I called Fred to repair a leak coming from my bedroom window. In short, he fixed the issue promptly while showcasing excellent communication and customer service throughout.
Fred is an exceptional handyman who will go the extra mile for his customers. He takes time to carefully diagnose the problem and provide a cost-effective and sensible remedy. Fred's passion for his trade, and helping others, sets him apart from his peers in the industry. For example, he invests time into teaching the homeowner on how to repair noted issues and provides recommendations for future maintenance.
I would highly recommend Fred's services to anyone looking for a capable and honest handyman. He has certainly earned my family's trust for many years.
Finding good help in the Bay Area is hard. I found Fred's Handyman Services on Yelp and gave him a try for an Electrical issue I had on a rental property and the whole process was great. Called, picked up right away, setup an appointment, showed up, found the issue (s) and fixed them. He was professional and up front. Even gave me an estimate ahead of time. He explained what to expect. Will definitely keep him on speed dial for future repairs.
So, Jay is a real nice guy. I'm going to tell you right now that he is limited in what he can do; however, he admits this and is able to refer you to someone who is more experienced at a job if it's not his forte. He's usually able to give a quote with a picture in a text. He will even tell you what he'll charge if he fixes it right and what he'll charge if he ends up not being able to fix it (which is very little). So far, he's fixed two ceiling fans, a cupboard door, a side door to my house, and replaced a kitchen faucet. He referred a gate to another handyman.
Edit to respond: My bad...Limited in what he wants to do. Still, he's an awesome guy who won't steer you wrong. He's got good prices. He's worth a shot.
Super helpful and was very patient when resolving my issue. Very honest and will let you know what the exact issue is and all options to fix that issue I would totally call him for any future handyman services!

I called Fred's Handyman Services to install a set of blackout drapes in a bedroom. Jay arrived on time, keeping me posted on his arrival status. He looked over the job, checking what exactly should be done, and where -- checking my measurements and preparations. The installation went very well, and he even fixed some holes that weren't in the right place. It all went smoothly. The drapes look great. I'm pretty picky, and was very pleased.
He's dependable, friendly, very skilled, and very conscientious. I'll be calling him back for a bunch of things around the house.
I highly recommend Fred's Handyman Service. Jay is very knowledgeable and capable. He was able to resolve an issue with my dishwasher/disposal hose/air gap mess that a tech from another company could not fix. He made sure everything was working perfectly before he left and even contacted me a few days later to see if all was working well. Fred's Handyman service is A+. I had two fans installed along with a whole new set for the front door locks.
This was my first time doing renovations and repairs for my home. So I had gotten multiple quotes. But Fred's asked for dimensions and pictures to make sure they know what their getting into. While other quotes were fast to name prices. I chose Fred after that.
When it came time, Fred's confirm the time and price. Came punctually and had the proper tools for the job. We ran into some bumps due to the nature of the job and my hardware. He was astonishingly quick to think of workarounds and pivot to make things work. I watched him for about 2 hours and it was watching a master at work.
I would 10/10 recommend their service. For the quality of work and the no fuss attitude. Thanks!

Jay is an exceptional handyman and a stellar conversationalist! I called him in the early afternoon and he was very prompt and flexible with helping me dismount my TV/sound bar. He even threw in a couple shelves to dismount for free. Afterwards, he plastered all the holes. I've hired other handymen before but Jay is by far the best

Our side door couldn't close due to the rains, and Fred was able to quickly diagnose via text and come over in a few short days after the rains were over. He showed what the causes were and how to fix in the future. We had a very positive experience, and would hire him again!

Fred aka Jay was fantastic with the mounting and installation of our tv. He was quick to respond, easy to communicate with, gave a fair price and provided quality work. Jay went above and beyond in making sure we were satisfied. I am making my handyman list and will be having Fred's Handyman Services back again.
One of my ceiling fan stopped working all of a sudden. I contacted Fred and he asked for pictures and asked me to try few steps which I would have not tried without his direction. It help solved me the fan problem within a day/ Really appreciate Freda knowledge me help on text at 9pm to solve the problem. I rarely do reviews but was compelled to do one for Fred. I had called him to fix an issue with a light switch. He was able to provide a clear estimate with a few simple questions and pictures.
He is super responsive and stayed in touch before the appointment and as he was coming in. He fixed a potentially hazardous situation for me and also fixed the bad wiring.

