Dylan Electric installed our solar system at a fraction of the cost of what those big-business/wham bam companies charge. The major solar companies slap a few solar panels up in a quick and dirty manner and you end up leasing the panels for nearly a lifetime; you are lucky to see any savings. Dylan Electric offers a greatly superior service. They help you analyze your average electricity use to help you determine how many solar panels you need, and then install enough to cover your whole usage. Additionally, we were able to purchase our panels without having to lease them. We haven't had an electricity bill (other than mandatory fees of less than $30/month) since our solar system went live over two years ago. This system will pay for itself in about 4 years and after that, we will not be paying for electricity! And our bill used to average $437 per month. We did have a recent problem with an inverter and Dylan Electric came over and got the system promptly restarted, free of charge. If you are considering going solar, and you definitely should be!, Dylan Electric is the way to go!

I was in need of some electrical work at my house. Shons responded quickly, set up an appointment to do the work on Friday between 1-3pm. At 3.30pm I texted him for his ETA, he said he was held up at a previous job but would be at my place at 8am Saturday morning. Saturday 8.30am comes and texted him AGAIN for his ETA. I am basically still waiting for his RESPONSE. From my point of view, EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE. Use HANDYMANIACS instead, they make it happen.

Michelle did some work for us on our electrical panel. She was very professional, courteous and friendly. She explained everything she was doing and was very knowledgeable. She paid attention to detail and was competitively priced. We were very pleased with the work she did and I would highly recommend her.

I saw their van in my neighborhood and I called their number. They came right over  and diagnosed the problem. It was a Saturday late afternoon, they finished up the job they were on and came to fix my job which turned out to be bigger than we thought and they stayed late. Very professional. Took care of the issue.
We have since had them in to do a number of other light replacements and repairs on our chandeliers. They are amazing!
I will recommend them to anyone I know. My old house has had so many electrical issues, and it's nice to have found a company that I can trust to fix it, and do it with great service and a great price.

We just moved to Arizona and was looking for an electrician. It seemed like every electrician was either just to busy to respond or don't have any time for small projects. However I came across Tom and that was THE best thing that happened. Responsive, reliable, and reasonable. And to top it off he is funny and has a great personality.  He was able to install everything same day without a problem. THANK YOU so much for your great work!

Scott and his team did an excellent job and beat the price of a competitor when he didn't have to as the competitor decided to get out of the residential business. He took the time to review and explain how they would do the work. Short turn around time between bid and completion of job as well.

Moved into a new home and needed some electrical work done. They finished in a reasonable time and the price was very fair. I'd definitely recommend them for my future projects!

We have had Swenson do three relatively small jobs for us. These include: a whole house electrical inspection with recommendations for improvements, new circuit installation with various kinds of outlets, (GFCI's, weatherproof, standard, etc) a whole-house surge protector, and the installation of outdoor lights which included running power to the location through cement block walls, plaster & lathe.

I don't know what the next electrical task will be, but I know  I'm going to call Swenson first.  They work quickly, neatly & professionally. Casey & David have done the installations, and it would be hard to overstate my satisfaction with their work. Guy has been my first contact each time, and his estimates have always been reasonable, and within a very tight margin of the actual bill.

This is a family owned business that has been around for a couple of generations, and their experience is evident in everything they do.

Mr. Sunshine is thorough, professional, and reasonably priced. They will fix it right the first term. Their scheduling is flexible and they arrive precisely when they say they will.

I had a very good experience with Matt and am super thankful for his availability & promptness. Holiday's can be stressful and when part of the electricity in my house went out while my family was here, he fixed the problem quickly & efficiently. A problem with the breaker which was easy for him & foreign to me. He's super friendly and I would definitely use his services again if needed. Thank you!

After obtaining a few quotes, we went with The Wire Guy.  They came out today to replace our track lighting with recessed lighting, added external lighting in a couple of areas, added dedicated circuits (we had issues with multiple appliances on one which caused continuous breaks), added additional outlets, and we had them clean up wiring in the attic.  They were on time, gave us great advice, and professional!

Arrived on time (a few minutes early). Knowledgeable and experienced. Offered insight for some future projects that I will now be planning to use them on.  Got the job done on time, safely, and for a reasonable price.

Bonuses to my experience:
1) They identified two unsafe conditions left by previous electricians (a double-tapped circuit and a non-compliant breaker).
2) They laid plastic sheeting over the countertop (to protect my coffee left on the Keurig after my hustle of a morning to get the kids out the door to school).

Kevin showed up right on time and got to work quickly. Kevin was patient with us as we wanted everything placed perfectly centered in the house.

I needed a new contractor to do some renovations on our new home so we turned to Yelp and and found shepherd contracting. We used Thomas and his team when my new home needed some updating. The communication was above and beyond. We love our new bathrooms and will post updated photos soon!

We are new to the area. I've worked with a lot of electrician's before, Tom is very honest hard-working and does extremely clean work. I'll definitely have him back to do additional work.

Sead was able to come out quickly to diagnose the problem with my water heater, and ended up completely rewiring it for a reasonable price.  I would use his services again.
