Reliable and kind family business. Chad helped us install an ionizer on our HVAC - it was an unfamiliar and difficult job but he was up for the task. Customer for life!

This is the second AC we have purchased from Mason! We had an efficient unit the first time, that lasted, with no problems, for nearly 20 years! We just purchased our second unit, and it works like a charm! I can't say enough about this company! They are capable, fast, honest, and reliable! The first contact was with consultant, Ish Kissinger. He laid out all of our options, answered all our questions, and was friendly and super helpful! The installers were fast, friendly, and took pictures of the unit, on the roof, when they were finished with the installation, so that we could see what was done. Chad set up our thermostat, and took time to make sure we understood how to operate it properly. If you have air conditioning needs, you can't go wrong with Mason Mechanical. Mary K. Hedges

My pregnant wife scheduled Bob to come over to have a look at my house so I could go over all of the things we wanted to do (move some walls and add an office and a closet and update the kitchen etc). Bob arrived and greeted me with a long story about how another customer's pug bit him on the genitals before we even said hi to each other.

I moved past it and started walking him through our house trying to show him the things I wanted to do. He apparently doesn't have very good spacial awareness because as I was explaining the moving of walls and doors, he never fully grasped the concepts - he was unable to visualize what I was talking about.

Three other contractors at this point had gone through the same tour with me and took measurements and made drawings and took notes. Bob did none of that. As we were going through the kitchen, he stopped me and asked if I had an interior designer who was going to draw up plans. I told him that my wife set up our meeting and that I thought I was just going to go over the basics of what we wanted and explained that a couple other places had taken measurements and whatnot as we went along and presented their plans/designs based on my explanation along with an estimate.

He started getting aggressive really quickly - which baffled the shit out of me - and started talking to me about how he could measure [my kitchen counter] and be 2 inches different from the other guy and come out with a bid that was $10,000 more. I mean, I am pretty sure that all tape measures are based on the same standard units, so... otherwise they wouldn't be used to measure things, right? I didn't say that, but it was a really weird thing to say to me.

At this point, I said I totally didn't expect any sort of set-in-stone budget or drawings or anything - I did start reiterating that I just thought he was going to come over to get an idea of what I wanted and we would go from there, but he interrupted me to say if this is how we're starting off, then it's best I just leave or something to that effect, and starts stomping towards my front door. I say what? why? I didn't do anything to you... why are you...? And he slams my front door behind him and then slams my front gate and then slams his car door and then revs his thirsty truck engine and then turns around in front of my house and then spins his tires to drive away... Minutes later, he cancels the calendar invite like a psycho.

I'm REALLY glad he left. Better he left now than in the middle of a job. He's SUPER unstable. His giant truck is covered in Americana and flags and eagles and stuff from what I could tell - maybe he could tell I'm an anti-war socialist from the cut of my sweatpants. I can be difficult to work with at times, but I know when I'm being difficult and when I'm being super nice and easy going - if this was my fault, I would admit it. I did nothing that I can think of to set him off. Best I can figure is he saw a Bernie Sanders sticker on my car or doesn't like cats or - most likely - he realized he was completely in over his head with our project.

Maybe all he can do is patch some drywall or manage someone while they lay tile. It's just a bizarre and totally unprofessional way to decline a job. I never swore at him. I never said anything sarcastic or rude. I didn't talk down to him... I assumed he knew more about what he did than I did and admitted that my wife set it up and I was just doing what I thought I was supposed to do (which was to say things like I'd like to move this door over here and get rid of this wall and open up this room to be an office - hoping for some guidance.

This part is supposed to be sort of fun. Planning stuff out. It gets harder and more tedious and you get more impatient as the project goes along. I support veterans and local businesses, but this guy scared me, and if I knew it was going to go this way at all, I wouldn't have told him where I live or had him over to my house. I would advise you to do the same unless you just need to patch a wall or something simple maybe - just don't come to him with a larger project that involves any sort of vision or dialogue. I'm just thankful he didn't kick my animals on his way out. Hopefully he didn't vandalize my car - gonna have to review the security footage.

(Edit - I don't think he did anything to my car, but I got him on my security cam storming off and slamming my gate and also talking about getting bitten by a dog before we even say hi.)

Our heating went down during the holiday season. I called a number of places, but no one was available to come and fix it. Chino Valley Heating and Cooling gave me Wade's number. Wade answered the call and he was able to come and assess the issue I was having with my heating the same day. It turned out that the motor and switch in my HVAC needed to be replaced.
Wade is a great communicator, he gave me updates until the project was completed.
I highly recommend them for any HVAC services. My heating is now restored and my house is now warm and comfy. Thanks to Wade and Bill for coming to the rescue.