Fred's Handyman Service is fantastic. Fred setup a ring outdoor camera, wall mounted a TV and did some electrical work for me. I just gave him directions on what I wanted and then he went to work and took care of everything.
He gave me a precise quote on the cost before starting the work which was helpful. For his quality of work, his prices are very reasonable.
He also gave me great recommendations on what made sense to and what didn't, which was very helpful.

Did a good job with installing 3 chandeliers at our house. Fred was knowledgeable and took time in doing it right. Very professional and I can't imagine him being late or missing an appointment. I will hire him again.
Fred/Jay is super easy to work with and very punctual. We communicated before he showed up to ensure he had the right parts (via pictures). None of the back and forth stuff with some of the people we used previously. Everything came together well and the entire process was extremely easy. Would definitely call him again for my future projects!
Fred came over to install two TVs for us. We weren't sure if we'd need to do a wall/ceiling combo or both on the ceiling were possible, but he was flexible and gave a price range before we set our appointment.
On arriving, he took a look at the TVs, the mounts, and asked me where I'd like everything. After finding the studs and doing some measurements, we ended up with my larger TV wall mounted and the smaller from the ceiling, which worked out great! Fred was polite, informative, thorough and made sure I was completely happy with the setup. He also checked in periodically to make sure I was getting what I wanted. Since we're renting, I didn't want anything toooo permanent or the cords hidden etc.
I'm really happy with the setup, as we now have room to play our dual game console/TV setup and keep the TVs out of the grasp of our 7mo old who also has space to crawl all over the living room.
I would 100% recommend Fred and plan to hit him up with any handyman needs I have in the future. :)

My husband and I have always done most home maintenance ourselves but are no longer able to do so. So glad I found Fred's Handyman Services.
First project was installing a door sweep on our small garage door. Fred arrived on time and installed it quickly. Even cut it just a bit longer than the door to help keep those pesky rats out! We never would have thought to do that.
At completion, asked Fred to look at three more tasks - caulking the bathtub, cutting a hole in a bookcase to expose an outlet, and installing a dimmer switch in the dining room. He returned and completed all three with professionalism and care. The bathroom caulking job was a big job and it looks wonderful. Since the outlet behind the bookcase was very old he even installed a new one.
Next, Fred will replace our kitchen faucet and I've got a few more jobs which I hope he will do.

I needed a tv wall mount installed in my home and called upon Fred who came recommended. He was prompt with quick responses and I liked that. He was very accommodating with schedules. My wife and I can't recommend Fred enough. He responded quickly and sent a quote quickly. Even though the job was much more difficult than expected, he didn't charge us extra and did a great job. He's also a nice person!
He did some caulking and toilet repair for us.
Fred moved two electrical switches and installed a chandelier for me. He responded to my request for estimate quickly and gave me a step by step information of the work needed to be done. He is very approachable and his estimate was reasonable. He arrived on time and finished the job within the time frame he had mentioned. He cleaned the area upon completion of the work. I would definitely reach out to him in the future for any handy work around my house.

Fred installed a handrail onto the existing one which was too wide for me to hold on especially after my recent injury.
He is very friendly and compassionate. Having learned about my injury he tried to come as soon as possible.
He is punctual and listened to my demands carefully and did a wonderful job. He even repaired my bathroom door free of charge!
I would recommend his service to anyone.
I needed to install a couple of Nest Floodlights, and Fred listed out the detailed pricing, what he was going to do.
He came out and installed them extremely fast and even had me test them to make sure that they were working and adjusted to the right angle.
Afterwards we talked for a bit and I asked him about potentially installing all the curtain/rods in my rooms, he came back another day and was able to complete that as well with the same professionalism as before.
Definitely will continue to use him for any future handyman stuff!
If there were 6 stars this guy deserves it. Needed to get a baby gate installed. Sure to the dimensions of the stairwell, it was a non trivial task. Fred came by, measured everything and realized the gate we have won't fit. Here comes the best part- he took it on himself to find a gate that would work, constantly communicated with me and sent me a link to buy it. He gathered all necessary supplies and installed it perfectly. It does the job AND looks good.
Yes, he won't work for pennies. But you get what you pay for, and his work is top class. So no complaints.
Due to recent high winds my fence broke and Fred was able to provide us with estimates via pictures and do the job very satisfactorily. Excellent communication throughout the process , reasonable estimates and the job done in a timely manner. Fred was excellent and exceeded all of our expectations. He was thorough, super responsive, and prompt. We had to replace some lighting in our garage and kitchen and fix our backdoor locks. His pricing was fair and he was able to answer all of our questions regarding the jobs we were asking him to do.
Even better, he took the time to show me how he was able to fix our locks so that for the future I would be able to fix and adjust the locks myself. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I would definitely use Fred again on another job at our home.

