This company is FANTASTIC! I have referred them out to a few clients and I have had them take care of two of my personal homes. They are quick, effective, and very reasonable. Matt let me know of things to watch for and upgrade and also things that are not a concern. He is straight to the point and honest. I have this company saved in my phone for anyone I know looking for a good Electrician and of course for anything I may need in the future.

Ion Electrical Services saved the day... TWICE! Hours before a final inspection for a project in Oakland, some of our electrical stopped working and our project electrician was no where to be found. On a recommendation from another contractor, I contacted Ion and they came out and fixed the problems we had well before the inspection. Alex is very knowledgeable and quick and his pricing reasonable and I would highly recommend him for any electrical work you may have.

On another project we needed to do some electrical repairs and again Alex came out promptly to see what the issue was. He was able to do everything we needed - including installing a new subpanel and updating our existing panel to code all in amazing time. He knew all of the current codes and saved us a major headache of having to go back and forth with more inspectors by being so knowledgeable the first go around.

There's a reason why they have five stars!! Troy was so easy to work with, the pricing was great, and the guys who came out were friendly, professional AND did an amazing job!!! Just go with them. Trust me! You'll be happy you did. I plan to contact them for additional updates I'd like knocked out!!

Rob is great. Most reasonable quote but still quality materials and work. Was quick and got the job done right. Will use him for all electrical work going forward. 1/2 the price of some of the big electric companies with lots of technicians' quotes.

Absolutely first rate service. After one of the bigger companies failed to show up twice I decided to try local. I WILL NEVER USE ANYONE ELSE AGAIN. Great return phone call, had items needed for repair on truck and price was extremely reasonable. You won't go wrong if you live in Ahwatukee and  use C Read and sons

They showed up on time and made an effort to get the product I need. Would recommend for ceilings and switch change out. Four/Five star is not earned because they don't do thermostats and also problem with tv mount .

The mount had to redone , causing me to repair and paint my new wall. Though it is installed correctly now and my drywall is repaired. The drywall was repaired at my own cost and It could have been avoided. Please don't use for tv mounting .

The only way to have made this right me
If they provided compensation/services for my drywall repair. Or they hire a professional to come out and correct the issue. If I was the business owner I would have looked at the photos and hired a professional drywall repair team to come to the customers house.

No repair my drywall was offered to me. Willing to upgrade review if provided free services to make up for my out-of-pocket cost. Also know that I had to take days off which also cost me financially .

I cannot in good faith offer a 4 or 5 star.

This company is a ripoff!!  We called to have him check a rental property in Mesa. Was told he was in the area and would swing by. The service was performed in early Dec. 2022 he said he just had to reset the GFI in the garage. We did not receive a bill until this week 1/23/23 and was charged $180.00!!! If it takes 2 hours to reset a GFI there is a serious problem plus a $10 fuel surcharge!!  Cannot recommend this company to anyone. Very unprofessional.

I have to tell you these reviews are accurate.  I have used Bryan on a number of projects for the past several years.  I have referred him to at least 10 people.  He has disappointed no one (and believe me - people can be difficult!!).  He is simply the best -  courteous, timely, pleasant, reasonably priced, tidy (cleans up after himself and other sub because he cares).  I am so impressed by Bryan, I wish he could do plumbing, appliance repair, painting - everything - because he is that dependable and good.  

Now if I could only find a reliable tradesman to re-finish my front door.........................

John is an excellent electrician who installed my RingPro. Had to get a new transformer with the correct voltage and amps. He fixed it right up. Thank you.

I was referred to Castle Electrical and Lighting and am glad I was. A small company that does quality work. I had a list of items for the technician Robert to tackle. He attacked them one after another and did a great job. Looking forward to having him complete my list of to do's. Knowledgeable, efficient and explained my options when faced with several challenges. I would highly recommend them. Ask for John the owner or Robert, you won't be disappointed.

Larry worked my challenging project like a pro.  Very consultative and reassuring.  Came in right on budget and right on time.  We are looking forward to working with Superior Electric Service again.

I highly recommend using Ty at Shelton Home Repairs. I am a big diy guy but am not comfortable with high voltage electrical work. I got a quote from Ty to hookup my pool build electrical that I had almost setup. He came out and found I hadnt set it up correctly. He took the time to do some investigating on my homes electrical setup (older home with multiple add-ons) and he told me detail exactlt how I can fix it and make it to code. He also hooked up the wiring to my pool electrical panel/timer/pump/etc and agreed to come back once I have the main panel wire ran to the correct panel inside. Cant beat that! I will be keeping Ty's phone number for all future electrical and even non-electrical jobs. 5-Stars for sure!

You can't go wrong with Mike; he's an amazing handyman.  He can do almost anything that you'd expect from a handyman.  He is courteous and professional.  He tells you what he can do and what he can't do and sticks to his estimate.  He's an absolute gem that I and my daughter will use over and over again!!!!!  I'm so glad that I found him!

Found Tom on Craigs List and got lucky.  I needed service on my grandmothers home and I'm not from the SR area.  Tom showed up on time and did a great job fixing several projects around the house including a light switch and electrical panel work.  Thanks again.

We needed  to run electrical to our patio ceiling to install a ceiling fan.  Called AZ Top Shelf and spoke to the owner, Greg.  He came by the same day, gave us an estimate for the fan installation as well as a couple of other  small projects we needed.  Greg came back in a couple of days, did the work and it was great.  I would highly recommend Greg and his son Jon at AZ Top Shelf for any electrical work needed.  Professional work at a fair price.  5 Star company for sure.
