Moved outside wiring, installed recessed - canned lighting, increased amperage and installed new box. Fast, good and at a great price. Dion Jones is the best electrician in the Northern Suburbs. No one can beat his quality and price point.

Highly recommended in every respect. Came out the same day that I called and, seeing that it was quick & easy fix, refused to take payment.

Dion did a fantastic job installing two ceiling fans at my house! He had to enter the attic and cut some holes, but he did it all with a minimum of mess and disruption. His price was very fair and quoted in advance, and the whole job was done quickly. He also gave some great advice and helped me make sure the solutions worked for my family. I will definitely use his services again next time I need an electrician, and I highly recommend him.

Dion has done two projects for us in two different (very old) houses and has done a fantastic job in both. Efficient and honest, will troubleshoot with you and give you his straightforward opinion on what can be done and the options for making it work. I appreciate his knowledge and his skill!

I found True Power on Yelp  last week and contacted them to replace a fuse box with circuit breakers.  Dion Jones did a good job for a fair price.
Called him to do another job and he initially said he could do it. Then he gave me the runaround.  My husband got a hold of him and he admitted that he could not make the scheduled appointment. Not cool.The work had to be done prior to the sale of the property.  He left us in the lurch.
So, uh, yeah. He's good if he shows up. Don't be in a hurry though.

I Called Dion and he was at my property within an hour to look over the job. He had all the rewire done by the next day completed. Very awesome! Now I have the proper power connections I need for my garage. Will keep his number for sure. Thanks so much for the fast and great service. A++.  -Ty

I've had the following work done by Dion and his crew:
1) Cat6 network run from basement to second floor
2) Coax moved from one wall to another
3) Vent fans in two bathrooms replaced
4) Back porch light fixed
5) Dishwasher power connected and dishwasher installed

I have not a single complaint.  Their efficiency and professionalism left nothing to be desired.

Best electricians I've worked with, hands down. They did great work, promptly, and with care for design and space. Not only were they best bid I'd received, but they did the work in half the time that anybody else had said would be needed.

Dion was awesome! We put recessed lighting throughout our whole house. It looked incredible. He did the work all in one day, just two days after giving us our quote (which was the best of the three electricians we had come give us quotes). I use him for both our home and business and he will be my electrician for years to come!

True Power Electric was referred to me by a well known and established window and shade company in Chicago.  The work I had performed included electrical rewiring, addition/relocation of outlets, installation of track and other lights with dimmers.  True Power Electric is knowledgeable, has great technical workmanship and excellent customer service (and, is neat).  Would recommend and use again.

I received True Power Electric as a referral through Service Master.  I was looking for an electrician to put in some recessed lighting and change out some existing fixtures.  Dion Jones called me first thing the next morning and said he could come take a look at 5pm that evening.  After seeing my situation, we scheduled the following Sat to come out and do the work.  I was unsure about my the fixtures I had purchased and exactly what I should do.  He gave me very confident answers on what to do and when he saw my very dim lighting in my bedroom, suggested a couple of cans in there too.  He has a great eye and knows what will work.  Turns out that the wiring in bedroom was constructed very poorly and he was having trouble finding the connections.  I told him we could hold off and I could get the blueprints for him.  When I came back to the room to check on things, he said he finally found the connections and was moving forward.  This took much more time than expected, but the final result was incredible!  I could not be more happy with how smoothly the day went.  His estimate was very reasonable and he did the work in one day.  I had a quote from someone else for more money and multiple days to do the job...In short, Dion is electric rock star!! Look no further!
