Really excellent customer service!  After a full home remodel and working with a long list of contractors, subs, and construction service providers, the experience with B7D Gravel stood out far above the rest.  B&D Gravel assisted with gravel delivery for our driveway and landscaping.  They also coordinated drivers, labor to spread, pack and stabilize the exterior surfaces of our landscaping.  Diane was helpful, courteous, responsive, communicative, knowledgeable, and extraordinary to work with.  All parties involved in the process exceeded my expectations!.  Great job B&D Gravel!

I noted the crew doing some work in my neighborhood (central scottsdale). I requested an estimate to trim my palm trees. I felt the estimate was very fair. He was able to expedite the service the next day (on a sunday) to meet the large trash pick-up schedule Monday morning. The palm prawns were neatly stacked by the curb and the job was complete in a quick and professional manner. I was pleased with the price and service.
I called him back about a week later to get a whole yard clean-up quote. Again the price was very fair. We arranged to have the crew arrive several days later. The crew showed up on schedule and worked quickly, efficiently, and were very professional. The truck and trailer was set up well and had a meat and tidy appearance. The debris were loaded onto the trailer and hauled away, no mess no fuss, I couldn't be more pleased!
Romero also turned me on to venmo to process payment. Super easy!!
Note** I'm new to venmo, didn't fully understand how to verify the payment went thru. I accidentally paid him twice, he called me asked how the job looked and said btw you paid me twice, then promptly refunded the overage.

We recently had Tranquil Oasis design and landscape our backyard.  We had definite ideas of what we wanted incorporated into the design, and the end result not only met, but truly exceeded our expectations.   Nick to the time to meet w/ us and give us a unique design specific to our request.  We wanted a lush, inviting xeriscape backyard that felt like an oasis...without the grass.   Nick and his team accomplished just that.  We LOVE our backyard!!  Nick and his team are professional, reliable with great attention to detail.  We highly recommend Tranquil Oasis.

Fantastic company to do business with!  We were looking to have our pool rock water feature repaired and beefed up as it was rather plain looking.  Jason, one of the owners immediately had suggestions to improve the look of the area.  There was no hard sell - we were able to pick and choose what we wanted.  He suggested what he thought would have the most impact.  They built boulders to match the existing feature and extended them around the pool.  In addition, they added landscaping to finish off the area.  We were wowed by the results - it's not often that work exceeds your expectations!  We ended up having them do more extensive work:  changed the pavers to travertine, leveled a raised fire pit area and extended/updated planter areas.  They were also able to transplant plants/trees to other areas of the yard.   We like that Jason was onsite every day for a short while to oversee the project, there was attention to detail, he kept me updated, and their pricing is fair.  We would recommend Rock Works highly!

I was having a weed overrun nightmare at my house. Had no idea how to control the jungle that had become my front and back yard, tried many at home tricks, but nothing worked. Matthew was a pleasure to work with and made the whole process, from estimate to work completion, smooth and efficient. Danny was very quick to respond and was the best price by far for trimming 2 palm trees. He was done in about 45 minutes and did a great job.

Very disappointed.  I had heard they were good, but they must have sent their worst crew to our home!

My heart was broken last week.  I have worked with Sergio's since we built our house (sixteen plus years ago).  I've had them redo our entire underground watering and 10 ton of new rock, among so many other projects.  Very convenient.  We've had some issues discussed and resolved (except last week's request for a leak to be reviewed, but that's another story).

Last week, our four hour clean up (which is always incredible) included one thing that made me cry.

We had been nurturing ground cover vines to cascade over our pool's waterfall.  It was a long six months of work on our part.  We asked that the dead queen palm be removed from behind the waterfall, but apparently I didn't specify to NOT TOUCH the vines.

They are gone.  All gone.  They were not in the way (specifically planted that way), and were not weeds.  My neighbors have them in their front yard and look incredible.  I don't understand how it could be mistaken for anything else.

Now we have to wait until early next spring to decide if we want to start over.  Too late for this year, unless we buy four fully matured plants.

They do great work, but make sure you mark EVERYTHING with blue sticks on what you want done (which I did), and send an email stating the same (which I did), or request that you give a field trip with them around the yard before they start work.  DON'T forget anything (I did with the vines because I didn't think I would need to).

I can't give them five stars, but I can't give them one either because they are reliable, after 16 years.
