Stay away!!! Beware!!! I would give zero stars if I could. The owner didn't install irrigation like we asked so they came back out to route it correctly the day our $8000 worth of landscaping was installed along with a new water timer which we have on video the owner telling us his crew set up the timer and then he did on video as well. After two weeks our cacti and palms were all dying and drooping. They sent a tech out who explained the owner didn't know they had programmed the lines the opposite of what he thought because they switched them to correct them when they came out the second time. As a result there was no water for some and some were being completely overwatered and drowned. The tech told us this was our error and the water timer was double programmed. I cleared everything out and now it will work. Don't worry our owner is a good guy and will replace your stuff I am sure. He will contact you on July 6. This never happened. We finally got David, the owner, to call us back and he blamed us and said we must have messed with the programming and he was taking no responsibility for the plants and tried to blame the nursery that installed the landscaping as well. It's basically everyone's fault but his. He is unethical and we have the videos to back it up. We filed with the BBB and are seeking legal counsel to take him to small claims court. We sent him video proving it wasn't working correctly and gave him a chance to have integrity and he stopped responding. This is my first review because I have never been so blatantly screwed by a business with no remorse or care. Buyer beware. He responded saying my husband put in writing that he programmed the timer. This is straight up a lie. My husband tested your programming because the plants weren't getting water and we recorded our testing on video. We both know you are manipulating your response to look like it was our incompetence. The mountain aloe was not the issue though you keep bringing it up because it sounds good. You are the one who has to sleep at night with integrity, or apparently, without. I stand by my review and it's sad that you couldn't own your mistakes. At least other consumers will have been warned that you probably do great work, but if you screw up they can expect lies and excuses and to be blamed.

Came the day we called.  Fixed the problem on the spot.  We thought it would be a big expensive job but they were well prepared with all the equipment they needed and immediately saw the problem.  Really nice people too.  Will call them again if I have any landscaping or irrigation needs.

Everything went smooth and easy. Yard looks great! They were done in exactly two days as we were told!

We have installed the grass ourselves, but this time we wanted it done professionally. We found that Purchase Green was the company for us. They were professional, personable, and treated our yard as though it was their own. We have had so many compliments.

We had Alejandro and his team come out because our pineapple palm tree was looking like a hot mess and we had no clue how to shape it.  They did an amazing job!  There was a ton of debris which they picked up and took with them.  Would definitely recommend, we are very happy with how it all looks.

Bob and his team are professional, efficient, and very hardworking. Was on time and communication was excellent throughout. They were very careful during the work to avoid damaging anything. I am so grateful as they saved me a lot of money instead of going through a general contractor. Definitely will be hiring them again for my future projects!

Kenny and his crew do a fantastic job in my yard.  They're incredibly consistent and reliable and my yard has never looked better - all for a reasonable price.  Highly recommended!

Eight months after service my palm trees are struggling.  I lost 1 tree that was serviced and have another on life support.  I have to now call an arborist to fix what was done by Urgent.

Three stars to bring your attention to this so you don't waste your time. I would have liked to have possibly hired them but they don't respond to inquiries. I emailed this business in Nov. 2016 for an appointment. I had been referred by one of their happy clients. I never heard back. In April, I phoned to get an appointment for an estimate on another job, figuring I'd give.them another chance. The owners voicemail says they are not accepting new clients at this time. Which is fine, but why are they still running this $79 promo purchase on Yelp? I'm glad they are successful but they should update their social media and websites.

We had a great experience with BV lawn! I called several companies in the valley and they were the only one to return my call. They were responsive and very professional! They removed palm trees from our backyard and did a fantastic job. We will absolutely be using them in the future.

Albert was extremely responsive. He and his crew were available the next morning and they did it extremely nice job for my large backyard. I will definitely have them come back again.  He is very personable and very reasonable and cost.