I had a underground line chewed up by a stump grinder. It powered the pool pump and with the hot weekend i needed this done ASAP to avoid a green pool.

I found Johnson Power Solutions on Yelp. I used the Yelp feature where they send you project request out to 10 vendors.

Being 4 pm on a Friday afternoon, I wasn't sure how many vendors would get back to me. Kristin was the first to contact me. She was able to schedule me in Saturday afternoon. Perfect!

Next day, Jacob showed up on time. Went over the project, he gave me a very fair price and was able to fix it that afternoon.

Overall I was very impressed with the quality of service and the great job itself. Highly recommended

I hope you remember our project. This was the 2018 100% Disabled VA Accessibility House VA project. General contractor Mark ten Bensel (Chaim Industries) found you. I remembered that they had the same name, and I was sometimes confused. My husband and I wanted to enjoy the room with a new ceiling fan. You provided new wires brought a bright light, nice breeze. The VA project, the room was not included. You have installed the line with a ceiling fan at a reasonable price. Thank you for doing extra work for us at that time. We really liked your job, the fair price. You can come from Glendale to Gilbert. The All Amps Electric people can go anywhere and repair. I was searching on google and yelp for your business. I remembered Mark's name, your business logo van. Now can write a review to introduce my friends and others.

Awesome job by Miguel at Desert Mountain Electric!  Installed a ceiling fan for me this time, exterior and interior lights last year.  He is a great electrician and I really appreciate the attention he takes to doing the job right!  I highly recommend Miguel at Desert Mountain Electric, thank you once again!!

We just bought a house that needed quite a lot of electrical work. Byler Electric was recommended to me. Dan is super nice and I totally recommend his company, and his crew they were awesome. This company,and Dan for sure, will be my go to electrician.

I need a outlet put in my garage. I called Micor and Ronnie called me back a little while later. He came to give me an estimate very quickly and were reasonable. After my esitimate, he did the work immediately. If you mention yelp, you get a little discount. I would highly recommend this company.

This company was Fantastic, I called on Christmas Eve to come out  to fix a breaker or find the problem as to why our water heater wasn't getting power. I talked to Rex (this was only after our Terrible Home Warranty company Landmark couldn't get anyone out here for 4 more days) Rex was helpful and told me that if he couldn't get someone out in a few hours he would come himself. Ethan came out, and texted me that he was on his way, he stayed until the issue was resolved on Christmas Eve. God Bless you Ethan and Rex and the rest of your team! We now have Hot water again and can enjoy having our kids here and Hot showers!

Contacted Garrett on a Saturday morning. He texted back very promptly, letting me know that he was booked all day but also advising me to run some checks. His advice was spot on, and I was able to solve my problem. He certainly will be the electrician I will contact the next time I have any problem!

Castle Gate electric Team is a DREAM! I called to schedule the appointment and spoke with Tonette,  I told her that we were kind of in a hurry and she scheduled Rick to come out on a Weekend... Which was incredible...!!! We have a new construction home, so the gps gave the wrong address to Rick and he was very kind and took time from his weekend to drive 1.5 hours to our house.... I really appreciated it... Then they were able to have Clif (the installer) come after another project, which was also over an hour away... Everything went very smooth and with great customer service.... I highly recommend their services to ANY Tesla Owners...!!!

Innovative Lighting & Electric is the first company you should call for all your electrical needs!  We needed our smoke detectors replaced and called Innovative to see if they could take care of for us.  Aubree, who scheduled our appointment, was very professional, courteous and quoted a fair price for the job.  Jack, one of their experienced and knowledgeable technicians, arrived on time with the required equipment, took care of what needed to be done and was respectful of our home.  Overall, a great company to do business with and use again and again for all your electrical needs!

I called this company for a bathroom vent install.  I have no attic or crawl space so the job wasn't easy (plus my nephew had already removed the old unit so there was just a hole in the ceiling).  Two men from the company responded the same day I called, did the job, and cleaned up after themselves.  And the price was very reasonable.  I had previously received a quote for $1,100 and one for $1,200 and Hope Refrigeration did the job for $150.00.  

I can't find the words to tell you how pleased I was with their help.  As a single woman, I've had bad luck with contractors, but HOPE REFRIGERATION is truly a five star company and I would (and will) recommend them to anyone.

This is by far the worst company I've EVER dealt with! After scheduling online in advance I get told 2 days later that slot is filled and that I need to reschedule. I reschedule for an 8-12 slot 6 days away and wait for them to arrive on the day of the appt. 3 hours of waiting I call to get an estimate time and without my knowledge they move my slot from 10-2! The people I called to deal with were completely unhelpful. Never use this company
