Dave was great!  When he first came out to discuss what I wanted, he took the time to walk over the entire property.  He took the time to listen to what I wanted and hoped to create with his help.  He then took the time to explain what would and wouldn't work.  He was very conscious of my budget and gave me options.  Once I signed our agreement he and his crew came  out two weeks later and were done in a couple of days.  Dave came back out a few weeks later to make sure that there were no breaks or leaks in the drip lines he had installed.  I am budgeting for him to come back out and help me with my backyard - can't recommend him enough!

Nick and Tracy to the rescue. I had been having intermittent problems with my irrigation for quite some time when finally one of my zones would not turn off. I opened the valve box to discover a shut off valve had broken. Realizing I was in over my head to repair it I went to Yelp to find a professional and get some quotes.

Desert Valley Irrigation was 1st to respond and I set an appointment for a couple hours later. Nick and Tracy had flawless communication and arrived on time. They diagnosed the repair and gave me a quote. I had received another quote online for the same repair and they were very close in price. I always support small businesses so this was an easy decision. I scheduled the repair for the next day. Again the next day they arrived on time, had great communication and got right to work. The repair was done and my irrigation is working perfectly now. They also set the timer and gave advice on some other plants we had concerns with.

Nick and Tracy both come from a family of landscapers and bring a wealth of knowledge. They do the job right with quality parts. There is a lot of competition in the landscaping industry here. If you are like me and prefer to support small family owned businesses, prefer quality work and know they will stand behind the job Desert Valley Irrigation is a great choice.

I highly recommend Gren Forever. I got my freedom back thanks to my wonderfully designed yard and extension. I never imagined I'd have a beautiful space to garden.

Customer service was crap.  They used what appeared to be contract labor for the install and left a large seam right in the middle of the yard.  Also had numerous weeds growing right in the middle, not edges, of the lawn.  After multiple complaints they finally sent another crew who instead of replacing the section, made a more obvious patch than the seam was.  The crew was very insulting and unprofessional.  Had to involve the Az ROC (which was also a joke) and only recourse was to sue these guys, which I chose not to do.  Would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have been using this service for several years now. They are hard working and meticulous, led by a man who is honest and possesses a strong work ethic.

My yard had two huge problems. We have flood irrigation and the berms had washed out causing big grade shifts...causing flooding!
Secondly...I am unfortunately next door to a cat hoarders colony. My front landscape has been used as a litter box and was destroyed by the cats. I finally decided...this is now too big of a job for me.

I needed all kinds of random gravel/dirt/rock/boulders hauled to the dump or moved from here to there and graded...I didn't need perfection, just a lot of help!

After meeting with Bob, I had no more worries! He understood exactly what I needed done and quoted me a fair and reasonable price. I learned that he also did other types of work like removing trees or concrete.

They showed up on time, took great care not to damage our new concrete, and had professional attitudes and fun personalities. They worked for two days and cleaned everything when the job was finished.

I've always done my own yard work, but summer is approaching too fast. I am so happy to have found this company because now I can relax and enjoy creating my new (hopefully more cat proof) landscaping!

Kenny's Joke Service should be the name. We lived in Cave Creek and had him do a one time yard clean up and then bi-weekly maintenance. Our yard was already in good shape and the only reason we needed someone was because my boyfriend hurt his back.  Suffice it to say every other week we got a $65 bad, 10 minute blow job. His crew would come blow things in a pile, half way rake it up, and they were gone. When we took a video to complain about the poor job his crew did, he blamed the trees, yes, the trees. It's that time of year, tress just do that. Yes, true, and that is why we paid you, Kenny, to come to our house-to clean that up.

His version of weed control was to spray green weed killer in several areas of the yard and then charge you $25 for a gallon of weed killer. It he used a pint, I would be surprised in the 2.5 months he cleaned our yard.

We stuck it out as we knew we were moving and just needed to keep the yard acceptable. We needed him to come one more time just prior to moving. Kenny was aware of this plan and quit, knowing that we couldn't get someone else without having to pay the new company's initial clean up fee. The reason, he wasn't going to work in the Cave Creek area any longer, his main business was in the west valley/Peoria area. Then he proceeded for the following two weeks to harass us for his $65 bucks. Guy just be broke.

When we initially hired him, we hired him with the intent of having him do the yard of our newly built home, in Peoria.  Instead, we are spreading the word, in our brand new neighborhood, where there is a lot of good business, to steer clear. This is really too bad for him as there could have been a ton of good business for him here in our new development.

