I just wanted to write a review about this company and especially Pablo and his brother Carlos and their whole team.  I had been wanting to redo part of my backyard for a long time.  I called several companies, most never called back, 1 came out and gave me an estimate and then never called back.  I got a response from Pablo and he came out the next day.  I told him what I was sort of thinking and he immediately started brainstorming and really got what I was wanting. He sent me a quote and it was reasonable (lower then he other guy).  He started the next week.  It took them 2 1/2 days to finish.  They laid tons of river rock, made an incredible path with crushed gravel.  He made a border all around with metal edging AND added a ton of desert landscaping.  The whole team worked quickly and cleaned up everything.  I can't really put in words how much I love what they did.  I'm sure it has increased the value of my home.  If you want to hire a great team that takes immense pride in their work you don't have to look any farther.

This crew did the work as promised on time and without any changes to the budget for the project. Had my entire front drip system replaced plants pulled and replaced and re-rocked the entire front. Awesome service great communication first rate job. Will surely use Astonishing for all my landscaping needs

These guys were very prompt, and courteous. I was really pleased with the results, and would recommend them to anyone needing tree services because they made quick work of a HUGE 30yr old pine!

Raul has never actually done work for me. I contacted him based on all the positive reviews I read on here. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate on mowing grass, spraying a few weeds (literally as few), then maintaining the yard by coming back every 2 weeks.
To mow my grass, front and back, Raul quoted me $180.00 To say I was shocked would have been an understatement.  The last landscaper I had moved out of State, hence why I needed a new one, and he charged  me $110/month and mowed the grass once a week.  The grass hadn't been cut in 3 weeks, so it's not to say I had a forest growing. I wanted to  include pictures with my review to give a very clear idea of what Raul believed was $180.00 worth of work and worth $160/month to mow the grass twice a month.
Since Raul left last week, I received 2 other quotes. The final price I paid to mow my grass (front and back) was less than $100.00 and the monthly cost for once a week mowing is also $100/month. Raul, I have no trees, no shrubs nothing for you to cut other than grass and yet for less than an hours worth of work, you believed this was worth $180 of your time? A yard the size of a small putting green in front and back.
Sorry Raul, I disagree with your pricing.  I think you came to my home and made a lot of assumptions, including that I would pay something so astronomical to mow grass. The price Raul wanted to charge was nothing less than gouging.

JNK Landscaping did a great job with the artificial grass installation and lighting on my backyard. My family and I are picky, but Naji and his crew worked diligently and made sure we were satisfied with their work. The owner Naji was very quick with communication. He responded promptly and answered all the questions we had. We are planning on doing the front yard in near future. I would recommend JNK Landscaping and Pools to anyone who needs artificial grass installation as well as landscaping lights.

UPDATE: They returned today and did the remaining two aloe plants and also indicated we'd get a credit for today's service.  I will say the office staff provides excellent customer service. However,  as mentioned in my original review, the aloes were once again trimmed in a manner that left a mess and didn't give the impression they tried in any way to make them look nice in the process.  I also have plants extending above my wall that I don't think have been trimmed a single time since hiring AMS for our routine care.  Pictures attached.

Original Review:
After multiple issues with AMS and giving them the benefit of the doubt,  I'm now very close to canceling our bi weekly services.  Early on it looked like nothing was being trimmed... just a quick blow and mow. I inquired about this after witnessing a 20 minute (maybe less) visit in which the crew was unaware I was working from my home office that day. The next service,  the bushes were trimmed and edging completed as requested. Since then,  it's been emails to AMS at least monthly to ask about weed control,  trimming,  and care for our aloes and agaves. More often than not,  the crew looks to just blow and mow. When we do inquire about other services,  they eventually do them but they do a poor job.  They trimmed some of our aloes the back but left chopped off pieces strewn about and basically removed the entire middle section of one (dead parts apparently... but they didn't even attempt to trim it in a way that looked nice). Because other aloes were not done as expected during bi weekly visits,  I asked for a quote for them to be handled separate from our routine service.   They came and removed some agave off shoots in the front,  but the largest, most grassy  and weeded, aloes in the back are still untouched.....  despite me sending pictures and asking why they weren't handled. I was told the info would be shared with the crew arriving today for our scheduled service.  The crew came today,  and again,  these aloes were untouched (and if I'm being honest,  we have other  plants that could use a trim I haven't even mentioned to AMS yet because I wanted the aloes addressed first) .

The crew today was here maybe 30 minutes and did a blow and mow. They left before I could flag anyone down and verify all work was done as expected (I'm home on maternity leave with a newborn and was preoccupied at the time they wrapped up.... but I didn't expect them to leave so fast either).

We were charged extra this month for the 'clean up' pruning of the agaves and aloes, but I'm still trying to figure out what the heck we're paying for. They did half that job and we're constantly sending emails to chase the crew down about services missed during regular maintenance. We also had a no show last month and no one informed us of the situation until we reached out. Not the first time,  and as we lock our dogs up all day on service dates, it's very inconvenient when no one shows as expected.

