Jason, you're the man.  He called me back within an hour regarding the problem I requested service for via their website.  Even though they were very busy (Thomas Fire recovery), he took a moment to give me a few suggestions regarding a dead circuit in my house.  I thought I had covered all my bases but he suggested I double-check the GFI outlets one more time.... lo and behold, I had missed one.  I felt kinda foolish, but hey - my electricity is back on!

Elite Electrical is fantastic !!! Jason is very professional, communicates well and does a great job. I had a few things done - 240 line run to a new air conditioner, new GFI outlet and wiring for an outdoor fan. His bid was competitive and his work was outstanding. Everything turned out very clean.

I felt the cost was reasonable at $300, and he was done in about 90 minutes.  I had a bathroom light short out about a month later, and he came by and assessed the problem, fixed it in 15 minutes and didn't charge me!  (I insisted on giving him $20 for his time).

I found Jason on Yelp and called him up for a couple electrical issues I needed fixed per our buyers' request. I wasn't exactly sure what the issue even was, just that a wall of outlets didn't work and even the inspectors couldn't guess why, and one of the wall controls to a ceiling fan was acting up. He stopped by for about 5 minutes just to see what I meant and we set an appointment for the next week (today). He, and one other guy, just finished up, probably in about 20 minutes, and everything is now working great!

I've been so busy getting ready for our move and I am very happy that I could count on Jason to get one more thing checked off my list quickly and painlessly! Thank you!!

I hired Jason to install LED recessed lights throughout my home (2 living rooms, 2 hallways,3 bedrooms) he went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions and concerns were answered prior to beginning his work and truly made me feel like I was his top priority. I have since then hired him for my outdoor sensor lighting and to mount all 4 of my tvs and hide cords. He is always available and quick to respond to my needs. He is hands down our electrician for life!!

One day out of nowhere the entire house's electricity suddenly went out. Went to the panel and smelled burning plastic. The meter was melting!

Called Elite Electrical and spoke with Jason he said it's an emergency and came out the same day. Jason pulled apart everything and showed me all of the tiny wires that were used in the panel. It was a GIANT mess inside definitely not done by a pro. He said my family was very very fortunate that the house didn't burn down that was really terrifying to hear...

Jason went to work replacing my panel and all of the wiring inside is beautiful!!! I learned from Jason that he is a Master Electrician which is at a higher level than most. Plus Jason told me he did an entire new Best Buy store's electrical wiring which is quite impressive so my house was child's play to him lol!

I can't speak highly enough about the work performed, plus Jason explained all of the costs up front and there were no surprises at all.

I hired Jason and his team to work on a multitude of projects after I moved into a new, older home. I can't  recommend this company enough if you are looking for a professional team, fair prices, and one who delivers excellent work!!  I had previously hired a Professional TV Installer to install two TVs and the job was so HORRIBLY  botched!! I had holes all over with wires hanging out everywhere.  It was my worst nightmare.  Jason and his team totally redid this job and I can't tell you how happy I am!! They also installed canned lights throughout my home (with no drywalling repairs needed!!!), hung a chandelier, hung new vanity lights in my bathrooms, installed new quiet bathroom fans. Installed an outdoor outlet for a water fountain, replaced all electrical outlets and covers - including new built-in USB plugs, installed under cabinet  lighting, and installing dimmers. A lot of this work included taking out old built-in lighting cabinets as well.  They were so efficient and clean.  If you need any electricial type work I would not hesitate to call them and give yourself the peace of mind that you hired the right company!!

Recently purchased a new home and we had several electrical needs. We needed a new electrical panel and i wanted new outlets to be installed and additional ceiling lighting and fans. Jason and his team were quick, yet thorough and very reliable. Very professional and overall a genuine person to have worked with. I highly recommend him. Jason was great! Time efficient, safe and knowledgeable. I asked him to come check out an appliance of mine that was not powering on and even though he isn't an appliance repair man he gave me insightful feedback and a thorough analysis. I would and will definitely ask him back for any electrical issues I might have.

We hired Jason for installing numerous LEDs and fans in our 2 story house, which had almost no recessed lighting.  The problem was that we had recently got the house painted, so we were trying to find someone who would be able to do this at a very short notice during a long weekend and cause mimimal damage while running multiple wires all across the rooms.  

I interviewed a few electricians in the area. Most guys had issue with the timing or being able to do the installation without major damage to the 1st floor ceiling and walls.

But fortunately I got in touch with Jason, who was able to provide me with a  reasonable quote, do everything in my timeframe and with minimal damage.

His services would have by itself been enough to earn him a 5star rating. But he went above and beyond his contract when the city inspector decided to play hardball with us.  He patiently supported us by complying to city inspector's whims all the while being super curteous and quite accommodating.

Jason does fantastic work.  He installed can lights in the master bedroom and changed a fixture in a separate bedroom to a ceiling fan.  He is very professional and explains exactly what is going to be done.  His prices are very reasonable and his quality of work is superb.  I would highly recommend Jason for any electrical needs!!!

