We are licensed #926959bonded and insured. In 2007, Harout founded Globe Cast Electrical Services in his Glendale CA. One afternoon someone urgently needed a few fixtures installed the next morning, and the rest is history. Since then he has been extremely fortunate to have the opportunity to service some of the most prestigious brands in the world.

Was such a pleasure working with Harout. He had so much patience and explained to me any questions I had. Very great with communication and quick responder. I have a closet that didn't have an outlet and I live in a studio that had a big fan in the middle.. my goal is to separate my bed and the Living room by putting a wall in the middle, so I had him take off the fan and put two lights on opposite sides of the room.
Since I live in an apartment I didn't want to damage the walls and cut holes, so Harout got creative and provided me a different option that wouldn't make too much damage on the walls/ceilings. I love how it turned out and with a very reasonable price, this place is turning out perfect so far. :)
Used Globecast again to install 240 outlet with upgraded 40amp breaker. Quick scheduling, quick service excellent customer service.
Harout also loaned me charger as mine was still pending delivery. His become my go to electrician and would recommend to anyone.

Harout is the best electrician I have worked with. He's very efficient and professionally thorough with his work. On top of that, his explanations were very clear. His job for me was installing a fan on a 15 feet ceiling, an electric outlet and a switch for a bathroom heater. All of his electrical work was done according to codes. He was quite candid and fair regarding the cost of the work which was reasonable. I will definitely refer him to anyone needing a qualified electrician as well as I will be calling him for any future electrical work.

I had been experiencing random outlet outages throughout my house and wasn't sure what was causing the issue. It became an emergency when the outlet powering my washer and dryer went out, so I sent a few requests out to Yelp. Harout responded immediately (this was close to midnight/1am on a Saturday night). He came out the next morning and explained to me that my house was built using wiring that cannot handle a lot of electrical current running through it at the same time, so the chances of shorting the circuit are higher. As someone who knows nothing about how electricity works, I really appreciated his patience and detailed explanations.
Very professional and friendly! Highly recommend.
I instantly knew I could trust Harout from the moment I met him - super professional and very humble. He was transparent about the scope of work, time/effort required and pricing. We had issues with the circuit in the laundry room, and we contacted Harout for his advice. He helped us to install a new panel so that our washer and dryer could work at the same time. He did his job amazingly -- patched the hole in the wall, protected our floor, and most importantly, the electricity works well! Harout is the Poster Child for Excellent Customer Experience!! He was the first to reply and asked all the pertinent requirements to insure his onsite visit was a One and Done! approach to resolving my issues. I had 3 electrical outlets that needed new switches and he was able to replace all three within minutes. His respect to our household is to be commended as well. He was keen to our cleanly home and removed his shoes with out us asking. His pricing was very competitive against the rest of our bids received. Timeliness was also on point, as he showed up at the exact hour he said he would be here. During the onsite visit, he knew I was selling my home and advised on what an inspector would address. I highly recommend Harout and would do business again if the need for electrical service is required in the future.

I had a 240v outlet installed in my garage by Harout. By far the best experience I have had with electrical work. Harout is very responsive, he was able to come to give me a quote within 10min after I called. He always answers his phone and is able to answer my questions and concerns promptly.
The service was prompt and complete, he and his partner came in the morning and finished the work by noon. He was very careful and detailed oriented. He had to drill through concrete to get to my first floor to get to my garage. He patched up my walls and made it look new. He also called to check on his work after I brought back my new car. My car is charging fantastically.
I would highly recommend his service to anyone!

Harout is very easy to work with, is thorough and knowledgeable. I needed a Tesla wall charger installed at home and wanted a professional install. Harout explained each step along the way and addressed concerns before I was even able to think of them.

