Live in Mesa and just had AZ Sun Services do an electrical repair. George Robbins is terrific and responded on the spot. He is very fair and very efficient. Answers all of your questions and gives information for future projects. We highly recommend him and his company. You will be happy with the results.

The Sunny Energy Group has been great! They sales department was not too pushy. They answered all my questions. Since this was not my first time talking with solar people she was very understanding not to repeat information I already knew. They were able to get us approved for the the loan. Told us about the tax rebate! They people in the office were very responsive to my emails. The gentleman that came to show me the other stuff for online was great! Angel, Taylor and Micheal have been great! I currently have a breaker issue and right in front of me Micheal sent the ticket to get it checked out. Could ask for better customer service!

Caliber Roofing replaced my roof for me and they did an amazing job at a fair price. They did such a good job for me I referred my boss to them. I would highly recommend using them.

Aneva Solar recently installed a fairly large system on our home. The owner, Anthony, thoroughly explained the process and made sure that we fully understood the system and its costs. Compared to other vendors, I felt that Anthony was less pressured to "sell the product" and his higher priority (aside from getting our business) was to ensure that we were happy with his company's service. Given the long-term investment of a solar system, I think it's worthwhile to do your homework and go with a company who commits to its customers. In addition to Anthony, the installation team was a pleasure to work with as well. Very friendly and professional. After project completion, Anthony spent a fair amount of time again explaining the system and confirming that we were happy with the product. No complaints here! Also, in our case, Aneva was lower priced than the larger competitors. Highly recommended!

We had an excellent experience. Ryan
helped us navigate many issues. You can trust him to advise, repair electrical issues and upgrade add devices. Honest and fair pricing!
We got estimates from a few other companies that tried to talk us into unnecessary expensive add ons.

We contracted with both Arizona Home Daylight and a roofing company to have 5 solar tubes and a new roof installed at the same time.
Arizona Home Daylight worked great with the roofing company. The project was completed on time and on budget. Arizona Home Daylight did a quality job with great attention to detail. I would recommend them to anyone. We love our new solar tubes. Scott, Scottsdale

Unfortunately, my lack of technical prowess and ineptitude when it comes to all things internet has caused me to delay a long time in writing this review. John installed solar panels on our house about one year ago. I suppose the silver lining to the delay is that at least I can write this review with both the perspective of time and the benefit of having lived with John's work for almost a year.
Here's the bottom line: John and his crew were extraordinary. My wife and I consider ourselves extremely fortunate to have bumped into him while he was working on another house down the street. His was the lowest of the three quotes we received, and everything he promised was delivered on time and on budget and with a degree of personal attention and kindness that's almost extinct these days.
We have had no problems whatsoever with the 36 panels he installed and have reduced our APS electrical bills to zero (not including the company's connection charge). My wife and I estimate the panels will have paid for themselves after roughly six years, meaning that over a 20 year period we will have saved somewhere between $60,000 and $100,000 depending on future rate hikes.
If you are thinking of going solar, I cannot recommend John and his team enough -- they were completely thorough, honorable and professional in every possible way. My only regret has been that it took me so long to post this review, but hopefully better late than never.

We have had our solar for 9yrs, our installation was seamless and follow up service has been appreciated. I live in Sedona where a summer APS bill can be 200$ or more!! We are feeding the grid daily and I'm proud to say last July our bill was 16$! Rooftop solar has been a pleasure to work with!

I live in Hawaii and reached out to Mr. Sunshine 4000 miles away to review two very large solar project for one of my client's. Michael immediately addressed my concerns, provided me the same day a complete detailed breakdown of each project.
Michael's kind heart, support without judgement, compassion for others is paramount, not to mention Michael took the time to go step by step with me, answering additional questions I continued to send to him. Michael worked with me until I had a complete understanding of each and every step to a solar system with associated cost breakdowns of which I did not have and were unable to obtain on the Island's.
I am beyond grateful, I took the time to contact Mr. Sunshine. When my client's begin to consider solar projects moving forward, I will always be sure to request an overview by Michael regardless that I am 4000 miles away.

I have an antifreeze (closed) solar water heater that was having some issues. General solar came out and resolved my issue quicker and easier than I expected. Turns out all I needed was a system recharge. Perhaps best of all, the cost was very reasonable.
They did a good job of checking thoroughly for other possible issues, but also didn't make me feel like they were trying to push any unnecessary repairs on me. They were attentive to making sure the job was done right. Customer service was great and they explained in great detail what was going on, and were friendly but professional and knowledgeable. Considering that my biggest complaint was that they were about 15 minutes late, it was a great visit.

