Best Solar Panels in Arizona

Although we ultimately decided to wait on going solar, I really appreciated Kevin's customer service. He was friendly, honest, straight forward, and answered all of my questions quickly. They were much less expensive than some other companies and right on par with a few others. They seem to give great value for their price and take great care in making sure they're giving their customers a quality product and putting them first. I told Kevin one of my concerns was service and follow through and I think if we had gone forward with installation, they would have been a solid choice.

We had to get a new roof on our home and so it was time to replace four solar tubes.  Elite did a fantastic job.  They did a very good job and came back to check everything after the roofers were done.  I would highly recommend them for solar tubes.

Call them for a price that is very good for their quality product.

Wow!  I've been so impressed with Brent and Jim from Green Muscle Solar.  They are friendly, knowledgeable, prompt, professional, and skillful; and it is my sense that they are also very fair in their pricing practices.  Their's is a no-BS approach, which is so refreshing.

Green Muscle Solar has my highest and unequivocal recommendation.  You can't go wrong with these guys!

Final update: the CEO of SunSolar stepped in and backed out costs incurred in my final payment.  Very much appreciate the ownership and prompt response.

It's been a few weeks, and I'm downgrading my previous review by one star due to SunSolar's lackluster response and ownership of the problem they created.

Over the course of a couple of weeks, I pinged my project manager every few days and received the same update that he was working to get me on the service team's schedule as they were very busy.  It made me wonder why they were so busy - were repairs after installation common?  I've never had an issue with three previous installs.

I eventually gave up on SunSolar and hired a licensed roofing contractor who actually found 10 broken tiles.  I paid $747 out of my own pocket to correct SunSolar's error.  Ironically, I received a request from their office manager today asking for final payment.  Will they do the right thing and reimburse me for the issue they created?

In short, I'd grade SunSolar...
Sales & design: A
Permitting: A (super fast!)
Installation: C (have never had any damage from a solar install)
Product: B (I paid for valances but only received wire bird mesh)
Service: B (thanks for doing the right thing!)

For energy is a great company to hire! They came out in a timely manner they went over everything that was wrong with my house. There were attic leaks and insulation problems. Once the work was completed I saw and felt immediate results. I would definitely recommend this company.

I absolutely LOVE my Solar Pool system. My pool is at 95 degrees and has been for almost a month. Coupled with my whole house solar system, it has become a very affordable way of heating the pool. Installation was flawless and the people were amazing!!!!

Terrible company with terrible follow through. Our system has been active for 8 months and doesn't work correctly. It is not producing the energy we were promised and we still have an electric bill in addition to a loan payment every month. They said they "audited" our system and that we just need to use less electric. They claimed to have "audited" our system when all they did was look at our electric bills from APS. Another reputable solar company pointed out that we were supposed to have access to an online system that lets us see our solar energy production daily. OWE never told us and never added our system to the program so there was no way to know if the system was producing the electric promised. Once we FINALLY got them to add our system to the program, it was clear the system isn't producing the electric promised. OWE still hasn't acknowledged the problem. This was in addition to breaking a water bib during their install and not telling us. Instead they just shut the water off to our house and left. My husband had to fix the break.

Had a horrible exchange with an employee after canceling my appt to get a quote. I only canceled because I got a iffy feeling about the company. So glad I did. I attached the text message conversation. Please read!

Just had a nice call from Customer Care Manager Vicky Rios.  She had all the background info, and I did not have to repeat my story yet again.  She confirmed that my system was now functioning correctly and transmitting data to my electric company.  She also credited me for the six weeks that the system was not performing correctly and told me to keep her name and number in case of any future issues.  Well done, Sunrun!
