Stay away!!! Beware!!! I would give zero stars if I could. The owner didn't install irrigation like we asked so they came back out to route it correctly the day our $8000 worth of landscaping was installed along with a new water timer which we have on video the owner telling us his crew set up the timer and then he did on video as well. After two weeks our cacti and palms were all dying and drooping. They sent a tech out who explained the owner didn't know they had programmed the lines the opposite of what he thought because they switched them to correct them when they came out the second time. As a result there was no water for some and some were being completely overwatered and drowned. The tech told us this was our error and the water timer was double programmed. I cleared everything out and now it will work. Don't worry our owner is a good guy and will replace your stuff I am sure. He will contact you on July 6. This never happened. We finally got David, the owner, to call us back and he blamed us and said we must have messed with the programming and he was taking no responsibility for the plants and tried to blame the nursery that installed the landscaping as well. It's basically everyone's fault but his. He is unethical and we have the videos to back it up. We filed with the BBB and are seeking legal counsel to take him to small claims court. We sent him video proving it wasn't working correctly and gave him a chance to have integrity and he stopped responding. This is my first review because I have never been so blatantly screwed by a business with no remorse or care. Buyer beware. He responded saying my husband put in writing that he programmed the timer. This is straight up a lie. My husband tested your programming because the plants weren't getting water and we recorded our testing on video. We both know you are manipulating your response to look like it was our incompetence. The mountain aloe was not the issue though you keep bringing it up because it sounds good. You are the one who has to sleep at night with integrity, or apparently, without. I stand by my review and it's sad that you couldn't own your mistakes. At least other consumers will have been warned that you probably do great work, but if you screw up they can expect lies and excuses and to be blamed.

I worked with Tracy for a leaky irrigation system. Scheduling with them was easy and they were able to come to my house fairly quickly for quote and work. She did guarantee their work (for two years I believe?) which was nice. Gave me a sense of security should anything arise. So far all has been well. Thank you Tracy!

Unbelievable workmanship and attention to detail! As a craftsman myself I was seriously impressed. These guys do not cut corners. My wife and I were THRILLED with the results! Originally we hired this company to do our backyard only. But after seeing the results we immediately rehired them to do the front. We are now the envy of the neighboorhood. HIGHLY recommended.

The installation crew was also fabulous. They showed up on time, were meticulous and were communicative throughout when I had questions. They are true professionals. We had our front and backyard done, and the install was completed in 1 day. My wife and I can't stop admiring our new lawn and highly recommend Purchase Green.

I had the best experience I could have hoped for with Alejandro and his crew. They were on time, trimmed a large mesquite canopy, a 30'x15' privacy hedge, fixed an underground sprinter leak and spread 2 dump trucks of
mulch across my property. I obtained several bids for the same work and Alejandro was $100s of dollars less than all of the others and did an amazing job. Excellent from start to finish!

Bob and his team are professional, efficient, and very hardworking. Was on time and communication was excellent throughout. They were very careful during the work to avoid damaging anything. I am so grateful as they saved me a lot of money instead of going through a general contractor. Definitely will be hiring them again for my future projects!

We had a tough issue with our yard being overgrown with weeds. We hired Troy and his team and they were able to clean it up and get our yard looking much better. Troy was very responsive to us and helped walk us through what we wanted and expected from his work. He was very honest about the cost and made sure we were absolutely satisfied with the job.

I can't say enough good things about Craig and his crew with AZ NativeScapes. I waited a bit after he finished my yard to write this review to make sure everything stayed looking good. Yes! Let me start off by saying I did my homework before hiring AZ NativeScapes-good standing with BBB, no red marks via registrar of contractors. Craig gave us terrific recommendations for our yard, referred us to someone else for a second opinion on yard design, was honest about what would/would not grow in our yard - I could go on and on. He has stopped by a couple times to check on the yard. The job was completed quickly, cleanly and on budget. Quality work too. He integrated my Talavera Mexican pottery into the yard design. Shame on that person who never even worked with Craig (no real correspondence, not even an estimate!) for putting a 3-star review which dragged Craig's ratings down. Contractors with Craig's work ethic, honesty, and timeliness are really hard to come by. He's busy so you might need to wait for him but trust me he and his team are worth the wait. Thanks for such a beautiful backyard and BBQ grill island!

