I needed an electrician to troubleshoot my garage outdoor fixture and landscape floods --all of which were not working.  Jeff accommodated my work schedule by setting a time to meet me at 6pm.  He called around 5:15 to advise me he would be about a half hour later which was fine with me, and I appreciated his letting me know in plenty of time.  He was able to repair all fixtures in about an hour and for a very reasonable price.  Jeff is professional and polite. I have no hesitation in recommending him highly.

Will did work for us moving & adding fixtures in our house. He is sensible and communicates well. Explaining the pros & cons of doing a job with multiple options. Reasonable pricing and I would call him first for any work in the future. He did a great job.

Power went out in one of the rooms. The issue was caused by work someone did during a remodel process. Sharp Electric quickly fixed it. Very reasonable prices and super professional. They are my new go-to electricians.

I called County Electric with a problem with my outlet and breaker Ketter came out the next day and fixed the problem quickly and professionally. While here he found another problem and fixed it as well and educated us about how breakers work and can over heat causing issues. They honor their warranties and service. I will contact them for all my electrical problems. I  highly recommend them.

Fantastic service and quick availability! I found myself in a bind and hired J Ryan Electric based on a referal. The techs were on time, went the extra mile and when I got my bill I was relieved they were fair with their pricing and didn't add on silly and absorbent fees. Once again, going local pays off. I want to share a big THANK YOU to Jeff for fixing my sliding door! Since I moved in a few months ago, it continued to get worse to the point it wouldn't lock or even close all the way. I grew up with electric, even memorized our state's electrical code as a young kid when I helped my dad install electric in a new summer home.  So I tend to do everything by myself.

But over the past 25 years or so I've had to resort to using someone else due to work travel. First two were horrible, I had to fix their poor work. We got lucky with Trinity around 2000 and have used them ever since.

Honest, very knowledgeable throughout the company and they are friendly while being very cost effective.

AJ just left my house and He was excellent! He was punctual, nice, clean, and fast! I had AJ install an outlet in my bathroom. I figured it would be messy and difficult to come off of one outlet to make another one but AJ made it look easy! My wife and ai are super happy with the job that was performed. I am keeping AJ's information for future jobs. Thank you AJ! You rock.

Kurt is super polite, responsive, and does a great job! I hired him to mount a tv, fix a closet rack, install a new electrical outlet, and partially paint my bathroom. Everything was completed neatly and efficiently, with minimal disruption. I found his pricing to be fair and affordable.

From the first time I contacted Kurt, I felt like he really wanted to earn my trust. He patiently answered my questions and asked me questions that others didn't - which showed me he cared about getting it right. I've already asked him to come back for additional work, so I think that says it all.

Kurt was the 3rd handyman I contacted but I highly recommend you call him first!

Fox Valley Electric is always there when I am in a bind. They have great pricing and friendly operators and they get things done quickly. They are my favorite electricians in the area!

I requested to have 3 ceiling fans installed in my home. They arrived when promised and installed the fans in a timely  fashion. Although  one fan wobbled, when I called back, they were very apologetic and sent Ryan out to rectify the issue.  He wa very prompt and fixed the issue quickly.  I will definitely use Mauser Electric in the future and recommend them highly..definitely good people and value their customers!!

The electricians that work for this company do crappy work and butcher hack garbage junk that should never be allowed on any job. I cant say how I really feel about them, but they should be avoided if you want anything that looks decent and works.
You will always find better work elsewhere, and never find it more costly.

NEVER allow them to do any work that is exposed to view. Inept is a complete understatment.

I was recommended to these guys through Restoration Affiliates.  My elderly friend was out of town for the weekend and when she came home to a flood,  she figured that I would know what to do.  According to her, the water supply line broke and the water ran for two days, affecting 6 rooms, soaking the carpets and hardwood floors.  She was hysterical, not in a good way.  Jim and his crew were out there an hour after I called, calmed her down and got to work.  Everything was covered by insurance and she was able to stay up stairs while they dried the down stairs.  The reconstruction went well, much to all our surprise.  She is happy and asked me to do something nice for those nice men.  Done.

I wouldn't give them a 1-star .... but had no choice.  
Their work was faulty.  They do not stand by their work.   Do not return calls.  Their technician took a ceiling fan down to check the electrical.   It had be hanging just fine for 7 years.  He RE-installed it and it fell off the ceiling 3 weeks later and hit floor narrowly missing our dog, damaged the floor and footboard on the bed ...... and .....   they said it was NOT their fault.   It was ours.  
Think twice before calling this company.
