Solar City is the best solar company we used. They were incredible from start to finish. They have a great team of professionals that are knowledgeable and friendly. From the first contact to the final installation, Solar City was there with us every step of the way. They answered all of our questions and walked us through the entire process. We contacted Southwest Sun Screens to come replace screens that were missing and damaged by a tenant.  The stress of having to deal with the damage left behind along with trying to manage all of the repairs from out of state was overwhelming.  In come the guys from Southwest Sun Screens to the rescue. Not only did they respond quickly, they came out promptly to survey and give us a quote, which was very competitive. They evaluated the damaged screens and didn't try to sell us more than we needed.  They came out as promised and within the lead time quoted to install the new screens.   When complete, they texted me pictures of the finished product and they looked great!  They never requested payment in advance, just upon full satisfaction of the completed job. We also had our handyman take a look and he commented on how good of a job they did.  It was so wonderful  to have found this reliable, quality and competitively priced company that we could count on doing what they promised when we weren't there to oversee.  We highly recommend them and will be sure to use them again when we need to add more screens.  Thanks for doing such a great job!

if you are contemplating to buy a solar system for your house, i highly recommend argent solar electric. this company is very reasonable with their charges and keeps every promise they make. craig bloom, the salesman / representative, answers any questions you may have, does not push you into anything extra but truly helps you understand everything that you are getting into. the company does not ask you for a lot of money in advance, as many other do. the work is being done prompt and by clean, fast working professionals. my husband and i cannot praise this company and craig enough.

Wow!! Thank you for installing my new roof!! The roofers were extremely respectful, communicative, and reliable. They stuck to the timeline we agreed upon and pricing was comparable to other companies. The difference with this company, that I haven't seen before, is there ability to communicate. With each step/day they asked if I had any concerns or questions and updated me on what was being done next. For me, I like to know what's going on and what time someone is going to show up... the worse part about other companies I've used is the lack of reliability and communication. Other companies just come and go as they please... playing loud inappropriate music, and not cleaning up after themselves. Truvo (Brad) was a breath of fresh air!! From sales to install I had a great experience with sun valley. They educated me on why I need a demand manager to stop peak demand pricing from srp and sold me a 4kw system to curb peak demand etc. the demand manager let me control demand for each month and informed me that water heater is pretty costly in energy in addition to ac. I will use them again to install more panels and maybe a battery if they get cheaper. Great prices great experience !

Initial steps of evaluating and sales went more smoothly than I could have reasonably expected. Greg had honest answers to all questions and suggested a few questions that had not occurred to me. No overly-aggressive or unscrupulous salesmanship, just honest assessments of the pros and cons of solar installation. Strongly recommend this company.

I call for a free quote set up a day on Friday between 9-12 no one showed up. They called a week later and I told them no one showed up so they asked if they could come again so I agreed.  Shane R. came out and did a long display about there company. I said I was interested in it but had to speak with my wife. I asked for the information he was giving me on paper or email he said his computer cant do that but I was ok to take a picture of the info and saving I would be having. Then he had me sign some paperwork, some on city approvals, aps waives, hoa approvals, and penalty's if I cancel after start up. So I did, then the next day Shane texted me at 7am asking if I had time to  talk with my wife and sign the credit application. I Told him I did and that I would like a copy of the documents I signed with him. Then he stated those don't matter until after I sign for the credit application. I said I get that but I would like a copy of the documents before I sign the credit application. He said sure. I have not got any copies of the paper work. Nor have I been contacted since that morning. This was back on October 20 now its the 31 and have received nothing. I will not do business with a company that will not give you paper work I have asked for, that's a bad sales man/ company standard. Stay away from this company

Sunrun was great for the sales, the installation, and for fixing a broken roof tile. That was after 2 weeks and multiple calls to get the roof repair handled. Sunrun's customer service and service transfer department are horrible. Hold times are 2.5 hours, I was hung up on, and they're the reason my home sale was delayed, costing me 3600 in extension costs. I'm currently sitting on hold, on a separate day, to try and get them to finish the service transfer or respond to an email. Solar is great. Sunrun is not.

Totally dissatisfied with the company and their service. Took almost a full year to get my system up and running--I was paying interest on the system for months before it was even functional. Finally it starts working in February 2017. The amount of energy savings I'm getting is less than $10/month. I was sold a system that was supposed to save an average of $130/month. They keep saying "give it a year." Doesn't make sense--how are 6 months of average $10/month savings going to ever average to $130/month? I think the system is defective, but the company refuses to send out a technician to even look at it. Unbelievably frustrating, and I'm losing thousands of dollars compared to what I was promised. Do NOT trust this company.
