Best Landscapings in United States

We attempted to use Gonzalez Landscaping for basic yard maintenance (trim branches, kill weeds, blow shit, you know...the usual), but Lucio has been impossible to work with. To me, he ranks higher than Farmer Juan but lower than not hiring a landscaper at all. Here are some tips to help him with potential future customers and to give customers insight on what they'll be dealing with when using this guy.

1. Write down appointments. This will allow Lucio to know things like the fact that he has made an appointment, the location of that appointment, and when that appointment takes place. This is essential to running a business and making money. He could accomplish this by using a pen and paper or even by adding a reminder on his phone.

2. Have landscaping equipment. I probably could have listed this one first, but there are times where Lucio didn't have his landscaping equipment. That makes it difficult to trim branches, kill weeds, and blow shit.

3. Respond to customers. When a customer calls you or sends you a text message, it is important to communicate with them. This allows you to setup appointments, keep customers notified of any updates or changes, and also retain existing customers to find out if they have any landscaping needs.

If you can find anyone in Maricopa that meets any one of these criteria, please let me know.

In his comment below, he makes it sound like this was a one-time thing. This has been ongoing for weeks and months. He has a new excuse every time. Congrats to all the happy customers who have such low expectations.

Contacted the owner Robert about cleaning up my yard after being gone for about two months. Not only was he very responsive he did such a great job that I hired him to be my regular landscaper. I would highly recommend his company for your landscaping needs.

Wish there were more stars.  Urban Oasis was the most responsive landscaper I called for a quote and am so glad I did.  Austin was always attentive to our needs.  I cannot say enough good things about this company.  They kept us in the loop the entire time and continually followed up and addressed our needs and/or concerns.  What great customer service and professionalism.  I'm so glad we found them.  Thanks Austin.

Juan and his team did a great job removing a very large tree in front of my home.  I also had Juan do a full yard cleanup at my previous home and could not be happier.  I highly recommend Happy Grounds Landscaping.

These guys are great! Edwardo is VERY responsive! They have been doing our landscaping for a couple years now and we have been very pleased. We had a water leak once and I called Edwardo and he came out the same day to fix it! They do a wonderful job, I highly recommend them!! (Our property is in Mcdowell Mtn Ranch in Scottsdale)

I needed landscaping done same day and they responded right away and came within a few hours. Our yard looks great! They even took the bags of foliage that we had from trying to start the task ourselves. Definitely recommend!

Jose and his crew did an excellent job on my yard. It was in pretty rough shape, several holes and grass/bushes growing out of control, plus two leaks in my sprinkler system. The yard now looks amazing! I would recommend him to anyone and happily call him out again! Thanks for your excellent work!

Rick was friendly and got right back to me when I found his company on yelp. He gave me a quick estimate, and was easy to schedule with. His team was fast and efficient my front yard turned out great ! We will be using them for any future lawn service needs.

Superb service and design! Patio pros was great and designed and built a beautiful patio for my husband and I. We went through a few contractors and patio pros was definitely the right choice. They finished the patio in a timely manner and were professional from the get go. Would definitely recommend.

After moving into a new build with a dirt backyard, we really had no idea what to do with such an empty space. We had received quotes from other landscaping companies but were discouraged with how they were just wanting to install plants and trees yet no design for the most part. Erik showed up and had ideas which we appreciated. He was prompt and communicated easily. His employees were professional and did awesome work. Having been one of the first to move in our new neighborhood, I have highly recommended him to our new neighbors.

Our experience with JW Landscaping started out well, like several other reviewers here.  Jake was responsive for the initial quote and the first few visits went well, accomplishing the things that needed to be done to get us properly cleaned up.

Unfortunately, things did not continue that way and I have had to discontinue service with them.  We have had issues with service dates being changed, sometimes without notice.  I recently have found myself checking in with Jake to ask are you all coming today?.  That should not be something I have to do.

Finally, our most recent service date was missed, again with no call of explanation or to reschedule, and my calls and texts to Jake have gone unanswered.  In fact, our last check to him for service on Feb 4 had not yet been cashed as of last week.  That makes me wonder if something bad hasn't happened to Jake or his crew...

Jake is a nice guy, but I can't continue doing business this way.

After several disappointing landscapers I found Shrub it off and could not be happier.  Coming from a very picky woman, I promise you will not be disappointed with Marcos.  He and his team are professional, attentive, responsible, respectful and customer service oriented.  

Addditional work requests are met with a prompt response, quote and work.

The team is also wonderful to give advice when you need a little extra help with flowers, garden or trees.

I recommend Shrub it off to anyone looking for the best.

Valley Vista Landscaping redesigned our backyard this last month. They came to the house talked to us about our ideas and gave their professional input on what would work and what might need to be tweaked. They gave us an estimate in a timely manner along with suggestions to keep the cost down by using different materials where possible. They set a day the work would start and gave us an idea when they thought the work should be finished. Valley Vista Landscaping was honest, prompt, friendly, cleaned up after them selves and professional. We will use them in the future and would recommend them to others.

BE CAUTIOUS!!!! I paid deposit by Venmo $2,000 which was to complete HOA paperwork. This wasn't completed correctly so I ended up measuring and submitting my own forms. Then was asked to pay $5,000 but I was starting to get nervous (& suspicious) but still agreed to send another $3,000 through Venmo to start project.
Now I've paid $5,000 -
SO for $5,000 I basically got some gravel raked and moved around my backyard. See attached pictures-
I am hopeful this post will help someone save their hard earned money from this dishonest company. I suspect we won't see or hear from Anthony or anyone else at TreetopLandscaping. We really wanted to trust & help out small company by giving them business. SO DISAPPOINTED.

I would not recommend this company to do anything remotely related to landscaping and sprinklers. After spending $5000 to $6000 with them on basic grass and a sprinkler system I now have to spend $8200 to remove and replace their horrible work. STAY CLEAR