I found BV Lawn Care, after getting several quotes, in addition to one other 5-star rated business on Yelp. From the first time I spoke to Billy, I had a favorable impression of his cheerful responsiveness. I was actually pretty happy with the quote I received from a certified arborist, who showed up first to quote me on the trimming of a mesquite tree in my backyard.  In addition to the mesquite tree trim, I also wanted some trees removed, along with having new ones planted. In addition to my primary residence, I also had a more substantive project readying a rental house in Queen Creek for sale. The backyard was in dire straits, and required immediate appeal by having new sod and grass installed, and the entire irrigation system repaired to sustain the new grass.

Among the other quotes, the certified arborist wasn't able to handle the entirety of the project scopes I was looking to complete, aside from tree removal. Another 5-star rated Yelp business also didn't stand up to the test of reasonable pricing, and was not the most professional either. After receiving a late evening phone response about the pricing for the sod and grass installation (with audible screaming kids in the background), I was actually advised that many people nowadays don't even want new grass placed in their backyard - you'd be surprised how many people are upset at having grass when they don't want it. He suggested I consider putting the house on the market as-is. While there might have been merit in this statement, the lack of professionalism and attitude of 'Meh, I don't need your business' rather than 'What can I do to meet your needs?' was one that I did not care as much for.

This is where Billy stepped in. From the moment I met Billy, he was punctual, professional, upbeat, super friendly and enthusiastic about wanting to earn my business, by proving himself through his work to make this the best possible experience for me. As the owner of the business, he recognized the need to prove himself first to gain my trust as a first time customer. He cut me a truly awesome deal that encompassed both my home and rental house in Queen Creek. I was hesitant, but it was difficult to turn down what he had offered me. And boy am I glad I shook hands with him and decided to give him a shot! For me and my husband, it's safe to say that I will always be going back to BV Lawn Care for all our lawncare needs!

Billy and his crew did an AMAZING job with both projects. In particular, the house in Queen Creek that we put on sale. The transformation of that house was nothing short of INCREDIBLE. Even my real estate agent remarked that the landscaping was what really sold the house, and asked for Billy's information, wanting to use him for his own projects!

Billy and his crew worked quickly to make sure we didn't waste any time readying the house to be placed on the market. Billy really put his best foot forward with us by working around the clock so we could have the house on the market by the weekend. And yes, Billy stays plenty busy already with plenty of other jobs, but he still put our needs first and delivered top-notch work!  The end result? We had a bid for a sale contract on that house that VERY SAME WEEKEND (in just 2 days!), and I honestly attribute it to the clean-up job he did. I will let the pictures tell its own story. He truly went above and beyond, communicating with me and my husband every step of the way, so that we understood exactly what was going on, what needed to be done. And he really took care of us with our timeline, at a very reasonable cost! There are many other little bits of fixes that he did at no charge to help earn our trust in him as a first time customer. I'll say: I'm SOLD! :)

I've also posted some pictures of the job he did at our home, to showcase the mesquite tree trim, and palm tree stripping that he did. It really opened up our backyard, and made it feel brighter and bigger.  We could not be more happy with his work! He went above and beyond and helped us procure some river rock to place over the planters in our pool too, as the dirt from the planters kept blowing into the pool, that caused the filters to clog up incessantly.

Think Green installed a drip system in both my front and back yards and installed an extra hose bib.  The only problem was a 1/4 pipe used along my side yard instead of the 1/2, but this was quickly corrected.  The installer was friendly and left me with extra pipe and drip heads.  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use them again.

This company is the simply the best. We have gone through numerous landscapers in the last couple years before finding Pristine Green. Our yard has never looked better. I especially like the fact that they do an excellent job of trimming bushes on a regular basis. It is also easy to communicate with them by text. We needed some last minute emergency tree trimming (who knew that was even a thing?) and Jose was able to come out to give us a quote and perform the work the same day! He was so great and his prices were so reasonable that we ended up having him do twice as much work as we had originally planned!
He and his team trimmed our lemon and palm trees as planned, then removed two dead trees we had as eyesores in the yard and gave some much needed pruning and TLC to our VERY overgrown olive tree! On top of all of that, they hauled away every last twig and leaf!
I've been recommending them to anyone who will listen, and would definitely use them again! I also love that he communicates via text (a big bonus for me since I hate talking on the phone)

I just had a great experience with this company. Initially:  I got an immediate response to my inquiry.  Ryan came the next business day, assessed the problem and provided a solution to a drainage problem.  The bid came the following day, I found it reasonable, and the work was scheduled within the next two weeks.  The work and workers:  the lead person of the small crew was knowledgeable, had excellent communication skills and was polite and caring.  All procedures were carefully explained and the end result looks great. I am very surprised to see any negative reviews - mine was a totally different and positive experience.  I would highly recommend Lucas Lawn and Yard Care.
