Chad came by to clean up a few wiring mistakes I made. Nothing of biblical proportions. On one I created a short when I swapped a rocker switch for a dimmer. On the other I wanted to replace a two-switch rocker such that each circuit is on a separate dimmer. The house is old and the wiring janky; I could not figure out how to split it into two. Chad solved the first problem fairly quickly--I created a short when I inadvertently nicked the common wire. The other box took him a few to figure it out--again, janky wiring. Instead of simply fixing the problems Chad explained how I created the short and told me how to avoid doing so in the future. Once he figured out the janky wiring--too many extraneous wires--he not only cleaned it up but again explained  what and how he resolved the issue. While he was here I also had him add an outlet near the ceiling for a wireless speaker, something I could probably do but hey, Chad is 20 years younger than me. I let him climb the ladder. In none of this did Chad make me feel like I committed an ID10T error. Oh. And Bjelde honored my military service with a 10% discount.

They were very professional and scheduled the appointment right awaY.  We haven't decided who we are going with yet but they seemed to be pretty comparable to the other quotes that we've gotten..

I hired Bob and his team to install an aerial rig point in my house. I am an aerialist, and I wanted to be able to practice my art at home. When I first started looking around for a contractor to do the job, I quickly realized that most contractors would raise an eyebrow and tell me they didn't even know what I was talking about, let alone how to get it done. Bob was not like the others! Rather than shying away from the challenge of the unfamiliar, he met with me in person and we thoroughly went over my needs. He asked the hard questions, and made it clear that his upmost concern was my safety. He put a lot of thought into the mechanics of my rig point (which for safety needs to be able to support 2,500 lbs dead weight!), and devised a very safe and sturdy apparatus. I am very happy with Bob's work and with my new rig point! Also, bob and his team were incredibly nice, friendly, and clean. They swept up after themselves before they left, and bob checked in with me the next day to make sure my apparatus was working well. With Bob's permission, I am definitely going to refer my aerialist friends to him! He understands the safety needs of an aerialist, and does a fantastic job. I am so grateful to have found a contractor who not only wasn't afraid of a different type of project, but who dove in and completed the project to the highest of standards. I highly recommend using Bob for any of your contracting needs!!

Our heating went down during the holiday season. I called a number of places, but no one was available to come and fix it. Chino Valley Heating and Cooling gave me Wade's number. Wade answered the call and he was able to come and assess the issue I was having with my heating the same day. It turned out that the motor and switch in my HVAC needed to be replaced.
Wade is a great communicator, he gave me updates until the project was completed.
I highly recommend them for any HVAC services. My heating is now restored and my house is now warm and comfy. Thanks to Wade and Bill for coming to the rescue.

I was so surprised at how quickly I got a response. Alen scheduled  me for the following morning. Bryan and Ahmen showed up exactly when they said they'd be here. They installed a ceiling fan, a bathroom light fixture and an outdoor light fixture. They were so fast and professional. They cleaned up their mess and hauled away the old fixtures. We just bought a house that needed quite a lot of electrical work. Byler Electric was recommended to me. Dan is super nice and I totally recommend his company, and his crew they were awesome. This company,and Dan for sure, will be my go to electrician.

It is no secret that I am not very handy around the house.  I like to tinker but when electricity is involved I tend to not deal with it.  So, when my backyard floodlights weren't working, I knew I needed professional help.

After a quick Yelp search I found Micor and decided to give them a call based solely on their reviews.  They sent a person out to my house within a half hour and had my lights working not long after.

The best part is that I wasn't even home.  I arranged it all from my workplace.  Sure it was a little bit sketchy having a stranger in my backyard doing god knows what because of a problem I probably described poorly.....but it all turned out ok.  I tested the light after I got home then called their office to pay.

I hope I don't have any electrical problems in the future, but if I do I will call Micor.

Rex and his crew are a rarity in this area.  Great communication, honest work, honest price.  Put the number in your address book and use it for future reference.   Looking forward to the next project, and would be the first call for the trouble calls.

It's hard to find a good electrician, one that doesn't shy away from doing the job right and not cutting corners. Garrett is a class act and a great electrician. I own a 50 year old home and he helped me bring it up to speed and did a great job!

12-2017   Two service techs arrived on time.  Clean, professional install completed according to Building Code.  Very impressed. The fact that they actually pulled a permit for the job told me I was working with the right company.  Would recommend strongly....

I called with a landscape lighting issue.  A tech was here in 2 days and took care of everything with only a trip charge.

I called this company for a bathroom vent install.  I have no attic or crawl space so the job wasn't easy (plus my nephew had already removed the old unit so there was just a hole in the ceiling).  Two men from the company responded the same day I called, did the job, and cleaned up after themselves.  And the price was very reasonable.  I had previously received a quote for $1,100 and one for $1,200 and Hope Refrigeration did the job for $150.00.  

I can't find the words to tell you how pleased I was with their help.  As a single woman, I've had bad luck with contractors, but HOPE REFRIGERATION is truly a five star company and I would (and will) recommend them to anyone.

I paid for a service VIP plan last October to cover both my units for 1 year.$478 This month one of my units wouldn't cool. The rep from George Brazil came out and said I had a freon leak and it would cost approx. $1500, although he did not testing. He also stated I probably needed a new unit since it was 10 years old. As I read my so called VIP service plan it stated that within one year I would not have to pay for a new unit. Less then one year now I'm being told differently. The service plan is bogus. Do not buy it. I called Chas Roberts and they fixed my unit for $121.00. I tried to work with George Brazil and there office personnel need serious training in customer service.