I was looking for a handyman service to install a new medicine cabinet in the bathroom.
Fred responded within minutes and provided me a reasonable quote. Right from the beginning Fred communicated to me via text messaging on this project. He's very responsive & proactive. Fred arrived on time and finished installing the heavy all steel cabinet on time which includes patching up the holes on the wall. Quality of work & attention to detail is just great. Highly recommend Jay for all of your handy needs around the home! Jay is very experienced, knowledgeable and overall just a great person to work with. I have been impressed with Jay's versatility across multiple projects- for instance he helped to install an under sink RO system, Ring doorbell and flood lights (which needed rewiring) and even mounted a TV on a brick fireplace! For that last project, Jay was very thoughtful and found a way to mount the TV without actually drilling the bricks themselves (so it would be easier to remove later on if needed). Thank you Jay!
Upon reaching out on Yelp he asked me to reach out via text with details and so I did. Upon sending the details he asked me what city I was located in. Upon my response he immediately texts me I generally don't work in Hayward unless very specific work.

I ask would he be able to provide an estimate from the pictures and his reply was that the point I'm not sure what his skill level is but his customer service communication needs work. I thought his replies were extremely rude especially when inquiring about particular services. I didn't even want to move forward after he told me he generally doesn't do work in my city. He's located in Fremont approximately 10 minutes away according to yelp. I wish him well with people in Fremont.

Had a circuit breaker trip in the house due to a bad outdoor outlet. Wanted it fixed ASAP. Fred showed flexibility and was able to accommodate me within a few hours. He was able to identify the problem and repair it quickly while explaining to me how the problem could have initiated. He was quick to respond to my inquiry and was upfront about pricing without giving the typical BS where contractors would not attempt give a price range unless they show up and charge a show up fee. I appreciate that and would use him again.
I called to see if he could help me with a broken closet shelf. Unfortunately he was busy and couldn't come as quickly as I needed someone but he still helped me by looking at photos and sending me links to exactly what parts we need so I could save time and money on the next handyman. It was refreshing to see someone genuinely wanting to help without any compensation involved. I will FOR SURE be calling again next time I need some work done around the house!!
I have a undermount sink with the silicone caulk turned moldy (see photo). I found it hard to remove the caulk so I called Fred to do it for me. Well, a picture speaks a thousand words, so see the photos attached. Same thing happens for the shower area. See photos.

Found this business on Yelp. After reading the reviews, I made an appointment for a tv mounting. He arrived on time and was very professional. My tv was mounted perfectly. I HIGHLY recommend Fred's Handyman Services!
Long overdue review for Fred's. I contacted him when he was still providing hauling services a few years ago. He helped us with hauling, as well as with fixing things around the house to get it ready for sale - replace appliances, fix water heater strap, install ceiling fans, outlets etc. He was very knowledgeable, responsive & punctual. He was also honest with the effort/time required to get the work done, and his requests to send pictures makes for more transparent pricing. I moved out of the area & have found it difficult to find another handyman with the same level of skill and know-how.
It was a pleasure working with him on several house projects. Highly recommended.

