I'm not big on reviews, but I know this will help anyone looking for a great landscaping company. I got David's name and number from Summerwind's nursery a few years ago, and have stuck with him ever since. They have pulled up brick pavers to plant shrubs, flowers, and a tree, then put pavers back in to create a nice well for those planted. They just installed artificial turf, and it is beautiful!  They also trimmed my tree they planted a couple years ago, and trimmed other bushes for me. He even remembers each tree and plant I have how I want them to grow, then trims them accordingly! I looked at other landscaping  companies before getting David's number, and they wanted 5-10 thousand dollar minimum!  Not many people have that kind of money laying around. David let's me do what I can afford each time, and at the end, he will make the thousands off me, just not all at once. He and his crew faithfully show up on time. They all are professional, and YAY they all speak english! Thank you to David and his crew!!

Nick was amazingly fast in responding, came out several times to troubleshoot and provide us options on how to fix a terrible existing issue. Extremely thorough with his explanations and problem solving that easily saved us a couple grand in costs. Not only did they engineer a cost effective solution for us, the team did an extraordinary job leaving my entire drip system in a far better condition than inherited. Great respectful thing and I can't say enough positive things about the workmanship and professionalism exhibited. I hope to never have another brain scratcher of an problem to fix, but all business I come across in future will most certainly go to Desert Valley Irrigation, thanks guys!

I had the best experience I could have hoped for with Alejandro and his crew. They were on time, trimmed a large mesquite canopy, a 30'x15' privacy hedge, fixed an underground sprinter leak and spread 2 dump trucks of
mulch across my property. I obtained several bids for the same work and Alejandro was $100s of dollars less than all of the others and did an amazing job. Excellent from start to finish!

Bob came out to give me an estimate on a job.   While I did not use his services, I can attest to his integrity and professionalism. Instead of taking the job and my money, he recommended a better option, and that I do something else, and save my money.  At the cost of him losing my business, he was honest and guided me to a better option as it would be cheaper for me and better in the long run.  He also spent some extra time giving me some guidance on other projects and provided some great Incites to what I could do in other areas.  I appreciate his honesty and attention to detail.  I found him to be very experienced and knowledgeable.

Been using Kenny and his team for 5 years now and couldn't be more pleased. They continue to do a great job, and Kenny is on top of his game.  Professional, friendly, and all around great guy to do business with.  A+

My backyard unfortunately was overgrown with weeds and needed an extreme cleanup. I requested a quote from Urgent Care Tree on a Saturday morning and Troy responded almost immediately. He and James were at my home within an hour to give me a very fair quote. His team was able to start two days later, on Monday.

Troy texted me Monday morning with an ETA for James to begin work. James arrived right on time and got to work. He was very polite and professional. There have been issues with the irrigation system in the yard, and James found the source and was able to shut off the lever, but would have to come back to finish the yard because the ground was too wet.

James sprayed a weed killer over the entire yard and I have not had any new weeds sprouting up since it was sprayed.

I highly recommend this company for your yard needs.

We were not able to work with these guys as they are booked out.  So simply providing my review from the perspective of they did respond quickly and were kind enough TO respond at least advising us that they couldn't take us on.  That's being a professional.  We've reached out to quite a few architects, builders and now landscapers and you'd be surprised how many don't even afford you a response!  Good job AZ Native Scales.

These guys were amazing. Came out quickly and did a wonderful job.  They even cleaned up branches and leaves that I had meant to discard at a later date.  Will definitely call them again.

I tried hiring Pristine Green LLC right after we moved into our new house last year because of their amazing reviews, but they were all booked out. I called back a few months ago and was able to get on as a regular maintenance customer and have been so pleased with their service. They've fixed our aging sprinklers and actually KNOW about the plants they're tending. Love, love, love how much they love my plants!  I'm so happy to have them and would recommend their services to anyone!

I saw the impressive pictures on the website and decided to call Isai. I was really excited about upgrading my patio and was impressed with the work he had done with other small spaces.

It went horribly down hill from there. I scheduled for a quote and he did not show. I was told family emergency, no problem. I scheduled a second time. No show. I was told he was still away on emergency family business. Okay. I scheduled a 3rd time. He showed up an hour late and joked that he was playing in the snow with his grandkids in Flagstaff. I let it go.

He looked around my back patio and was extremely dismissive, saying I should wait 6 months until prices go down. What? I had not even discussed my budget or my needs. He begins telling me about all of the expensive houses he has done.

I ignored him and began telling him what I wanted done. He wrote nothing down except for a few measurements. Almost  10 days later he sends me a quote with nothing on it that I asked for. I immediately write him back to ask about the litany of other things I had told him I wanted.

He wrote me back two weeks later and said all of the things I wanted were included in the quote. Great. I asked him to put it in writing in a new quote and I would like to get started.

He then proceeded to call me multiple times, while I was at work. I emailed him back and said I would like everything in writing.

He then emailed me back and said the things he told me were included are no longer included.

This guy is a shady, condescending asshole who only takes on million dollar homes. If anyone from his company is reading this, my house may not be huge and expensive, but my husband and I both do really well and have a ton of discretionary income. Big mistake. Huge. I have to go shopping now!

AKA Jose's Tree Service; Jose said to text him pictures of my palms to get a quote for trimming & cleanup.  He was very prompt with the response and gave a fair price so lined them up.  Jose + 2 came when scheduled and they did a really great job--my palm trees have never looked this good!  Quality work and they cleaned up around the work area when done.  I'll definitely do more business with them.

AZ Citiscapes is the business I really wanted to go ahead with on my landscaping project. Kendall's vision and the amount of knowledge he brough to the free estimate at my property was amazing! Thanks to Kendall, I look at my backyard in a completely different, more inspired way. Kendall spent a great deal of time answering every single one of my questions and various possibilities as to what my space could transform into. Unfortunately, at this time, my budget doesn't allow me to go ahead with AZ Citiscapes.

Overall, I'd recommend AZ Citiscapes services.

Awful!  I contacted Lucas Lawn after I received one of their flyers on my door.  They post their rates on their site which seemed reasonable so I called and they informed me that someone would still have to stop by to give me a estimate.  After they stopped by, the quote I received was TWICE the amount listed on their site.  When I explained that I was not prepared to pay that amount, Ryan, the owner, became rude and arrogant on the phone.  Stay away from this company.  They are only concerned with making money and not working with the customer, and from what I experienced, have a terrible business/work ethic!
