Dave was great!  When he first came out to discuss what I wanted, he took the time to walk over the entire property.  He took the time to listen to what I wanted and hoped to create with his help.  He then took the time to explain what would and wouldn't work.  He was very conscious of my budget and gave me options.  Once I signed our agreement he and his crew came  out two weeks later and were done in a couple of days.  Dave came back out a few weeks later to make sure that there were no breaks or leaks in the drip lines he had installed.  I am budgeting for him to come back out and help me with my backyard - can't recommend him enough!

I asked them to come and install new irrigation lines to feed some new ficus columns and bugambilia vines I am having installed in my back yard. They were on time, efficient, did great work and are super friendly to boot. They have a vested interest in water conservation being Phoenix natives and truly care about the quality of their work while managing the environmental impact. Super knowledgeable on all things landscaping too. Having them back in a week to de-thatch, aerate, and seed my dying front & back lawns.

Definitely recommend.

Initiated a quote through the yelp app for some tree trimming/removal.  After a bit of phone tag (my fault, I got sick...) got an estimate in person (not just a drive-by glance like some other companies).  Very fair price, great work, I am a happy customer.  Thanks Alejandro (and crew)!

Bob came out to give me an estimate on a job.   While I did not use his services, I can attest to his integrity and professionalism. Instead of taking the job and my money, he recommended a better option, and that I do something else, and save my money.  At the cost of him losing my business, he was honest and guided me to a better option as it would be cheaper for me and better in the long run.  He also spent some extra time giving me some guidance on other projects and provided some great Incites to what I could do in other areas.  I appreciate his honesty and attention to detail.  I found him to be very experienced and knowledgeable.

Awesome customer service. Kenny himself contacts you and let's you know what's going on every step of the way. The price is reasonable considering he is licensed and insured I spent a little more than I intended but I got complete removal of weeds and they sprayed for weeds and palm tree trim. I was very happy with the end resI highly recommend him. The customer service alone is beyond what any other company offered and I contacted about 8 companies.

Update: we used Kenny again for our front yard and they did such a good job. They are fast, reliable, and friendly. I can't praise his customer service enough. If you think he is a little higher on price consider he is actually doing it the right way with insurance and licensing you get what you pay for. We have never found a better landscaper yet in 20 years that compares.

Loved their urgency and responsiveness. Our saguaro fell over in half and had to be taken out by its roots and hauled out, which is no easy feat. Troy responded to my call and had James at our home within 3 hours. Excellent work and clean up was great. I will definitely call this company for any lawn needs and tree trimming.

This is the best investment we have made to our home.  We had spoke to and interviewed a few companies but could never get what we really wanted.  This created procrastination on our part as we did not want to invest unless we knew we got exactly what we wanted.  The plan was never clear until Craig came over, asked us what we want, sprayed some lines on the ground, worked up a written quote and then came back with a cad picture to allow us to visualize it.  

Working with Craig was the absolute best, he is a true professional.  I like how he interacts with his crew as he was on the job daily and was very flexible and offering no surprises during or after the job.  Actually, I am picky and somewhat high maintenance on large projects, since I want to learn as they do without breaking a sweat.  I had watched them work every day, asked questions, and added a few items during the process.  I can honestly say that they put so much forethought and work in the preparation if the sub surface planning for the overall project.  

I think a lot of people have bad experiences as they only focus on the visual product and that is where some of the other quotes lacked, Craig's crew took their time and did it 100% correct and with the highest quality in workmanship.  Much if their time was spent grading, preparing the sound surface for the travertine, flow of the water in the yard and working as a team to finish in about a week.

He and his crew truly love what they do and have a passion for it.  When he said he would do the job like its his own home, he meant it and delivered.  Craig even made a few trips over afterwards to check on the plants and grass to assure it was rooting correctly- adjusting watering schedules etc.  

My only regret is I did not take photos of the yard before, perhaps Craig has some he can upload. It was a weedy dirt lot with a pool in the middle.

Arizona landscaping recently finished a project in my backyard and I am very satisfied with the work. Everything turned out amazing and beautiful! I am a very happy customer !

I found BV Lawn Care, after getting several quotes, in addition to one other 5-star rated business on Yelp. From the first time I spoke to Billy, I had a favorable impression of his cheerful responsiveness. I was actually pretty happy with the quote I received from a certified arborist, who showed up first to quote me on the trimming of a mesquite tree in my backyard.  In addition to the mesquite tree trim, I also wanted some trees removed, along with having new ones planted. In addition to my primary residence, I also had a more substantive project readying a rental house in Queen Creek for sale. The backyard was in dire straits, and required immediate appeal by having new sod and grass installed, and the entire irrigation system repaired to sustain the new grass.

Among the other quotes, the certified arborist wasn't able to handle the entirety of the project scopes I was looking to complete, aside from tree removal. Another 5-star rated Yelp business also didn't stand up to the test of reasonable pricing, and was not the most professional either. After receiving a late evening phone response about the pricing for the sod and grass installation (with audible screaming kids in the background), I was actually advised that many people nowadays don't even want new grass placed in their backyard - you'd be surprised how many people are upset at having grass when they don't want it. He suggested I consider putting the house on the market as-is. While there might have been merit in this statement, the lack of professionalism and attitude of 'Meh, I don't need your business' rather than 'What can I do to meet your needs?' was one that I did not care as much for.

