Chad came by to clean up a few wiring mistakes I made. Nothing of biblical proportions. On one I created a short when I swapped a rocker switch for a dimmer. On the other I wanted to replace a two-switch rocker such that each circuit is on a separate dimmer. The house is old and the wiring janky; I could not figure out how to split it into two. Chad solved the first problem fairly quickly--I created a short when I inadvertently nicked the common wire. The other box took him a few to figure it out--again, janky wiring. Instead of simply fixing the problems Chad explained how I created the short and told me how to avoid doing so in the future. Once he figured out the janky wiring--too many extraneous wires--he not only cleaned it up but again explained  what and how he resolved the issue. While he was here I also had him add an outlet near the ceiling for a wireless speaker, something I could probably do but hey, Chad is 20 years younger than me. I let him climb the ladder. In none of this did Chad make me feel like I committed an ID10T error. Oh. And Bjelde honored my military service with a 10% discount.

I would like to give a shout out to Jim E. who serviced our AC unit most recently (5/16/19) and went above and beyond! There is no reason to call any one else.

We hired Vetsbuilt to come out as a general. Contractor to do painting, install of cabinets, and redesign of cabinets. In addition to that the kitchen counter concrete tops needed to be taken out and new granite tops installed. We needed the use of a plumber, electricians, painters  and carpenter.
Bob Jenkins handled everything. He presented me with a very thorough contract that listed all costs and both the expectations from Vetsbuilt as well as my role in the project. I found this very helpful because this eliminated any surprises.

They are very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and prompt.  They installed our new dishwasher, stove and kitchen water fixture and everything works great.  I would not hesitate to use them again.

I've never had such a an annoyed contractor visit.  He came out to my electrical issue for the electric water heater and he immediately asked for money. He wouldn't even diagnose the issue or provide a quote for services as agreed to on the phone.

Excellent electrical servicing by two pros-Mark the owner and Brad his assistant. They did multiple jobs for us including the addition of two new interior electrical outlets and new outside service for a Ring Floodcam. They  also troubleshooted an electrical non working switch and also installed a new MBR ceiling fan.
Reliable, friendly and quick response make this company one of the best I have ever dealt with! 5 Stars!

Great service today.  Electric to my refrigerator was out.  They dropped everything and fixed the problem and more quickly and efficiently!

We found Adam on Amazon. We needed some minor work done in our home. He arrived when he was scheduled and could not have been more friendly. He did great work and the price was fair. We may need some more things done in the future and will not hesitate to call him.

Excellent service! I needed light fixtures installed and an outlet relocated but I live out of state and would only be in town for two days. They were able to fit me in and showed up on time! Phillip was personable, neat and quite efficient finishing my work very quickly and for a very reasonable price. Thank you SO much for accommodating me. We needed an electrician to install a circuit. Allen was very responsive to our phone call and was prompt for his appointment. He was easy to communicate with, did excellent work and his rates are reasonable. We would highly recommend Alen and plan to call upon him again for a few more projects.

It's hard to find a good electrician, one that doesn't shy away from doing the job right and not cutting corners. Garrett is a class act and a great electrician. I own a 50 year old home and he helped me bring it up to speed and did a great job!

Castle Gate electric Team is a DREAM! I called to schedule the appointment and spoke with Tonette,  I told her that we were kind of in a hurry and she scheduled Rick to come out on a Weekend... Which was incredible...!!! We have a new construction home, so the gps gave the wrong address to Rick and he was very kind and took time from his weekend to drive 1.5 hours to our house.... I really appreciated it... Then they were able to have Clif (the installer) come after another project, which was also over an hour away... The last month has been let down after let from different contractors and Refridgeration guys promising to be here and complete the work, so I wasn't really expecting anything different from these guys. I WAS WRONG!!!!
I called them late yesterday afternoon and was told they would meet me at my shop between 7am and 7:30 am depending on traffic ( I was thinking here we go again another no show).
How wrong was I ??? The guys showed up on time, completed the work on my refrigerated display unit, cleaned up and the price was very fair.
You maybe thinking to yourself well there just doing their job
Believe me its hard to find people who show up on time, get the job done and they don't rip you off. I will definitely be call Hope Refridgeration again for all my electrical and Refridgeration needs.

I had the guy come out around 7:30pm as the line between our toilet and sewer main appeared to be clogged (any water run in the house backed up to the toilet). He camera'ed the line and snaked it and it seemed to fix the issue. After he left though I started running water and found while slightly better, the water still eventually backed up. I called him back the next morning and he brought a larger piece of equipment and completely cleared the drain this time. I should have brought this equipment last night. There's no charge. No trip charge... nothing! My experience with service companies is they always charge you for something but George Brazil took care of it.

I'm very thankful for the professionalism and cleanliness (and despite me telling him he didn't have to put his booties on (shoe protection) on our tile floors, he did anyhow!)
