past 10 years. Referred to us by a neighbor, Chris is always professional and educates you on what you need and why you need it. He has worked on our Reverse Osmosis system, Fixtures, Refrigerator Water Dispenser and most recently replaced our Water Softener system. They are neither the most expensive or inexpensive provider, but the service we receive is always the highest quality. You get more than you pay for with Aquapro. I am confident that the service I receive is top notch, and Chris will stand by the work he does, and he will be around to back it up. His wife Vicky does the scheduling and billing, and keeps things running smoothly and efficiently. Chris shows up when she schedules him without a large window of time to be waiting for his arrival, and billing is always easy to deal with. I don't often recommend service providers, because one person's experience doesn't always reflect what another will perceive, but I know with Aquapro, you will get what you pay for from someone who takes pride in their work and their business. We chose Arizona's Dukes of Air based on excellent Yelp reviews and were not disappointed.  Our heat pump had not been looked at since we bought our house three years ago and decided it was time for a tune up.  Kalem, our technician, was knowledgeable, courteous, on time, and answered all our questions.  He was very informative when I asked about a whole-house fan and possibly augmenting our heat pump with a natural gas furnace.  We ended up needing a minor part replaced in our attic unit, but I never felt Kalem was trying to up-sell us with something or a service we really did not need.  All in all a very satisfactory experience.

Our shower was leaking and another was not working. Cleveland Plumbing came quickly, diagnosed, purchased the right parts and fixed all the issues quickly! We are grateful to find a highly competent and skilled plumber. Past plumbers could not fix our brand of plumbing hardware. Thank you!!!

I wanted a periscope dryer vent installed and he showed up to check things out before install and because of extenuating circumstanses I was (getting a new dryer and) going to need to wait until the new dryer arrived to use Honeycutt's services. While he was here I managed to find out that he has an L.L.C. and I hope I get this part correct, he works on hvac units, has remodeled entire condos and started doing this at the age of 17. So he has much experience. Lastly, he is extremely fair and honest. I would give him 10 stars if I could, because that is the kind of character he has.

Rick came out to replace intake to toilet.  He was very reliable and very quick!  Love the new intake and appreciate his hard work!

I want to share a big THANK YOU to Jeff for fixing my sliding door! Since I moved in a few months ago, it continued to get worse to the point it wouldn't lock or even close all the way. He was very responsive, came out ASAP, and finished very timely. I have plenty of other house projects on my list for 2022 and will definitely be calling Jeff to help.

Highly recommend renew plumbing! My garbage disposal was leaking under my sink. Chris was able to be at my home within a few hours the same day and had it replaced with in 20 mins! Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs!

We recently moved into a flipped house and had issues with our plumbing shower/toilet that cause some frustrating clogs. I gave Matt a call in the morning and provided him the problem, and a little more than an hour he arrived.

Matt did a thorough job on the mainline and was able to resolve the clogs for both bathrooms. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone given his excellent response time and fair price on the work.

My toilet overflowed on the second floor and water went everywhere (down to my first floor). Although I didn't need a plumber at the moment, she made some calls for me and set me up with a restoration company that came out that night. She was soo helpful and really made this disaster manageable! Thanks!

We needed an outdoor faucet fixed because it was leaking. The job was out of my scope, as it required two new shut off valves and the faucet to be replaced. Dave was AWESOME to work with! He worked around my schedule, and did the job as soon as I contacted him. His pricing was VERY reasonable. We will call him from now on for anything plumbing related. This guy is top notch. I would give him 10 stars if it was an option.

I thought I would have to replace the whole door, but they manage to rebuilt the door jam and now it works perfectly!  Reasonable pricing, on time, great work... I will definitely hire them again!

I recently had a leak in my walls between my downstairs bathroom and washer in the garage. I have a home warranty through select home warranty which sucks and doesn't cover anything (FYI don't ever get this warranty). The only good thing they did for me was send Hummell plumbing I first met with Ross and another gentleman both were professional and knowledgeable. Come to find out it was a leak in the slab which isn't covered by the warranty. Knowing that this was not going to be a cheap fix, I had to have them come out a week later after working. From there on I dealt with Steven who was very comforting and assuring with a first home time buyer dealing with her first major house crisis. Steven and the owner Broc came out and actually fixed the problem in a timely fashion. I appreciate all of they're hard work and understanding when it came to my situation. I called Scottsdale Plumbing based on a recommendation from our handyman. Robert was prompt, courteous and competently replaced our water main in the timeframe promised in his estimate.

Good customer service. Free estimate but ended up paying $500 more than the initial quote, hence the 4 stars. Otherwise, a good experience. Would hire them again.
