We needed some stucco repair above our garage. We sent a message through Yelp, and within minutes they responded and we're out the the next day and work is completed. Very fair price and very good work. They showed up early, they got the work done and we're super friendly and nice. My wife was home when he got here and they got straight to work. I'd highly recommend them for stucco work and will be calling them for other home services we may need. Thank you!

I recently purchased a fan from Lowe's-Tempe via online.  During that process, I had requested to have installation (via Handy Service/contractor).  That put me in contact with J & M Repairs.  A gentleman by the name of Jason contacted me on Sunday to schedule service, which ended up being 4/20.  He was very kind and I was surprised that he contacted me on a weekend, which was nice.  Day of installation, the electrician, Narciso arrived a little bit earlier than the schedule timeframe.  Once he was finished, he advised me of the features and operations.  He was professional, friendly and courteous.  In addition, he practiced Covid precautions by wearing a mask and kept his distance as appropriate.  I would definitely recommend this company for just their customer service.  I honestly can't judge their pricing since it was paid through Lowe's, but I'm sure they are comparable.  I plan on keeping their business card and will seek them out for any additional services they could provide in the future.  Thank you.

I spent two months looking for a good electrician, after my last experience with an electrician that overcharged me I was nervous about using the Yellow Pages.  Yelp didn't have any reviews on electricians so I did a ton of research on Google.  This company was not easy to find but once I did I discovered they had a clean ROC record with no complaints and I found some articles about the company's commercial work with favorable reviews.

They charge $65 and hour with a min of 1 1/2 hours for travel.  (Which is pretty competitive most Electricians have a flat fee of $85 - $95)  The Electrician Jonathan was great.  There was quite a bit of troubleshooting but he was able to locate the problem and fix my outlet.  He saved the day!  

I would highly recommend this company.  The price is fair and they were knowledgeable.

I have been looking for an electrician to install recessed lights in my living room. They were very responsive came out quoted me the job and within a week I had the lights installed. Hector was very respectful, honest and a very hard worker. He went above and beyond what needed to be done. I highly recommend thunder electric. This time - they created all the electrical wiring for bedside pendants and sconces, hung new fans and light fixtures.
Troy also had a connection to a quick and very efficient drywall guy.

Our realtor Mark recommended us to use Handyman Pros to get our random fixes done at the house. We were lucky to have Greg come out and do the new security door and odds and end fixes at the house. He went to Lowes to pick up supplies that we ordered online and he installed a new door, rekeyed our locks, filled in tile grout, and a few other jobs. Overall, he worked fast and everything was done nicely. Would definitely recommend!

Greg came today to help me with the connection in one of the rooms and was able to fix the wiring, make the fan work and find the problem. Very  reliable and knowledgeable. Would totally recommend

A ton of good things to say about Rob.  Very personable, knowledgeable, helpful on advice, and very efficient.  Needed five different sets of blinds on my various windows (all with different types of installations), and he had them done in a couple of hours.  And extremely affordable-especially compared to what others were quoting.  Very satisfied.  Only negative was he was late, but very apologetic about that.

I'm a single mid twenties woman and am buying an older home by myself. I called Core Electric to get an estimate on a complete rewire and scheduled a consultation. Not only were they exactly on time, the owner himself came out to meet me. He did a very thorough inspection and explained exactly what he saw in terms that I could understand.

He explained why a complete rewire would be unnecessary for what I'm looking to do, saving me $7000-$10,000. He recommended what he would like to do  to implement some safety features (a few hundred). I feel like I've struck gold with this company: reliable, honest, quality work, personable, and trustworthy. Would absolutely recommend.

During an inspection, it was determined that our CONDUIT that housed the wires leading to our main electrical box was rotted and needed replacing. I called and spoke with a Jennifer (extremely helpful) and she assigned a technician to come to my house and provide an estimate.

My technician was Eric Mabry and he was not only extremely professional, he was extremely nice and did a great job of explaining everything that needed to be done. It should also be mentioned that before the technician even showed up, I received an email explaining Eric's background and experience. I thought was a nice touch. But once he arrived he assessed what needed to be done, gave me timeline, explained my quote/bid and set an expectation for the overall project.

Once the work was completed, I was told by APS that a permit with the city of Scottsdale would be needed to confirm the work was done correctly before they could turn the power back on. I was able to call my technician Eric on the phone, who subsequently got me in touch with the owner (I think his name was Sean) of the company AFTER HOURS to get the necessary info for the permit. Who does that anymore??  The inspector with the city of Scottsdale came out and gave the job an A+ rating. Doesn't get much better than that.

They truly went above and beyond and I'll be calling them again with any electrical needs.

We've had Steve do a couple of jobs for us and it goes just as well as you would expect.  Shows up on time, knows his stuff and all for reasonable charges.  Easy to recommend him!

I found them on the Tesla website and glad I called!  Joey returned my call on the weekend and even walked me through the permitting process with the city of phx.  They were able to come next day.  David was very experienced with installing 50A outlets for Tesla cars with many installs under his belt!  Because of this experience David was in and out in a single visit in less than 2hrs, very polite, clean and straight, and swept up after!   Everything was done with a perfect fit and finish.  I recommend them to all Tesla owners!

By the time Roger is done fixing your appliances, you will be reminded there are still good people in this world.  Took my call at 9 pm, walked me through a troubleshoot.  Brought the parts to fix almost the whole fridge.  

Was grateful for his service.

Was unwilling to come to the house to provide an estimate to move a light switch and a couple Outlets. easily found three other companies on Yelp that were willing to come over and give a free estimate.