This is where Billy stepped in. From the moment I met Billy, he was punctual, professional, upbeat, super friendly and enthusiastic about wanting to earn my business, by proving himself through his work to make this the best possible experience for me. As the owner of the business, he recognized the need to prove himself first to gain my trust as a first time customer. He cut me a truly awesome deal that encompassed both my home and rental house in Queen Creek. I was hesitant, but it was difficult to turn down what he had offered me. And boy am I glad I shook hands with him and decided to give him a shot! For me and my husband, it's safe to say that I will always be going back to BV Lawn Care for all our lawncare needs!

Billy and his crew did an AMAZING job with both projects. In particular, the house in Queen Creek that we put on sale. The transformation of that house was nothing short of INCREDIBLE. Even my real estate agent remarked that the landscaping was what really sold the house, and asked for Billy's information, wanting to use him for his own projects!

Billy and his crew worked quickly to make sure we didn't waste any time readying the house to be placed on the market. Billy really put his best foot forward with us by working around the clock so we could have the house on the market by the weekend. And yes, Billy stays plenty busy already with plenty of other jobs, but he still put our needs first and delivered top-notch work!  The end result? We had a bid for a sale contract on that house that VERY SAME WEEKEND (in just 2 days!), and I honestly attribute it to the clean-up job he did. I will let the pictures tell its own story. He truly went above and beyond, communicating with me and my husband every step of the way, so that we understood exactly what was going on, what needed to be done. And he really took care of us with our timeline, at a very reasonable cost! There are many other little bits of fixes that he did at no charge to help earn our trust in him as a first time customer. I'll say: I'm SOLD! :)

I've also posted some pictures of the job he did at our home, to showcase the mesquite tree trim, and palm tree stripping that he did. It really opened up our backyard, and made it feel brighter and bigger.  We could not be more happy with his work! He went above and beyond and helped us procure some river rock to place over the planters in our pool too, as the dirt from the planters kept blowing into the pool, that caused the filters to clog up incessantly.

I highly recommend Albert's landscaping and will be hiring them again. I appreciate their attention to detail and old school work ethic. They removed an old and difficult agave plant that was taking over our yard. When they finished the ground looked like the agave had never been there. Magic!

We used Think Green in April 2020 for an entire remodeling of our back yard. The workers and designer did a great job. The problem now is I contacted our designer to begin a redo on our front yard and while she was prompt to come out for a consultation,  3 months went by without any contact. So I called the owner and Chris said they were so backed up they would not be able to get to us until the fall, which was ok with us. Chris said she would have our designer call us to go over plans and get us on the books for fall. Guess what? 3 weeks went by and no contact. My initial call was March and my last contact was me reaching out to Chris in early August to let her know how pitiful their service is.

I emailed Brandon on Wednesday evening, looking for a quote to trim some large bushes that were in the way of our house painters. He got back to me right away, I sent some photos of the plants, he got me a quote and had his crew at my house Monday morning. His crew was prompt, made a point of confirming what I wanted done before they began cutting and were done in less than an hour.
Working with Brandon was a breeze and it was a relief to negotiate via text rather than wait for a contractor that may or may not show up. I really appreciate how easy the quote process was and the fact that the crew was there when he said they would be. My time is valuable and Brandon and his crew respect that.

I am very happy to report that Isai and Willi did and amazing job! My backyard was in desperate shape (just dirt and weeds!) it has been transformed in 9 days! The whole experience has been a pleasure! Pavers were installed perfectly, small wall built around a/c unit, archway removed from patio with supporting beam put into place that opened up the entire view from indoors as well as 2 beautiful trees installed, gravel and imitation grass! Oh yes even had the ugly gray block fence painted beautifully! I cannot say enough about this team, you will be pleasantly surprised how efficient, courteous, thoughtful, creative and skilled they are together! So, how often do you need to use a specialist to trim your palm trees?  Likely not too often. But when you do, Jose and his guys are the people to call.

I found Jose through Yelp. He and his guys were everything and more that all of the positive reviews say. He answered my phone call on the first try, and he had his crew at my house to trim a 35 foot palm the same day. The price was very reasonable, and his crew did a super job, including cleaning up all the palm frond debris.

If you have an unruly palm that you're seeking to tame, Jose is your man!

Kendall did a great job listening and then giving his recommendation that fit my needs.  They installed pavers by the driveway, ground out a tree stump, took out an old water fountain, installed new plants and finished up with paver work on the back deck.  His team was able to come within a week, cranked out the work in a day and did a great job.  Big improvement for my house.  They also followed up to make sure I was happy.

Finally, a landscaping company that can handle communicating electronically! Ryan not only answered my email inquiry, but he actually arrived for an appointment, listened, and provided me with an estimate quickly. His landscaping advice was solid as well, and his work crew was both personable and knowledgeable. 100% satisfied.
