Saw a couple reviews on Yelp abounorth valley that were positive so I decided to have them come out and look at my irrigation.. I had a irrigation leak that I seemed more involved than my skill set. He sent me appt time and hourly rate, I can't really give a comparison on rate because I didn't get another estimate but I believed it was a small fix.  They came out fixed the issue checked it prior to leaving. Initial Set up was not really done correctly. They were personal, on time and educated me on some irrigation items, which I found helpful. Thanks again. Would recommend!

Tracy has been a pleasure to work with from the very first contact. Gave me a quote in a very timely manner and explained everything with that quote. They got the work done as promised, and she is going to even help me with the new system for a while. She had very competitive pricing on her quote, and the work was five star. I highly recommend this company.

AMAZING! That's all I can say. We had three quotes done and felt the grass for all. Nothing could compare to them. They told me before they came out they weren't going to be the cheapest but I appreciated the honesty. They did give me some great discounts though. Still more than the other quotes but for the quality it was worth it.
The crew also AMAZING! They worked so hard and actually got everything done in one day. Couldn't be happier. My dogs and kids too!

Bob and his team are professional, efficient, and very hardworking. Was on time and communication was excellent throughout. They were very careful during the work to avoid damaging anything. Contacted Troy on a Saturday morning and he was at our house a few hours later. We needed our grass/sod removed from our front yard. He and his crew are nice, hard working and knowledgeable.  My neighbors commented on how friendly they were. He was reasonably priced and I would not hesitate to use them again for future work.

We were not able to work with these guys as they are booked out.  So simply providing my review from the perspective of they did respond quickly and were kind enough TO respond at least advising us that they couldn't take us on.  That's being a professional.  We've reached out to quite a few architects, builders and now landscapers and you'd be surprised how many don't even afford you a response!  Good job AZ Native Scales.

So I requested a quote from
Yelp,  and got a fast response. Someone came out when we arranged to do repair to the drips lines which I stated in the request were under pavers. The one repair I had already pulled pavers up and exposed myself so pretty simple job, but to properly repair the pavers is why I wanted a professional. I was in the process of selling and have people coming to look at the house in a few hours which I expressed to him. He agreed he could make the repairs to both and would charge $75 per. I said ok great. Later he said he should probably only repair the one since people were coming he didn't want the path to be dug up, and I agreed just fix the one. Once complete he said he was done and I went to inspect. The hole was still there with a couple pavers manually placed in the spot, and I asked why he didn't fix it proper. He said we don't do pavers and I said why didn't you tell me that in the first place. I cut him a check and told him to leave. Later I thought this was just not right thinking he might feel the same, so I sent him a message on yelp and said I think he charged too much and misrepresented his service. He wrote back and said no sir you agreed to the cost. Guy was nice enough but seems very shady when I think back in it now. I would not recommend this company for anything st this point. If he has just come back and said hey I'm sorry you felt I was going to repair the pavers, let's work a cost that works for both, I would have been ok. His response was just unprofessional and rude.

We had clear conversations before the repair about the pavers, and how I needed them put back I place before the people coming out to see the house arrived. You agreed to do this, and you even said I will do my best to get them back and level I said I need it to look good enough, and you never once mentioned at the time hey sir we don't do pavers the second leak was not uncovered and you agreed to fix that and have it back in place before the potential buyers arrived. You were completely dishonest and misrepresented what services you provided. Your response is completely wrong and you're honestly just a used car salesman.

Alberto was super responsive and quick to resolve and projects I had for him. He finished in a timely manner and just kept to the work. Though I'm new to paying for landscaping I believe the price he gave me was fair.

We used Think Green for a landscape project at our home and would definitely use them again.  Caitlyn was a pleasure to work with and the crew did a great job.

They were great! Got right back to me when I called, and I was able to text pictures to get an estimate instead of having to schedule an estimate, then another time for them to do the work. Great time saver since both my husband and I work! They did the work quick, price was exactly as estimated, and it was great quality! Would use again!

Talked to Jose on the phone scheduled a time to come and give me an estimate. He sent his son and we agreed on a price and he wrote me an agreement for $700. They cut off a limb and it fell and did damage to my house at which point the son called his dad, Jose, and he came out and said he doesn't work for free and that if I wanted him to finish the NEW PRICE was $1500! MORE THAN DOUBLE. I said we had a written agreement for $700 and that was all I was going to pay.

I tried to reason with him and asked him if he had finished the job and I told him I was only going to pay him half of what we had agreed on what would he say. He kept having to use his son as a translator and we were getting no where.

He said, We are leaving, and didn't pick anything up and even left a huge limb that they had already cut hanging in the tree 30 feet up which could fall and due damage to my fence or someone standing under the tree. I cleaned up everything he left on the ground but I still have to hire someone to come and finish the job as well as paying a contractor to have the damage done to my house repaired. I'm guessing that will be around $1200 to 1500.

As far as recommending this business, proceed at your own risk. I don't think they are insured because they did not offer to have the damage repaired or give me their insurance information. That's why he wanted to charge me more to pay to fix the damage they had caused. When I have a written agreement I expect to pay that not double what we agreed on. That is why you have them come out and give you a price in writing so there are no issues later. He did not keep his word, damaged my property, and then just left. If you use ANYONE, ask if they have insurance and MAKE SURE YOU GET IT IN WRITING TO PROTECT YOURSELF.

Yesenia was great at responding to my request for an in home estimate for hardscaping in my back yard.  My appointment was scheduled and I received a text the day before confirming a time frame for the visit.  The morning of, I received a call from Kendall asking to get a little more information about the project.  He asked me what my budget was and I let him know that I wasn't sure as there were a few different scenarios I was interested in depending on costs involved.  He proceeded to try and give me a ballpark price based on arial photos from Maricopa county ($5,000 and I never chose a product). I was a little surprised and said that I felt he needed to be on site to see what I was looking for and that it couldn't be calculated based in arial views.  His statement to me was that he did not want to waste his or my time was a clear indicator that it was his time he was more interested in.  I voiced that I felt like he was vetting me when I was the one interested in learning about the company and what services were offered.  After 10 minutes of exchange his last statement to me was I don't think this is a good fit for our company and he was absolutely right.  I would not waste my time or money on services provided by a company with this type of sales approach.

Lucas Lawn and Yard Care handles my monthly landscaping needs, including routine maintenance, tree trimming, and pre-emergent spraying for grass/weeds in unwanted areas.  Recently, they also installed synthetic grass and did a wonderful job.  Honest people who communicate well with their customers.