My husband has been dealing mostly with Jason but I have had some interactions with him.  Jason and his team are professional.  Most importantly, they are good communicators (if they're going to be late, they let you know or if they aren't able to make it out, they will let you know).  Jason has a good grasp on what it means to be a successful business owner.  He's friendly and does really great work.  He is also reasonable and values the customers he has versus the quick buck he can make.  He is honest and trustworthy.  

We had some major issues with our electrical outlets, panels and lights.  The house is over 40 years old and had some crazy wiring throughout the house.  Half of the house didn't work, the kitchen lights went out and no matter what regular things we did (like change out the bulbs) nothing worked!  Jason and his partner worked and troubleshooted for hours.  He never gave up or tried to come up with a quick fix that would later on break.  He worked to find the real issue and fix it.

We also hired him to install some lights during a home renovation project.  He responded quickly and got the job done in no time!

Jason is awesome. Very knowledgeable, courteous and professional.  Priced very reasonably.  Made a call and he was there within an hour. I live out of town and my tenants had a problem with the lighting.  He's my go to guy.

My house needed a lot of upgrades and Jason did it all. I needed a panel upgrade, and wiring run from front of house to back of house where garage is located for workbench for my son.  He spent about 3days with his guys doing all of this, one guy even crawled thru the tiny crawlspace to run the wire when they thought they would not be able to do it because I don't have a continuous attic in my house.  Then, when the inspector gave me a hard time about something else (water heater) being inspected, Jason actually came out to look at the issue, did a fix for me and showed me where to point out to the inspector next time he comes out what he was looking for on two matters.  The subpanel in the garage plus outlets for my son look professional and we are very happy with all of the work.

In the last 12 months he has run electric to prepare for our new spa, installed 220v in our garage, hung ceiling fans as well as installed recessed lights in our shower. Was recommended Jason through a co-worker of mine to take a look at some electrical work for a new condo that my wife and I had purchased. We had to have some GFCI installed in various locations around the condo as well as have our sub-panel labeled properly and some other items. He definitely took his time and did the work that was needed at a fair and reasonable price. If I need any future work done I will definitely be giving him a call for a quote.

Came next day after I called.  Reasonably priced.  Nice and courteous when they arrived.  Work was done efficiently and skillfully.  
 Only suggestion I have for this company is better house keeping.  I do not expect them to leave area cleaner than they found but the work made a mess and no clean up at all was done.

I hired Elite to install 3 ceiling fans. Two technicians showed up on time, were very professional, and completed the work quickly. They also took time to explain how to use the remote controls. After installing the fans I asked them if they could fix a broken light switch, which they did without additional charges. Elite is a class contractor who I will refer to my friends and family.

I highly recommend Elite Electrical without hesitation to anyone who needed an efficient, fair, knowledgeable electrician.  
It all started with the air conditioner not working and the furnace fan not shutting off.  Of course I called an air conditioning company through Yelp.  Thought Pacific Aire would be the best choice.  Not really.  After the A/C company spending nearly two full days messing around with the wires from the furnace and the condenser, trying to set up a remote to communicate between the furnace and condenser ($800+) which didn't work, they washed their hands and suggested I call an electrician to run a wire from the controller to the condenser.  Which would be a major undertaking.  (To be fair, Pacific Aire refunded my deposit).
The best luck of the year was calling Jason Keaster of Elite Electrical.  He came over after his usual work day and examined the problem.  He found that the A/C people had some wires crossed.  Even though I had told the A/C guy the condenser had been moved they never looked at the box that ran from the house.  
Jason, first thing, pulled open the box to the house and found the wires had been chewed and were touching each other.  That was problem one.  The next one was getting wires to work between the control box and the condenser.  He checked the wires and found that with a few wire repairs he was able to get everything working.  I needed a new controller which he said he would bring the next day.  He wouldn't take any money for the first evenings work saying I don't like to take any money until I can fix the problem.  When was the last time you heard anyone say that?
What looked to be a very expensive and intrusive fix turned out to be quick, simple and so very affordable.  I would have paid him twice what he asked and been happy to do so.

I had a power outage at my house and I couldn't figure out why some rooms had electrical and some did not.  My panel and sub-panel didn't show any signs of tripped breakers.  At 3:30 in the afternoon I called Jason and he agreed to come over that same day as soon as he was finished at a current job.  As it turned out SoCal Edison was called by my neighbors as they were having the same problem.  I did not know other houses were affected so I  called Jason back to cancel.  He was most understanding.  I give Jason 5 stars because of his customer service as he was willing to come over on short notice and at the end of his day!  In the past (before I met Jason) I've always had problems getting an electrician to come over on the same day.  Jason is the guy you want for your electrical installations and repairs!  He's done work at my house before and his workmanship is top quality!

Jason came out to my mother's home at the time promised and worked through a number of troubleshooting steps to try to find out the solution to our problem.  He is a good communicator and a very nice guy.  By the time he left our problem was fixed and I feel he gave us a good price for the effort and time expended.