Thank you isn't enough for the quick response and help Fred provided us with. Like Fellow Yelpers, I agree that if I could give Fred more than 5 stars, I definitely would. Yesterday while doing something in the kitchen, all my outlets suddenly stopped working, there was no trip in the circuit bored and we tried everything but still the issue remained unresolved. We contacted him today morning and zap all are issues got resolved in no time. I had two outlets with issues one was loose and the second one was about to get loose and need to connect with the switch (the previous owner bypassed the switch). I called a couple of handymen before this job but they charge $280 minimum to come and don't do the job well so I was then got really afraid to call anyone. Yesterday, it got really broken and needs a fix. With fear, I called Fred. From the very first moment on the call, I felt Fred is very professional and will (or hope he will) do the job well. And indeed experience was A+++. He came on time. He properly inspected all wires, cleaned them up, and installed new sockets. I thought I will have to replace all boxes and I asked for quotes with that (to avoid surprises later on) but he fixed it without box replacement and saved my bucks. He also connected the switch with a plug which no one was ready to even look at without charging $250-280. Yes, this was a very small job but now I have a true helper if I need a big job.
Giving two instead of one stars because Fred was polite, very responsive, and accommodating with scheduling, but the service/skillset is not worth the $$$. It cost $75 to mount a tv, but then the tv cracked and broke in the process. Thankfully he mounted the new tv we had to buy for free though that's basic decency. Then it was $80 ($5 more??) just to re-mount the same tv in the same spot at a lower height. It only involved using a stud finder and then drilling two holes in the wall right below the first set of holes. Then another $80 to mount a standard full length mirror even though he had to screw two extra holes after he made the first set of holes at the wrong measurement. Every other handyman I've called before never had to make additional holes in the wall when mounting. He offered to patch them up but it doesn't take away the fact that there are still additional holes when it wasn't necessary. If I knew there'd be extra holes in the wall or the tv would break I would have done the jobs myself.
We had a couple of projects that needed attention, one critical. Fred was on time and very pleasant to work with and complete our electrical work very quickly. We will definitely be calling him in the future for jobs that need attending to. Very knowledgeable about a lot of subjects.
We have had Jay come to our house twice now to install our bathroom exhaust fans. He always been very professional and friendly and was able to give us suggestions for other repairs we want to make around our house. He's very knowledgeable in what he does and we trust his advice immensely! Would definitely recommend!
A beeping sound sudden appeared in midnight, I doubted it came from the outlet after self-checking and reached out to Fred for helping. Fred quickly reponded and precisely pointed out the noise should be generated from the smoke detector instead. Moreover, he patiently taught me how to change the battery step by step, I followed his guidance and the issue is quickly solved. Fred responded very quick with a quote for the repair as well as a time scheduled to come fix our window seal leak. When the heavy rains started in January our newborns nursery window started to leak pretty bad and Fred was able to basically diagnose the problem from the pictures I sent, along with some questions we answered for him .
He was so friendly with me and my family, and wanted to make sure we scheduled at good time for us since we had a new baby. He is very comfortable to be around, efficient, skilled, and wore a mask. Fred fixed our problem the first attempt. Fred helped me to fix the power outage that had happened due to my car charging.
On early Saturday morning when we saw we were out of power . I started cold calling calling various electricians and none responded.
When I called Fred, he told me that he was out of town, but quickly inquired about the problem. Then he guided me step by step to identify the main panel where the fuse would've tripped over the phone call. He pointed out possible locations of the main panel.
Once the power was restored, he also helped me in identifying the root cause and told me the next steps to rectify for the car charger.
Fred's rates are not expensive and he is very patient during assistance.
We had an emergent partial power outage in our garage on a Sunday afternoon. Luckily we found Fred! He was super helpful on the phone trying to guide us through the fixes and eventually he had to come over. He showed up within 30 minutes of us calling him and he got the problem resolved within an hour!
Fred is super nice and efficient and really knows how things work. We'll definitely come back to him if anything else pops up!

Jay came out to fix a broken outlet and was able to trace the neutral wiring to fix the outlet and also a bathroom light. He is very friendly and knowledgeable so I would highly recommend him to figure out and fix any household electrical problems.
Jay did a great job with taking out moldy and old caulk in our bathroom stall and re-doing a fresh new one. His work is clean and the experience was hassle-free. He also fixed an issue with the shower door without me asking. Add to that his friendly demeanor! I would use his services any time going forward.
My light switch was broken. Fred replied my message immediately and quickly figured out the root cause. He charged a reasonable price. I highly recommend him. I'll look for his help on other electrical problems.

Our dishwasher stopped working the day after thanksgiving. I found Fred online via Yelp and sent him a note. He could have been like others and given me a quote and time. But what he did was try and help me fix it by myself over the next few hours.
We hit a roadblock end of the day and I thought that's the end of support and suddenly on Sunday I get another note of things I can try.
In spite of all his support I could not fix things. Fred then schedules a time on Monday and shows up on time. Charges a fair price and walks me through the repair so that I can do more next time.
I thoroughly recommend Fred over other people I have used over the years
Contacted him for window balance spring replacement and he asked for detailed pics of the window. Later he msgs me to figure it out myself or get someone else to do it. Doesn't even come to inspect the problem.