I contacted this company Saturday morning at 9 AM. Got a response almost at once, and we worked out the time for a visit -- 4:30 PM.
Yelp only let me enter one project when I was requesting a quote, so I described the other projects in a separate message.
Harout showed up on time, and after a quick tour of the projects I needed done, he quoted a price that was much lower than I was steeling myself to pay.
I now have electrical outlets I'm not afraid of drawing sparks off of, a working living room light, a working kitchen light, and he replaced the pull chain on the ceiling fan for me. Five projects took less than an hour to complete.
When (*NOT* if) I need additional work done, he's going to be at the top of my list of people to call.
Unless, of course, everyone reading this review starts calling him and leaves him too busy to help me. :-)
This review is long overdue, but Harout and the team at Globecast Electrical Services are some of the best people we've had work on our home. We bought our house (built in 1953) from flippers last November and since then have been upgrading and/or fixing some of the upgrades the flippers and subsequent contractors carelessly installed.
In early July we had our air conditioning repaired and suddenly our chandelier stopped working. Harout went through the attic and pointed out the various code violations people had left behind. He explained everything that needed to be fixed and provided me an estimate for the repairs while giving me time to think about whether or not I wanted to hire him. I really appreciated his transparency and honesty and after talking with my husband we decided to hire him to fix the MANY electrical problems in our house. We felt his price was more than fair considering the work that needed to be done.
The day Harout came out to do the work he was quick, thorough, and kept me informed of what he and his colleague were doing the entire time. We will definitely be repeat customers should we have any electrical needs in the future!

I wish I could give 10 stars to this amazing electrician. He was very professional in his job with great personality. Honestly this was my first time having this kind of experienced professional in my home. I have some knowledge about electricity and was quite happy to see this guy doing everything by code A to Z with very affordable prices. He did awesome job and very CLEAN which is important too cuz no one wants to have dirt and dust in the house. He covered everything in my living room before starting the job and vacuumed after finishing his job. I want to share some pictures with you to show this amazing job. He installed ceiling fan in my living room and bedroom. There was no any wiring before so he did everything and there is no any damage on my walls as you can see.

So pleased with my experience with Globecast Electrical and their employees. Our house used to have nasty old lighting. We had Globescast completely remove the old lighting and install recessed LED lighting all throughout the house. They also installed some flood lights outside around the house. Lastly, they installed fans in the ceiling of our bathrooms.
The owner is one of the nicest and most knowledgeable guys I've met. I think he also does bigger projects for entire apartments and commercial buildings, so he really knows his stuff.
Months after the installation, we had some questions and he was happy to reach out and answer everything and give his advice.
His pricing is very affordable and transparent.
Overall very satisfied and will definitely use them for any future repairs or installations on ANYTHING electrical related. They definitely gained my trust.
I recently had Harry and his team wire the electrical for our new hot tub and I was very happy with the entire experience. Harry was very easy to deal with and came round and gave me a good reasonable quote. The work involved some contractor work as wore had to be run under cement and our lawn and the guys he works with did great work and cleaned up after themselves which I appreciate. Wow, I can't say enough great things about Harry. I called him to install 3 ceiling fans and swap out 2 light fixtures. Setting up an appointment was easy and he came on time. Harry was professional, courteous, honest, and explained the installation process step by step. I consider myself a DIY guy so I appreciated hearing what he was doing. In every room he worked in, Harry protected all the furniture with large plastic sheets so dust and insulation didn't get everywhere. There was very minimal cleaning, if any, to do afterwards. Price wise, Harry gave me a VERY reasonable quote for all that he did.

Had an electrical problem at home where the wall outlets did not have power. Harout came out on short notice even though my house was out of the service area.
When he came, he quickly made inspections, gave recommendations, and made the repairs. Harout was a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond with the work I needed. He gave us a good estimate for converting our old wall oven to a 220 outlet and wiring. He responded quickly to my estimate request online and arrived on time to look at the job. He explained the dos and don'ts work needed and explained so I could understand it clearly.

I needed some work done including installing several light fixtures, dimmer switches etc. Yelp recommended a few options and Harout was the first one to reply. He answered all my questions, provided a reasonable quote and we scheduled the work.

