I called about a problem I was having with my circuit breaker yesterday. The owner (Matt) picked right up and was able to help me a few hours later that day. I'm happy to say the problem was resolved. He is an excellent electrician who was extremely knowledgeable and would highly recommend Apollo to anyone!

Recommend Paul for inputting recessive lighting! He was friendly and took great care of the rooms while the work was being done. He performed the job timely and the lights in 5 rooms were done in only matter of few days. The lights look great!

They showed up on time. They are detail-oriented and were very careful working around our things. Troy was very helpful with his knowledge to give advice on appropriate lighting fixture and placement. His bid came in the lowest (very significantly lower than two other bids I had) and they were professional. We love the warm feel from these LEDs and they work well with the Lutron dimmer. Wonderful to have the fan now in the great room. Work Performed: Removed an old fluorescent oak light box fixture (from the kitchen ceiling) and a hanging light (over the counter top peninsula) and replaced the fluorescent fixture with five of the Halco 5" directional/gimbal-style 2700k LED recessed lights, and replace the hanging light with two j-boxes positioned over the peninsula for me to hang two pendant lights. He would have done this, but I didn't have them yet and I can handle that install. They also re-purposed an unused light circuit in our great room to supply power to a reinforced j-box to support a new ceiling fan in that room. Good job cleaning up too.

Excellent! Extremely timely response. Great service. Super knowledgeable and thorough. Robert, the owner got back to me I'm less than 10 minutes, I described my problem (a tripped breaker that I couldn't reset), he gave me a quote, we spoke on the phone and he was at my place within an hour! Not only a very thorough and competent electrician (he checked every outlet in my house!!) but a good person and an honest business person. Don't hesitate to call this company for ANY size job. They're commercial contractors too.

We had Clarence come out to add a 220 and a 110 outlet to our workshop. He was wonderful, very professional! He even added an outlet outside on the day he was scheduled to come out that we hadn't asked about prior to his scheduled install. Jackie was great too! She set everything up for us, reminded us about our appointment and called after to see how everything was! Clarence was prompt and arrived at the scheduled time. We would absolutely recommend Read & Son Electric, they were wonderful!

They accepted a claim through my home warranty. Sent a date and window of time they'd arrive. I took time off from work. They didn't show up. Didn't bother to call that day or the next day. Didn't answer calls from the home warranty to see what the deal was. Horrendous customer service.

I called RSB late in the day and asked a few questions about a project I am working on. Robert answered the phone and was very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered my questions and gave me some ideas on what I should think about.

He quoted me a reasonable price and was not pushy. I was really impressed with the whole call.  I would highly recommend giving these guys a call if you need any help.

Brian helped me install an outdoor security camera. He was honest when determining the location for it and explained his reasons why when I presented the equipment and what i was trying to do. He was very efficient at the installation and the work was perfect. I will definitely call him for future work at my house as he offered great work and great customer service. Thanks Brian!

I needed a last minute fan/light install, I called John left a message. He got in touch with me right away and quoted me such a fair price! He was able to come the same day w/in a couple hours and had it installed with in about an hour. I am very happy with the prompt customer service. Very friendly. I highly recommend. This will be my guy for all future electrical.

This company has done work for me twice. They are competent, timely and reliable. The offered some great ideas and were not daunted by a challenging project. I highly recommend them.

UPDATE: Larry's work fried the wires in the new AC unit - we know this because it the maintenance company came out yesterday and looked at everything. Called them again after he left and they just ripped this out. It was fine yesterday.

Our power was completely out when he said he fixed the problem and asked for payment. He was trying to leave as quickly as possible.

New breaker didn't fix problem (things happen, we know not every problem can be fixed right away) but Larry avoided answering what the problem was and how we could fix it.

Claimed parts were $60, only showed receipts for $29.85

Screamed at my grandmother and I when we challenged the fairness of the situation

Frantically removed all the new parts and drove away when we mentioned someone was coming out to take a second look.

Overall, it was clear he was trying to make a quick buck and leave before we realized he had actually made the problem worse.

Very fast response from this business and the owner. Did exactly as he promised was prompt and did a great job with great communication. Thank you Ty!

Michael is the best home maintenance person I have ever met and i have worked with many. Quite frankly he goes the extra mile to ensure the job is done on perfectly every time and his prices are very reasonable. Hire Mike for your home repair needs and you will not be disapointed.

Found Tom on Craigs List and got lucky.  I needed service on my grandmothers home and I'm not from the SR area.  Tom showed up on time and did a great job fixing several projects around the house including a light switch and electrical panel work.  Thanks again.

Initial consultation was direct, quick, upfront pricing, and no BS up selling. My project was new wiring and installation of recessed lighting onto first floor of a two story townhome. They were able to get me in within two business days at a 6 AM start (I'm an early bird). Showed up on time, confirmed my asks, brought the multi-brightness can-less/low-profile lights, drilled, ran wiring, and got everything running within a couple hours. Couldn't be happier with the outcome. Guys were down to earth professionals.

I originally hired Greg to install two ceiling fans with light kits for two of my bedrooms, he was so professional and  great personality. So I hired him again to install a light for my dining room and light kit along with a new receiver for my master bedroom. Excellent Job! Thanks JM
