Saw a couple reviews on Yelp abounorth valley that were positive so I decided to have them come out and look at my irrigation.. I had a irrigation leak that I seemed more involved than my skill set. He sent me appt time and hourly rate, I can't really give a comparison on rate because I didn't get another estimate but I believed it was a small fix.  They came out fixed the issue checked it prior to leaving. Initial Set up was not really done correctly. They were personal, on time and educated me on some irrigation items, which I found helpful. Thanks again. Would recommend!

I had reached out to Nick to provide me with a free quote on a simple sprinkler job (fixing a few sprinkler heads and looking at my overall system). Nick and Tracy arrived at my home on Wednesday 10/13 and instead of quoting me how much the job would be, they got right to work switching out sprinkler heads and looking over everything. It didn't cross my mind to ask for the quote as we were talking as they were working. They ended up switching out 3 sprinkler heads and they also found that my valves were leaking so he quoted me $100 for each valve replacement (I have 5) and I also wanted them to put in a drip system which would cost $200. When they finished, I had to ask them how much I owed them. They then told me it would be $125 ($25 per sprinkler head and then $50 to come out). Before Nick had come out, I had asked him if he charged any additional fees and he stated that he only charged for the work her did. The $125 price tag for the work that was done caught me very off guard. Not only did I not get a quote before the service was done, but I also was charged $50 more dollars than I thought because I was told that they only charge fees for the work they do. I wasn't going to not pay them for their work so I sent the money via Venmo and I asked why they charge the $50 additional fee. They said it's a fee they charge the first time they come out normally. I felt frustrated that I was not told this information before they arrived but I didn't want to haggle with them and I had already paid them. They left and I was still feeling frustrated about the price I had paid for the simple service I was provided. I understand paying professionals for the work they do but I was not given a quote before they started working and I was also not told about the additional fee they charge even though I had asked Nick about those types of fees before he came out. I was still thinking I wanted them to do the valve replacements and drip line but I was feeling frustrated by lack of communication regarding pricing and not giving me a quote prior to starting the work so I called Nick to voice that I was disappointed no quote was provided to me and that I was not told about the $50 fee. When I spoke with Nick, he was immediately defensive. He seemed annoyed I didn't bring up my feelings at the time of the service but I was so caught off guard by the price that I didn't know what to say at the time. I told him he didn't provide me with a quote and he apologized and asked how he could make the situation right. I requested he give me the $50 back because I was not told about it nor was I provided a quote before they started working. He didn't want to do that but instead offered to take $50 off the valve replacement/drip line job. I thought that would be okay so I decided to try to end the call by making sure Nick knew why I had called him. He then proceeded to tell me he disagreed with how I handled the situation and that since he's a man (his exact words), he would've handled everything when we were face to face. He was saying that I handled the situation wrong and that I wasn't a man by the way I handled it. This really frustrated me because everyone handles things different ways and Nick decided to personally attack me. I then did not want him to do another job for me because he was very unprofessional so I asked him to send me the $50 back through Venmo. He agreed and then we ended the call. Today is Sunday 10/17 and Nick has still not sent me the $50 back.

I was hoping to not write a review and instead handle the situation with Nick. Instead, he made things personal and was defensive, unprofessional, and rude when I voiced my frustrations and disappointment. Nick and Tracy did a good job on the sprinklers but Nick did not give me correct information before arriving and he did not give me a quote before they started the job. If you have frustrations with the service you were provided, know Nick does not know how to separate his professional work and how he normally treats people.

Update: What Nick is saying below is not true. He never told me about the $50 fee and he never gave me a quote before the service. He is very unprofessional.

Free Quote for HOA must approve the project, we definitely will change nice soon. Corey came   to  my house. His quote showed me amazing accurate designs (thought he was home design sketcher) and honest for his quote.

In addition, the company seems to do great work because we do not need to pay up front, we pay the job has been completed. We will update  the  before and after the project.

Our turf was installed yesterday and we love it! It was a great experience from showroom to install. Bobby helped show us options for our dog and budget when we popped into the showroom one Saturday. He was on-time for the site measurement and got their bid back to us in a timely manner. The crew arrived on the day and time as arranged. They were all incredibly polite and professional. They started at 7:30AM and were done by 10:30 for our 24x15 stretch or turf. I loved watching the process. The guys made it look easy but you can tell it's because they are true pro's! We chose the AZ Pro and our pup approves!

Initiated a quote through the yelp app for some tree trimming/removal.  After a bit of phone tag (my fault, I got sick...) got an estimate in person (not just a drive-by glance like some other companies).  Very fair price, great work, I am a happy customer.  Thanks Alejandro (and crew)!