We had an emergency with a smoke detector that would not stop chirping even after replacing the battery. I called Harout on a Friday at 6pm after calling several other electricians who were unable to stop by same day. Harout was super responsive and even thought ahead to go to Home Depot to pick up a new smoke detector before coming over. He called me at Home Depot and gave me options and prices and offered his opinion as to the best one. He arrived quickly and solved all issues! Very reasonably priced, quick and responsive. Harout is great! We reached out for an estimate to fix our ceiling lights in the store and he responded the same day. He came out twice to get our 4 lights all fixed and replaced. The second time he was able to fixed 3 high ceiling lights in 2 hours. It is $145 for labor for each light and parts are extra. Great services and we will definitely reach out again! Harout is a great man and electrician. I hired him to install a chandelier, ceiling fan, and a light dimmer at my home. He was able to execute all 3 in less than a hour while carrying a conversation with me. I have no doubt that we will be working together for a long time.
I had two outlets in an outdoor box that provided power to sump pumps. After the recent rains, both outlets were not working. Thinking it was the outlets, I replaced them. Unfortunately both outlets still did not work. So I placed an ad on Yelp. Harout responded quickly and came over in a matter of hours. Once here, he found the problem in minutes...a push of a reset button on another outlet that had tripped. Amazing service - could not recommend them enough! We had both cosmetic and safety work we wanted done on our new house - light fixture replacement and grounding some ungrounded outlets. Globecast's gave us by far the best price of anyone we spoke to, and on the day came early, got the entire job done in just a couple of hours, did incredibly high quality work, and also answered some electrical questions I had/showed me how to fix up some problems on my own at no added cost. Even though some of the parts ended up costing more than what they had quoted me, they stuck to their original estimate. I'll be going with them for all my electrical needs in the future!
Ran into issues with some old electrical work that was previously done on my home. Global cast was the first to respond on yelp. We went through the Yelp process of asking about 5 electricians for a quote on installing a 240v plug for our new Tesla. Harout was quick to reply, quick to come out and gave us a very competitive bid. The work involved running conduit about 60 feet under our house from the breaker box to the driveway. He also had to install two new breakers in our box and obviously the new plug. Everything was done quickly, professionally and at a great price. Highly recommended.

Harout responded to my Yelp request for a quote promptly, and let me know he couldn't give me a quote without seeing the problem. He came over the next day and it took a lot of work just to determine what the issue was. He was here for an hour before he could really say what he'd need to do to fix it, but if I had told him to leave and called another electrician to do the work, he was ready to go. So, points for professional honor. He quoted me a price that was reasonable, and did the work quickly and, it seems so far, well. I would recommend him highly.
We had a short in a recently installed gfci outlet, plus a malfunctioning microwave outlet - we thought these must be related but turned out to be coincidental. We also needed some bathroom outlets fixed after the previous electrician hadn't done the job properly, they weren't grounded, which is dangerous. A few electricians quoted us online from $150 to $800 for all of the work but Harout was the only one who actually came out without an agreement to pay for the work and provided an educated quote. We paid him just under $400 including materials and it seemed very fair for 2+ hours of work.

I had a problem with half my home not generating any power from my wall outlets. I had no idea what to do after taking initiative on some simple steps. I chose Harout after interviewing and getting 5 estImates. I needed to have two 240v outlets installed in my garage. His cordial and professional demeanor stood out among the others. Initially, I thought I would just be going with whoever was most cost effective but instead went with my gut and chose Harout. Some estimates I received were more than double what Harout quoted me and others were much less. My perspective on most of the electricians was that they had an attitude that they were doing me a favor rather than doing work for me. I had a great experience with Globecast Electrical. During our current full house remodel I needed an electrician to install a power transformer for a ring pro doorbell and found him on yelp. Turns out he lived just a few minutes away. The electrician arrived quickly and installed the part in the same visit. Due to some construction errors made by a general contractor in the past, the doorbell's installation was more work than originally thought. This included running new wiring from the kitchen attic space to the front door but he handled it easily and did a great job. Harry was professional and very accommodating to our office schedule. We needed to get power infeeds and wires removed from our walls and floors in our company office. He came out right away and was able to get the job done in half an hour. He did an amazing job and got clarifications on what exactly he needed prior to the job. I needed a older ceiling fan moved and installed, and a new ceiling lamp put in. Harry gave me a reasonable estimate and was very responsive in our communications. He was able to come the next day which worked out well since we were having visitors coming soon. He first inspected and tested the older fan to make sure there were no serious problems before moving it, he found a problem with one of the switches that I had not been aware of but was able to fix with parts he had with him, no extra charge. He explained everything he was doing throughout the process. He kept all the areas he worked in very clean, taking more care than any other service professional I can recall in this regard. He noticed that there was some paint discoloration where the ceiling lamp was removed and the new fan was going to be put in so he offered to touch it up if I had some of the paint available, which I did. Lastly, he noticed I had light switch problem in the hallway that he said would be an easy fix so he took care of it for no extra charge. All of the work he did turned out very well, Harry was friendly and professional and I definitely recommend him.