We worked with Think Green on our front yard renovation this summer.  Caitlin was our landscape designer and Jon the Vice President and lead designer was also very involved with the planning of the project.  They came to our home to take pictures, discuss our wish list and provided a detailed estimate that same afternoon. Jon and Caity came back to sit down with my husband and I to pick out plants and settle on specifics before the project began.  Since they run 3 crews at a time, they were able to begin within a week of us deciding go with them for our project.  They worked with our budget to come up with a bid that was a bit higher (18%) than another company that we had give us an estimate.  The extra cost is so worth it in my opinion for the peace of mind that they would do quality work and complete the project on schedule.  They came highly recommended by Sprinkler World (where I first got their name for a repair on our irrigation system last year) and KTAR's Rosie on the House a radio show for homeowners and DIY-ers.  Rosie on the House maintains a referral network of top rated contractors with excellent customer service, credit records and are in good standing with the AZ board of contractors.

It was such a pleasure working with Jon and Caity.  I felt so comfortable talking with them and asking questions.  They are both very kind, patient, and easy to talk to.  They both very competent and knowledgeable but are also good listeners...and take into account all your ideas and questions.  I sent a bunch of email and texts and they got back to be right away each time.  I also appreciated the flexibility in making a few changes along the way as the project came together (like adding a few extra lights, moving plants around, and checking on options/pricing for additional work).  I tend to focus on small details and worry that it won't be received well. But Think Green was so responsive and made me feel at ease. Everyone on the crew is really hardworking, kind, and easy to talk to as well. The crew was professional throughout the whole project and took great pride in their work.  

I would definitely recommend Think Green to my friends and neighbors.  We will be contacting them again in a year or so when we do our backyard next!

I think customer service is Pristine Green's top priority! I was looking for a new company to do some cleanup and tree removal for our yard so I picked the top 3 rated on NextDoor. Brandon got back to me within about 20 minutes of leaving him a voicemail. I promised him I would send photos as soon as possible of the work needing to be done. When I hadn't sent them by Sunday, he followed up with me to double check. I was extremely impressed by his professionalism and the courtesy reminder call (especially on a Sunday). He scheduled the work to be done earlier than expected, even though I told him it was no rush & the crew showed up to begin the work right at 7am as promised on a Friday morning. After completely removing 5 different plants and trimming 6, I came home to an immaculate yard. You would've never known any of the plants had just been removed. I honestly couldn't be any happier with this company! They are fantastic and I will definitely hire them again!

I am very happy to report that Isai and Willi did and amazing job! My backyard was in desperate shape (just dirt and weeds!) it has been transformed in 9 days! The whole experience has been a pleasure! Pavers were installed perfectly, small wall built around a/c unit, archway removed from patio with supporting beam put into place that opened up the entire view from indoors as well as 2 beautiful trees installed, gravel and imitation grass! Oh yes even had the ugly gray block fence painted beautifully! I cannot say enough about this team, you will be pleasantly surprised how efficient, courteous, thoughtful, creative and skilled they are together! Wow the job isn't even finished and I'm already posting a 5 star review. First their bid was half of the 2 other companies I contacted. Echoing prior posts Jose gave me a quote in the morning 2 hours later they started the job. A job which other companies told me would take all day (in order to justify their outrageous quotes) Jose and his crew will finish in about 3 hours. I had 2 trees removed ,way to close to my house, both removed with great care and no damage. As I type they're cleaning up every last scrap. Save your self aggravation and call Jose first.

I just had a great experience with this company. Initially:  I got an immediate response to my inquiry.  Ryan came the next business day, assessed the problem and provided a solution to a drainage problem.  The bid came the following day, I found it reasonable, and the work was scheduled within the next two weeks.  The work and workers:  the lead person of the small crew was knowledgeable, had excellent communication skills and was polite and caring.  All procedures were carefully explained and the end result looks great. I am very surprised to see any negative reviews - mine was a totally different and positive experience.  I would highly recommend Lucas Lawn and Yard Care.