We let our back yard go wild for far too long and the prospect of cleaning it up ourselves was daunting. Troy responded quickly to our quote request and was able to schedule a time to drop by and inspect the property for himself. The price he quoted seemed very fair for me and included hauling off several old junk items.

The job ended up taking two days to complete due to the size and complications (there's no direct access to the back yard, you have to go through the garage or house), but two truck and trailer loads later our back yard is clear and usable again. Troy responds to texts quickly, which I appreciate, and is always professional and friendly. Highly recommended.

Craig, my review was not done with pleasure.  Your previous reviews are all from before my project. To this day we are irritated daily when we have to look at the terrible rock installation which contained 30-40% dirt and an irrigation system to our shrubs we are still correcting.   Maybe instead of being sad you can reflect on why you weren't here to supervise the members of your crew that are not skilled and address your anger issues.  When you yelled at me in my front yard because I spoke to one of your crew members I should have fired you on the spot.  Scope of Work was not being communicated to your crew, you were not showing up the way you promised and when you were here you were on the phone dealing with your girlfriends legal issues.

Arizona landscaping recently finished a project in my backyard and I am very satisfied with the work. Everything turned out amazing and beautiful! I am a very happy customer !

We hired this company to keep up our lawn and weeds on a bi weekly basis. Dealing with Billy has been nothing but a nightmare. He is incredibly nice, but is very unorganized and unreliable. His crew repeatedly showed up on the wrong days to do the lawn service for the first month we worked with him. Once this got straightened out, the crew started missing areas that were supposed to be serviced. They also damaged our custom Built playground structure in our backyard. We asked for it to be edged around the structure and they caused big, deep scratches along the base of the structure. When this was brought to his attention, he basically told us we asked for it to be edged, so we have to expect for it to be scratched. He did recommend using a weed killer around the base. The weird thing about this is, the very first time we got our yard cleaned up and mowed, they edged this area beautifully without any damage being done. This last time they didn't mow along our irrigation canal, which has been done every other time and was part of the agreed upon scope of work.  When we brought this to Billy's attention he simply dropped us as clients. We had pre paid for the service and part of the work didn't get done, so now my husband has to mow the missed parts, even though it was paid for. We have had repeated issues with this company and Billy simply didn't want to make it right or be held responsible for mistakes that were made or services not performed. I hardly ever write reviews, but couldn't not write this one. People should be aware before hiring this company. According to billy in his reply there were dog messes, which is NOT true. We are human, and may have missed one or two here or there, however, there were not over 100. What a dramatic explanation!!! Also, his crew came on Thursdays instead of Friday's for 2 services in a row. He could never give us a window for when his crew would show up and expected us to keep our dogs locked up all day waiting on his crew. Just ridiculous.

My backyard was an absolute mess! I needed a dead orange tree removed and lots of trimming and cleaning done. Albert was the first person to contact me from my web search and he came over that same day to give me an estimate. The next morning, he arrived early with a small crew and recreated my yard! He not only did an amazing job, but exceeded my expectations. This is an excellent business and I will continue to use their services moving forward. It's nice to know there are still people willing to work hard for reasonable rates. I highly recommend Albert and his coworkers for any yard care needs.

We used Think Green for a landscape project at our home and would definitely use them again.  Caitlyn was a pleasure to work with and the crew did a great job.

If you like companies who completely waste your time then please choose Pristine Green. Came out to give a bid, walked the entire property, said they would submit a bid ... and never heard back from them again.  

And my initial appt wasn't a week ago ... it was a month ago.

Isia and his team are pros.  We wanted to give our front yard a modern clean look.  We came up with a plan by exchanging ideas with Isia and he put the plan into action.  Isia was not only a professional, but a great dude overall.  We couldn't be happier with our front yard.  Its a piece of art.  Thanks guys.

I had a dead palm tree I needed removed so I requested bids from five Yelp businesses including this one.  I received a prompt reply, sent him a photo and received the most favorable quote of the bunch (actually one quote didn't even come in until the following morning).  He was going to come by the following morning between 8 and 9 but text me late in the afternoon and asked if they could come by in 15 minutes - I said sure, come on over.  A crew of four showed up and this 20 year old Queen Palm was gone in 20 minutes.  Hauled away all the trash, blew off the entire (admittedly small) front yard, see ya!  Great job, thanks.

Has the needed ability to complete services, however pricing was more than needed and pushy on obtaining services. Friendly and helpful customer service staff. Just not a fit for me.