Bob and his team are professional, efficient, and very hardworking. Was on time and communication was excellent throughout. They were very careful during the work to avoid damaging anything. I am so grateful as they saved me a lot of money instead of going through a general contractor. Definitely will be hiring them again for my future projects!

Called 5 days ago to get an estimate and still no call back. I guess they don't want any new business.

I'm dissatisfied with the service given at my residence. Troy gave his word that he'd be at our house by 1 pm on 4/8/22. And he never showed. Never called. Never texted. And he never sent an email stating a reason why. He left my mother and me hanging. This is unprofessional, inconsiderate, and quite rude to leave my 74-year old mother [Dianne Hagel] on the hook with no explanation as to why a promised service from the owner of a company never bothers to show up for a scheduled appointment, and not so much bother to tell a prospective paying customer what is happening. Especially one having balance issues. This is unacceptable service at any and all levels. I'd do it myself, however, I fear I've redeveloped actinic keratosis [pre-skin cancer] helping my mother outside. My mother chose Urgent Care Tree & Lawn because she liked their services. And that's all I'm going to say on the matter concerning Urgent Care Tree & Lawn.

Craig, my review was not done with pleasure.  Your previous reviews are all from before my project. To this day we are irritated daily when we have to look at the terrible rock installation which contained 30-40% dirt and an irrigation system to our shrubs we are still correcting.   Maybe instead of being sad you can reflect on why you weren't here to supervise the members of your crew that are not skilled and address your anger issues.  When you yelled at me in my front yard because I spoke to one of your crew members I should have fired you on the spot.  Scope of Work was not being communicated to your crew, you were not showing up the way you promised and when you were here you were on the phone dealing with your girlfriends legal issues.

Arizona landscaping recently finished a project in my backyard and I am very satisfied with the work. Everything turned out amazing and beautiful! I am a very happy customer !

Called Billy after two other companies could not or would not take the time to listen and then resolve the issue.  Billy was thorough and ultimately an easy fix.   Would have saved a lot of time if I called BV first.  Highly recommend.

This company is special.  The people, their integrity, their thoughtfulness.  They just took over and fixed an existing project and took beyond even my imagination.  And I have a fantastic imagination.  Caity and Angelique will make you grateful they are handling it through every step.  Jon (CO-owner) is a true gentlemen. Mistakes are fixed.  Issues are handled without a worry by the owner.  That's unheard of.

Excellent service. We replaced a putting golf area with a pool and as a result we had to mess up with our backyard. We quoted several companies and Pristine Green came not with the lowest quote but certainly with the best quality. They did an outstanding job with our backyard. We are now enjoying our pool, barbecue and a very beautiful landscape.
Very well done and thanks to Dallon, not only a very professional person but very friendly guy, too who did an awesome job. I highly recommend them for all the services they provide.

I requested a quote for repairing a lawn sprinkler that was broken underground on 27 June. I called today, 29 June and asked if they saw my request on Yelp. No answer to that. So I told him the issue and what needed fixing but he said he would have to come all the way from Chandler to Maricopa and would have to charge me just the distance fee. I would already be charge heavy on the labor for the repair in the first place. So if you want anything done from this company, make sure you live next door so they will not charge you a distance fee.

Chandler is not 1 hour away from Maricopa, it is only 30 minutes away. Phoenix is 1 hour away.

Owner replied in a timely manner with a reasonable quote ready because I texted a photo of the palm tree I needed him to trim. Great turnaround; he & his crew did an exceptional job! I'm very happy with the quality of work and would highly recommend his services to anyone in need. A huge plus was that I was able to pay him via Venmo because I couldn't be there and he sent me photos of the finished job.

Kendall was quick to respond to my inquiry and come by to provide a quote. He was knowledgeable and didn't attempt to upsell me. The price seemed fair so I moved forward with the project with his company. However, they were not very clear with scheduling and I received confusing dates from multiple sources. They rescheduled and then weren't clear when they would return.

Once the work was completed, they did a poor job- the tree stump wasn't ground down all the way, the crab grass was trimmed, not removed, and there was no weed barrier below the rock they installed, which was discussed at the time of the quote. It's also just basic practice when installing rock.

When I complained about the job, Kendall was apologetic and quick to make it right. The crew came back to fix these issues- again, the scheduling was confusing- but they did eventually make it back out. They essentially had to do the job twice because it wasn't done well the first time.

Overall I'm satisfied with the end result and the price, but as my first experience with a landscaping company I can say I'm not impressed. I applaud Kendall for making sure I was happy with the work, but all the other issues mean it's unlikely I'll hire them again.

We had our front yard and side yard regraveled. They prepped the ground, Installed Weed cloth and distributed all new gravel and sprayed afterwards with weed killer.
The price was very reasonable, they communicated well and did an excellent job. I highly recommend this Company