Prices are already a little high for routine maintenance and I don't even feel we're getting our money's worth there...let alone paying extra this month for services that were half completed. I don't mind paying more for good and consistent service,  but that's not what we've experienced month after month with this company

This company is incredible to work with! Lili is the absolute sweetest person and her customer service is amazing. Lili and Jesse went above and beyond at the job I hired them for and I couldn't be more happy with their crew. I will certainly be using them for future jobs and highly recommend them to anyone looking. What a great experience! Thanks Lili and Jesse!!

After discussing our landscape overhaul with three companies, we decided to use AllTerrain Landscaping.  We are so happy we did!
Adam, Natalie and their crew (Tony and the guys) were extremely professional from start to finish and beyond. We have a large puppy and they even made friends with him.  Adam and Natalie took our vision and made it work beautifully.  From plant choices to color of granite to cement finishes to all out design, they were fantastic.   It didn't stop there.  The crew cleaned up after each long day of work and were very polite to our neighbors every time our neighbors asked what they were going to do today.  They use contractors for a small portion of the work, electricians and cement.  We were just as pleased with the contractors as we were with AllTerrain.  Six months after completing our landscape project I had a few plants die, they were quick to respond and offered to replace them at no charge.  They also followed up with many phone calls to make sure we were pleased with their work.  Well, we are VERY pleased with their work and so are our neighbors!  In fact, two neighbors have had their landscape projects done by AllTerrain. The compliments of how nice our landscape looks are still coming in by neighbors out riding their bikes or walking their dogs. Our project looks great now and with Natalie's design help, it will look great in years to come.
Let's face it, there are a huge amount of choices for landscaping.  What makes AllTerrain stand out is their customer service and follow-up.

He was on time and very professional. He transformed my yard into paradise. He was very knowledgeable and his team was on point. My yard went from hot mess and yes yes!!!! If you are looking for reasonable prices, good service this is the person you want to pick!!!!! I'm a forever customer!

No call / no show on the date of the 2nd part.
I gave him another chance by texting him and asking when he could complete the 2nd part.
His response was that he is very busy and would have to check.

Juan and his team were FANTASTIC! Quick reply , good estimate and the work dine was top notch ! He is a great communicator I would strongly recommend him and his crew the quality was terrific !

We hired Ruben to install our irrigation system in our new house. He and his crew were absolute professionals. They prepped the area where the plants would be, then came back after the plants were in the ground to finish up the system. Ruben was responsive, communicative, and the crew left the place tidier than when they arrived. We'll absolutely hire him again on the next phase of our backyard, for both irrigation and hardscape

Robert is truly a wonderful craftsman. We recently had our entire backyard done, but the contractor who built our outdoor fireplace did a shotty job and the bottom completely crumbled after a major rainstorm. Apparently, the contractor didn't put in proper fire brick and a fire plus rain water was a bad combo. I texted Robert about the problem and he quickly came out and gave us a quote that seemed more than reasonable. He was knowledgable, kind and understood that we didn't want to spend an arm and a leg to get our structure fixed. When I reached back out to get us on his schedule, he responded in a timely manner and came out a week later and fixed our fireplace in two days. He was clean, courteous and didn't mind when our kid had a bunch of friends over while they played in the backyard. The fireplace looks like it was done by an actual professional and now I'm not worried it's going to fall apart during the next storm. Highly recommend.

Ivan and his crew did a great job cleaning up my yard. They were responsive and showed up on short notice.

After 8 years with my previous landscaper, we ended our relationship because new home required a lot more frequent care than he was able to provide.  Enter Rockwell.  I'm surprised this company doesn't have more reviews... They are really amazing!

Our new home was vacant for about 3 months before moving in and the greenery was growing wild.  Rockwell cleaned it up beautifully and we are now on a bi-weekly maintenance schedule to keep it nice and tidy.

I feel that their prices are great (and affordable!) for the quality of service they provide.  Owner Chance is very easy to communicate with and is such a pleasure to work with.  I hope to be a long time client for many years to come!

They provided a quote for a tree stump removal that was anticipated to be a 1-2 hour job. The stump ended up taking all day to remove. But they kept their original quote even though they had to stay longer. Great guys!

I will be recommending Eldon and the Sprinkler Doctors to everyone!  Fantastic customer service, amazing quality job, and extreme professionalism are just a few of the ways I will be describing them to potential customers.  I am extremely pleased with this company, and when it comes to landscaping/service repair/etc. I have not had much luck in the valley with other companies.  My initial irrigation was placed over 16 years ago, and not well.  Eldon and crew arrived on time, completely re-installed my entire front and backyard sprinkler and drip system, and left a clean area when they were done.  Everything works great and Eldon made a special trip out at no charge to explain all the automation and how to change the settings myself.  

I will be using them for all future installations and can't say enough about how pleased I am.  Thank you!

Our yard was a mess ever since we moved into our new home. We initially reached out to Moises to clean up our yard and refresh the gravel. However, we saw examples of his work and were impressed. Moises and his team gave our sad, tired, yard a stunning refresh. I would recommend Moises and his very capable team for your landscaping needs. I've already started contemplating the next project to send his way.