I moved in to SUn city after getting a divorce as a senior and wanted to put solar on the roof. I met Cary after speaking to several salesman and decided that Cary had the best price for me. The work was done. A year ago I contacted Cary and got some extra work done installing a mini split that helped even more. I would recommend galaxy solar to anybody because of the professionalism and care.

Yet another desperate company that refuses to respect peoples property and those of us who take the time to post "NO SOLICITATION" & "NO TRESPASSING" signs. No I did not do business with this company because they they insist on breaking the law tells me enough to stay away from Harmon. They put a flyer on my property that is clearly stated both no soliciting and no trespassing. I am sure they will come back with some lame excuse like "sorry we hired a marketing company" which I don't care. If that is the fact I don't care because you are responsible for the company you pay to market your advertising and there behavior with your flyers. Only companies I see do this are nothing but desperate and I wouldn't trust a company like this to watch my grass grow let alone do expensive work like solar installation.

Arizona Energy Pros is GREAT!!! I had my home reviewed for an Energy Audit and the work was performed by Arizona Energy Pros along with putting up a Solar System. I had a investment in a CD for 20k that was making me $20 dollars a month..I invested this in my new solar system which is cutting my electrical bill down $200 a month and $300 during the summer. Smart investment now I have more money to maneuver to my other bills like an extra income with savings on my electric bill....

Is it in your daily routine to hang up on customers?? I called for a free estimate of how much it would be to install an electric car home charging station and the guy, Mike or Matt (whatever his name is) was very rude to me and disrespected me by suddenly hanging up on me over the phone.
I'm a paying customer and usually people collect some information FIRST, before moving on with the service and payments.
I think what I'm asking is very specific so I just wanted to make sure this electrician had the information I needed. The installation of the electric station would need to be done at my garage of my condo.
I don't know why this sounded so strange and out of place but I'll surely remember this terrible experience and discourage anyone from calling these unprofessional people.
I guess other electricians will have the honor of having my money. But certainly, I have no pity for disrespect.

Made an appointment with Benjamin for Aug. 1, 2017. Was told I would get a reminder call the day before, which never happened. I was here waiting on the 1st but nobody showed up.
I called to reschedule, explaining my problem. I got an apology and was told that someone from sales would call me ASAP. Waited a couple of weeks. Nobody called.
I called again, and re-explained the situation and again was apologized to. Was told that they are in meetings but someone will call me back.
It is now the 21st, and nobody has called me. I don't think they want new customers.
I am concerned that if I did schedule with them, their customer service would SUCK.
Disappointed.

I will start by saying my 1 star isn't for one issue it's for multiple issues with this company.
After purchasing our home we didnt call the electric company for 3 days. We ran the dishwasher, the pool pump runs for a while, used the electric to plug things in etc and we were uninterrupted. I called the electric company and they said that the power has been off for 2 weeks. Which is nice my home was producing so much energy. Prior to closing this company came out to inspect the panels, up on closing this company could not find the inspection they did, wtf seriously? So they had to come back out and re-do the inspection which they did. I received the photos and immediately noticed the tan house. My house is blue! they went to some random person's house and performed and unauthorized inspection and sent us the report. How? I have no clue. They finally came out the guy greeted me I showed him the other photos and explained the issues we've already encountered. He went up on the roof and we went on about our business. We noticed after a while they guy left and didnt say anything. We became concerned when our $300 electric bill came in. We immediately contacted the realtor and found tital solar held our report hostage and refused to release it until payment was received which was odd seeing that they released a report that wasnt for our house, and lost the original. At this point they should be refunding any payments made. The seller had the worst time dealing with this company. We finally got the report weeks later to find that the guy did unauthorized work on our panels and it seems the payment they were demanding was for work they were not permitted to do. So where am I left? I have panels that are no longer drawing enough energy. The seller is out money for "fixing" the panels that were not broken and were not authorized to make any repairs on and my husband does not want them back. Please go somewhere reputable and don't let these hacks touch anything!

DON'T waste your time! Absolute worst place I have ever dealt with. They were pushy on the phone. Then when they got what they wanted the customer service was non existent.