Fred responded promptly and with a very reasonable estimate. I caught him the week of potential jury duty and since he wasn't called in he was available the next day! He fixed our front door handle which completely came off, fixed our perpetually running toilet, a leaning door, and installed some floating shelves. He also taught me a few tricks to use the the future if I ever run into similar problems. I appreciated that we was willing to explain things to me and teach me as well, and I didn't need to press him to do it either. He is a very nice and friendly gentleman and we had a great dialogue. Jay did a great job installing new blinds for my kitchen window! Prior to his visit he helped me to measure the window and order blinds of the correct size and design.

For a long time Ive been meaning to find a good handyman & Im so grateful to find Jay at Yelp. It took a storm causing a leak on top of my sliding door for me to take action since Im a procrastinator. I was pleasantly surprised: he's professional & helpful. Punctual & good response time via text. Knowledgeable & efficient (finished a good job in less time than promised.) Good communication skills ( you can ask him any thing). What I didnt expect was his genuine concern after the fact ( he would text me if water was still leaking after he did the caulking). Another one of Jay's qualities is consistency. Two weeks later, I had him install an old kitchen faucet & had similar good experience. Looking forward to working with Jay with future projects.

Really pathetic ... after wasting my 2hrs and opening my house entire circuit board not able to fix the problem .. and my other switches also not working now .. also when I refused to pay ( since he didn't fixed anything) he started abusing .. wish could have 0 or even low ...

Highly recommend Fred for any electrical and small projects for your home. We contacted Fred for installation of couple of fans in our home. He responded immediately and we scheduled the installation. He was very punctual and his work was top notch. He recommended adding braces and explained the need for securing the fans. This is a much delayed review. We renovated our house last year, but the contractors broke our master bed in the end and we needed someone to fix it quickly. Reached out to Fred, he responded almost immediately and offered to fit us in despite his busy schedule so we can have a bed to sleep in. After examining the damage, he drove to a hardware store to get some parts and we have our bed back almost as new:) without Fred, we'd have to spend out a lot more money to get a new bed. Not only did he fix the problem with my garbage disposal quickly but he kept working on what could have caused it to fail til it was fixed, it worked btr then before and he told me the condition of it so I didnt have to be spending the money to replace or expect more failures. Good communication and patient. Fred explains what he is doing and educates me at the same time. I had him installed some GFCI plugs and fix some sloppy electric work the previous owner left. He also helped to plan future projects. I would like to add a dishwasher and cut some cabinets. He provided great advice in planning. I'm looking forward to have him install the dishwasher. I had power outage in my kitchen. I called Fred and he is very experienced and instruct me on the phone to click the test and reset button in the outlet to solve my problem. Really appreciate that!
Talks a nice talk but doesn't do a thorough job and unresponsive when trying to reach for unfinished job.
Air gap is where the dishwasher drain hose is connected to prevent backflow. It is usually located on the top of the sink and is covered by a simple cap. Anyway the hose had appeared to have a blockage and water was coming out through the air gap during draining. Since my regular handyman was out, I looked up yelp and found Fred. He was very responsive and came the very next day. He told me that this is quite a common issue. He removed the hose and showed me that there was no dirt or debris causing the blockage but theorized that because the hose was too long, it could have bent in a way blocking the draining water. He cut a little bit of the hose and connected it back to the air gap on one end and garbage disposal at the other end. However there was a leak at the garbage disposal end. He used navy sealant tape (which he explained were the best) and wound some of it around the leak. This seemed to address the leak. I was happy, gave him what he asked for with the issue seemingly fixed.
However that afternoon when we ran the dishwasher, it started leaking near the spot where he had put the navy sealant tape. I reached out immediately on the same day and on multiple times through the next few days but got no response. I sent one final message telling him that this would be my last text message before I write a review. He responded immediately and said that he would need to replace the garbage disposal also (which is perfectly working fine btw) if the leak need to be addressed for an amount of $290. Thanks and no thanks Fred!
I called my regular handyman after his message, he came by, spent 10 minutes and fixed the leak. It was apparently a simple job to tighten the hose and that was all it was needed. To me Fred appeared weak (looked elderly to me), and definitely sought my assistance to hold one end of the hose tightly while he went about fixing the issue. I was wary of the COVID situation but did not have the heart to say no to this.
My main gripe here is that there was no leak prior to this handyman removing the hose. A leak sprung up after he connected the hose back. He did not bother to come by and address the leak, coming up with all kinds of weird excuses including replacing a perfectly working kitchen garbage disposal!
A real, conscientious handyman who takes pride in his work would have come by and taken care of a problem that he caused.

Great service. Very knowledgeable and reliable. Made good recommendations for my project and made it happen.
Very glad that we found Fred, who came out early today to repair a door. This door had spent the last few years getting harder and harder to open or shut. Should have had him fix it long ago. Instead, I tried a series of temporary fixes such as pounding dozens of nails around the hinges to keep them from bending out. Not very effective but it was good release of the stress caused by the misbehaving door.
Anyway, thanks to Fred, the door is now swinging freely, quietly and smoothly on its professionally secured hinges, to our great relief.
Fred gave us two heads ups before he arrived, one to say he was on his way and one to update us on the actual ETA. What more could you ask?
He looked a bit dismayed when he saw the hinges bristling with my nails, but soon recovered his composure and got to work.
An hour or so later the door was working like new. He did the work quickly with a minimum of fuss. And the price he charged was at the mid range of his estimate and quite reasonable.
So, I recommend the man to you without reservation for your handyman needs. I'll be calling on him again whenever some household issue rears its ugly head.

Jay was wonderful in trouble shooting my failed ceiling fan/light problem...he went out of his way to eliminate possible causes before he arrived and tried to help me over the phone. Huge thanks to Fred's Handyman Service for helping me cross a big item off of my to-do list. I actually enjoy doing most tasks on my own but sometimes, I find it quicker to have someone with the right tools and know-how to get it done correctly the first time. This was the case here - I needed a security gate hung but I had an odd transition between wood siding and stucco which had the door trim on either side at different heights. I highly doubted I could have made this look good on my own so I sent Jay a couple pictures and he came to do a couple quick measurements. Then, on the agreed upon day, he showed up on time, with all the right tools and necessary boards and got the door installed without any headache.

Fred is truly a professional, and has great communication. I had tons of questions and was debating if I should get just a light fixture or a ceiling fan with lights. He recommended numerous ceiling fans from Home Depot, and I decided to get a Hampton Bay ceiling fan. We kept in contact up until the day of installation. Everything went well up until we ran into a problem with dimming the lights, the LED bulbs that came with the fan were not dimmable! A few days later, I stopped by Home Depot to pick up some dimmable bulbs, and he walked me through the entire process starting from turning off the fuse box switch, to wiring the adjustable switch. He literally took time out of his day to guide me through the entire process. He even came by the next day to install wire twist connectors because I didn't not have any. He was very talkative and friendly up until the moment he left. Fred is the MAN. If you're looking for any type of work around the house. Contact him! You won't regret it!

My experience with Fred was wonderful. Fred came to remove a b-ball hoop and its pole that's cemented to our drive way. Fred was responsive and on time. He texted me regarding the progress and the price was reasonable.

He replaced my garbage disposal. When I couldn't figure out my dryer connection he came over right away and fixed that too. He also noticed that my washer was leaking and repaired that as well. I would highly recommend this company for your much needed handy services!
Fred is a very honest and good handyman. He responded in an hour after I contacted him and came by the same day. He fixed the problem for a very reasonable price. I'll call him again for a few more fixings we have to do at our house!
Let me start by saying the positive reviews are true!! I had a small drywall project (ceiling) that Fred repaired beautifully! His professionalism was impressive. Past experiences with handymen/contractors left me dreading finding someone to do the job. At first, it seemed too good to be true, but Fred is a keeper who I look forward to hiring for many future projects in my home!! Fred responded very quickly, provided me photos of similar projects he had completed, then requested pics of my project. Once received, I quickly received a quote. He sent a follow-up text the night before to confirm the appointment, then showed up on time. So refreshing! He explained everything, and even completed a few small tasks in my home unrelated to my project that I had been meaning to address myself. Who does that!?! I will be a customer as long as Fred is open for business. I highly recommend!!
I highly recommend Fred if you have small projects in your home. I have used him at my office as well as my residence. He is VERY detail oriented and will ask for pictures of your proposed project prior to starting the project so he knows what he is up against, and he has all the necessary tools to complete the project on the same day. I have had handymen come over and they would either forget one thing or another. Then they would have to come back another day. As another reviewer said, he is a one man army. He does electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and filling in dents in walls (sheetrock). He installed two VERY difficult to install fans in my kids bedrooms and it was a professionally done job. He had to crawl through my attic and pull wire for electricity to the center of the ceiling in my kid's rooms. Very little working space in the attic but he was able to do it. Cleaned up after himself and when he left, it was like he was never there...everything was clean.
